Analisis Kemampuan Guru Kejuruan SMK Sarolangun dalam Mengintegrasikan Keterampilan Abad 21 Melalui Persepsi Pimpinan Sekolah
This study aims to analyze the ability of vocational teachers in Sarolangun to integrate 21st century skills based on school leaders’ perceptions. A descriptive quantitative approach using Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) was employed, involving 110 respondents from 24 vocational high schools in Sarolangun Regency. Results revealed that teachers demonstrated high proficiency in critical thinking and innovation (82.64), information literacy (82.64), and communication and collaboration skills (79.85). Structural analysis identified significant relationships between skill aspects, with information literacy exerting the strongest influence on critical thinking and problem solving (path coefficient 0.788). The research model explained 67.2% of the variation in teachers’ technological literacy skills. The findings conclude that developing 21st century skills among vocational teachers requires a holistic and comprehensive approach to teacher training and professional development, as these skills are highly interrelated
Pengaruh Kecepatan, Kelentukan Dan Kelincahan Terhadap Kemampuan Menggiring Bola Pemain Futsal Vamos Academy Padang
Dribbling ability is one of the main skills that every futsal player must have to support performance on the field. This study was conducted to understand how speed, flexibility, and agility affect the dribbling ability of futsal players at Vamos Academy Padang. This study uses the path analysis method with purposive sampling technique. The instruments used include a 20 meter sprint speed test, agility test with zig-zag run test, flexibility test using sit and reach, and dribbling ability test through slalom dribbling test. The results showed that: (1) speed has a significant direct effect on dribbling ability with a significant value of 0.321; (2) flexibility also has a significant effect on dribbling ability with a significant value of 0.470; (3) agility significantly affects dribbling ability with a significant value of 0.240; (4) no significant effect of speed on dribbling ability through agility (0.164); (5) no significant effect of flexibility on dribbling ability through agility (0.077); and (6) speed, flexibility, and agility simultaneously have a significant effect on dribbling ability. In conclusion, speed, flexibility, and agility are important factors that directly affect the dribbling ability of futsal players.Kemampuan menggiring bola merupakan salah satu kemampuan utama yang harus dimiliki oleh setiap pemain futsal untuk menunjang performa di lapangan. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh kecepatan, kelentukan, dan kelincahan terhadap kemampuan menggiring bola pada pemain futsal di Vamos Academy Padang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis jalur dengan teknik purposive sampling. Instrumen yang digunakan meliputi tes kecepatan lari cepat 20 meter, tes kelincahan dengan zig-zag run test, tes kelentukan dengan sit and reach, dan tes kemampuan menggiring bola melalui slalom dribbling test. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) kecepatan berpengaruh signifikan secara langsung terhadap kemampuan menggiring bola dengan nilai signifikan sebesar 0,321; (2) kelentukan juga berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kemampuan menggiring bola dengan nilai signifikan sebesar 0,470; (3) kelincahan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kemampuan menggiring bola dengan nilai signifikan sebesar 240; (4) tidak ada pengaruh signifikan kecepatan terhadap kemampuan menggiring bola melalui kelincahan (0,164); (5) tidak ada pengaruh signifikan kelentukan terhadap kemampuan menggiring bola melalui kelincahan (0,077); dan (6) kecepatan, kelentukan, dan kelincahan secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kemampuan menggiring bola. Kesimpulannya, kecepatan, kelentukan, dan kelincahan merupakan faktor penting yang secara langsung berpengaruh terhadap kemampuan menggiring bola pada pemain futsal
Pengembangan Media Kotak Pintar Berbasis Teknologi Qr Code untuk Meningkatkan Kemampuan Literasi Numerik Anak Usia Dini
