DISPORAPAR STRATEGY IN SUBMITTING INFORMATION BASED ON CURRENT TECHNOLOGY
DISPORAPAR (Department of Youth, Sports, and Tourism) is a regional system that includes elements of implementing government affairs which are the authority of the region, and is led by a Head of Service who has the task of accompanying or assisting the Regent in carrying out government affairs in the tourism section in accordance with the authorities and provisions of the law. Talking about people's satisfaction with the services provided in the Malang box, many reports complained that the service time was slow. However, as time goes by, the responsiveness of the City of Malang has increased significantly, this is evidenced by the decrease in the number of complaints reported every month in 2020chain efficiency, and enhance bilateral trade cooperation
PERSPEKTIF BUDAYA INDONESIA DAN TIMOR LESTE OLEH MAHASISWA BIPA TIMOR LESTE DI UNIVERSITAS ISLAM MALANG
Abstract: Indonesian Language for Foreign Speakers (BIPA) is growing with the declaration of Indonesian as one of UNESCO's official languages. Development in Southeast Asia is also accelerating, especially in Timor-Leste. Timor Leste has strong ties with Indonesia. This study aims to describe the perspectives of East Timorese BIPA students on Indonesian culture who follow the BIPA programme at the Islamic University of Malang. This research used descriptive qualitative method with data collection techniques through observation, interview and mini-project documentation study. The research subjects were 19 BIPA students at advanced level. The result of the research was to explain the positive perspective of BIPA students towards Indonesian culture. Positive perspectives in several areas, namely BIPA learning, Indonesian education, Indonesian weddings, traditional musical instruments, spiritual culture and bilateral economic relations. This research provides a broader perspective and increased effectiveness in cultural learning in BIPA.
AESTHETIC VALUES IN A COLLECTION OF CHILDREN'S POEMS BY MAHAYA MOHD. YASSIN
Abstract: Children's literature provides children with a personal experience through its dual function as a medium of education and entertainment. Works categorized as children's literature also embody aesthetic values that are important for the development of the mind and emotions. One such form is poetry, a beautiful Malay art form that has existed since ancient times. Poetry is not only intended for adults but has also attracted children to read and appreciate it. The problem addressed in this study stems from the gap in previous research, which has given little attention to the aesthetic values in children's poetry. Therefore, this study was conducted to identify and analyze the aesthetic values in Kumpulan Puisi Kanak-kanak: Buku by Mahaya Mohd. Yassin. The study employed library research and textual analysis, guided by the Teori Puitika Sastera Melayu proposed by Muhammad Haji Salleh. The findings reveal five aspects of aesthetic values embedded in the work, namely aesthetics from the perspective of emotions, nature, language, human creation, and wisdom. These five aspects successfully demonstrate the richness of aesthetic values in Kumpulan Puisi Kanak-kanak: Buku by Mahaya Mohd. Yassin. Hence, it is hoped that this study will provide meaningful contributions to future research on children’s literature, particularly in discussions related to aesthetics
The Influence of Accessibility on Vehicle Trip-Generation and Trip-Attraction at Higher Education Institutions in Tulungagung Regency
The rapid development of higher education institutions in Tulungagung Regency has led to an increase in student mobility, resulting in traffic congestion around campus areas. This study aims to rigorously examine the extent to which accessibility influences vehicle trip generation and attraction, with accessibility measured through travel distance, public transportation availability, road conditions, and travel costs. Data were obtained from 650 students selected proportionally from three universities and analyzed using Partial Least Squares–Structural Equation Modelling (PLS-SEM) with SmartPLS. The results indicate that accessibility has a strong, positive, and significant effect on trip generation and trip attraction (β = 0.752, p < 0.001), accounting for 56.6% of the variation in travel patterns. All indicators meet the validity and reliability criteria. These findings suggest that improved accessibility enhances mobility intensity in areas surrounding higher education institutions. The study concludes that strategic improvements in public transportation, road infrastructure, and travel cost management are crucial to reducing congestion and promoting sustainable mobility. The contribution of this research lies in providing empirical evidence on the relationship between accessibility and travel behavior within higher education areas, offering policymakers practical insights for designing effective transportation plans.

