In this study using qualitative research methods with a case study approach, the data sources used in this study are primary data and secondary data, informants in this study. Village Head, Village Secretary, Village Treasurer, Village Development Head. The results of this study indicate that the management of village fund allocations in Galung Village in 2019 is in accordance with applicable management regulations and has reached the level of effective management, as well as in the management of village fund allocations in the development sector, in accordance with the law for drafting village development plans

Get PDFSelama ini dalam penggunaan alat yang digunakan belum diketahui mesin drill rig mana yang betul-betul cocok untuk lokasi yang digunakan karena sampai saat ini beberapa operator memanfaatkan penggunaan mesin hanya sebatas mesin tertentu saja atau one tim one machine sehingga tidak diketahui secara pasti mesin mana yang bekerja dalam keadaan optimal dan memberikan hasil yang maksimal. Hal inilah yang mendorong penulis untuk melakukan penelitian Efesiensi Pemanfaatan Mesin Puma Top Drive Drill Rig Jacro 2000 dan Jacro 2500 Pada Perusahaan Pertambangan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan pengoperasian mesin PUMA Top Drive Drill Rig pada lokasi tambang telah sesuai dengan SOP : SOP-QR-038-PJU / No Revisi : 00 dengan 38 langkah kerja begitupun dengan proses perawatan mesinnya. Mesin PUMA Drill Rig Jacro 2500 lebih unggul untuk produktivitas alat dibandingkan dengan dan Mesin PUMA Drill Rig Jacro 2000 karena mampu melakukan pengeboran sebanyak 40 lubang dengan waktu (W) 7.3 jam dan stop time (S) 0.7 jam
Rancang Bangun Antena Sektoral MIMO Pada Jaringan GSM 900 MHz Menggunakan Radio BladeRF
Get PDFMIMO sectoral antennas are antennas that are often used and installed in BTS towers owned by cellular operators. The sektral antenna is useful for GSM, GPRS, and LTE communications. The gain generated by sectoral antennas is quite large compared to other antennas. As well as the resulting radiation pattern can select the area that can be reached. This research designs and builds a sekotral antenna with a working frequency of 900 MHz which will be used as a transmitter for bladeRF as the main radio. Designing and simulating the antenna is carried out on the MMANA-GAL software application. In order to get the desired parameters and results and to know the parameters of the antenna, it is necessary to design the antenna first. The parameters that will be obtained when measuring sectoral antennas in this research are SWR, Gain, radiation pattern, polarization, and impedance. After taking measurements and simulations, it is found that the difference in the results obtained from the experiment is that the performance of sectoral antennas is very good and can be used on real radio or in real conditions in the field. In the 4-element simulation, the SWR generated during the simulation is 1.22, the resulting gain is 13.17, the resulting impedance is 57.87, and the radiation pattern has an angle of 60o. Meanwhile, when testing using the Antenna Network Analyzer, it can only determine 3 parameters, namely impedance, SWR, and smitch chart. The resulting SWR is 1.4 which is not the same as the MMANA-GAL simulation results, then there is an impedance which has a good value of 54.6. Which value is close to the value of 50 but in the simulation the value obtained is greater. The thing that affects the values of these parameters is because during the simulation the array elements should be circular but instead formed a rectangle and the measuring instrument used is also still unstable when measuring in real terms on the antenna. This sectoral antenna can be used properly in GSM technology telephone communication at a working frequency of 900 MHz which will be used in the Software Defind Radio BladeR

