    Aplikasi manajemen operasi dan manajemen pemasaran pada UMKM untuk mencapai optimalisasi

    Kegiatan Pengabdian masyarakat ini bertema “Pendampingan Cara Mencapai Efisiensi Berbasis Manjemen Operasi Dan Manajemen Pemasaran Pada UMKM Anti Galau Kabupaten Boyolali”. Permasalahan yang dihadapi pemilik sekaligus pengelola UMKM Anti Galau terutama dalam mengelola persediaan dan masalah dalam memasarkan hasil produksinya. Untuk ini kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini dilakukan dengan tujuan membantu pemilik sekaligus pengelola UMKM Anti Galau Kabupaten Boyolali terutama dalam mengelola persediaan untuk mencapai efisiensi biaya persediaan dan untuk meningkatkan penjualan dengan penjualan online. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan yaitu Participatory Action Research (PAR) adalah metode yang melibatkan mitra dalam proses kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat. Kegiatan dilakukan pada tanggal 25 Mei 2024 jam 10.00 sd jam 15.00 dan tanggal 26 Mei 2024 jam 10.00 sd 15.00 bertempat di UMKM Anti Galau Kecamatan Simo, Kabupaten Boyolali Hasil dari kegiatan adalah 1. Biaya persediaan yang dikeluarkan UMKM Anti galau belum efisien. Untuk mencapai efisiensi biaya persediaan, UMKM Anti galau dapat menggunakan metode pengendalian persediaan Material Requirement Planning (MRP), terutama metode EOQ yang menghasilkan tingkat efisiensi biaya paling besar yaitu 74,62%. 2. Setelah diadakan penyuluhan tentang pentingnya penjualan online, tingkat pemahaman mitra meningkat dari yang ditargetkan skala indek 3 menjadi skala indek luaran 4,5

    This study examines Sedekah Laksan, an integrated programme addressing persistent financial and branding literacy gaps among rural micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) in Indonesia. Rural MSMEs face limited digital access, weak financial practices, and poor brand identity—obstacles to sustainable growth. Using a participatory action research (PAR) design, the intervention combined training workshops, onsite mentoring, and digital tools such as Google Spreadsheets and Excel-based templates to enhance digital accounting and branding skills. Data were collected via pre-post surveys, performance assessments, and field observations. Quantitative results, supported by paired t-tests and large Cohen’s d values (>1.2), indicate substantial improvements in financial literacy, brand design, and entrepreneurial self-efficacy. Beyond technical gains, participants demonstrated behavioural changes, including independent financial planning and consistent digital branding. These findings affirm the value of culturally grounded, dual-focus interventions in building MSME resilience. The study recommends scalable models incorporating artificial intelligence (AI) for adaptive learning and automated financial advice, while accounting for infrastructure and digital literacy constraints in rural settings. The intervention illustrates how digital skills—framed as both visual and intellectual assets—can strategically empower rural entrepreneurs and foster long-term socio-economic inclusion

    PERJUANGAN PEREMPUAN DAN NILAI MORAL DALAM NOVEL HIKAYAT ZAHRA KARYA HANAN AL-SHAYKY

    The purpose of this article is to reveal the signs that exist in the novel in terms of moral values and the form of women's struggle according to the content of the story of a novel by Hanan Al-Shayky entitled Hikayat Zahra. In the story, Zahra represents a woman who lives under social and patriarchal pressures that limit her freedom. Through Zahra's journey, society can reflect on how rigid norms and patriarchy can harm individuals and the importance of a more inclusive, just and humane morality.  The method used in this research is a descriptive qualitative method with the semiotic approach of Charles Sanders Peirce. From the signs that appear in the text, the researcher focuses on explaining the struggle of women and moral values.  The results of the study show that there is a sharp and emotional narrative style, Hanan Al-Shaykh (the novelist) presents a critique of patriarchy and violence, and describes how individuals can be destroyed in an oppressive environment. By describing morality and the form of women's struggle, it is hoped that readers can understand that morality is not something static, but something that develops according to the existing social and cultural situation

    Building trust in social commerce: A sequential model of platform features, marketing content, and dual trust in shaping Generation Z engagement

