    Identifikasi Konsep Diri Siswa Kelas 6 di SDN Gugus IV Sekotong

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan konsep diri siswa kelas 6 di SDN Gugus IV Sekotong. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan jenis pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Populasi pada penelitian ini terdiri dari 12 sekolah dengan total populasi sebanyak 372 siswa. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik Nonprobability Sampling dengan jenis Purposive Sampling. Sampel pada penelitian ini berjumlah 124 siswa yang terdiri dari empat sekolah yaitu SDN 1 Batu Putih, SDN 2 Batu Putih, SDN 4 Batu Putih, dan SDN 5 Batu Putih. Teknik pengumpulan data penelitian ini menggunakan angket. Analisis  data menggunakan analisis deskriptif persentase. Hasil analisis data konsep diri siswa kelas 6 di SDN Gugus IV Sekotong 42 siswa (33,87%) memiliki konsep diri dengan kategori sangat tinggi, 65 siswa (52,42%) memiliki konsep diri dengan kategori tinggi, dan 17 siswa (13,71%) memiliki konsep diri dengan kategori sedang. Sehingga disimpulkan bahwa konsep diri siswa kelas 6 di SDN Gugus IV Sekotong berkategori tinggi yaitu sebesar 52,42%. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa siswa mampu mempersepsikan dan mengenali dirinya sendiri secara baik

    Analysis of the Quality of Sudents’ Critical Reasoning Instruments Using Rasch Model

    This research aims to analyzes the validity and reliability of a students' critical reasoning questionnaire using the Rasch Model. This quantitative descriptive research employed a non-experimental survey design involving 122 fourth-semester undergraduate students from the College of Teacher Training and Education (STKIP) Melawi. Data were collected through an online questionnaire distributed via Google Forms. Validity was assessed through unidimensionality and item fit analysis, while reliability was measured using person reliability, item reliability, and Cronbach’s Alpha. The results indicate that the instrument has not yet achieved good item validity, with only 4 out of 20 items classified as valid. Reliability analysis showed Cronbach’s Alpha of 0.55 (bad category), item reliability of 0.98 (special category), and person reliability of 0.44 (weak category). Item difficulty analysis identified four difficulty levels: 2 items were very easy, 9 easy, 6 difficult, and 3 very difficult. The Rasch model’s item discrimination analysis produced eight item groups based on an item separation index of H = 9.97. These findings emphasize the need to refine questionnaire items and enhance respondent engagement. A validated instrument will support educational assessments by providing a reliable tool for measuring students’ critical reasoning skills in teacher training institutions

    Student Activeness in Problem Solving Ability Based Learning on Magnet Material

    Education is a conscious and planned effort to create a learning and teaching atmosphere so that students actively develop their potential to have spiritual religious strength, self-control, personality, intelligence, noble morals, and the skills needed by themselves, society, nation and state. Education has a major role in achieving success in child development. Education is a process that is carried out consciously and planned in order to develop the abilities and potential that exist within a person. This study aims to see the effect of implementing the PBL model on students' learning activities and problem-solving abilities on the material of magnetic force in elementary schools. This study uses a quantitative approach with a quasi-experimental design with a pretest-posttest non-equivalent control group design. The results showed that the experimental group that implemented the PBL learning model experienced a significant increase compared to the control group that used conventional learning. The increase in learning activities in the experimental group was recorded at 22.39%, while the increase in problem-solving abilities reached 31%. In contrast, the control group that used conventional methods also showed an increase, but in a lower percentage, namely 20.11% for learning activities and 21.26% for problem-solving abilities. The application of the PBL model is more effective in improving both aspects compared to conventional learning methods

    Content Validity Analysis of a Virtual Reality Based Two-Tier Multiple Choice Assessment Instrument with Ethnochemistry to Early Detect Misconceptions in Reaction Rate Topics

