    Pengembangan Media Smart Book Berbasis Inkuiri Terbimbing untuk Meningkatkan Hasil Belajar IPAS

    The lack of use of learning media and the use of learning models that do not involve students are problems in learning IPAS. This study aims to develop and test the feasibility and effectiveness of guided inquiry-based smart book media to improve IPAS learning outcomes in grade IV material on changing energy forms. Data collection techniques using test techniques in the form of pretest posttest. Non-test techniques in the form of interviews, observations, documentation, and questionnaires. The results showed that the guided inquiry-based smart book media met the eligibility criteria with a score of 96.25% from media experts and 91.60% from material experts with very feasible criteria. The effectiveness of the media is seen from the increase in learning outcomes by 30.23 with an N-gain value of 0.62 with moderate criteria and t test with a sig. (2-tailed) value of 0.000 <0.005 which shows a significant difference before and after the use of learning media. Based on these results, it can be concluded that the guided inquiry-based smart book media is feasible and effective for improving the learning outcomes of IPAS fourth grade students of SDN Turusgede on the material of changing the form of energy.Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian R&D (Research and Development) dengan model Borg and Gall. Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh permasalahan bahwa guru kurang optimal dalam penggunaan model pembelajaran inkuiri terbimbing dan kurangnya penggunaan media pembelajaran yang bervariasi karena keterbatasan waktu yang dimiliki dalam pembuatan media. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik tes berupa pretest posttest dan teknik non tes berupa wawancara, observasi, dokumentasi, dan angket. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa media smart book berbasis inkuiri terbimbing memenuhi kriteria kelayakan dengan skor 96,25% dari ahli media dan 91,6% dari ahli materi dengan kriteria sangat layak. Efektivitas media smart book berbasis inkuiri terbimbing dilihat dari  peningkatan nilai pretest dan posttest. Peningkatan hasil belajar sebesar 30,23810 dan sig.(2-tailed) yang bernilai 0,000 yang menunjukkan adanya perbedaan yang signifikan sebelum dan sesudah digunakannya media pembelajaran. Uji N-Gain yang diperoleh sebesar 0,6241 dengan kriteria sedang. Dari hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkam bahwa media smart book berbasis inkuiri terbimbing layak dan efektif untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar IPAS siswa kelas IV SDN Turusgede materi mengubah bentuk energi

    Biodiversity and Relationships in Species Annonaceae Using the Phenetic Method in the Purwodadi Botanical Garden

    This study aims to analyze the morphological diversity and phylogenetic relationships of six species from the Annonaceae family at the Purwodadi Botanical Garden using a phenetic approach. The background of this research is based on the importance of character-based identification to support taxonomy, conservation, and plant classification within the Annonaceae family, which is known for its high diversity. The research began with field exploration and specimen identification, followed by morphological characterization focusing on stem, leaf, petiole, and flower traits. Data acquisition was conducted by direct observation and measurement using tools such as calipers, rulers, and color tables. The morphological data were analyzed using Hierarchical Cluster Analysis and Principal Component Analysis (PCA) with SPSS 25.00 software to determine phylogenetic relationships among the species. The results revealed two major clusters: the first includes Mitrephora polyprena, Stelechocarpus burahol, Orophea enneandra, and Polyalthia bullata, with a similarity index of 73.2%, and the second consists of Annona muricata and Miliusa horsfieldii, with 59.3% similarity. PCA results indicated that leaf width, leaf length, petiole length, leaf color, and stem surface were the most influential morphological traits. These findings demonstrate that the phenetic approach is effective for analyzing phylogenetic relationships and can contribute to conservation strategies and biodiversity management

    This paper explores effectively utilize digital technology for a campaign or communication. A solid algorithm-driven approach can be implemented to ensure data-driven decisions, targeted messaging, and high engagement. Citizens can easily actively disseminate political issues through existing social media platforms. This research uses descriptive research with a qualitative approach with a literature study approach. The data collection technique in this research is to conduct a literature search that is current and compatible with the research theme.  The results of the study show that social media plays an important role in political participation in the digital era. Digital technology can also trigger opinion polarization.  Political participation in the digital era has positive impacts and real challenges that must be addressed properly and wisely. Awareness of digital literacy and being critical are the main keys to maintaining inclusive political participation in this digital age. Collect data from social media, surveys, website analytics, and polling. Ensure that the data collected adheres to privacy and data protection regulations. Use machine learning algorithms like k-means clustering to segment the audience based on demographic, psychographic, geographic, and behavioral factors. Based on the segmentation, create voter personas (such as "young urban voters" or "female first-time voters") to tailor campaign messages effectively. Use natural language processing (NLP) to analyze sentiments around PSI and specific campaign topics. This will help identify areas of improvement and potential voter concerns. Employ tools like IBM Watson or Google Cloud Natural Language to monitor conversations around key issues and track public sentiment in real time

