Get PDF湘北短期大学保育学科直近3 年間の卒業生の離職率と職場での評価について第2 回目の調査を行った。離職率は9.4% で、前回よりやや低めの数値となり、ほぼ他学科と同じであった。卒業後3 年目にあたる卒業生達の離職率は17.9% であり、短大卒業生の3 年以内離職率約4 割より良好な数値であった。前回と同じく殆どの就職先から卒業生と湘北短期大学の教育は高く評価されており、やはりまた前回と同じく、卒業生達の健康維持が課題として挙がった。採用理由として人柄などが多く選択されるのも前回同様の傾向であったが、今回の調査では不足している能力・身につけるべき能力に保育技術が少なからず挙がり、新たな課題が見出された。departmental bulletin pape

Effects of online-only support on adaptive learning
Get PDF2018 年度から初年次の基礎学力向上を意図して、適応学習の機能を持つオンライン教材を利用した授業方法を検討し、基礎学力の向上の効果を調べてきた。その結果、学生の基礎学力向上が強く示唆されてきた。この授業では、教材はオンラインであるが、実施する場所はPC 教室であり、対面での学生同士の教えあいや教員の声掛けがモチベーション維持に大きな役割を果たしていたと考えられる。2020 年度はCOVID-19 の拡大により、対面でのサポートができず、動機付けがオンラインのみになってしまった。今年度の結果を過去2 年の結果と比較して、対面によるサポートの効果がどの程度あるのかを測った。departmental bulletin pape
A Study on the Output Results of Various German-Japanese Machine Translations(II)
Get PDF著者は25 年来，断続的ながらもドイツ語学習者の一人である。eBay.de といった越境EC サイトを通じた物品の個人輸入においてドイツ語を利用し続けてきた。それと同時に独和翻訳（ドイツ語から日本語への翻訳）を計算機で行う独和機械翻訳の動向にも注目している。2019 年秋の時点おいては，独和機械翻訳のツールとして最も良質なツールは「Google 翻訳」であった。
しかし2020 年に入るとドイツのケルンに在るDeepL 社が提供する機械翻訳サービス「DeepL」のほうが，Google 翻訳よりも訳出結果が自然で精度が高いと論じる記事が目立つようになった。またGoogle 翻訳自体も訳出アルゴリズムの変化が見られ，2021 年1 月現在では2019 年11 月当時と比べ，訳出結果に変化が生じている。
よってDeepL，Google 独和翻訳を対象とし，独和翻訳の訳出結果において具体的にどういった差異が生じているのかをいくつかの単語や文例とともに検証する。departmental bulletin pape

Get PDF側方倒立回転の上達が期待できる「なかよしぶらぶら側転」と「なかよしパッチンぐるぐる」の効果を検討するために「一人で側方倒立回転の練習をした」場合を設定して比較した。その結果、上達した者もいるが、その割合は高くなく、上達が見られなかった者と更には習熟度が下降した者も多かった。これにより2つの練習法の効果が明らかなものであるとわかった。To examine the effects of “Nakayoshi-Burabura-Solution” which is a cartwheel with keeping upper limbs down and their face-to-face with each other and “Nakayoshi-Pacchin-Guruguru” which is a simplified version

As a result, on the case of practice by themselves, some people improved skill of it, but the percentage was not high. Furthermore, some did not improve, and others reduced proficiency. Relationship between Physical Fitness Test Results and Exercise Status of Childcare Students
Get PDF本研究の目的は、保育学科1年生を対象に、体力テストの結果をまとめ、運動状況を質問紙調査することによって、総合評価段階別に体力テスト結果とこれまでの運動状況を比較、さらにその関係を明らかにした。結果、まず全国平均と比較したところ、２項目において平均より上で、他の項目は全国平均と差がないと分かった。また総合評価別（５段階）で分析したところ、体力合計点が高い群ほど運動状況得点が高い傾向があり、小学校時代に体力得点と運動状況得点は比例する結果となった。This study obtains basic materials for practical physical education courses and perspectives on exercise in early childhood. students of the department of early childhood education and care and by comparing the physical fitness test results and previous exercise conditions through comprehensive evaluation based on a questionnaire survey.
It was found that the height and weight in this population exceeded the national average. With regard to the physical fitness test, the values for long seat type body anteflexion and endurance running were above the national average, but the other items did not differ from the national average. Further, an analysis by comprehensive evaluation (5 stages) showed that the exercise status score tended to be higher for the group with higher total physical fitness score, thus resulting in total physical fitness scores and exercise conditions scores in elementary school days being proportional.departmental bulletin pape
From Heisei to Reiwa -Issues and challenges of the Imperial succession
Get PDF平成28（2016）年8月8日，「象徴としてのお務めについての天皇陛下のおことば」がビデオメッセージで発表されて以降，内閣は，天皇の公務の負担軽減を図るため「有識者会議」を設置し検討を重ね，また国会では衆参両院正副議長の下で，天皇陛下の「退位に関する法整備のあり方」が検討された。内閣は，国会や有識者会議で示された意見をもとに「天皇陛下の退位等に関する皇室典範特例法案」を作成して国会に提出し，本法案は平成29（2017）年6月9日に可決成立し，平成31年4月30日に施行された。本法の制定過程においては，法案の施行日，天皇陛下の退位と新天皇の即位に関する儀式をめぐる憲法上の問題，女性宮家創設の問題等さまざまな議論が噴出した。本稿では，皇位継承儀式の特に憲法上の論点と課題を明確にし，今後の研究の一助としたい。The Constitution of Japan, Article 2 provides that "The Imperial Throne shall dynastic and succeeded to in accordance with the Imperial House Law passed by the Diet." And the Imperial House Law, Article 4 states provides that "Upon the demise of the Emperor, the Imperial Heir shall immediately accede to the Throne. The Imperial House Law Special Law allowing the abdication of the emperor was passed on June 9 in 2017. This law was made in response to the emperor's message released to the public in the summer of 2016. This will be the first abdication in 200 years, since Emperor Kokaku in 1817. Upon enactment of this law, various duscussions on the Imperial succession problems took place.
