    Profil Upaya-Upaya Remediasi Miskonsepsi Sains: Sebuah Tinjauan Literatur Sistematis

    This study aims to describe: the trend of research on improving misconception in science (Physics, Chemistry, Biology), the remediated science concepts, the efforts to remediate science misconceptions. The research method used is systematic literature review (SLR) of the literature from 2019 to present (May 2025) on the Scopus, ERIC, and Google Scholar databases. So far, there has been no comprehensive review of integrated science misconception improvement in Physics, Chemistry, and Biology. The results showed that the trend of science misconception improvement from 2019 to present (May 2025) was mostly conducted in 2023 and was dominated by misconceptions at the high school level. The most remediated misconceptions are on the concept of Physics. The most applied efforts to remediate science misconceptions based on groups of media, models, strategies, methods, and learning approaches respectively are interactive media, conceptual change models, cognitive conflict strategies, refutation text methods, and multiple representative approaches. These remediation efforts can be integrated with each other to design more effective remediation techniques. These findings provide valuable insights for educators and researchers in designing more effective interventions to address science misconceptions at various levels of education, especially high school, and emphasize the importance of integrating various improvement efforts.Konsepsi sains menjadi topik yang krusial untuk diinvestigasi. Pembelajaran sains semestinya terbebas dari miskonsepsi yang menghambat pembentukan konsep ilmiah. Apabila peserta didik sudah mengalami miskonsepsi, maka upaya remediasi miskonsepsi menjadi langkah yang mendesak untuk dilakukan. Proses remediasi miskonsepsi membutuhkan upaya yang tepat. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan: 1) tren penelitian remediasi miskonsepsi sains dari tahun 2019-2025, 2) konsep-konsep sains yang diremediasi, 3) upaya-upaya untuk meremediasi miskonsepsi sains. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Systematic Literature Review (SLR) dari literatur tahun 2019 – 2025 pada database Scopus, ERIC, dan Google Scholar. Sepanjang penelusuran, review mengenai remediasi miskonsepsi sains ditinjau dari bidang kajian Fisika, Kimia, dan Biologi sekaligus secara komprehensif belum pernah dilakukan sebelumnya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tren penelitian upaya remediasi miskonsepsi sains dari tahun 2019-2025 paling banyak dilakukan pada tahun 2023 dan didominasi oleh miskonsepsi pada jenjang sekolah menengah atas. Miskonsepsi yang paling banyak diremediasi adalah pada konsep Fisika. Upaya yang paling banyak diterapkan untuk meremediasi miskonsepsi sains secara berturut-turut adalah media pembelajaran, model pembelajaran, strategi pembelajaran, metode pembelajaran, dan pendekatan pembelajaran.     Enhancing Students’ Achievement in Chemical Equilibrium Through a Scientific Literacy-Integrated 7E Learning Cycle E-Module

    Scientific literacy is crucial in chemistry education, yet PISA results indicate that Indonesian students still struggle with abstract concepts like chemical equilibrium. To address this issue, this study developed a scientific literacy-integrated e-module based on the Learning Cycle 7E model to improve student learning outcomes. Using an educational design research approach with the Plomp model, the e-module’s validity, practicality, and effectiveness were evaluated. Validation by subject matter and media experts yielded high validity scores of 0.89 and 0.91, respectively. Practicality testing involving teachers and students resulted in high scores of 91.27% and 89.70%. Effectiveness analysis, measured using the N-Gain formula, showed a significant improvement in students' learning outcomes. These results indicate that the developed e-module is valid, practical, and effective in supporting the understanding of chemical equilibrium among senior high school students

    Analysis of Science Literacy and Environmental Awareness of Elementary School Students Through the Use of STEM-Based Solar Sprinkle and Ecoburn Media in Science Learning

    The purpose of this study is to examine the effectiveness of STEM-based learning media, namely Solar Sprinkle and Ecoburn, in enhancing science literacy and environmental awareness among elementary school students. This quantitative study employed a pre-experimental design with a one-group pretest-posttest involving 50 students. Data were collected using standardized instruments measuring science literacy and environmental awareness. The results indicated a significant overall improvement in both variables after the intervention. The findings suggest that interactive, STEM-oriented media can support the development of students' understanding of scientific concepts and foster greater awareness of environmental issues.     Pemetaan Partisipatif Hutan Adat Desa Bayan