    This study aimed to identify mycorrhizal fungi, primarily from the genera Rhizoctonia and Tulasnella, on orchid roots and develop leaflet-based teaching materials using the Research and Development (R&D) model with the 4D approach (Define, Design, Develop, Disseminate). Fungal identification was conducted through microscopic examination and molecular techniques (ITS rDNA sequencing) to ensure accurate classification. The 4D model involved defining student needs, designing leaflet content focused on fungal symbiosis, developing draft materials, and disseminating the final leaflet for classroom use. The effectiveness of the leaflet was evaluated with 40 students through pre- and post-tests measuring knowledge of fungal roles in orchid growth. Results showed the average pre-test score increased from 48.5 to 85.2 in the post-test, with an N-Gain score of 0.722 (72.29%), indicating moderate effectiveness. Improvements were most notable in students’ understanding of fungal identification and symbiotic functions. These findings demonstrate that leaflet-based teaching materials developed from precise fungal identification can significantly enhance student comprehension of Kingdom Fungi concepts.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi jamur dari kingdom fungi pada akar anggrek dan mengembangkan bahan ajar berbasis leaflet menggunakan model Penelitian dan Pengembangan (R&D) dengan pendekatan 4D (Define, Design, Develop, Disseminate). Jamur berperan penting dalam ekosistem, khususnya melalui hubungan simbiosis mikoriza dengan akar anggrek, yang meningkatkan penyerapan nutrisi dan mendukung pertumbuhan tanaman. Namun, pemahaman siswa tentang jamur masih terbatas, sehingga perlu adanya bahan ajar berbasis penelitian untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar. Penelitian ini diawali dengan eksplorasi dan identifikasi jamur pada akar anggrek. Hasil identifikasi tersebut dikembangkan menjadi bahan ajar berbasis leaflet. Efektivitas bahan ajar tersebut dianalisis menggunakan metode N-Gain Score untuk mengukur peningkatan pemahaman siswa. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa skor rata-rata pra-tes sebesar 48,5 meningkat menjadi 85,2 pada pasca-tes. Perhitungan N-Gain Score menghasilkan nilai 0,722 (72,29%), yang mengkategorikannya sebagai "Cukup Efektif." Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa bahan ajar berbasis brosur yang berasal dari identifikasi jamur pada akar anggrek dapat meningkatkan pemahaman siswa tentang konsep kingdom fungi.   &nbsp

    Development of ULTAGRAM Media Based on Quizwhizzer in an Effort to Increase Interest and Learning Outcomes

    The role of learning media is crucial in enhancing the educational experience, helping students engage with the material and optimize their learning achievements. This study aimed to outline the design, assess the feasibility, and evaluate the effectiveness of ULTAGRAM learning media, which utilizes Quizwhizzer, specifically for the Pictogram topic in Mathematics for fourth-grade students at SDN Pakintelan 02. ULTAGRAM media is an acronym for media Ular Tangga Piktogram. The research was conducted as a development method using the ADDIE model, which encompasses five phases: problem analysis, product design, product development, product implementation, and product evaluation. Data were gathered through interviews, observations, surveys, and tests (pretest-posttest). The analysis of data involved normality tests to ensure that the data was normally distributed, homogeneity tests to ensure that the data was homogeneous, T-tests to determine the influence of the media, and N-Gain tests to determine the effectiveness of media use. The findings from this development research demonstrate that the ULTAGRAM media, based on Quizwhizzer, was successfully created and received a very favorable assessment from both material and media experts based on a validation test using a questionnaire, each of which received a score of 92 % with a very feasible category. Furthermore, the evaluation of the research data regarding the development of ULTAGRAM learning media indicates that it was effectively designed and significantly enhanced the interest and learning outcomes of fourth-grade students regarding Pictogram concepts at SDN Pakintelan 02 seen from the average increase in student learning outcomes from 65 to 80 and the percentage of learning interest questionnaires which increased by 43%.Media pembelajaran memiliki peran penting dalam mendukung proses pembelajaran agar memudahkan siswa dalam belajar dan  menarik siswa dalam belajar sehingga dapat memaksimalkan hasil belajar yang diperoleh. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan desain, menguji kelayakan, dan menguji keefektifan media pembelajaran berupa ULTAGRAM berbasis Quizwhizzer pada mata pelajaran Matematika materi Piktogram Kelas IV di SDN Pakintelan 02. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian pengembangan yang menggunakan model ADDIE dengan 5 tahap meliputi analisis, desain, pengembangan, penerapan, dan evaluasi. Teknik pengumpulan data yaitu wawancara, obsevasi, angket, dan tes (pretest-postest). Analisis data dilakukan dengan uji normalitas, uji homogenitas, uji T-Tes, dan uji N-Gain. Hasil dari penelitian pengembangan ini menunjukkan bahwa desain media ULTAGRAM berbasis Quizwhizzer berhasil dikembangkan dan mendapat kategori penilaian sangat layak dari ahli materi dan ahli media, berdasarkan analisis data penelitian pengembangan media pembelajaran ULTAGRAM berbasis Quizwhizzer berhasil dikembangkan sangat layak dan efektif untuk meningkatkan minat dan hasil belajar materi Piktogram siswa kelas IV SDN Pakintelan 02

