Learners' Needs for E-Modules in Dynamic Fluid Learning Integrated with 21st Century Skills
This study aims to describe the need for developing electronic-based teaching materials (e-modules). The research is a descriptive study conducted at a high school in Padang City, involving 140 students as participants. A questionnaire was used as the data collection instrument to assess students' needs for teaching materials and their characteristics. The questionnaire includes five indicators: 1) student characteristics, 2) implementation of physics learning, 3) use of teaching materials in physics lessons, 4) students' needs for teaching materials, and 5) students' 21st-century skills. The data collected were analyzed using descriptive statistics. The findings revealed that 1) 67% of students struggle with physics lessons, 2) 53% of students reported that feedback from teachers at the end of physics lessons is inadequate, 3) 45% of students have not used diverse teaching materials, 4) 80% of students need additional learning resources, such as teaching materials with text, images, and videos, for independent study, and 5) 51% of students have low 21st-century skills. PERBANDINGAN HASIL PENGOMPOSAN MENGGUNAKAN METODE BATA TERAWANG DAN METODE OPEN WINDROW
Composting is a waste management process that converts organic material into humus that can be reused. Composting can be applied using several methods such as the open windrow method, this method is a way of making compost that will get sufficient aeration so that it will help the compost maturity process more quickly. The aim of this research is to compare the results of composting using the open brick method and open windrow based on chemical parameters. During the composting process, a different bioactivator was added to each compost, using two bioactivators, namely MoL and M-Bio, and periodic checks were carried out every three days during the six weeks of composting. Based on the comparison results, the C, P content and C/N ratio in the two methods produced content values that were not significantly different, however, in the overlay brick method, the control compost was superior in terms of P content and C/N ratio. Meanwhile, the open windrow method has a consistent increase in C, P content and C/N ratio.Pengomposan yaitu proses pengelolaan sampah yang merubah bahan organik menjadi humus yang dapat dimanfaatkan kembali. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk membandingkan hasil pengomposan menggunakan metode bata terawang dan open windrow berdasarkan parameter kimia. Pada saat proses pengomposan diberikan perlakuan penambahan bioaktivator yang berbeda setiap komposnya, menggunakan dua bioaktivator yaitu MoL dan M-Bio, dan melakukan pengecekkan berkala setiap tiga hari selama enam minggu pengomposan. Berdasarkan hasil perbandingan bahwa kandungan C, P, dan rasio C/N pada kedua metode menghasilkan nilai kandungan yang tidak signifikan perbedaanya, namun pada metode bata terawang kompos kontrol lebih unggul pada kandungan P dan rasio C/N. The Website Development of a Teacher Tools Assistance System Integrated of Project Based Learning Model
The study, conducted in response to the shortcomings of the digital learning system in facilitating the Physics learning process with the project based learning model. So the purpose of this study is to develop a Teacher Tools Assistance System website as an answer to this problem. This study adopts the RnD method with the ADDIE model development framework focused on three stages, namely analysis, design, and development. The analysis stage examines the curriculum and learning environment. At the design stage, a prototype of the Teacher Tools Assistance System website is produced which is then tested at the development stage. The development stage is carried out with various tests, namely the Black-Box test, installation/launch, validation by media experts and material experts, and user responses involving 58 students of SMAN 3 Kota Jambi class XI. As a result, in the Black Box test, the website functionality achieved 100% on the teacher's page and 96% on the student's page. In the media expert validation, the score given was 4.44, which was categorized as very feasible. While the validation by material experts 1 and 2 rated it 4.50 and 4.47, categorizing it as very feasible category. In addition, the response from users gave a score of 4.20 in the category of worthy of the product. However, there are still shortcomings including the appearance of the website, website navigation that is not yet user friendly, and the emergence of bugs
Enhancing Critical Thinking and Written Communication Skills through Problem-Based Learning Assisted by Virtual Labs
This research investigates the effectiveness of the Problem-Based Learning (PBL) model assisted by virtual laboratories in improving critical thinking and written communication skills among students of MAN 2 Kota Pekanbaru. Utilizing a classroom action research (CAR) design across two cycles, this study focuses on the application of PBL with PhET Simulations. Results reveal significant improvements in both critical thinking and written communication skills. Key findings emphasize the integration of PBL and technology as effective tools for modern physics education. This study concludes with recommendations for broader adoption of virtual labs to address resource limitations and enhance active learning in science classrooms
The Effectiveness of the Problem-Based Learning Model Assisted by Augmented Reality on Learning Outcomes of Natural and Social Sciences in Solar System Material