    The objective of this community service activity was to ascertain the location and extent of customary forests in Bayan Village, with the intention of subsequently preparing a map delineating the boundaries of these areas. The preparation of the map was conducted through a participatory approach, which involved the village government, customary leaders, representatives of indigenous communities, youth leaders, and communities situated in close proximity to the customary forest area. The location of the service was determined through the use of purposive sampling, with the following considerations taken into account: Bayan Village is notable for its extensive customary forest area, ranking among the largest in North Lombok Regency. However, there has been no data update related to the customary forest area since 2005. The data sources employed in this activity encompassed both secondary and primary data, which were subsequently classified into two distinct categories: primary data, comprising boundary digitization results, satellite imagery, village boundaries, village profiles, and pertinent literature; and secondary data, obtained from various sources, including satellite imagery, village boundaries, village profiles, and related literature. The data were analyzed using ArcGIS 10.8.2 software, resulting in a map visualization of the customary forest areas. The mapping results demonstrate that the Bayan Village Customary Forest is divided into four distinct areas: Bangket Bayan, Mandala, Pangempokan, and Tiu Rarangan. The total area of the customary forest in Bayan Village is 82.02 hectares, representing a decrease of 1.18 hectares from the 2005 mapping results, which recorded 83.2 hectaresKegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat (abdimas) ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui lokasi dan luasan hutan adat di Desa Bayan sehingga dapat disusun peta wilayah hutan adat. Penyusunan peta menggunakan pendekatan partisipatif dengan melibatkan pemerintah desa, pemangku adat, perwakilan masyarakat adat, tokoh pemuda, dan masyarakat yang berbatasan langsung dengan wilayah hutan adat. Pemetaan partisipatif hutan adat Desa Bayan dilakukan sebagai langkah strategis untuk memperjelas batas wilayah, memperkuat hak masyarakat adat, dan mendukung pengelolaan hutan yang berkelanjutan. Penentuan Lokasi pengabdian menggunakan purposive sampling dengan pertimbangan : (1) Desa Bayan merupakan salah satu wilayah dengan luas hutan adat terbesar di Kabupaten Lombok Utara; (2) belum dilakukan pembaharuan data terkait luasan hutan adat sejak tahun 2005. Sumber data pada kegiatan abdimas ini terdiri dari data sekunder dan data primer, yang dikelompokan menjadi data primer berupa hasil digitasi batas wilayah, data sekunder diperoleh dari citra satelit, batas wilayah desa, profil desa dan literatur terkait. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan perangkat lunak ArcGIS 10.8.2 untuk menghasilkan visualisasi peta wilayah hutan adat. Hasil pemetaan menunjukkan (1) Hutan Adat Desa Bayan terbagi menjadi empat wilayah yaitu : Hutan Adat Bangket Bayan, Mandala, Pangempokan, dan Tiu Rarangan; (2) total luas hutan adat Desa Bayan sebesar 82, 02 hektar.     The digital transformation era and technological advancements demand rapid adaptability from human resources, including the increasingly important utilization of data science across various industries. Statistics, as a core component of data science, plays a crucial role in transforming data into valuable information for decision-making. Considering the significance of statistical analysis, this skill has become one of the most sought-after in today's industrial world, especially for the younger generation, such as high school students, who will become agents of change in the future. Community service activities at SMA Negeri 1 Gunungsari, Lombok Barat, aim to enhance students understanding of the role of statistics in the digital transformation era. These activities include raising awareness about the importance of statistics in career choices and the application of statistical tools in digital contexts. Furthermore, the material delivered also covers how statistics can be used as a tool to address future industrial challenges. The evaluation of this activity shows an increase in students understanding, as evidenced by the post-test results, which show significant improvement compared to the pre-test. This demonstrates that raising awareness about statistics is effective in equipping students with relevant skills in the digital era. Therefore, similar activities are expected to be implemented in other schools to strengthen students readiness to utilize statistics as agents of change in the digital transformation era

    Pelatihan Pembuatan Yoghurt Drink untuk Membekali Keterampilan Santri di Pondok Pesantren Darussalam Purwokerto

    Kabupaten Banyumas Jawa Tengah secara umum berpotensi bagi pengembangan peternakan sapi perah terutama di Purwokerto, karena didukung kondisi geografis berupa dataran tinggi yang mempunyai cuaca dingin. Pengabdian ini dilaksanakan di Pondok Pesantren Darussalam Purwokerto, Jawa Tengah. Pondok Pesantren Darussalam mempunyai usaha berupa toko yang menyediakan fasilitas kebutuhan bagi santri. Permasalahan yang ditemukan adalah  masih kurangnya pemberdayaan santri untuk mengisi toko pondok dengan hasil karya santri, padahal pondok mempunyai sumber daya manusia yang berpotensi untuk diberdayakan dan daerah Banyumas yang berpotensi dalam bidang peternakan sapi perah sehingga mempunyai peluang untuk mengolah hasil ternak berupa susu.  Solusi dari permasalahan ini adalah memberikan pelatihan pengolahan susu menjadi yoghurt drink kepada santri.  Metode yang dilakukan dalam pengabdian ini adalah 1)  melakukan survei lokasi dan wawancara, untuk mencari permasalahan, memberikan solusi, dan merancang jadwal pengabdian, 2) Sosialisasi pengolahan hasil ternak berupa pembuatan yoghurt drink, 3) Pelatihan dan demonstrasi mengenai pembuatan yoghurt drink, 4) Evaluasi kegiatan.  Hasil yang diperoleh adalah terjadinya peningkatan level pengetahuan, pemahaman dan keterampilan santri sebesar 1,6% berdasarkan hasil pre test dan post test.  Kesimpulannya adalah pengabdian ini tergolong berhasil karena mitra merespon positif, antusias, dan terjadi peningkatan pengetahuan, pemahaman dan keterampilan tentang pengolahan yoghurt drink.   &nbsp

