The Science of Transportation and Legal Aspect of Coal (Bituminus -Antrasit) Haulage System in Batanghari District
Bituminous and Anthracite are coal mined in Indonesia. The use of this energy becomes very elementary for various purposes or energy needs. Therefore, its distribution is a problem in itself because it crosses various mediums, be it river flows and also road sections in Batanghari district. Problems that arise in connection with the transport system studied in this study are those that pass through the highway, so that aspects of the road class and the load of the transport fleet need to pay attention to the regulations set by the government, both central and regional. This research is an empirical study with a qualitative approach that aims to obtain actual answers regarding the coal transportation system with land transport modes, namely trucks with various carrying capacities. Data was obtained by observation along the road route passed by coal trucks. In addition, data was also obtained from sources of legislation regarding the public transport system issued by the central and regional governments. The data was analysed by looking for highlights of reality, then elaborated with juridical guidelines and other legal facts. The results of the study found that the Implementation of Jambi Province Regional Regulation Number 13 of 2012 concerning Coal Transportation Regulations in Batanghari has not been running properly, there are still many rules that are violated by Coal entrepreneurs this is because the government seems to relax existing regulations. Problems experienced by the government are obstacles in making special Coal transport routes
The Effectiveness of Bougainvillea (Bougainvillea spectabilis willd) Extract on Reducing Blood Glucose in Hypercholesterolaemia White Rats
Bougainvillea leaves are often used by the public as a treatment by drinking boiled water, but their use as a blood sugar-lowering agent is not supported by scientific data. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of reducing blood glucose levels and to determine the dose of extract that is effective in in white rats. The plant's herbal extract was prepared using the reflux method with 90% ethanol solvent. This study uses a laboratory experimental method to compare blood glucose levels in white rats before and after administration of herb extract at doses of 100, 200, and 300 mg/kg BW orally using high-fat feed induction and streptozotocin. Blood glucose levels were measured using a glucometer, and mice were declared positive for diabetes with fasting blood sugar levels above 126 mg/dL. The number of test animals used in this study was 30 mice, divided into 6 groups. A randomized block design was used as the research design. The study's findings revealed that administering Bougainville spectabilis willd herb extract at doses of 100, 200, and 300 mg/kg BW can reduce blood glucose in test animals with an effective dose of 200 mg/kg B
Development of Digital Literacy Based Game Cards on Hydrocarbon Material
This research is motivated by the lack of learning media used in learning hydrocarbon material, so that student learning outcomes are not good. With the increasing development of digital technology in learning. Then it can be utilized in learning. Therefore, in this study, the researcher aims to develop digital literacy-based learning media in the form of game cards called Hy-Card cards so that learning is more enjoyable and learning outcomes are better. This study uses the ADDIE R&D model research method. The instruments used in this study were feasibility sheets and response questionnaires with a Likert scale. The results of the content feasibility test were obtained with an average of 98.5% (very feasible), the language was obtained with an average of 98% (very feasible), and the media was obtained with an average of 97% (very feasible). The results of the individual response trial obtained a result of 85% (very good), and the small group trial obtained an average of 89% (very good) and the large group trial obtained an average of 88% (very good). So, it can be concluded that the Hy-Card game card is very suitable for use in hydrocarbon learning with the average response trial obtaining very good results
Profile of Learning Outcomes and Student Activity in Learning Natural Sciences at SMPN 2 Karangawen
This article as a literature review aims to understand the characteristics of learning achievement and the level of student participation in the Natural Sciences learning process. At SMPN 2 Karangawen. The fact that in the field many students experience difficulties when learning and are not active when there is material they don't understand, this is what prompted researchers to find out the learning outcomes and student activity in science learning at SMPN 2 Karangawen. This research uses descriptive qualitative methods and the subjects of this research involve 31 students in class IX of SMPN 2 Karangawen. Sample selection in this research was carried out using a simple random sampling method. Information collection was carried out using the activity questionnaire method and recording learning outcomes. In this research, descriptive statistical analysis techniques were used to analyze the data. The findings show: 1) Recording of science learning outcomes through the classroom observation method is quite 42%. 2) The profile of student activity in science learning can be categorized as less active because only 2 instruments are included in the good category, namely seen from the results of visual activities 53% and writing activities 71%. At the same time, there are 3 indicators that fall into the category, namely oral activities 63%, listening activities 65%, and activity metrics 57%
Formulation And Activity Tests of Anti-Acne Toner 70% Ethanol Extract Black Garlic (Allium sativum L.)