Learning models and media that are less in accordance with Permendikbudristek Number 16 of 2022 concerning Process Standards have an impact on low learning outcomes. This study examines the effectiveness of the Problem-Based Learning (PBL) model assisted by augmented reality (AR) on the learning outcomes of grade V science students at SD Gugus Kenanga, Songgom District, Brebes Regency. This type of research is experimental research with a Quasi Experiment design in the form of Nonequivalent Control Group Design. Data collection techniques were in the form of test techniques (pretest and posttest); non-test techniques, namely observation, interviews, questionnaires, and documentation. Initial data analysis techniques included normality and homogeneity tests and final data analysis with t-tests and N-Gain. The output of the t-test was in the form of sig. of 0.000 (sig. <0.05), so H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. The N-Gain test output of the experimental class is 0.60 and the control class is 0.32. In conclusion, the AR-assisted PBL model is effective and has a higher average increase compared to the teacher-assisted PBL model with image media on the learning outcomes of class V science science at SD Gugus Kenanga, Songgom District, Brebes Regency.Model dan media pembelajaran yang kurang sesuai terhadap Permendikbudristek Nomor 16 Tahun 2022 tentang Standar Proses, berdampak pada rendahnya hasil belajar. Penelitian ini mengkaji keefektifan model Problem-Based Learning (PBL) berbantuan augmented reality (AR) terhadap hasil belajar IPAS kelas V SD Gugus Kenanga, Kecamatan Songgom, Kabupaten Brebes. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian eksperimen dengan desain Quasi Experimental berupa Nonequivalent Control Group Design. Populasi penelitian berjumlah 60 peserta didik kelas V di beberapa SD Gugus Kenanga, Kecamatan Songgom, Kabupaten Brebes. Teknik pengambilan sampel penelitian adalah purposive sampling. SD Negeri Karangsembung 03 berperan sebagai kelas eksperimen dan SD Negeri Wanacala 02 berperan sebagai kelas kontrol. Teknik pengumpulan data berupa teknik tes (pretest dan posttest); teknik non tes yaitu observasi, wawancara, angket, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data awal meliputi uji normalitas dan homogenitas serta analisis data akhir dengan uji-t dan N-Gain. Luaran uji-t berupa nilai sig. sebesar 0,000 (sig. < 0,05), sehingga H0 ditolak dan Ha diterima. Luaran uji N-Gain kelas eksperimen sebesar 0,60 dan kelas kontrol sebesar 0,32. Kesimpulannya, model PBL berbantuan AR efektif dan memiliki peningkatan rata-rata yang lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan model PBL versi guru berbantuan media gambar terhadap hasil belajar IPAS kelas V SD Gugus Kenanga, Kecamatan Songgom, Kabupaten Brebes

Pesantren (Islamic boarding schools) play a vital role not only asreligious educational institutions but also as agents of community-basedeconomic development. This outreach program on fishery product innovation,conducted in a female pesantren in Bandar Lampung, aimed to enhance theeconomic capacity of the institution through the empowerment of women. Theprogram covered materials on local fishery potential, innovative processingtechniques, business management, and environmental sustainability. It wasdelivered through presentations, group discussions, hands-on practice, androle-playing methods. The results showed significant improvement inparticipants’ knowledge and skills in processing and managing fisheryproducts, along with heightened awareness of the central role of women inpesantren-based economic development. This initiative proved effective infostering entrepreneurship among women in the pesantren environment andserves as a strategic effort to promote institutional economic self-reliance. Pengaruh Literasi Digital Berbasis Youtube Terhadap Hasil Belajar Matematika Siswa Kelas VII SMP Negeri 28 Makassar
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh literasi digital berbasis youtube terhadap hasil belajar matematika siswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif jenis eksperimen. Desain peneliian true experimental design dengan tipe pretest-posttest control group design. Teknik pengumpulan data yaitu tes dan angket yang disebarkan kepada 62 siswa, Adapun pengambilan sampel yaitu sampel jenuh seluruh poplasi siswa kelas VII (62 siswa) diambil dan dibagi menjadi 2 kelompok yaitu kelompok eksperimen dan kontrol. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat kolerasi yang signitifikan (kuat) antara literasi digital berbasis youtube dengan hasil belajar matematika siswa SMP Negeri 28 Makassar. Besarnya pengaruh literasi digital berbasis youtube terhadap hasil belajar matematika siswa kelas VII SMP Negeri 28 Makassar sesbesar 61,4% sedangkan sisanya 38.6% dipengaruhi factor lain. Adapun kemampuan literasi digital berbasis youtube siswa diantaranya dalam kategori Sangat Tinggi 28,13%, kategori Tinggi 53,125%, kategori Rendah 15,625%, kategori Sangat Rendah 3,125%. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa literasi digital berbasis youtube berpengaruh terhadap hasil belajar matematika siswa kelas VII SMP Negeri 28 Makassa
Effectiveness of Learning Outcomes through Problem-Based Learning Model Utilizing Augmented Reality (AR) Technology in Grade IV Material on the Form of Matter and its Changes in the Ki Hadjar Dewantara Group