Children's numerical literacy skills have not developed optimally. This can be seen in learning, where although children can mention numbers 1 to 20, they still have difficulty recognizing number symbols and matching the number with the number symbol. This condition is caused by the lack of use of technology-based learning media specifically designed for children. This research aims to develop QR Code-based smart box media to improve early childhood numerical literacy skills. This research method uses the Research and Development model from Borg and Gall. Validation was carried out by 3 experts, the test subjects were Pertiwi 1 Padang kindergarten students. Data collection techniques using interviews, questionnaires, and observation sheets. Data analysis was carried out validity analysis, practicality analysis, and effectiveness test analysis using SPSS V. 25. Based on the results of the analysis, the QR Code-based smart box media has 96% instrument validation test results, 90% media validation test and 92% material validation test with very valid eligibility criteria. Based on the calculation of the N-Gain test results of 0.52, meaning that the development of QR Code-based smart box media to improve early childhood numerical literacy skills is in the medium category. Furthermore, a paired sample t-test was conducted with the results of sig. (2-tailed) of 0.000 <0.05 with α = 0.05 which means that there is a difference in the average value between the pretest and posttest scores of numerical literacy skills in early childhood. It can be concluded that the development of QR Code-based smart box media is effective for significantly improving the numerical literacy skills of early childhood in kindergarten.Kemampuan literasi numerik anak belum berkembang secara optimal. Hal ini terlihat dalam pembelajaran, dimana meskipun anak sudah dapat menyebutkan angka 1 sampai 20, namun mereka masih kesulitan dalam mengenal lambang bilangan dan mencocokkan angka dengan lambang bilangan tersebut. Kondisi ini disebabkan oleh kurangnya penggunaan media pembelajaran berbasis teknologi yang dirancang khusus untuk anak-anak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan media smart box berbasis QR Code untuk meningkatkan kemampuan literasi numerasi anak usia dini. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan model pengembangan Research and Development dari Borg and Gall. Validasi dilakukan oleh 3 orang ahli, subjek uji coba adalah siswa TK Pertiwi 1 Padang. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara, angket, dan lembar observasi. Analisis data dilakukan analisis validitas, analisis kepraktisan, dan analisis uji keefektifan dengan menggunakan SPSS V. 25. 25. Berdasarkan hasil analisis, media smart box berbasis QR Code memiliki hasil uji validasi instrumen 96%, uji validasi media 90% dan uji validasi materi 92% dengan kriteria kelayakan sangat valid. Berdasarkan perhitungan hasil uji N-Gain sebesar 0,52, artinya pengembangan media smart box berbasis QR Code untuk meningkatkan kemampuan literasi numerasi anak usia dini termasuk dalam kategori sedang. Selanjutnya dilakukan uji paired sample t-test dengan hasil sih. (2-tailed) sebesar 0,000 < 0,05 dengan α = 0,05 yang berarti terdapat perbedaan nilai rata-rata antara nilai pretest dan posttest kemampuan literasi numerasi anak usia dini. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa pengembangan media smart box berbasis QR Code efektif untuk meningkatkan kemampuan literasi numerasi anak usia dini di Taman Kanak-kanak secara signifikan
Exploring the Academic Landscape of Merdeka Belajar in Higher Education: A Bibliometric Analysis
The Merdeka Belajar-Kampus Merdeka (MBKM) policy is a strategic initiative of the Indonesian Ministry of Education, Culture, Research and Technology to revolutionize the higher education system through increasing student learning flexibility and freedom. The purpose of this study is to explore the academic landscape related to the MBKM policy through a bibliometric approach to identify research trends, publication patterns, academic collaboration, and dominant themes that appear in the scientific literature. The method used is bibliometric analysis by utilizing Biblioshiny, VOSviewer, and Microsoft Excel software on 210 documents obtained from the Dimensions database with the keywords “independent learning” and “higher education”. The results showed a significant increase in publications since 2020 with an annual growth rate of 92.56%, indicating high academic interest in MBKM. The top ten most cited articles raised issues of MBKM curriculum implementation, institutional adaptation challenges, and technology integration in learning. The analysis also revealed extensive collaboration between authors and institutions, as well as a diversity of keywords such as “flexible curriculum”, “project-based learning”, and “industry cooperation”. The discussion in this study highlights that while MBKM offers great potential in enhancing student skills, challenges such as faculty readiness, digital infrastructure, and institutional support still need to be addressed. Therefore, the results of this study provide important insights for higher education policy makers in designing more effective and sustainable MBKM implementation strategies