    Social commerce has revolutionized the digital landscape, positioning social media as a primary shopping channel for Generation Z. Despite their intensive use of social media for commercial activities, limited research has examined the psychological mechanisms underlying customer engagement in this context. This study investigates how social media service features and social commerce marketing content sequentially influence customer engagement through trust-building mechanisms and purchase intention. Drawing on a dual trust perspective, distinguishing between platform trust and vendor trust, this research proposes and tests a sequential mediation model tailored to Generation Z consumers. A quantitative cross-sectional design was employed, using purposive sampling to collect data from 400 Generation Z respondents. The model was analyzed using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modelling (PLS-SEM). The results support the proposed sequential mediation model, with 10 of 15 hypotheses confirmed. Social proof proved to be the most important predictor of trust in a platform, whereas content quality affected both dimensions of trust (platform and vendor) across social commerce platforms. Personalization demonstrated the strongest effect on vendor trust. The model explains a substantial proportion of variance in platform trust, vendor trust, customer engagement, and purchase intention

    Implementation of the Blended Learning Model in Islamic Religious Learning Studies to Improve Students' Critical Thinking Skills in the Digital Era

    This study aims to analyze the implementation of the blended learning model in Islamic Religious Education (PAI) learning to improve students' critical thinking skills in the digital era. The research method uses a mixed-methods approach with a sequential explanatory design, carried out at the MA level. Miftahul Huda Kwandang. The research subjects consisted of 25 grade XI students and PAI teachers, selected through purposive sampling. Data was collected through critical thinking ability tests, questionnaires, interviews, and observations, then analyzed statistically and thematically. The study found a significant increase in students' critical thinking skills (p = 0.001), with the analysis indicators increasing significantly across both evaluation and inference. The blended learning model is effective with students who respond very positively to learning. The main supporting factors include technology infrastructure support, teacher commitment, and student collaboration, while the main obstacles are the gap in technology capabilities and increased teacher workload. The findings confirm that the blended learning model is effective in creating a contextual PAI learning environment and in fostering students' critical thinking skills, but it requires adequate infrastructure and sustainable teacher capacity development. This study recommends a blended learning model in Islamic religious learning studies to improve students' critical thinking skills

    The Effect of Think Pair Share Cooperative Learning Model on Students’ Mathematical Communication Ability

    This study aims to determine the effect of the Project Based Learning (PjBL) model with the STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Mathematics) approach on students’ learning interest and mathematics learning outcomes in Grade VII at SMP Negeri 1 Pancur Batu. This research employed a quantitative approach using a quasi-experimental method with a pretest-posttest control group design. The sampling technique used was cluster sampling, with two classes selected as samples: Class VII-2 as the experimental class, which received treatment using the PjBL model with the STEAM approach, and Class VII-1 as the control class, which was taught using a conventional learning model. The instruments used were a learning interest questionnaire and a mathematics learning outcomes test. The data analysis using an independent sample t-test showed a significant difference between students’ learning interest and learning outcomes in the experimental and control classes. The t-test significance value for learning interest was 0.013 < 0.05, and for learning outcomes was 0.001 < 0.05. Thus, it can be concluded that the Project Based Learning model with the STEAM approach has a significant effect on improving learning interest and mathematics learning outcomes of Grade VII students

    Improving Senior High School Students’ Numeracy Literacy Using Deep Learning and Interactive Digital Media

    This study investigated the effectiveness of integrating Deep Learning pedagogical approaches with interactive digital media to improve high school students' numeracy literacy, particularly in exponential and radical domains. This research is based on the persistent underperformance of Indonesian students in international numeracy assessments, emphasizing the urgent need to adopt learning innovations that foster deep conceptual understanding, analytical reasoning, and active student engagement. Using a quantitative methodology with a quasi-group pre-test-post-test design, this study involved 35 grade ten students from SMA Negeri 12 Bandar Lampung. Data are obtained through standardized pre- and post-test instruments, supported by analytical rubrics, that assess conceptual comprehension, application fluency, problem-solving efficiency, and strategic reasoning. Statistical analyses, including normality tests, homogeneity tests, and paired t-tests, were conducted using SPSS 26.0. The findings show a statistically significant improvement in students' numeracy literacy following the implementation of integrated Deep Learning and interactive media interventions. The mean score increased from 61.40 (pre-test) to 74.06 (post-test), with a significance level of 0.000 (<0.05), indicating a significant pedagogical effect. The results show that this integrated approach increases conceptual depth, fosters reflective and analytical thinking, and promotes ongoing student engagement. Interactive media further support learning by providing dynamic, multimodal representations that facilitate understanding of abstract mathematical constructions. The study concludes that combining Deep Learning with interactive media is an effective and transformative strategy to strengthen numeracy literacy in contemporary mathematics education. Future research should include a broader sample, a wider range of mathematical topics, and additional affective or behavioural variables, such as motivation and engagement