Black Garlic (BG) is a fermented product of garlic heated at 60-70ᵒC for 14 days. Black garlic has a black color and has an aroma and taste that is not too pungent like garlic. In Black Garlic S-allylcysteine helps the absorption of allicin making metabolism against bacterial infections easier. The purpose of this study was to determine the physical evaluation and antibacterial activity of 70% ethanol extract Black Garlic (EEBG) as well as the optimum concentration of Staphylococcus aureus, Staphylococcus epidermidis, and Propionibacterium acnes. The study used Single Black Garlic (Allium sativum L.) from Lumajang, East Java, fermented for 30 days at a temperature of 70°C and humidity of 90%. Single black garlic extract is formulated in 3 formulas, including formula 1 (0,5% extract), formula 2 (1% extract), formula 3 (1,5% extract), negatif control (base) and Wardah Acnederm Pure Refining Toner as a comparison. Toner were evaluated by organoleptic testing, pH, homogeneity, and antibacterial activity. The physical results of the toner preparation meet the physical quality requirements which include (organoleptic testing, pH, and homogeneity). The results of the antibacterial activity of toner preparations in formula 1 (0,5% extract), formula 2 (1% extract), formula 3 (1,5% extract), and Commercial toner for antibacterial. The conclusion of this study shows that EEBG has promising antibacterial effects and the evaluation of all instant granules has met the specified requirements
Penyuluhan Pencegahan Cacingan Pada Siswa Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Islahul Muta’alim di Kota Mataram
The prevalence of worm infections among elementary school children in West Nusa Tenggara reaches 13.1%. Worm infections can disrupt children's growth and immune system, and in the long term, this condition can cause cognitive impairments in children. Changing lifestyles and improving environmental sanitation are crucial steps in preventing worm infections in children. However, awareness and action toward these measures remain low due to insufficient knowledge about them.
The objective of this education is to raise awareness and knowledge about the dangers of worm infections and how to prevent them. The methods used in this activity include education on worm infection prevention and demonstrations of proper handwashing techniques. Students at Islahul Muta'alim Elementary Madrasah showed good enthusiasm during the activities, which facilitated smooth implementation. It is hoped that these activities will enhance students' understanding of worm infections.Prevalensi cacingan pada anak usia sekolah dasar di Nusa Tenggara Barat mencapai 13,1%. Infeksi caingan dapat mengganggu tumbuh kembang dan daya tahan tubuh anak dan dalam jangka panjang kondisi ini dapat menyebabkan gangguan kognitif pada anak. Mengubah pola hidup dan memperbaiki sanitasi lingkungan merupakan langkah utama dalam pencegahan cacingan pada anak. Namun, kesadaran untuk melakukannya masih rendah akibat kurangnya pengetahuan mengenai hal tersebut. Tujuan dari penyuluhan ini adalah untuk meningkatkan kesadaran dan pengetahuan terkait bahaya infeksi cacingan dan cara mencegahnya. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini adalah penyuluhan terkait pencegahan cacingan dan peragaan cara cuci tangan yang baik dan benar. Para siswa Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Islahul Muta’alim memiliki antusiasime yang baik dalam pelaksanaan kegiatan sehingga kegiatan berjalan dengan lancar dan diharapkan dapat meningkatkan pemahaman para siswa tentang cacingan
Pemberdayaan Masyarakat Melalui Pelatihan dan Pengembangan Produk Bagi Kelompok UMKM Desa Alor Besar
Desa Alor Besar memiliki kelompok UMKM yang terbentuk untuk memaksimalkan hasil tangkapan lautnya, kelompok ini berfokus pada produksi Ikan Asap dengan produk turunan Sambal Ikan Asap dan Boncabe Ikan Asap. Kelompok UMKM Desa Alor Besar menghadapi permasalahan terhadap kegiatan pemasaran, kurang maksimalnya pembukuan yang dilakukan oleh kelompok. Selain itu harga produk yang terbilang tinggi hingga tidak dapat menjangkau masyarakat sekitar dalam penjualan. Tujuan dari kegiatan pemberdayaan ini yaitu untuk meningkatkan kapasitas UMKM Alor Besar dalam melakukan pemasaran, pengelolaan keuangan dan inovasi produk melalui sosialisasi dan pelatihan. Dari kegiatan tersebut kelompok UMKM memahami dengan baik mengenai pemasaran, pembukuan sederhana dan pembuatan produk yang buktikan dari hasil evaluasi menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pemahaman kelompok UMKM Desa Alor Besar
