Gender Influence on Pre-service Biology Teachers’ TPACK Profile
TPACK research has been conducted on several subject teachers in schools in Jambi. However, research on prospective teachers, especially Biology, has not been widely conducted. What is new about this study is seeing the differences in TPACK results of female and male prospective teachers, which has not previously been done on prospective Biology teachers in Jambi. This research aims to examine the gap between two groups of male and female teacher candidates in assessing their TPACK knowledge. This study was conducted by distributing questionnaires to prospective teacher students using Google Form. There were 63 students consisting of 13 males and 50 females. The research method used was quantitative descriptive. The results showed that there were quite significant differences in TK and TCK indicators related to technology use. This is due to differences in training and time of technology use. Although male and female prospective teachers rated their domain knowledge very high, especially regarding CK, they rated their technological knowledge lower, including their ability to link this knowledge into TCK, TPK, and TPACK.
Analysis of Kidney Tissue Keting Mystus gulio (Hamilton, 1822) in Gembong and Rejoso River, Pasuruan, Indonesia
Mystus gulio is a local fish that can open up opportunities for the community. Pollution causes water quality to decrease. Fish are an important indicator in the aquatic environment, Histological analysis can be said to have a function as a natural biological sign to determine the health condition of fish which can be seen from changes in tissue structure in organs exposed to pollutants. Organs that’s vulnerable to water pollution is kidneys. Kidney tissue is susceptible to damage because kidneys function as a means of filtration and excretion, The method used in this research is descriptive method. Fish were caught from river than dissected to remove the kidneys for histopathological analysis using the HE method, analyzed using the scoring method. The results obtained in both rivers were that fish kidneys caught in the Gembong River were categorized as moderately damaged, while fish kidneys caught from the Rejoso River were categorized as lightly damaged. This is in line with the results of the heavy metal lead from both rivers. Where the yield of lead in fish kidneys caught from the Gembong is on average higher than the yield from fish kidneys caught from the Rejoso
Herpetofauna Diversity at the Nusa Cendana University
University campuses are built to carry out the learning process. Therefore, this area has dramatically developed and impacted on the environment and biodiversity. The Nusa Cendana University (Undana) campus area as a habitat for wild animals is included in the built and managed habitat categories. In human-dominated habitats in urban areas such as Undana, it is still possible for animal species to find habitats to find food, shelter, and water sources. This research aims to analyze herpetofauna diversity and update information on preliminary studies of herpetofauna at Nusa Cendana University so that it can be used as primary data for assessing time series. Data was collected using the Visual Encounter Survey combined with the time-constrained search method for three hours from 18.30 to 21.30 WITA at three habitat types (Agricultural, open-area, and built-area habitat). The observation period is divided into two categories: dry and rainy season. Twelve species from eight herpetofauna families, consisting of four amphibians and eight reptiles, were recorded in three habitat types in the Undana campus area. It was recorded that there were six additional herpetofauna species compared to the preliminary study
The Correlation between Environmental Sanitation and Stunting Management through Women's Interventions and Food Security in Pre-School Age Children
Stunting is a chronic nutritional deficiency that impedes growth and affects the development of body and brain cells. Addressing stunting requires multisectoral collaboration to reduce and prevent stunting among children under 5 years old, the critical "Golden Age" period. Malang City's stunting rate was 18% in 2022, 16% in 2023, with a 2024 target of 14%. Achieving zero stunting involves a multidisciplinary approach, considering environmental, social, and economic factors within a sustainable development framework. This study examines the roles of the community, stakeholders, and government in stunting management. A quantitative approach using explanatory research was conducted on pre-school children in Karangbesuki Village, with a sample of 112 families at risk of stunting from a population of 584. Data was collected through offline questionnaires, and analysis was performed using SEM-PLS software. The study found that environmental sanitation had no significant direct effect on stunting management but positively influenced women's intervention and food security. Both women's intervention and food security significantly impacted stunting management. Furthermore, women's intervention and food security played a perfect mediating role in the relationship between environmental sanitation and stunting management. Future research should consider expanding the sample size and exploring additional independent variables beyond the current framework

The Role of Science of Counselling for Adolescent Mental Health
Adolescence is faced with the problem of self-mastery or self-control. Juvenile delinquency is a form of conflict that is not resolved properly in childhood, so that the adolescent phase fails to undergo the process of mental development. This condition is called adolescents experiencing mental health problems. This research uses the narrative literature review method. The narrative literature review method is one method for conducting a qualitative literature review. This method aims to compile a review or summary of the results of previous research on a particular topic. This method is commonly used to examine or analyse a previous study and then create and package it in the latest version. Therefore, the author chose this method because it is in accordance with the purpose of making this research to examine and compare previous research with the current novelty. Based on the articles that have been obtained 6 articles related to the effect of peer counselling on empathy and mental health. Teenagers tend not to want to tell when they are experiencing difficulties. Peer counselling is an effort to increase empathy because students will easily share their complaints, because they have trust in their peers. Adolescents are also vulnerable to mental health problems in adolescents such as the development of various biological (physical), cognitive and socioemotional domains