    Pernikahan usia anak di Provinsi NTB mencapai 51% pada tahun 2017, menjadikannya tertinggi kedua di Indonesia. Faktor budaya, rendahnya pendidikan, dan minimnya peran orang tua serta tokoh masyarakat berkontribusi terhadap tingginya angka pernikahan usia anak, khususnya di desa Lenek Duren. Untuk mengatasi masalah ini, perlu dilalukan sosialisasi mengenai pecegahan pernikahan usia anak, dengan narasumber dari LPSDM Lombok Timur, melibatkan siswa SMP 1 Satap Lenek Duren, guru, dan staf desa.     Tourism in Indonesia, especially through village tourism, aims to preserve traditions, culture, and traditional activities while offering an authentic atmosphere. West Nusa Tenggara (NTB) has numerous village tourism sites; Banyumulek Village in West Lombok is renowned for its pottery art, which is a significant part of local culture. However, pottery artisans face health issues such as respiratory infections (ISPA), coughs, colds, and eye irritation due to air pollution from pottery firing processes. Observations, data collection, and visits to pottery artisans in Banyumulek village identified the main issue as ISPA due to exposure to pottery firing smoke and inadequate use of masks during work. The cause of this issue was identified through group discussions using the Delphi method. To address this problem, education on ISPA and proper mask usage among artisans is proposed. Interventions include educating artisans on the importance of wearing masks while working and distributing free cloth masks to increase awareness and knowledge of ISPA prevention

    "A certified Fish Hatchery Training program for students of the Faculty of Marine Science and Fisheries at Halu Oleo University was implemented to accelerate the improvement of student competency in aquaculture. This activity adopted a learning method that combined the delivery of educational material with hands-on practical experience in catfish (Clarias sp) hatchery techniques at the Aquaculture, Hatchery, and Fisheries Production Laboratory of FPIK UHO. This was facilitated by an outreach team and further integrated with an understanding of the catfish marketing aspects. Dividing the students into two groups during the hatchery practice sessions aimed to facilitate the active participation of each individual and allow for more focused supervision by the instructors. The training results indicated that the combination of theoretical education and direct practical experience in catfish hatchery techniques in the laboratory, along with instructor guidance, yielded significant learning outcomesPelatihan Pembenihan Ikan Bersertifikasi bagi mahasiswa Fakultas Ilmu Kelautan dan Perikanan Universitas Halu Oleo diimplementasikan dengan tujuan untuk mengakselerasi peningkatan kompetensi mahasiswa dalam bidang akuakultur. Kegiatan ini mengadopsi metode pembelajaran yang menggabungkan penyampaian materi edukatif dengan pengalaman praktik langsung pembenihan ikan lele dumbo di Laboratorium Budidaya, Pembenihan dan Produksi Perikanan FPIK UHO, yang difasilitasi oleh tim pengabdian, yang selanjutnya diintegrasikan dengan pemahaman mengenai aspek pemasaran ikan lele dumbo. Pembagian mahasiswa menjadi dua kelompok selama sesi praktik pembenihan bertujuan untuk memfasilitasi partisipasi aktif setiap individu dan memungkinkan pengawasan yang lebih terfokus oleh instruktur.     ABSTRAK                Coastal environmental management has an important role in maintaining balance in terms of ecology, economy and society which is a source of life for coastal communities. Coastal areas often face pressure due to human activities in the form of environmental pollution which causes indiscriminate waste disposal and ecosystem degradation. Pemongkong Village, Jerowaru District, which is one of the coastal areas of East Lombok, has beaches including Ujung Betook Beach which is one of the environmental assets and sources of livelihood, both through the aquaculture, capture and tourism sectors. The problem of waste in coastal areas is increasing due to human activities, lack of good waste management, and minimal awareness of the importance of maintaining coastal cleanliness. One solution in managing the coastal environment is through a beach cleanup movement. Beach cleanup activities in several coastal areas show increasing concern and community participation in maintaining the coastal environment. This movement not only aims to clean up waste, but also to raise public awareness of the importance of maintaining coastal sustainability. This community service activity has two stages, namely the preparation stage and the implementation stage of the beach cleanup movement. The implementation stage in this activity uses a participation method. The community service activity went smoothly. Participants in this service consisted of all elements of the Ujung Betok community, ranging from children to adults. The waste found in this activity can be classified into three types, namely waste from coastal community activities, waste left by tourists, and natural waste such as tree branches. The majority of waste found from the three types of waste is inorganic waste in the form of plastic waste. Education related to types of waste and waste management is also provided as information and knowledge.