    This study aimed to develop a detection instrument for reaction rate misconceptions in prospective chemistry teachers. A Two-Tier Multiple Choice (TTMC) test with ethnochemistry content and a virtual reality (VR) storyboard were designed as assessment tools. The research followed the ADDIE model within a research and development framework. Content validity was evaluated by material and media experts through a Focus Group Discussion (FGD), with 10 TTMC questions assessed for content, language, and presentation using the Aiken formula on a 1-4 rating scale. The TTMC instrument demonstrated strong content validity, with Aiken values ranging from 0.81 to 1.00. The VR storyboard also showed content validity, with Aiken values between 0.76 and 1.00, which is above the minimum acceptable limit. These results indicate that the TTMC test and VR storyboard are valid tools for detecting misconceptions in reaction rate material, offering valuable insights for chemistry education, particularly in teacher training programs

Tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat  adalah untuk memberikan pemahaman kepada para tenaga pendidik  secara komprehensif terkait  pembelajaran berbasis pengembangan komptentensi Computational  Thinking Dalam Implementasi Kurikulum Merdeka. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengabdian berbentuk  workshop yang lebih berbasis pada praktek langsung menyusun perencanaan untuk pemenuhan tagihan mutu pembelajaran berbasis Pengembangan Computational  Thinking. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa secara keseluruhan pendidik telah  memiliki pemahaman komprehensif  tentang penyusunan perencanaan  pembelajaran untuk pengembangan kemampuan computational thinking.Pemahaman tersebut mencakup pengintegrasian kompetensi Computational  Thinking dalam kurikulum dan pembelajaran sesuai kurikulum merdeka termasuk dalam pelaksanaan projek profil pelajar pancasila dan sesuai mata pelajaran

    Waste is one of the most pressing environmental problems and challenges in Indonesia, especially in coastal areas. One of the areas facing this problem is Cemare Hamlet in South Lembar Village, West Lombok Regency. Waste Education can be one of the solutions in dealing with waste problems from an early age. Waste education activities carried out by Thematic KKN students aim to instill awareness about environmental cleanliness from an early age to children. The methods used in the waste management education program in Cemare Hamlet include field observations, preparation and implementation of waste education activities, management of plastic waste and clean up activities. The results of waste education activities in Cemare Coastal Literacy show a positive impact on children's understanding and concern for the environment. Waste management activities produce creative waste magazines with the theme of protecting the environment that utilize waste such as bottle caps, plastic food wrappers, used paper, and straws. Waste education activities in Cemare Hamlet succeeded in raising children's awareness about the importance of keeping the environment clean. This initiative shows that structured environmental education can have a positive impact in shaping environmental care behavior from an early age.Sampah menjadi salah satu masalah dan tantangan lingkungan yang paling mendesak di Indonesia, terutama di kawasan pesisir. Salah satu daerah yang menghadapi permasalahan ini, yaitu Dusun Cemare yang berada di Desa Lembar Selatan, Kabupaten Lombok Barat. Edukasi Sampah ini dapat menjadi salah satu solusi dalam menangani permasalahan sampah sejak dini. Kegiatan edukasi sampah yang dilakukan oleh mahasiswa KKN Tematik ini bertujuan untuk menanamkan kesadaran tentang kebersihan lingkungan sejak dini kepada anak-anak. Metode yang digunakan dalam program edukasi pengelolaan sampah di Dusun Cemare meliputi observasi lapangan, persiapan dan pelaksanaan kegiatan edukasi sampah, pengelolaan dari limbah plastik serta melakukan kegiatan clean up. Hasil dari kegiatan edukasi sampah di Literasi Pesisir Cemare menunjukkan dampak positif pada pemahaman dan kepedulian anak-anak terhadap lingkungan. Kegiatan pengelolaan sampah menghasilkan mading sampah kreatif bertema menjaga lingkungan yang memanfaatkan sampah seperti tutup botol, plastik bungkus makanan, kertas bekas, dan sedotan. Kegiatan edukasi sampah di Dusun Cemare berhasil meningkatkan kesadaran anak-anak mengenai pentingnya menjaga kebersihan lingkungan. Inisiatif ini menunjukkan bahwa pendidikan lingkungan yang terstruktur dapat memberikan dampak positif dalam membentuk perilaku peduli lingkungan sejak dini