    The Traditional Game of Pata-Pata: Uncovering Physics Concepts and Their Application in School Learning

    Traditional games are a heritage that has existed since ancient times and has moral and scientific values. Along with the times, traditional games are played rarely by children in Maluku. This study aims to reveal the concept of physics in the traditional game of pata-pata in Wakal Village, Leihitu District, and its implementation to improve mastery of the material at SMA Negeri 18 Central Maluku. This research combines descriptive qualitative method to reveal the concept of physics and descriptive quantitative method to know the improvement of mastery of physics material in the traditional game of Pata-Pata. Data were collected through interviews, document study, test administration and observation of learning implementation. The data were then analyzed using qualitative descriptive and quantitative descriptive data analysis techniques using the N-Gain test. The results of data analysis show that the physics concepts revealed in traditional pata-pata games are bulk modulus, momentum, impulse, collision, sound, Boyle's law, and kinetic energy in the 2013 Curriculum and Merdeka Curriculum. The implementation of pata-pata games in learning the physics concepts of momentum, impulse, collision carried out using the CRT learning approach shows an increase in material mastery. A total of 60% of students experienced an increase in moderate qualifications and 30% of students in low qualifications. The average score of material mastery improvement is 0.21

    Integrating Ethnopedagogy-Based E-Learning to Enhance Creativity of Prospective Elementary School Teachers: Student and Lecturer Perceptions

    In the digital era, integrating local cultural knowledge through ethnopedagogy makes science learning more contextual and engaging. This study examines the practicality of an ethnopedagogy-based e-learning tool for prospective elementary school teachers using the develop phase of the 4-D model. Practicality was assessed through classroom observations and questionnaires administered to both lecturers and students. Observation showed excellent implementation (average score 99.67%). Lecturers’ responses using a 1–5 Likert scale also showed high averages: 4.57 for the Semester Learning Plan, 4.64 for the Student Assignment Plan, 4.41 for the Student Worksheet, 4.35 for Teaching Materials, and 4.55 for the e-learning aspect. Student responses further confirmed the tool’s practicality, with scores of 4.35 for understanding ethnopedagogy, 4.75 for LMS engagement, 4.80 for ease of access and use, 4.46 for facilitating creativity, 4.85 for feedback and evaluation, and 5.00 for learning quality. The use of structured questionnaires provided comprehensive insights into the tool’s usability, cultural relevance, and effectiveness in facilitating interactive learning. Although minor loading issues occurred, they did not hinder learning. These findings indicate that the ethnopedagogy-based e-learning tool is highly practical and supports effective, culturally responsive science education at the elementary level.Di era digital, integrasi kearifan budaya lokal dalam pendidikan melalui etnopedagogi berpotensi membuat pembelajaran lebih menarik dan bermakna secara kontekstual. Penelitian ini mengkaji kepraktisan e-learning berbasis etnopedagogi dalam meningkatkan kreativitas calon guru sekolah dasar pada mata kuliah pembelajaran sains. Studi ini merupakan kelanjutan dari penelitian Pengembangan (R&D) yang mengadaptasi model pengembangan 4-D. Aspek kepraktisan perangkat diukur melalui penilaian dosen dan mahasiswa terhadap kemudahan penggunaan, implementasi, serta dukungan e-learning bagi proses pembelajaran. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perangkat e-learning berbasis etnopedagogi dinilai praktis oleh dosen dan mahasiswa, khususnya dalam hal kemudahan akses, kelengkapan fitur, dan kemampuan mendukung pembelajaran. Meskipun terdapat beberapa kendala teknis, perangkat berfungsi dengan baik dalam konteks pembelajaran daring, sehingga layak untuk digunakan lebih lanjut. Dengan demikian, alat ini dapat memberikan kontribusi signifikan bagi pengembangan pembelajaran yang lebih kontekstual dan relevan dengan budaya lokal

    Regional Development Based on Leading Agricultural Commodities of Food Crop in Cianjur Regency, West Java Province, Indonesia