Pemanfaatan Limbah Kopi dan Kakao Sebagai Pupuk Kompos yang Berkualitas di Desa Karang Sidemen Kecamatan Batukliang Utara Kabupaten Lombok Tengah
Karang Sidemen Village is one of the outermost villages in Central Lombok Regency. Located at the northern tip of Mount Rinjani. As a village located at the foot of Lake Segara Anak, this village has a fertile and prosperous land contour. With the potential for large plantations and forest products, the government then designated this village as a Holtipark Village or horticultural park with various high-value plants including cocoa plants. Cocoa as a leading commodity III has not fully used technological processing and the trade value is still local. The problems that occur in Karang Sidemen Village due to abundant cocoa production with less than optimal handling of the results, in addition to the waste produced from handling its processed products, are one problem that must also be considered at the same time. An alternative solution offered for handling cocoa fruit skin waste in Karang Sidemen Village is by processing waste into compost that can be applied as organic material to increase soil fertility. By utilizing cocoa fruit skin waste as compost, it can provide cheap and environmentally friendly organic fertilizer, reduce the pile of organic waste scattered in the plantation environment, help manage waste early and quickly, reduce the need for land for disposal, and save the environment from damage and disturbances in the form of odor or air pollution. In this community service activity, the community is given socialization on how to process waste and the manufacturing process to the application of compost fertilizer utilization which can later be used as organic fertilizer to maintain, improve or increase soil fertility. With this alternative compost fertilizer, it is hoped that it can reduce the accumulation of waste produced by the community so that the cleanliness and beauty of Karang Sidemen Village as an agrotourism village can be achieved optimally. Gender Equality Challenges in Afghanistan
This study aims to analyze the impact of restricting women's rights on the development of civilization, focusing on the condition of women in Afghanistan after the Taliban regained power. The method used is qualitative analysis with a descriptive approach based on secondary data from international reports, scholarly articles, and reliable news sources. The study results show that restrictions on women's rights and roles in various aspects of life, such as education, employment, and social participation, negatively affect societal and civilizational progress. The discussion reveals that the systemic injustice experienced by women in Afghanistan not only suppresses individual rights but also slows down the country's social and economic development. In conclusion, policies that limit women's roles can hinder or even halt the progress of civilization, highlighting the need for global efforts to promote gender equality and the protection of human rights
Computer Science and Architecture of Digitalization HRM
The advent of science and technology have revolutionized every facet of modern HR is no exception. Traditional HR with no digital science practices are being replaced by digital tools that offer more agility, precision, and scalability. Organizations today face dynamic market demands, requiring efficient talent management to stay competitive. The digitalization of Human Resources (HR) has redefined talent management by enhancing efficiency and effectiveness through advanced technologies like Artificial Intelligence, big data, and cloud computing. This study investigates how digital tools streamline HR operations, improve decision-making, and foster employee engagement. Key areas of focus include recruitment, performance management, employee engagement, and workforce analytics. The study also examines the challenges organizations face in adopting digital HR systems and proposes strategies to overcome them. Using a qualitative methods approach, data from industry reports, HR professionals, and employee surveys are analyzed to explore the impact of digitalization on key HR functions. Results indicate a significant improvement in recruitment efficiency, employee performance management, and workforce analytics. The discussion highlights the benefits, challenges, and strategies for successful implementation, concluding with recommendations for organizations aiming to maximize the potential of digital HR