The Design and Assessment of the Hollow Precast Wall with Integrated Active Ventilation System, for Minimizing Heat Retention, Removing Heat Load
Cooling demand in hot, humid climates is driven primarily by heat gains through the building envelope, particularly through opaque wall elements. Conventional static insulation systems reduce steady-state heat transfer but are limited in their ability to dissipate stored heat and respond dynamically to transient thermal loads. This study presents a comprehensive assessment of an actively ventilated hollow precast wall system designed to enhance heat removal through low-speed forced airflow within an internal cavity. A coupled analytical and numerical methodology is employed to quantify airflow-dependent thermal resistance, heat flux reduction, and transient thermal response under conditions representative of hot climates. The results demonstrate that introducing very low airflow (approximately 0.1 m/s) increases the effective thermal resistance by about 28% and reduces heat transfer by more than 50% compared with a non-ventilated wall. The most significant performance improvement occurs during the transition from natural to weak forced convection, while higher airflow rates yield diminishing returns. The findings indicate that actively ventilated hollow precast walls can function as low-energy, hybrid passive–active envelope systems with strong potential to reduce cooling loads in tropical and subtropical buildings.

VOCABULARY ENRICHMENT THROUGH QIRA’AH AL-RASHIIDAH: A CONTEXTUAL APPROACH IN AN ARABIC LANGUAGE IMMERSION ENVIRONMENT: PEMBERDAYAAN KOSA KATA MELALUI QIRA’AH AL-RASHIIDAH: PENDEKATAN KONTEKSTUAL DALAM LINGKUNGAN IMERSI BAHASA ARAB
This study investigates the use of Qira’ah al-Rashiidah as a contextual tool for vocabulary enrichment in an Arabic language immersion environment at Pesantren Darullughah Wadda’wah. Despite being widely used, Qira’ah al-Rashiidah is often underestimated due to its outdated appearance and lack of visual clarity. Using a qualitative approach, this research involved 30 first-year Tsanawiyah students over a two-month period. Data were collected through observations, interviews, and document analysis. The findings reveal that contextual vocabulary strategies, such as identifying thematic words, using visual mind maps, and conducting discussions significantly improved students' lexical retention and engagement. Students showed better comprehension and used new vocabulary more confidently in speaking and writing. The study highlights the value of integrating classical texts with modern pedagogical methods to revitalize Arabic vocabulary learning in pesantren-based education.

Penelitian ini mengkaji penggunaan Qira’ah al-Rashidah sebagai alat kontekstual untuk pengayaan kosakata dalam lingkungan pembelajaran bahasa Arab imersif di Pesantren Darullughah Wadda’wah. Meski telah lama digunakan, kitab ini sering dianggap remeh karena tampilannya yang usang dan kurang jelas. Dengan pendekatan kualitatif, penelitian ini melibatkan 30 siswa Tsanawiyah tahun pertama selama dua bulan. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan analisis dokumen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa strategi kontekstual, seperti identifikasi kosakata tematik, peta konsep visual, dan diskusi kelompok berkontribusi nyata dalam meningkatkan penguasaan kosakata dan keterlibatan siswa. Siswa lebih memahami isi bacaan dan mampu menggunakan kosakata baru secara aktif dalam berbicara dan menulis. Studi ini menekankan pentingnya mengintegrasikan teks klasik dengan metode pembelajaran modern dalam pendidikan bahasa Arab di pesantren.