    In preparing the direction of the regional development plan, it is necessary to pay attention to determining the main focus of development. One of the strategies that can be used in Cianjur Regency is to develop areas based on leading agricultural commodities. This study aims to provide direction for regional development plan based on leading agricultural commodities of food crop in Cianjur Regency. The area that became the object of research consisted of 32 sub-districts. The data used in this study is harvest area of each comodities in 2019 - 2023. In determining the sub-district's leading commodities using Location Quotient, Differential Shift-Share analysis, and use Scalogram analysis to determining regional hierarchy. The results showed that paddy is the leading commodities on 15 sub-district’s or 47% of the total sub-districts in Cianjur, followed by cassava 28%, soybean 25%, corn and sweet potatoes 22%, and peanuts 19%.    7 (seven) sub-districts are included in hierarchy I, other 7 (seven) sub-districts are included in hierarchy II, and other 18 (eighteen) sub-districts are included in hierarchy III. Priority direction for regional development in Cianjur Regency is leading commodities in sub-districts with hierarchy I as the main regional development or in hierarchy II as the supporting regional development.     Olimpiade sains nasional merupakan kompetisi yang setiap tahun diselenggarakan oleh Kementerian Pendidikan pada semua jenjang pendidikan. Kegiatan ini dibagi dalam seleksi mulai dari Tingkat sekolah, kabupaten, provinsi hingga nasional. Setiap tahunnya sekolah menyelenggarakan kegiatan pembinaan untuk menghasilkan peserta yang berkualitas dan dapat bersaing dengan sekolah lain. Kegiatan pembinaan ini bertujuan untuk membantu siswa dalam menguasai soal-soal olimpiade. Kegiatan pengabdian ini dilakukan dalam 4 tahap yaitu tahap penelusuran pengetahuan awal siswa terhadap penguasaan soal olimpiade; tahap pemetaan konsep; tahap pembinaan dan tahap evaluasi. Hasil pembinaan menunjukkan semangat dan ketertarikan dalam mendalami soal olimpiade. Konsep stoikiometri dan kimia organik menjadi fokus pembinaan karena hasil pemetaan menunjukkan tingkat penguasaan terendah. Hasil post-test menunjukkan hasil yang lebih baik dalam penguasaan konsep terutama pada bidang organic. Siswa juga dapat mengukur kesukaan dan kelebihan mereka terhadap konsep-konsep yang diujika

    Para guru SD di Gugus 10 Puyung belum optimal membelajarkan konsep geometri khususnya mengenai luas daerah poligon. Belum optinmalnya terlihat dari guru belum menggunakan alat bantu, pada hal konsep geometri adalah abstrak. Sedangkan siswa SD taraf berpikirnya masih kongkret. Belum digunakannya alat bantu disebabkan karena para guru belum memahami konsep tentang luas dan kemampuan untuk merancang medianya masih rendah. Tujuan yang ingin dicapai dalam kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah : 1) Meningkatkan kemampaun guru pendidkan dasar pengajar matematika di Yayasan Al-Aziziah tentang konsep dan prinsip luas daerah bidang datar, 2) Meningkatkan kemampuan merancang media manual dan pedoman pengembangannya untuk menentukan Formula atau prinsip  luas daerah bidang datar. Permasalahan yang dialami oleh para guru terkait dengan merancang pedoman pengembangan media manual menetukan luas daerah bidang datar, maka solusi yang ditawarkan dalam pengabdian ini :1) Memberikan pemahaman tentang merancang media manual menentukan luas daerah bangun datar, 2) Simulasi dan praktek merancang pengembangan pembelajaran menggunakan media manual menentukan luas daerah dan 3) Diskusi dalam kelompok kerja dan presentasi tentang hasil kontruksi media manual dan langkah-langkah pengembangannya. Kegiatan Pengabdian pada Masyarakat yang telah dilakukan  ternyata sangat efektif yakni terjadi perubahan kearah perbaikan yang signifikan karena skor rata-rata  pre-tes = 4, 25 dan skor rata-rata post-tes = 7,30. Hasil uji statistic t diperoleh bahwa  = 19,874 > ttabel  = 2,093 pada tafar signifikasi 0,05. Jadi secara keseluruhan bahwa pengetahuan tentang luas daerah bangun datar dan keterampilan merancang pengebangan pembelajaran menggunakan alat peraga manual menentukan luas daerah bidang  rata  meningkat yang ditunjukkan oleh perubahan nilai rerata tersebut. Dengan diperolehnya hasil dari kegiatan ini  diharapkan  pelatihan ini diperluas dalam rangka memperkuat pelaksanaan kurikulum yang mengintegrasikan TPACK sehingga pembelajaran dapat membangun sifat kreatif dan kritis