Development of Interactive Media Flipbook to Improve Students' Critical Thinking Skills on Earth Rotation and Revolution Material in Grade VI Elementary School
This research is based on the need for learning media that can improve students' critical thinking skills in understanding the material of Earth's Rotation and Revolution. Interactive Flipbook media was chosen as a solution because of its ability to present learning content in an interesting and interactive way, which is in accordance with the demands of 21st century education. The research was conducted at SDN Al-Amin Probolinggo by involving grade VI students as research subjects. This research uses the Research & Development (R&D) method with the ADDIE model which includes five stages: Analysis - identifying learning media needs through observation; Design - designing interesting and interactive Flipbook content; Development - developing and validating learning media; Implementation - testing the media on grade VI students; and Evaluation - analyzing the effectiveness of the media. This research aims to produce the validity, practicality and effectiveness of the Interactive Flipbook Media. The results of the study showed a validity level of 92.42%, practicality of 93.75%, and effectiveness of 100% with all students achieving KKM, proving that Interactive Flipbook media is effective in improving students' critical thinking skills
Impact of Differentiated Learning Strategies on Student Resilience and Academic Performance at State Junior High School
Differentiated learning strategies aim to improve students' learning outcomes and resilience in facing academic challenges. This study aimed to assess the efficacy of the strategy among ninth grade students at SMP Negeri Gumukmas. This study used a quasi-experimental design with a total of 98 students, divided into intervention and control groups of 49 students each. The instruments used consisted of a learning outcome test sheet developed from the RPP and grids, a learning resilience observation sheet based on Ann Masten indicators, and a validated and reliable questionnaire. The data were analyzed using the Friedman test due to the non-normal distribution of the data. The results showed a significant increase in learning outcomes and resilience for students in the intervention group compared to the control group, with a p-value of less than 0.05. These findings reinforce that differentiated learning strategies are effective in improving learning resilience and improving student learning outcomes
Training Evaluation Using Kirkpatrick Evaluation Model for Well Intervention Pressure Control Training
This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of Well Intervention Pressure Control training using the Kirkpatrick Evaluation Model which includes four levels: Reaction, Learning, Behavior, and Outcomes. The research method used was a mixed methods approach combining quantitative and qualitative methods. The evaluation was conducted on 62 trainees working in the oil and gas sector, with a randomly selected sample. The results showed that the training was successful in improving participants' understanding of the training material, including pressure control procedures, as well as other technical skills. At the Reaction level, the majority of participants responded positively to the materials and teaching. At the Learning level, there was a significant increase in pre-test and post-test scores, indicating the success of the training in improving participants' knowledge. At the Behavior level, participants successfully applied the skills learned in real field situations, while at the Outcome level, the training was shown to improve operational performance and safety. In conclusion, the training successfully met its objectives of enhancing participants' technical skills and professional attitudes, and contributed to improved organizational performance, especially in terms of safety and operational efficiency in the oil and gas industry
MENGINTEGRASIKAN PENDIDIKAN SAINS DAN EKONOMI KEUANGAN UNTUK MENINGKATKAN KEWIRAUSAHAAN BERBASIS PENGETAHUAN
