MANAGEMENT INFORMATION SYSTEM IN THE ORGANIZATIONAL SECTION OF THE REGIONAL SECRETARIAT OF MALANG CITY
Based on the mandate of Law Number 25 of 2009 concerning Public Services, the government is required to improve the quality and guarantee of the implementation of public services in accordance with the general principles of government and provide protection for every citizen from abuse of authority in the provision of public services related to the basic needs of the community. In providing its services, the government is obliged to provide excellent service to the community, so as to achieve the desired goals. The problem that became the main focus in this research was regarding tools in formulating policies as is a function of the Organizational Section of the Regional Secretariat of Malang City. One of these tools is data which is then managed into a Management Information System. Based on this, the main discussion that will be raised in this study is about what are the factors in formulating policies and how the information needed by the Organizational Section of the Malang City Regional Secretariat as an assistant to carry out other functions
GLOBAL TRADE TENSIONS DUE TO MADE IN CHINA 2025: A CASE STUDY OF THE US–CHINA CONFLICT AND ITS IMPLICATIONS FOR DEVELOPING COUNTRIES
China's Made in China 2025 (MIC 2025) policy, launched as an industrialization strategy to dominate the global technology sector, and its implications for trade tensions between China and the United States. Analyzing the United States' economic policy response to MIC 2025, as well as the impact of the trade conflict on global trade stability and developing countries. These tensions have caused supply chain disruptions, changes in global investment flows, and increased market uncertainty. Findings show that developing countries are in a strategic yet vulnerable position, with opportunities for industrial relocation but also risks of new economic dependencies. This study uses the theoretical framework of hegemonic stability, liberalism, and trade uncertainty to examine this conflict as part of the restructuring of the global economic order. The results emphasize the need for adaptive strategies, strengthening domestic competitiveness, and active participation in multilateral forums to reduce the negative impacts of global trade tensions
Analysis of Grade VIII Students' Geometric Thinking Ability in Flat Surface Construction Material Based on Van Hiele's Theory
Geometric thinking ability is a process carried out by students to obtain information, then from that information, they draw conclusions to solve problems related to geometry. The thinking process of each student is different and not always the same between one student and another. Therefore, to determine geometric thinking ability, we can look at the students' ability to pass through the stages of geometric thinking based on Van Hiele's Theory. These stages are level 0 (visualization), level 1 (analysis), level 2 (informal deduction), level 3 (deduction), and level 4 (rigor). The subjects in this study were students in class VIII at Miftahul Ulum As-Sholchah Islamic Junior High School in Warungdowo, Pasuruan who had already learned the material on flat-sided shapes. There were three subjects who had geometric thinking abilities, and they were selected using purposive sampling. This study aims to explore the geometric thinking abilities of eighth-grade students in flat-sided spatial figures based on Van Hiele's Theory. The method used in this study is an exploratory qualitative research method with data collection techniques using tests and interviews. The results of this study indicate that the geometric thinking abilities of eighth- grade students in flat-sided solid geometry material based on Van Hiele's Theory are at level 0 (visualization), level 1 (analysis), level 2 (informal deduction), and level 3 (deduction), but none of the students are at level 4 (rigor)
The Influence of Mathematical Understanding, Reasoning, and Resilience on Mathematical Literacy in Karimun Regency's Eighth Graders
Mathematical literacy remains a significant concern among students in Indonesia, as reflected in low scores on international assessments such as PISA and TIMSS. This study aimed to examine the impact of mathematical understanding, reasoning, and resilience on the mathematical literacy of 100 8th-grade students in public junior high schools in Karimun Regency. A quantitative approach with a survey design was employed, and data were collected using validated questionnaires and tests. The data were examined using multiple linear regression approach. The results indicated a significant positive relationship between mathematical understanding, reasoning, and resilience on students' mathematical literacy. These findings highlight the need for comprehensive teaching strategies that integrate these three aspects to effectively enhance mathematical literacy. More varied teaching methods and strong support from educators are recommended to optimize students' mathematical literacy