    ABSTRAK Nilai-nilai Islam memiliki peran penting dalam membentuk etika profesi kesehatan, khususnya dalam konteks masyarakat Muslim. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji konsep etika profesi kesehatan dalam Islam, mengidentifikasi nilai-nilai keislaman yang relevan, serta menganalisis pengaruh penerapannya terhadap kualitas pelayanan kesehatan. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan metode kajian kepustakaan terhadap literatur seperti Al-Qur'an, hadis, dan jurnal ilmiah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nilai-nilai seperti amanah, 'adl, ṣidq, dan raḥmah menjadi prinsip utama dalam membentuk sikap dan perilaku tenaga medis yang profesional dan bermoral. Penerapan nilai-nilai tersebut berdampak positif terhadap peningkatan kualitas layanan kesehatan secara menyeluruh. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa etika profesi yang berlandaskan Islam dapat menjadi solusi atas tantangan etika dan moral dalam dunia kesehatan modern, serta perlu diintegrasikan dalam pendidikan dan praktik medis

    Model pemberdayaan kader posyandu dalam stimulasi perkembangan balita melalui box edukatif stimulus balita (Besti Balita)

    Kader Posyandu merupakan elemen penting dalam mendukung stimulasi tumbuh kembang balita. Media Besti Balita merupakan alat edukatif inovatif yang dirancang sesuai standar kementerian kesehatan untuk membantu kader posyandu dalam memberikan stimulasi perkembangan sesuai tahapan usia anak. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan kader posyandu dalam melakukan stimulasi perkembangan balita, serta memperkuat peran mereka sebagai garda terdepan dalam pencegahan stunting. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan pada 24 Agustus 2024 di Puskesmas Mariana, Kecamatan Banyuasin 1, dan diikuti oleh 30 kader Posyandu dari enam desa lokus stunting. Tahapan kegiatan meliputi pretest, pemberian materi, demonstrasi, simulasi, dan posttest. Hasil kegiatan ini menunjukkan bahwa terjadi peningkatan pengetahuan kader secara signifikan (p-value=0,001). Sebelum intervensi dilakukan terdapat 66,7% kader memiliki pengetahuan kurang, akan tetapi pengetahuan seluruh peserta (100%) menjadi baik setelah diberikan intervensi. Media Besti Balita terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan keterampilan kader dalam melakukan stimulasi perkembangan anak usia dini. Kegiatan ini diharapkan dapat menjadi model pemberdayaan kader Posyandu di daerah lain guna mendukung optimalisasi tumbuh kembang anak secara berkelanjutan

    Peningkatan literasi keuangan melalui program market day sebagai stimulus untuk mengembangkan karakter berwirausaha siswa sekolah dasar

    Literasi keuangan merupakan keterampilan esensial yang perlu ditanamkan sejak dini guna membentuk karakter mandiri, bertanggung jawab, serta mampu mengelola sumber daya keuangan secara bijak. Program Market Day di SD IT Nurul Fikri Palangkaraya dirancang sebagai media pembelajaran kontekstual untuk mengenalkan peserta didik pada prinsip dasar kewirausahaan, yang mencakup perencanaan usaha, strategi pemasaran, pencatatan transaksi, hingga pengelolaan keuntungan dan kerugian. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dilaksanakan melalui serangkaian pelatihan manajemen keuangan sederhana, lokakarya penyusunan rencana bisnis, dan simulasi transaksi jual-beli yang dikemas secara interaktif. Pelaksanaan program dilakukan dalam tiga sesi, masing-masing berdurasi dua jam, dengan pendekatan partisipatif dan praktik langsung agar siswa dapat belajar melalui pengalaman nyata. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam pemahaman literasi keuangan siswa sebesar 32% berdasarkan perbandingan nilai pre-test dan post-test. Selain itu, keterampilan kewirausahaan siswa turut berkembang, ditunjukkan dengan meningkatnya keberanian dalam menawarkan produk serta kemampuan menghitung keuntungan sederhana. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa integrasi konsep literasi keuangan melalui kegiatan Market Day efektif dalam menumbuhkan pemahaman, sikap, dan karakter berwirausaha pada siswa sekolah dasar, serta berpotensi menjadi model pembelajaran yang dapat direplikasi secara mandiri di sekolah lain