Kuantifikasi Bakteri Pelarut Phosphate pada Media Sisa Rotasi Tanam Dengan Aplikasi Biofertiliser-VP3 Terhadap Pertumbuhan Bibit Tomat : Biofertiliser-VP3, Rotasi Tanaman, Tanah Berpasir
The physical and chemical conditions of sandy soil do not support plant growth require improvement through the addition of biofertilizers and microorganisms. This study aims to determine the effect of soybean-mustard crop rotation on the abundance of phosphate-solubilizing bacteria, as well as the growth of tomato seedlings in post-mining sand growing media with the addition of VP3 and Trichoderma viride FRP3 biofertilizers. The study was conducted for four months using a Completely Randomized Design with six treatments and four replications. Observed parameters included soil chemical properties (pH), bacterial total plate count (TLC), and tomato seedling growth. The results showed that the combination treatment of VP3 biofertilizer pellets, organic matter, and Trichoderma viride (V2 and V4) significantly increased the number of phosphate-solubilizing bacteria compared to the control. The V4 treatment also produced the highest tomato seedling height, reaching 39.15 cm at 8 days after planting (DAP), although there were no significant differences in fresh weight, number of leaves, and root length. The soil nutrient content in treatments V1–V4 was categorized as moderate to high, with a neutral soil pH. The results of this study indicate that the planting medium used in soybean-mustard rotation enriched with VP3 and Trichoderma viride biofertilizer has the potential to be applied sustainably to support suboptimal land agriculture, especially sandy soil.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh rotasi tanaman kedelai-sawi terhadap kelimpahan bakteri pelarut fosfat, serta pertumbuhan bibit tomat pada media tanam pasir bekas tambang dengan tambahan pupuk hayati VP3 dan Trichoderma viride FRP3. Penelitian dilaksanakan selama empat bulan menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap dengan enam perlakuan dan empat ulangan. Paramater yang diamati meliputi sifat kimia tanah (pH), angka lempeng total (ALT) bakteri, serta pertumbuhan bibit tomat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan perlakuan kombinasi pelet pupuk hayati VP3, bahan organik, dan Trichoderma viride (V2 dan V4) mampu meningkatkan jumlah bakteri pelarut fosfat secara nyata dibandingkan dengan kontrol. Perlakuan V4 juga menghasilkan tinggi bibit tomat tertinggi, yakni mencapai 39,15 cm pada umur 8 HST, meskipun tidak terdapat perbedaan nyata pada berat segar, jumlah daun, dan panjang akar. Kandungan unsur hara tanah pada perlakuan V1–V4 termasuk dalam kategori sedang hingga tinggi, dengan pH tanah netral. Hasil Penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa media tanam bekas rotasi kedelai-sawi yang diperkaya pupuk hayati VP3 dan Trichoderma viride memiliki potensi untuk diterapkan secara berkelanjutan guna mendukung pertanian lahan suboptimal, khususnya tanah berpasir.

Pemetaan potensi bahan galian mangan sebagai langkah awal menuju geowisata inovatif
Keberadaan bahan galian mangan di Desa Pattappa, Kecamatan Pujananting, Kabupaten Barru, Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan memberikan peluang besar untuk dikembangkan sebagai geowisata yang edukatif. Bahan galian mangan yang dapat diamati langsung di lapangan memiliki potensi besar sebagai sarana pendidikan bagi siswa SMK Geologi-Pertambangan, mahasiswa Teknik Pertambangan dan Teknik Geologi, serta masyarakat umum. Pemetaan ini bertujuan untuk memberikan informasi mengenai potensi geowisata berbasis geologi, yang tidak hanya akan berdampak positif pada perekonomian lokal, tetapi juga meningkatkan kesadaran masyarakat mengenai pelestarian alam dan pentingnya pendidikan geologi. Metode yang digunakan yaitu observasi lapangan untuk memetakan lokasi dan potensi bahan galian mangan, serta menilai aksesibilitas jalur transportasi menuju lokasi yang dapat dikembangkan menjadi geowisata. Hasil pemetaan menunjukkan bahwa lokasi bahan galian mangan memiliki luas 18.775 m² (18,775 ha) dan dapat dijangkau dengan jarak 1,44 km dari kantor Desa Pattappa menggunakan kendaraan roda dua, roda empat, atau berjalan kaki. Dengan pengembangan yang tepat, geowisata ini berpotensi memberikan nilai tambah bagi perekonomian desa dan memperkuat kesadaran tentang pemanfaatan serta pelestarian sumber daya alam secara berkelanjutan