Inovasi manajemen administrasi dan pembelajaran di era digital dengan e-smartschool
Pengelolaan administrasi sekolah yang masih dilakukan secara manual serta keterbatasan dalam penerapan teknologi pembelajaran menjadi tantangan bagi SMP Islam Hidayatul Mubtadiin Batealit. Ketidakefisienan dalam pencatatan data siswa, pengelolaan kehadiran, serta evaluasi akademik menghambat efektivitas administrasi sekolah, sementara metode pembelajaran konvensional kurang menarik bagi siswa yang terbiasa dengan teknologi digital. Oleh karena itu, program pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan efisiensi administrasi serta efektivitas pembelajaran berbasis digital melalui implementasi e-smartschool. Program ini mencakup lima tahap utama: sosialisasi, pelatihan intensif, simulasi dan praktik, pendampingan, serta evaluasi. Metode pelaksanaan melibatkan diskusi kelompok terarah, pelatihan berbasis praktik, supervisi langsung, dan evaluasi kinerja sistem. Dalam proses implementasi, ditemukan kendala seperti resistensi awal tenaga pendidik serta keterbatasan akses perangkat bagi siswa. Untuk mengatasi hambatan ini, pendampingan intensif dan pelatihan berkelanjutan diterapkan guna meningkatkan kesiapan pengguna dalam mengadopsi teknologi. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan peningkatan efisiensi administrasi hingga 80%, kepercayaan diri guru dalam menggunakan teknologi hingga 85%, serta keterlibatan siswa dalam pembelajaran digital hingga 90%. Keberhasilan ini menunjukkan bahwa adopsi teknologi yang didukung dengan pelatihan dan pendampingan sistematis dapat mengoptimalkan pengelolaan akademik dan meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran, sekaligus memberikan wawasan tentang tantangan dan strategi dalam digitalisasi sekolah
DESAIN MEDIA PEMBELAJARAN BAHASA ARAB MENGGUNAKAN SMART APP CREATOR (SAC)
ABSTRAK
Pembelajaran bahasa Arab di Indonesia memiliki peranan penting dalam membekali peserta didik dengan kemampuan berbahasa yang mendukung pemahaman keagamaan dan keerampilan komunikasi global. Namun, metode pembelajaran tradisional yang masih banyak digunakan seringkali kurang efektif dalam menarik minat dan perhatian siswa, Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan media pembelajaran bahasa Arab dengan menggunakan aplikasi Smart Apps Creator (SAC), yang diharapkan dapat meningkatkan efektivitas dan keterlibatan siswa dalam proses belajar. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif, dengan pengumpulan data melalui observasi dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan SAC dapat menciptakan pengalaman belajar yang lebih interaktif dan menyenangkan, serta memungkinkan siswa untuk mengakses materi pembelajaran di luar jam pelajaran. Dengan memanfaatkan teknologi, diharapkan kualitas pendidikan bahasa Arab dapat meningkat, dan guru dapat lebih kreatif dalam mendesain media pembelajaran yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan siswa di era digital saat ini.ABSTRAK

Contextualization of Humanistic-Based Qur'anic Education for Adults in Palangka Raya
This study explores the implementation of humanistic principles in the teaching of the Qur'an for adult learners. Adopting a qualitative research approach, the study aims to understand how humanistic theories, such as those proposed by Maslow and Rogers, are applied within the context of Qur'anic education and how they influence the personal and spiritual development of adult learners. The subjects of this study were 20 adult learners from several institutions and 5 educators from local Islamic education institutions. Data collection methods included semi-structured interviews, observations, and documentation analysis, with a focus on capturing the lived experiences of participants and the dynamics of the learning process. Triangulation of data and member checking will be employed to ensure validity and credibility of the findings. The study found that applying humanistic education in Qur'anic learning enhanced adult learners' engagement, reflection, and personal connection to the text. It fostered deeper, more meaningful learning by prioritizing personal growth and relevance to daily life. This research shows that humanistic principles can enrich Qur'anic education, offering a transformative model that supports adult learners' spiritual and personal development in modern contexts
Exploring the Influence of Artificial Intelligence (AI) on Islamic Thinking Among Students at Universitas Zainul Hasan Genggong Probolinggo
