Novel Education Coordination Program between Upper Secondary Schools and Shohoku College
Get PDF高大連携により効率的な接続教育プログラムを開発するため,高校向けアンケートを実施した。職業に就いた際に必要とされるキャリア基礎能力として本学で過去実施したアンケート結果を基にした10 要素,ならびに経済産業省の「社会人基礎力」12 要素の必要性と達成度を設問とした。その結果,社会人にもっとも必要とされるキャリア基礎能力は「コミュニケーション能力」であること,また,高校教科「情報」によりPC 基礎操作能力は十分獲得されていること,がわかった。この結果を踏まえ,高大連携プログラムの一環として高校-大学教員によるコミュニケーション教育研究会を開催し,全12 講からなる接続教育プログラム「コミュニケーションリテラシー」を開講した。Enquiries were made to upper secondary school teachers on basic vocational abilities necessary for thegraduates. Since "information literacy" was introduced recently as compulsory subject in secondary schools, itsrelation with elements necessary for an ordinary person who wishes to work in a company was investigated. Basedon the results, a project was set up with members from secondary school teachers and Shohoku College teachersand library staff. Today, in some books for children, he is described as a bad person. This paper criticizes this idea and expresses the necessity of examining him from historically different angles through the eyes of the populace. Path Dependency of Youth Labor : How educational background and transition to the labor market affects the current
Get PDFThis article focuses on the path dependency in the young labor market by using micro-data of 4,159 new employees in 994 companies.In this article, the following findings are revealed: (a) path dependency factors such as educational background and transitional process (School-to-work) influence the separation rate of young employees and current evaluations at each company; (b) the tendencies of the path dependency are different between high school graduates and university (including technical and junior college, graduate school) graduates, (c) in the higher education sector, the impact of the path dependency factors on the evaluation are more effective than others, (d) in high school graduates case the separation rate is influenced by educational backgrounds, whereas the separation rate is affected by the path backgrounds in university graduates.3KJ00004658332departmental bulletin pape
Earthquake disaster prevention system with Real-time Seismic Information at Shohoku College.
Get PDFIn order to prevent earthquake disaster at Shohoku College, we have begun to receive real-time seismic information from Japan Meteorological Agency via Real-time Earthquake Information Consortium (REIC). The real-time seismic information, originally binary-configuration file, are converted into XML-formatted data at REIC and sent to Shohoku College with the Internet. Although total 498 real-time seismic information were received at Shohoku College, no seismic information exceeded a seismic intensity of 4 on the Japanese scale during June 2006 ~ February 2007. The college should be making an effort to protect the students from earthquake disaster, not only by a real-time seismic information system but also usual consciousness and enlightenment of measures to protect from earthquake disaster.2KJ00004658330departmental bulletin pape