Get PDFDalam era otonomi daerah dewasa ini, pendapatan asli daerah diharapkan menjadi sumber penerimaan utama dari penerimaan daerah, namun pada kenyataanya kontribusi Pendapatan Asli Daerah terhadap total penerimaan daerah relatif masih kecil, sekaligus menunjukkan bahwa kemandirian keuangan pemerintah daerah relatif kecil. Oleh karena itu penelitian ini bertujuan untuk; mengetahui kontribusi masing-masing variabel pajak daerah, retribusi daerah, hasil pengelolaan kekayaan daerah yang dipisahkan; dan lain-lain pendapatan asli daerah yang sah terhadap pendapatan asli daerah di Kabupaten Takalar dan mengetahui kontribusi pendapatan asli daerah terhadap total penerimaan pemerintah daerah Kabupaten Takalar. Penelitian ini menggunakan data sekunder yang bersumber dari Direktorat Jenderal Perimbangan Keuangan Kementerian Keuangan Republik Indonesia dan Pemerintah Kabupaten Takalar tahun 2010 sampai tahun 2020. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pajak daerah dan dan lain-lain pendapatan asli daerah yang sah memiliki kontribusi yang cukup besar terhadap pendapatan asli daerah kabupaten Takalar. Hasil penelitian juga menunjukkan bahwa kontribusi pendapatan asli daerah terhadap total pendapatan daerah relatif masih kecil, tetapi tren peningkatan kontribusi cenderung meningkat dari tahun ke tahun
UPAYA PENCEGAHAN IMS PADA PEMANDU KARAOKE DIKOTA MAKASSAR
Get PDFTujuan : untuk menganalisis secara mendalam mengenai upaya pencegahan IMS pada pemandu karaoke di kota makassar. Metode penelitian ini adalah desain penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan fenomenolgi, teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi lapangan dan indepth interview dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa 10 informan terdiri dari 8 informan utama adalah pemandu karaoke, 1 informan kunci sebagai mucikari dan 2 informan pendukung sebagai pelanggan pemandu karaoke dan dokter spesialis kulit dan kelamin memenuhi kriteria sebagai sampel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar pemandu karaoke mengakui bahwa mereka termasuk dalam kelompok resiko tinggi akan tetapi pengetahuan, dan praktik mereka terhadap upaya pencegahan IMS masih kurang. Walaupun mereka setuju dengan pemakaian kondom sebagai upaya pencegahan yang baik, akan tetapi dalam prakteknya ketika beraktivitas seksual tidak selalu kondom mereka gunakan. Posisi tawar mereka masih rendah dalam negosiasi pemakaian kondom dengan klien. Mitos-mitos seputar pencegahan penyakit IMS pun masih dipegang. Sedangkan dukungan dari keluarga dan teman sebaya lemah dalam upaya pencegahan penyakit IMS Untuk itu perlu kerjasama antara mucikari dan pelanggan pemandu karaoke
PENGARUH PENYULUHAN TERHADAP PENGETAHUAN IBU HAMIL TENTANG PENTINGNYA ASI EKSLUSIF DI RSUD IBNU SINA
Get PDFASI ekslusif adalah bayi hanya diberi ASI saja selama 6 bulan, tanpa tambahan cairan lain seperti susu formula, jeruk, madu, air teh, dan air putih, serta tanpa tambahan makanan padat seperti pisang, bubur susu, bubur nasi, dan nasi tim. Setelah 6 bulan baru mulai diberikan makanan pendamping ASI (MPASI).ASI dapat diberikan sampai anak berusia 2 tahun atau lebih (Kristiyanasari, 2011). Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh penyuluhan terhadap pengetahuan ibu hamil tentang pentingnya ASI ekslusif di RS Ibnu Sina Makassar. Penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan penelitian dengan metode quasi eksperimental design : one group pre test and post test design, populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah semua ibu hamil yang melakukan kunjungan sebanyak 138 orang. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik purposive sampling, didapatkan 58 responden sesuai dengan kriteria inklusi. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan kuesioner. Data yang telah terkumpul kemudian diolah dan dianalisis dengan menggunakan computer program Microsoft excel dan program statistik (SPSS) versi 16,0 dengan tingkat kemaknaan 0,05. Hasil analisis bivariat didapatkan pengaruh penyuluhan terhadap pengetahuan ibu hamil tentang pentingnya ASI ekslusif (p 0,000), Kesimpulan dalam penelitian ini adalah ada pengaruh penyuluhan terhadap pengetahuan ibu hamil tentang pentingnya ASI ekslusif di RS Ibnu Sina Makassar

The problem occurs if the storage capacity is limited, forcing cellphone users to delete or move their data to another place so that the cellphone memory is more spacious. This data transfer process is often inefficient and the data will tend to be scattered in various places. To solve this problem, we propose a low-cost storage media server design that can facilitate the activity of transferring, backup or sharing data between devices wirelessly with various client models at home. The NAS (Network Attace Storage) server uses a Single Board Computer (SBC) device, namely the Orange-Pi One produced by Shenzhen Xunlong Software which uses an ARM Quad-core Cortex-A7 processor, 512MB of memory. NAS itself uses Openmediavault software that works on the Armbian Linux operating system. The purpose of queuing analysis is to minimize customer waiting and service capacity cost. The model is a representation of a simplified real system. the model is a very useful tool for analyzing and designing systems. Simulation is a methodology for carrying out experiments using models from a real system by creating a simulation model of a system so it is expected to be easier to do the analysis. Promodel stands for Production Modeler is an application issued by Promodel company. This application serves to simulate or model various types of manufacturing and service systems. These manufacturing systems such as shops, conveyors, assemblies, just-in-time systems, flexible manufacturing systems can all be modeled with promodels. The time used in this case is quite good, namely at counter 1 of 49.67, counter 2 of 40.57 and counter 3 of 33.24.
