A Study of a Rule of Paragraph 41 of International Accounting Standard 16
Get PDF本論は,国際会計基準第16 号(IAS16)「有形固定資産」第41 項の規定について考察するものである。同41項の規定は,利益剰余金に振り替えられる金額は,資産の再評価後の帳簿価額に基づく減価償却と当初の取得原価に基づく減価償却との差額であるとのみ規定している。同項の規定は,再評価が1 度だけの場合には特段の問題を生じないものの,2 度以上再評価が実施された場合には,同項の規定は利益測定の基礎の改訂を反映しない結果を招く。同項は2 度以上の再評価を想定しておらず,2 度以上の再評価が実施された場合に対応する規定に組み直す必要性がある。有形固定資産の再評価が当該資産に関する透明性の高い報告を行うことを重要な目的の一つとしていると考える場合,同項の規定による処理を施せばその目的を達成できない可能性がある。本論は有形固定資産に関する透明性の高い報告を行うという目的を達成するために,同項の規定を改めることを提案する。This paper discusses a rule of paragraph 41 of International Accounting Standard (IAS 16), Property, Plant, and Equipment (PPEs). A rule of paragraph 41 of IAS 16 is appropriate when a procedure of revaluation is implemented once only, but when procedures of revaluation of PPEs are implemented more than once, this rule is inappropriate. A rule of paragraph 41 is not assumed in case revaluations are implemented more than once, so this rule needs to be amended to a rule that is assumed in case revaluations are implemented more than once. If one of purposes of revaluations is to implement transparent report about PPEs, when a procedure based a rule of paragraph 41 is conducted, this purpose is failed to meet. Get PDF中田喜直の生涯での作品は3000曲に近いといわれる。多くの作品が日本人の愛唱歌として親しまれている。本論では晩年に作曲された、金子みすゞ童謡歌曲集"ほしとたんぽぽ"を考察し、金子みすゞの童謡詩(14 作品)は童謡としてではなく歌曲として作曲されているのか、その音楽の真髄を探る。Yoshinao Nakada composed about 3000 musics in his life. Many musics are cherished for Japanese favorite song. The main issue is considered about the "Star and Dandelion" by Misuzu Kaneko children's poem. Those musics were composed in Nakada's later years. On Educational Significance of Three - Month Study Abroad Program
Get PDF1980 年代以降の急激な円高傾向を受け、我が国の海外渡航者数は急激な伸びを示した。海外が単なる憧れだった時代から、誰もが身近に感じることのできる時代へと移行した。学生の留学という視点でも、フルブライト奨学生(1)に代表される、米国の有名大学への奨学金取得による留学から、能力の向上や生活体験、資格の取得を目的とした留学に多くの一般学生が参加できるようになった。また、インターネット等の情報技術の飛躍的な発達により、世界中の出来事を瞬時に知ることができる高度情報化時代に突入している。溢れる情報をどのように加工し、自分のものとして定着することができるかということが大きな課題となっている。本稿では、このような世界情勢のなか、短期大学生の海外での「生活体験」ともいうべき、カナダやオーストラリアにおける通常の授業の枠組みを超えた3 ヶ月留学の学修が、英語能力や、帰国後の学生生活、その後の進路や考え方にどのような影響を与えたのかということについて考察するものである。In consequence of the rapid strengthening of the yen after the 1980's, Japan's number of overseas travelers showed a rapid increase. The stage has changed from going overseas as something to long for to something to experience. Formerly, study abroad was confined to a select few under programs such as the Fulbright scholarships. Now it is possible for everyone to enhance English proficiency, experience life in foreign countries,or to obtain qualifications. Also the tremendous progress of information technology in the age of IT enables students to know things happening around the world in an instant. What matters is how to manage this abundance of information and to make it part of oneself.In such a global context, Shohoku College offers junior college students what might be called "an experience in living overseas," that is, a three-month study abroad program in Canada or Australia. However, from economical reasons and from the viewpoint of retaining academic standards in post-secondary education, the role of developing the minimum skills necessary for the functional participation in democratic society and economy has been given to first year experience classes and to liberal arts education in colleges. Speciality and subjects for instructors of after-school care for elementary school children
Get PDF本研究の目的は、子どもの放課後における居場所としての学童保育の在り方を概観し、その保育の質と密接に関係する指導員の実態を明らかにし、その専門性についての考察を行うことにある。保育所入所児童の約60%しか学童保育に入所していない。経済状況の悪化に伴い、労働に囲い込まれた保護者が増加し、目が行き届かない子どもの存在が増加している。学童保育の子どもたちが保育施設で「お帰りなさい」と迎えられるのは、子どもたちにとって学童保育がもう一つの生活の場となっているからである。それだけに指導員の専門性の向上および環境の改善を通して、量的拡充ばかりでなく、いかに保育の質を確保するかが問われている。国や自治体は学童保育の制度を整備し、指導員の雇用や資格制度の体系を充実させることが肝要である。The purpose of this study is to get a general view of what after-school care for children should be, to clarify instructors' actual conditions and to consider their speciality. Only 60% of children who go to nursery schools use after-school care for children. With the deterioration in economic conditions, after-school care for children has become indispensable. Greetings such as "Welcome home" by the child-care instructors at the after-school care facility mean that this is an another living space for elementary school children. Environmental cost management as a part of CSR management accounting, needs to take cost management, but also environmental capacity (ecological space) into account.