The use of learning models and media that are not in accordance with the Process Standards contained in Permedikbudristek Number 16 of 2022. This type of research is experimental research with a Quasi Experimental design in the form of Nonequivalent Control Group Design. The population of this study was all students of class IV of SD Gugus Ki Hadjar Dewantara totaling 82 students. The sampling technique was purposive sampling. In this study, SD Muhammadiyah Purwodadi class IV Al-Majid as the experimental class and class IV Al-Qowiyuu as the control class. Data collection techniques were in the form of test techniques (pretest and posttest); non-test techniques, namely observation, interviews, questionnaires, and documentation. Initial data analysis techniques include normality and homogeneity tests and final data analysis with t-test and N-Gain. The output of the t-test is a sig. value of 0.002 (sig. <0.05), so H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. The output of the N-Gain test for the experimental class is 0.67 and the control class is 0.42. In conclusion, the AR-assisted PBL model is effective in improving student learning outcomes compared to the PBL model version of the teacher assisted by the media of science images for grade IV SD Gugus Ki Hadjar Dewantara
Differentiated Project Based Learning Model: An Effective Strategy in Ecoliteracy Education for Elementary School Students
Increasingly complex environmental problems demand strategic efforts in shaping ecological awareness and behavior from an early age. In this context, basic education has a strategic role in internalizing ecoliteracy values through appropriate learning approaches. This study aims to analyze the effect of the Differentiated Project Based Learning (PjBL) Model on improving the ecoliteracy skills of fifth grade elementary school students. The study used an experimental design with control and experimental groups totaling 31 students each. The pretest results showed that the average ecoliteracy ability of the experimental group was 64.03, while the control group was 66.68. After the application of Differentiated PjBL, the posttest showed that the average ecoliteracy ability of the experimental group increased to 75.32, while the control group was 70.35. The independent sample t test showed a significant difference in the posttest between the two groups (p = 0.039 < 0.05), and the paired t test in the experimental group also showed a significant improvement (p = 0.000 < 0.05). Thus, it can be concluded that the application of the Differentiated PjBL Model can significantly improve the ecoliteracy skills of fifth grade elementary school students and is more effective than conventional learning methods.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Model Project Based Learning (PjBL) Berdeferensiasi terhadap peningkatan kemampuan ekoliterasi siswa kelas V SD. Penelitian menggunakan desain eksperimen dengan kelompok kontrol dan eksperimen yang masing-masing berjumlah 31 siswa. Hasil pretest menunjukkan bahwa rata-rata kemampuan ekoliterasi kelompok eksperimen adalah 64,03, sedangkan kelompok kontrol 66,68. Setelah penerapan PjBL Berdeferensiasi, posttest menunjukkan rata-rata kemampuan ekoliterasi kelompok eksperimen meningkat menjadi 75,32, sementara kelompok kontrol 70,35. Uji t sampel independen menunjukkan perbedaan signifikan pada posttest antara kedua kelompok (p = 0,039 < 0,05), dan uji t berpasangan pada kelompok eksperimen juga menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan (p = 0,000 < 0,05). Dengan demikian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan Model PjBL Berdeferensiasi dapat meningkatkan kemampuan ekoliterasi siswa kelas V SD secara signifikan dan lebih efektif dibandingkan dengan metode pembelajaran konvensional
The Installation of a Mini Line Hauler on a 9 Gt Handline Tuna Vessel in Southern Malang Sea, Indonesia
The tuna handlines operated by some fishers from Southern Malang in the Indian Ocean can be categorized as a type of static fishing gear. The stability of their small-sized vessels becomes critical when a large-sized tuna is caught by the handline and lifted with the help of a line hauler installed onboard, i.e., the floating angle tolerance may be exceeded. This study aims to determine the angle of inclination of a 9 GT boat when a line hauler is operated onboard. The research was carried out in June 2016 by measuring the principal dimensions of a fishing boat, FV Cahaya 01, in Pondok Dadap Fishing Port, Malang. The principal dimensions are length overall (LOA), length before perpendicular (LPP), breadth (B), and depth (D) Data on the boat's principal dimensions, lines plan, and hull shape were used for the boat’s stability calculation. The studied boat's buoyancy center is located at 0.27 m in front of the midship and the TCP is 0.315. The maximum load of the line hauler was 211.253 kg, and the inclination angle during the hauling process was 3.520. The installation of the line hauler on the fishing boat creates a new acceptable stability of the boat. Alat tangkap tuna handline yang dioperasikan oleh beberapa nelayan Malang Selatan di Samudera Hindia dapat dikategorikan sebagai jenis alat tangkap statis. Stabilitas kapal berukuran kecil menjadi penting ketika tuna berukuran besar ditangkap dengan tali pancing dan diangkat dengan bantuan pengangkut tali yang dipasang di atas kapal, sehingga toleransi sudut mengambang dapat terlampaui. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui sudut kemiringan kapal 9 GT pada saat line hauler dioperasikan di atas kapal. Data dimensi utama kapal, denah garis, dan bentuk lambung digunakan untuk perhitungan stabilitas kapal. Pusat daya apung kapal yang diteliti terletak pada 0,27 m di depan bagian tengah kapal dan TCP sebesar 0,315. Beban maksimum yang dapat ditanggung oleh line hauler adalah 211.253 kg, dan sudut kemiringan selama proses pengangkutan adalah 3.520. Pemasangan pengangkut tali pancing pada kapal penangkap ikan menciptakan stabilitas baru yang dapat diterima pada kapal