The increasing application of artificial intelligence (AI) in academic activities, including the study of Islamic materials, raises important questions about its impact on students' Islamic thinking. This study aims to determine the extent to which AI influences Islamic thinking among students of the Islamic Education Study Program at Universitas Islam Zainul Hasan Genggong. This study involved 83 students from the 2021 cohort. Data were collected through a closed-ended questionnaire and analyzed using partial least squares structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM) via the SmartPLS application. The results indicate that the use of AI positively and significantly influences students' Islamic thinking, as evidenced by a path coefficient of 0.810, a t-value of 20.654, and a p-value of 0.000. The R-square value of 0.656 indicates a moderate contribution of AI to Islamic thinking, while the F-square value of 1.905 reflects a strong influence. These findings can serve as a reference for educators in developing learning strategies that maintain a critical approach to Islamic studies amid the widespread use of AI. Additionally, this study is expected to enhance students' awareness of using AI as an academic tool while acknowledging the importance of primary Islamic sources in understanding Islamic teachings
Perspektif Hukum terhadap Tindak Pidana Online Fraud dalam E-Commerce: Peran Kebijakan Internasional
Online fraud crime causes various losses to business actors and consumers. This has an impact on the decline in consumer confidence in e-commerce platforms. This research aims to analyze legal protection and the role of international policies on consumer protection in e-commerce. This research uses normative juridical method. Legal protection is provided preventive efforts, namely providing socialization about fraud modes and platform security systems, as well as repressive efforts through law enforcement (Article 28 paragraph (1) of the ITE Law, Article 378 of the Criminal Code and Article 62 of the GCPL), strengthening e-commerce consumer protection. The role of e-commerce platforms in preventing online fraud is very important, as they provide a secure payment system, verify sellers and authenticity of goods, monitor suspicious transactions, and ensure clear buyer protection. Cooperation with authorities and consumer education is also important to create a safe and trusted digital environment.Tindak pidana online fraud menimbulkan berbagai kerugian pada pelaku usaha dan konsumen. Hal tersebut berdampak pada menurunnya kepercayaan konsumen terhadap platform e-commerce. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis perlindungan hukum dan peran kebijakan internasional terhadap perlindungan konsumen dalam e-commerce. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode yuridis normatif. Perlindungan hukum diberikan melalui upaya preventif yakni memberikan sosialisasi tentang modus penipuan dan sistem keamanan platform, serta upaya represif melalui penegakan hukum (Pasal 28 ayat (1) UU ITE, Pasal 378 KUHP dan Pasal 62 UUPK), memperkuat perlindungan konsumen e-commerce. Peran platform e-commerce dalam mencegah tindak pidana online fraud sangat penting dengan menyediakan sistem pembayaran yang aman, verifikasi penjual dan keaslian barang, pemantauan transaksi mencurigakan, serta proteksi pembeli yang jelas. Kerjasama dengan pihak berwenang dan edukasi konsumen juga penting untuk menciptakan lingkungan digital yang aman dan terpercaya
Implementation of The Auction Execution of Mortgage Objects (Case Study at the State Asset and Auction Service Office of Malang)
The execution auction of mortgaged objects in the concept of parate execution, carried out at the State Aset and Auction Service Office of Malang, doesn’t always proceed smoothly due to uncooperative debtors, which hampers the auction process. The urgency of this research is to examine the legal certainty of auction processes in the face of obstacles. The purpose of this research is to analyze the factors that hinder the auction process and the efforts made to overcome these obstacles. This empirical study uses a sociological approach with primary and secondary data sources. Obstacles to the auction process include incomplete documents, failure to find a buyer, low reserve price, difficulty in vacating the object, and ongoing lawsuits. The efforts to overcome these obstacles involve seeking information, re-auction, negotiating the reserve price, issuing the grosse minutes of auction, sending an aanmaning, pursuing non-litigation methods, and applying evidentiary theory.Lelang eksekusi objek hak tanggungan dalam konsep parate eksekusi yang dilaksanakan di Kantor Pelayanan Kekayaan Negara Dan Lelang Malang tidak selamanya berjalan sempurna karena disebabkan oleh debitur tidak kooperatif, sehingga menghambat proses lelang. Urgensi penelitian ini bagaimana kepastian hukum proses lelang yang mengalami hambatan. Tujuan penelitian ini menganalisis faktor-faktor hambatan dan upaya yang ditempuh dalam mengatasi hambatan lelang eksekusi objek hak tanggungan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian empiris menggunakan pendekatan sosiologis dengan sumber data primer dan sekunder. Hambatan lelang yang terjadi adalah dokumen tidak lengkap, tidak mendapatkan pembeli, nilai limit rendah, sulit mengosongkan objek dan adanya gugatan, kemudian upaya yang dilakukan dalam mengatasi hambatan adalah mencari informasi, melakukan lelang ulang, kesepakatan nilai limit, penerbitan grosse risalah lelang, aanmaning, non litigasi dan penggunaan teori pembuktian