IMPLEMENTASI PERDA KAB.ASAHAN NOMOR 6 TAHUN 2009 TENTANG PELAYANAN DI BIDANG PETERNAKAN DALAM PERSPEKTIF SIYASAH DUSTURIYAH (STUDI KASUS DI KEC.KISARAN BARAT KEL SIDODADI)
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis implementasi Peraturan Daerah Kabupaten Asahan Nomor 6 Tahun 2009 tentang Pelayanan di Sektor Peternakan di Desa Sidodadi, Kecamatan Kisaran Barat. Secara spesifik, penelitian ini mengevaluasi sejauh mana isi normatif peraturan tersebut selaras dengan realitas sosial yang terus berkembang di masyarakat, menggunakan pendekatan Fiqh Siyasah Dusturiyah. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan yuridis-sosiologis dengan penelitian lapangan non-doktrinal. Teknik pengumpulan data meliputi observasi langsung, wawancara mendalam, dan studi dokumen-dokumen terkait peraturan dan perilaku publik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa peraturan tersebut belum diterapkan secara efektif. Faktor-faktor penghambat utama meliputi sosialisasi kebijakan yang lemah, pengaruh budaya lokal yang kuat, kurangnya infrastruktur pendukung, serta pengawasan dan sanksi yang minim dari pihak berwenang. Dari perspektif Fiqh Konstitusional (Hukum Islam), kondisi ini mencerminkan kegagalan pemerintah daerah dalam menegakkan prinsip keadilan (al-'adl), akuntabilitas (al-mas'uliyyah), dan pengawasan publik (al-hisbah). Oleh karena itu, diperlukan reformasi kebijakan yang mengintegrasikan nilai-nilai hukum Islam dengan pendekatan sosial kontekstual.
Kata kunci: Regulasi Ternak, Implementasi Kebijakan, Siyasah DusturiyahThis study aims to analyze the implementation of Asahan Regency Regional Regulation Number 6 of 2009 concerning Livestock Services in Sidodadi Subdistrict, Kisaran Barat. The main objective is to assess the alignment between the normative content of the regulation and the social realities on the ground, viewed through the lens of Fiqh Siyasah Dusturiyah. The research employs a juridical-sociological approach with a non-doctrinal field research method, utilizing direct observation, in-depth interviews, and document analysis related to both the regulation and public behavior. The findings reveal that the regulation has not been effectively implemented. Key inhibiting factors include weak policy socialization, the strong influence of local culture, lack of supporting infrastructure, and minimal oversight and sanctions from authorities. From the perspective of Fiqh Siyasah Dusturiyah, this reflects the local government's failure to uphold the principles of justice (al-‘adl), accountability (al-mas’uliyyah), and public supervision (al-hisbah). Therefore, policy reform is needed that integrates Islamic legal values with context-sensitive social approaches
Penguatan keterampilan guru melalui digital storytelling dalam menciptakan lingkungan pembelajaran yang menyenangkan
Tuntutan terhadap guru untuk menguasai keterampilan digital mendorong perlunya pelatihan dalam pengembangan media pembelajaran inovatif. Salah satu pendekatan yang dapat digunakan adalah melalui penguatan keterampilan guru dalam mengisi konten digital storytelling dan mengintegrasikannya di dalam kelas. Oleh karena itu, kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan keterampilan guru dalam mengembangkan media pembelajaran berbasis digital storytelling yang melibatkan peserta pelatihan sebanyak 16 guru di MI Muhammadiyah 2 Kedungbanteng, Sidoarjo, Jawa Timur. Dalam pelaksanaan kegiatan, guru diberikan pelatihan mengenai konsep digital storytelling, teknik pembuatan media, serta implementasi dalam pembelajaran. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan dalam tiga sesi, yaitu pemaparan materi selama satu hari, pelatihan dan pendampingan selama satu minggu serta monitoring dan evaluasi integrasi teknologi pada pembelajaran selama satu hari. Hasil dari kegiatan ini menunjukkan bahwa para guru berhasil mengembangkan keterampilan dalam membuat media digital storytelling yang menarik dan efektif. Keterampilan yang diperoleh meliputi keterampilan teknis dalam menggunakan alat digital, keterampilan narasi untuk menyusun konten pembelajaran yang kreatif dan interaktif, serta keterampilan manajerial dalam mengelola penggunaan teknologi di kelas. Kegiatan ini berkontribusi pada peningkatan kapasitas guru serta mendukung pencapaian SDG nomer 4 mengenai pendidikan berkualitas di lingkungan sekolah dasar
