Get PDF野田内閣は、皇室の活動を安定的に維持し、天皇皇后両陛下の負担を軽減するために、女性皇族が結婚後も皇室にとどまる「女性宮家」の創設をも視野に皇室典範改正案を取りまとめる方針を固め、ヒアリングを行いその内容を公表した。そこで示された「女性皇族が婚姻後も皇族身分を保持する案」と「婚姻後は、女性皇族は皇族の身分を離れるが、国家公務員として皇室活動を支援する案」の二案は、その後の安倍内閣の発足により白紙に戻されたが、皇位継承の安定的確保は、国家の根本体制にもかかわる重要な問題であり、先送りは許されない。本稿では、ヒアリングの内容を詳細に検討し、その論点を明らかにしたい。In October 2011, the administration of Noda released a report of establishing female Imperial branch familiesin light of decreasing numbers of Imperial Household members. The government also subsequently called forthe public's input on the report, but it remains unclear how the government of Abe, which took over in December2012, will handle the issue. Under the current Imperial House Law, sooner or later, a situation may arise in whichthere is no eligible candidate for the Imperial Throne. Stability of the Imperial succession is an important issue thataffects the country' s foundation. Therefore the prompt establishment of a system that will ensure the stability ofthe Imperial succession is an important for Japan. It is not often understood how real application is developed by the class of the application development with an actual feeling. In addition, the members of a variety of roles is concerned with development, but is not often understood how the work is shared. It will be really the best method to experience development to realize a development process. Get PDF本稿では1933 年に公開された映画『海の生命線』の映像を分析した。同作品は海軍省の後援のもとで民間の制作会社が手掛けたもので、日本委任統治下の南洋諸島を題材としている。南洋諸島で撮影された映像が用いられた場面の描き方と、それ以外の場面との差に注目して特徴を検討することで、国家から要請されたプロパガンダとしての側面と、興行作品としての要求を両立させることの間で揺れ動く制作者の姿勢を見出した。This paper analyses "Umi-no-Seimeisen". This movie was made under the patronage of Ministry of the Navy in Japan. The contents of this movie are divided two parts. A practice report of the "Bodily-Playing" in nursery teacher training course
Get PDF昨今問題視されている、青少年の友人関係の希薄化に対する手立てとして、他者との直接的な関わり体験を目的とした実習が教育現場において多用されるようになってきていることから、保育者養成課程に所属する大学生及び短期大学生を対象に「からだあそび」実践を行った。受講生による感想文から、自己や他者の体に対しての気づきや、他者と関わることの楽しさや心地よさ、身体を使って動くことの大切さなどに対する学びが起こることが明らかになった。更にその気づきや学びは保育の現場を想定する段階に至っていた。また、様々なワークを体験することにより信頼感が高まることも明らかになった。For the purpose of direct relation experience with others, university and junior college students who belonged to nursery teacher training course experienced the "Bodily-Playing". According to the impression reports of the students, it became clear that there occurred awareness for the body of self and others, learning for the pleasure and the comfort gained through relation with others, and learning for the importance of moving with one'sown body. Furthermore, the awareness and the learning reached the stage for them to assume the work at nursery schools. Get PDF首都圏S 市A 小学校で行われている小1 プロブレム対策では、仮クラスでの児童観察に基づいた本クラスの編成、学年担任のチームティーチング、保護者サポーターの起用、仮クラス時期の学年朝会とよみきかせの日課を採用している。サポーターの観察の中から、就学準備教育には、具体的であると共に子どもが学んだことを応用する力を身に着けることが求められることがわかった。また、この対策は一応の成果を収め、小1 プロブレムを予防したが、小学校1 年次の問題だけに対応すればよいわけではなく、対策の効果を2 年次以降も持続させるための配慮が必要である。A Elementary school near the Capital City has tried to solve the First-grade Problem. That imvolves rematching classes after watching the children,team theaching between the classrooms, applying Parent Supporters, everyday morning meeting and storytelling. One of the supporters found out that children needed to learn practical skills and apply them to their school lives.
