I tried to enjoy fine arts and bring up loved sentiment by making the chance to appreciate terracotta sculpture works to citizen in Atsugi,students of Shohoku junior college, a teaching staff member of college and many persons. Differences from the level of total evaluation of physical test in 30m sprint time and index of physique, body composition in female students
Get PDF本研究の目的は,女子学生を対象に,体力テストの総合評価段階別に30m 走タイムおよび体格・体組成指標を比較し,健康教育に資する基礎的知見を得ることであった.検討の結果,30m 走タイムにおいて,A 段階群はC 段階群,E 段階群よりも有意に速く,D 段階群よりも有意に速い傾向を示した.E 段階群はA 段階群,B 段階群,C 段階群よりも有意に遅かった.また,体格・体組成指標においては群間でほとんど有意な差は認められなかった.The purpose of this study was to obtain fundamental knowledge for health education by comparing 30m sprint time and index of physique, body composition from the level of total evaluation of physical test in femalestudents. As a result, A level group was significantly faster than C and E level group, and it appeared to be significant tendency of faster than D level group in 30m sprint time. A Way for Activating Overnight Trains in Japan based on "Stakeholder Approach"
Get PDF日本国有鉄道(国鉄)の分割民営化後、JR 会社間の経営格差は拡大し、地方交通線問題は深刻さを増すとともに、夜行列車の衰退を招いた。国鉄分割民営化後、JR グループは資本関係のない別個の法人となり、会社間をまたがる直通列車について、JR 会社間の運行調整を必要とするようになった。この調整のために、追加コストが発生することとなった。本論は、夜行列車の収支試算を行った上で、「ステークホルダーアプローチ」に基づいて夜行列車の活性化を図る方法を提示する。After privatization and separation of JNR, differences of management vitality among JR companies widened,problems of the regional networks became more serious , and overnight trains declined.And since privatization and separation of JNR, all JR group are individual private companies and haveno capital ties between each other, then about direct communication trains across above two JR companies, JR companies need to coordinate their train operation time schedules. Get PDF保育者に必要とされる表現力を養うためには、養成校において自ら表現する楽しさや他の者の表現を感受する楽しさを経験しておく必要がある。そこで、ダンスの楽しさを充分体験できる教材「おもしろダンス」を用い、そこに創作的要素を多く組み込むことで、自分の表現や他者の表現、自己の気づきと他者の理解・コミュニケーションなどについての意識がどのように変化するのか、また創作すること・発表することに対してどう思ったかを質問紙により調査した。その結果、受講者のこれらについての意識は、授業のねらいに適った望ましい方へ変化し、また創作・発表に対して概ね好感を持っていることが明らかになった。To develop the ability of expressing, which is said to be a necessity for nursery teacher, it is important to experience the joy of expressing oneself and the joy of embracing the expressions of others while in training school.For this aim, a questionnaire survey was made on how the awareness about one's own expression and expressions of others; communication, self-awareness and understanding others changed, and about how the participants felt about creating works and presenting them, when using the teaching material "Omoshiro dance" (fun dance), which offers a lot of fun experiences on dance, with many creative elements incorporated into it. As a conclusion, the survey showed that the participants's awarenesses on these aspects had changedin desirable directions of the aims of the class, and that they mostly had good feelings about creation and presentation.3KJ00009869539departmental bulletin pape

Problems and Visions for Improving Management of JR companies in three Islands and Japan Freight Railway Company
Get PDFJapanese government emphasizes success of privatization and separation of JNR because of freezingincreasing fares, improving services and increasing corporate tax payment, but we are facing maladies ofprivatization and separation of JNR. For example, decreasing the frequency of trains on the regional networksand direct trains to other JR companies crossing stations on boundaries are considered as these maladies. For solving maladies of separation of JNR by regions (a example of horizontal separation), we propose that Japanesegovernment establishes a holding company or "Japan Railway Group Holdings Company (JRHD) that control JR companies. Get PDF少子高齢社会では、家族を超えた人と人とがつながるしくみづくりが必要である。本報告では、郊外住宅地での高齢者の居場所づくりの実践活動初期の様子を中心に報告する。伊勢原市愛甲原住宅は、高度成長期に開発された国家公務員のための住宅地である。高齢化が進む中、地域住民が主体的にディサービスセンターや小規模多機能居宅介護施設を開設するなど、地域の高齢者の暮らしを支えてきた。その地域住民によるNPO「一期一会」と東海大学および湘北短期大学の学生が、高齢者や地域の人が気軽に立ち寄れる居場所づくりの活動を平成25 年度から開始した。1 年間で6 回のイベントを実施するなど、少しづつ活動を広げている。In an aging society with fewer children, we need social networks supported not only by one family but also the community as a whole. In this research I report mainly about the initial stage of these activities that make alternative place for the elderly in suburban residential area. Aikohara residence in Isehara city, the location Icarried out this project, is one of the residential area for government service developed in the period of rapid growth in the postwar era in Japan. Local residents there have been supporting the lives of the elderly people independently, establishing day care facilities and multifunctional long-term care in a small group home. In 2013,the NPO "ichi-goichi-e"and the university students (Tokai and Shohoku University) started the project to build a comfortable place which is available for local residents and elderly adults. No full text本本研究では、現代に即した複合的なメディア・リテラシー教育を目途とした授業開発の一環として、座学授業のモデル開発と調査を行った。実際に3 大学にて実践・調査を行い、その結果、まだテストモデルという前提ではあるが、メディア・リテラシー養成において一定程度の効果を確認することができた。In this study, model development and research for classroom learning were conducted as a part of class development for the purpose of relevant integral media literacy. Practice and Research were actually conducted in three universities. As a result, certain level of effect was confirmed in media literacy training, although it is still under the premise of test model. Consideration about the music practical skill in the training in a childcare worker training course
Get PDF教育実習と保育実習では、学生に求められている音楽実技に大きな差がある。教育実習では多くの学生に、実習の為の課題が出されている。このことから実習までに学生が行う練習量は充実している。保育実習では課題が出される学生は3 割に留まり、実習の為の練習量は激減し、保育所での音楽活動を軽視する傾向が見られる。自主的に練習を行う為の動機付けが今後の課題である。The music practical skill for which a student is asked by practice teaching and Childcare training has a big difference. A subject is taken out with practice teaching by many students. The amount of practice of the student to training is Substantial. The student by whom a subject is taken out with child training is 30 percent. The amount ofpractice decreases sharply from this.