This study explores the integration of science and financial economics education in higher education curricula to foster knowledge-based entrepreneurship in the context of globalization and digitalization. Using a qualitative approach with literature analysis and focus group discussions (FGDs) involving academics and business practitioners, the research highlights how a multidisciplinary approach—merging scientific knowledge and financial economics—can enhance entrepreneurial skills. This integration not only deepens theoretical understanding but also equips students with essential financial skills for sustainable business practices. The study underscores the need for educational policies that promote synergy between these fields to cultivate competitive, knowledge-driven entrepreneurs in the futuree.Pendidikan sains di daerah pedesaan sering kali menghadapi tantangan dalam mengakomodasi perspektif gender, yang dapat berdampak pada partisipasi dan keterlibatan siswa, terutama perempuan, dalam bidang sains dan teknologi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi strategi integrasi perspektif gender dalam pendidikan sains guna menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang lebih inklusif dan setara. Metode yang digunakan mencakup analisis kebijakan pendidikan, wawancara dengan pendidik, serta observasi praktik pengajaran di sekolah pedesaan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa hambatan utama dalam pendidikan sains berbasis gender di pedesaan meliputi stereotip gender, keterbatasan akses terhadap sumber daya pendidikan, serta minimnya peran model perempuan dalam bidang sains. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan pendekatan berbasis kebijakan dan pedagogi yang lebih inklusif, seperti pelatihan guru yang berperspektif gender, pengembangan kurikulum yang responsif gender, serta penyediaan fasilitas pendukung bagi siswa perempuan. Dengan menerapkan pendekatan ini, diharapkan dapat meningkatkan minat dan partisipasi siswa dalam bidang sains tanpa hambatan gender
Isolation and Antimicrobial Activity Test of n-Hexane of Pineapple Core Ananas comosus L. Merr
Pineapple (Ananas comosus L. Merr) contains various bioactive compounds, including the enzyme bromelain. Pineapple pith was chosen as a sample because it is still underutilized. This study aims to isolate secondary metabolite compounds from n-hexane extract of pineapple bark and test its antimicrobial activity. Maceration was carried out using n-hexane solvent, then the extract was separated by gravity column chromatography, resulting in four fractions. Separation of pure compounds using thin layer chromatography (KLT) with n-hexane:ethyl acetate (4:1) eluent. The second fraction produced a white crystalline compound (Ac-EH) with a melting point of 128-130°C. Characterization with UV-Vis showed absorption at λmax 268 nm and 206 nm, while FTIR identified the functional groups C-O (1047 cm-¹), CH₃ (1379 cm-¹), CH₂ (1465 cm-¹), C-H aliphatic (2939 cm-¹), and OH (3309 cm-¹). Phytochemical tests showed that Ac-EH belongs to the terpenoid group. Antimicrobial activity tests against Staphylococcus aureus, Staphylococcus epidermidis, and Candida albicans were carried out by diffusion method at concentrations of 20%, 30%, and 40%. The results showed that the n-hexane and Ac-EH extracts were active in inhibiting bacterial growth but not against fungi. The n-hexane extract inhibited S. aureus by 9.1 mm, 9.5 mm, and 9.8 mm and S. epidermidis by 8.1 mm, 8.4 mm, and 8.7 mm. The Ac-EH compound inhibited S. aureus by 8.5 mm, 8.9 mm, and 9.4 mm and S. epidermidis by 8.3 mm, 8.7 mm, and 9.1 mm
Development of Learning Tools with Project-Based Learning (PjBL) Model on Students' Creative Thinking Skills in Renewable Energy Material
This study aims to develop learning devices with a project-based learning model in order to improve students' creative thinking skills in physics subjects on renewable energy material. This type of research is research and development (R&D) with the ADDIE model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation). This research was conducted at SMAN 1 Semarang with the research subjects being a physics teacher and 10th grade students. The research instruments consist of three types, including 1). Feasibility test using a questionnaire sheet, 2). Practicality test using observation sheets and questionnaires, and 3). Effectiveness test using creative thinking skills questions on renewable energy material. Research data related to the effectiveness test in the form of pre-test and post-test were analyzed using the N-gain test. Based on the data analysis, the results obtained include 1). The results of the validation of the learning devices with an average percentage value of 79% (high), 2). The results of the physics teacher's response regarding the practicality of the learning devices obtained a percentage of 83% (very practical), and 3). The results of the effectiveness test using the N-gain test showed that there was an increase in students' creative thinking skills on the renewable energy material taught using the project-based learning (PjBL) model learning device. So it can be concluded that the use of project-based learning models can improve students' creative thinking skills in studying material about renewable energy