    Pendidikan Lingkungan Melalui Sekolah Alam Edukasi Mangrove di Literasi Pesisir Dusun Cemare

    Mangrove forests play an important role in protecting the coast from abrasion, providing habitat for marine life, and sequestering carbon. However, mangroves are threatened by land conversion, unsustainable activities, and lack of public awareness. This program aims to build a generation that cares about the environment and encourages active community involvement in coastal conservation. This approach is expected to create a generation that not only has environmental knowledge, but also has the care and skills to contribute to conservation efforts. The program began with field observations and interviews to collect data on the geographical conditions and understanding of the local community regarding mangrove ecosystems. The results of observations were used to design teaching media in the form of mangrove species identification books, books about mangrove ecosystems, animal association books in mangroves, and educational games about food chains in mangroves. Based on the results of the activities, this study shows that the use of teaching media in the form of mangrove food chain posters, pictures of mangrove ecosystem fauna, and books about mangrove species is effective in increasing children's knowledge about mangrove ecosystems.Hutan mangrove yang berperan penting dalam melindungi pantai dari abrasi, menjadi habitat biota laut, dan menyerap karbon. Namun, mangrove terancam oleh konversi lahan, aktivitas tak berkelanjutan, dan minimnya kesadaran masyarakat. Program ini bertujuan membangun generasi yang peduli lingkungan serta mendorong keterlibatan aktif masyarakat dalam pelestarian pesisir. Pendekatan ini diharapkan mampu menciptakan generasi yang tidak hanya memiliki pengetahuan lingkungan, tetapi juga memiliki kepedulian dan keterampilan untuk berkontribusi dalam upaya pelestarian. Program ini diawali dengan observasi lapangan dan wawancara untuk mengumpulkan data tentang kondisi geografis serta pemahaman masyarakat setempat terkait ekosistem mangrove. Hasil observasi digunakan untuk merancang media ajar berupa buku identifikasi spesies mangrove, buku tentang ekosistem mangrove, buku asosiasi hewan di mangrove, serta permainan edukatif tentang rantai makanan di mangrove. Berdasarkan hasil kegiatan, penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan media ajar berupa poster rantai makanan mangrove, gambar fauna ekosistem mangrove, dan buku tentang jenis-jenis mangrove efektif meningkatkan pengetahuan anak-anak tentang ekosistem mangrove

    This community service activity aims to improve the understanding of beef cattle farmers about AI technology in Pekalobean Village, Anggeraja District, Enrekang Regency. On December 13, 2024, local farmers participated in the activity initiated by the Thematic KKN students of Muhammadiyah Bone University. The Thematic KKN Program of Muhammadiyah Bone University in Pekalobean Village aims to empower cattle farmers by utilizing Artificial Insemination (AI) technology. The application of this material directly uses teaching aids to teach AI, livestock nutrition, and maintenance management. The activity, which also became a place for discussion and sharing experiences, was actively participated by farmers. This training is expected to increase livestock production and the financial welfare of farmers, as well as help them manage their livestock businesses independentlyKegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman peternak sapi potong tentang teknologi AI di Desa Pekalobean, Kecamatan Anggeraja, Kabupaten Enrekang. Pada tanggal 13 Desember 2024, petani lokal mengikuti kegiatan yang diinisiasi oleh mahasiswa KKN Tematik Universitas Tulang Muhammadiyah. Program KKN Tematik Universitas Tulang Muhammadiyah di Desa Pekalobean bertujuan untuk memberdayakan peternak sapi dengan memanfaatkan teknologi Inseminasi Buatan (AI). Penerapan materi ini secara langsung menggunakan alat peraga untuk mengajarkan AI, nutrisi ternak, dan manajemen pemeliharaan. Kegiatan yang juga menjadi ajang diskusi dan berbagi pengalaman ini diikuti secara aktif oleh para petani. Pelatihan ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan produksi ternak dan kesejahteraan finansial peternak, serta membantu mereka mengelola usaha peternakan secara mandiri

    Upaya Mendukung Diversifikasi Energi Di Lingkungan Kampus Melalui Pengisian Baterai Sepeda Listrik Mandiri Pada PLTS Off-grid Universitas Mataram

    This Community service aims to design and implement an independent electric bicycle battery charging system using an Off-grid Solar Power Plant (PLTS) in the campus environment of the University of Mataram. The charging system is designed with two models: charging via an inverter using the bicycle's built-in charger and direct charging using a charging box equipped with a boost converter, charging regulator module, Arduino, current and voltage sensors, and LCD. The electric bicycle battery charging test started at 09:40–16:10 WITA. The initial voltage when charging the battery was 44.04 Volts and the initial battery charging current was 5.86 A. The battery charging time was 6.5 hours until the battery voltage reached 49.98 Volts and the total energy required was 681.02 Wh (Watt-hour). Testing was carried out on two charging methods, namely fixed and non-fixed currents, to compare charging efficiency and effectiveness. The test results show that the independent charging system can charge a 48 Volt 12 Ah electric bicycle battery in about 6.5 hours with a total energy of 681.02 Wh. Charging efficiency through the charger box ranges from 80–98%. This system is considered effective in supporting the use of renewable energy and environmentally friendly transportation in the campus environment.Pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan mengimplementasikan sistem pengisian baterai sepeda listrik secara mandiri menggunakan Pembangkit Listrik Tenaga Surya (PLTS) Off-grid di lingkungan kampus Universitas Mataram. Sistem pengisian dirancang dengan dua model yaitu pengisian melalui inverter menggunakan charger bawaan sepeda dan pengisian langsung menggunakan charging box yang dilengkapi dengan boost converter, modul charging regulator, Arduino, sensor arus dan tegangan, serta LCD. Pengujian pengisian baterai sepeda listrik dimulai pada pukul 09:40–16:10 WITA. Tegangan awal saat pengisian baterai sebesar 44,04 Volt dan arus awal pengisian baterai sebesar 5,86 A. Waktu pengisian baterai selama 6,5 ​​jam hingga tegangan baterai mencapai 49,98 Volt dan total energi yang dibutuhkan sebesar 681,02 Wh (Watt-hour). Pengujian dilakukan pada dua metode pengisian yaitu arus tetap dan tidak tetap untuk membandingkan efisiensi dan efektivitas pengisian. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa sistem pengisian mandiri dapat mengisi baterai sepeda listrik 48 Volt 12 Ah dalam waktu sekitar 6,5 jam dengan total energi sebesar 681,02 Wh. Efisiensi pengisian melalui kotak pengisi daya berkisar antara 80–98%. Sistem ini dinilai efektif dalam mendukung penggunaan energi terbarukan dan transportasi ramah lingkungan di lingkungan kampus

    The global challenge of zero waste is paramount for optimizing resource use and curbing environmental pollution, aligning directly with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). This concept holds particular significance within the food processing industry. Bale Mpaq, a small-scale fish processing enterprise, has demonstrated commitment to waste reduction by repurposing fish bones into fish sticks. Despite these efforts, fish waste still accounts for 30–40% of their production, presenting a substantial environmental concern if not properly addressed. In response, a community service program was initiated to bolster the expertise of Bale Mpaq's participants in sustainable fish waste management. The program will deliver comprehensive outreach and practical training, enabling participants to identify waste sources, understand their environmental ramifications, explore avenues for material recovery, and implement appropriate waste management methodologies. This initiative is designed to not only minimize environmental harm but also to elevate the quality and market competitiveness of products from small businesses.
