    Transformational leadership in managing village funds for rural enterprise development

    This study analyzes the role of village leadership in managing the Village Fund to support the development of Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDes) in Wunut Village, focusing on the challenges of politicization and ethical governance. Through a descriptive qualitative approach-including in-depth interviews, participatory observation, and document analysis-the study found that village heads with a long-term vision and commitment to community empowerment successfully directed the Village Fund to strengthen BUMDes, such as through BPJS subsidy programs and job training by BUMDes Umbul Palem. However, local political dynamics, including patronage practices and short-term power interests, often shift budget allocations from development needs to political objectives. The findings contribute to the village leadership discourse by emphasizing the importance of integrity, transparency, and participatory leadership in reducing political interference. The research recommends strengthening the capacity of ethics-based village leadership to ensure the Village Fund achieves sustainable development impact

    PENGARUH LAMA PENYIMPANAN WAFER RANSUM BERBASIS SILASE ISI RUMEN SAPI TERHADAP KANDUNGAN PROTEIN KASAR, SERAT KASAR SERTA KONSENTRASI VFA DAN NH3 SECARA IN-VITRO

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh lama penyimpanan wafer berbasis silase isi rumen sapi terhadap kandungan protein kasar, serat kasar, konsentrasi VFA dan amonia (NH3) secara in-vitro. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode eksperimental dengan menggunakan rancangan acak lengkap (RAL) yang terdiri dari 4 perlakuan dan 4 ulangan. Perlakuan yang diuji yaitu: P0: Penyimpanan 0 hari, P1: Penyimpanan 10 hari, P2:  Penyimpanan 20 hari, P3: Penyimpanan 30 hari. Variabel yang di-ukur  adalah kandungan protein kasar, serat kasar, konsentrasi VFA dan konsentrasi NH3 secara in-vitro.. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan perlakuan berpengaruh nyata (P<0,05) terhadap kandungan protein kasar dan konsentrasi amonia (NH3) namun tidak berpengaruh nyata (P>0,05) terhadap kandungan serat kasar dan konsentrasi VFA. Disimpulkan bahwa semakin lama penyimpanan wafer ransum  maka kandungan serat kasar dan produksi VFA akan semakin menurun namun kandungan protein kasar dan amonia (NH3) semakin meningkat. Kandungan protein, serat kasar,VFATotal dan NH3 berada pada kondisi optimal dan mempunyai kualitas yang baik pada penyimpanan 20 hari

    Presuppositions in Jim Gaffigan’s jokes on “30 Minutes of Jim Gaffigan’s: Quality Time” on the Dynamics Comedy YouTube channel

    This study aims to analyze the use of presuppositions and implied meanings that create jokes in Jim Gaffigan's stand-up comedy show, “30 Minutes of Jim Gaffigan: Quality Time - Stand Up Comedy,” uploaded to the Comedy Dynamics YouTube channel. This study uses a qualitative method. The data analyzed are Jim Gaffigan's jokes that contain presuppositions. The results show that there are 23 data points containing presuppositions in Jim Gaffigan's jokes, categorized into 7 existential presuppositions, 5 non-factive presuppositions, 4 lexical presuppositions, 4 counterfactual presuppositions, 2 factive presuppositions, and 1 structural presupposition. Based on the study result, the presupposition that is often used in Jim Gaffigan’s jokes is existential presupposition. In conclusion, presupposition not only functions as a communication tool but also as a means to foster social connections through laughter. The impact of using presupposition in comedy is that it creates a quick connection between the comedian and the audience, thus strengthening the effectiveness of the joke. Choosing the right type of presupposition, such as existential, can make it easier for the comedian to deliver accessible humor, while the use of an inappropriate presupposition, such as structural, can reduce the humorous effect as it requires more time to think

    Membangun kesadaran masyarakat dalam perlindungan lingkungan hidup

    Hutan Muria menghadapi berbagai permasalahan lingkungan. Problem kerusakan sumber daya lingkungan dan peningkatan intensitas dan kualitas bencana seperti banjir, longsor dan kekeringan dalam dua dekade ini menjadi ancaman serius bagi masyarakat di Jepara, Pati dan Kudus. Tujuan dari pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah untuk meningkatkan kesadaran masyarakat dalam perlindungan lingkungan hidup di sekitar hutan Muria. Pengabdian dilakukan dengan metode diskusi kelompok terarah. Diskusi kelompok terarah dilakukan dua kali, pertama dengan peserta dari wakil empat dukuh, perangkat desa, anggota Pokdawis (Kelompok Sadar Wisata) dan perangkat desa dan diskusi kelompok terarah yang kedua diikuti oleh anggota kelompok tani Sari Rejo. Berdasarkan kegiatan pendampingan ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa 40 peserta terdiri dari wakil dukuh, anggota Pokdawis (Kelompok Sadar Wisata) dan perangkat desa dan 25 anggota kelompok tani Sari Rejo telah mendapatkan kesadaran bersama dan pengetahuan lebih dalam terkait Peraturan Desa (Perdes) Rahtawu Nomor 13 Tahun 2023 tentang Perlindungan dan Pengelolaan Lingkungan Hidup dengan menitikberatkan pada kajian hukum bahwa peraturan desa ini merupakan satu-satunya peraturan desa yang ada di desa pinggir hutan Muria dan meningkatkan partisipasi masyarakat dalam pengelolaan lingkungan hidup agar masyarakat memiliki perilaku ekologis dan memiliki kualitas hidup dalam mewujudkan kemakmuran masyarakat melalui program Rahtawu Hijau

    ARABIC COLLABORATION: KOLABORASI PROGRAM UNGGULAN DALAM PENGEMBANGAN KETERAMPILAN PARA SANTRI

    This study describes implementation the Arabic Collaboration program at Ma'had Tahfidz Teh Samat, Malaysia, is in improving students' proficiency. Training in Arabic communication, public speaking, and da'wah are part of the program. Students who participated in the Field Experience Practice (PPL) acted as program initiators and teachers in this qualitative research that used observation, interview, and documentation techniques. The program is conducted through intensive teaching, culminating in a demonstration of the students' skills in front of the ustadz, ustadzah, and santri guardians. The results showed a significant increase in santri proficiency in all three programs. While the public speaking training gave the santri greater confidence when speaking in front of an audience, the Arabic communication training helped them learn terminology in a real-world setting. The santri who received the da'wah training gained excellent rhetorical skills to communicate religious ideas. The communication skills and confidence of the students were enhanced by this cooperative and engaging method, which worked well in the pesantren environment. The study concludes that other institutions can use the Arabic Collaboration program model, which can help develop practical communication skills and prepare them to become young da'i and communicators

    The Influence Of Academic Perfectionism And Religion On The Mental Health Of Students In Islamic Higher Education

    Many students set high standards for themselves such as having a high GPA and perfect grades in lectures. This triggers the emergence of perfectionism in themselves so that it can become excessive pressure that affects students' mental health. This study aims to investigate the effect of academic perfectionism and religious perfectionism on the mental health of PAI students in Kerinci State Islamic Institute both individually and simultaneously. The method used in this research is quantitative by using multiple regression analysis techniques with a sample of PAI students in Kerinci State Islamic Institute. The results showed that there was no effect of academic perfectionism on the mental health of PAI students and there was no effect of religious perfectionism on the mental health of PAI students. Simultaneously, academic perfectionism and religious perfectionism did not affect the mental health of PAI students. However, this study found a relationship between academic perfectionism and religious perfectionism. This suggests that other factors may play a greater role in influencing the mental health of PAI students at Kerinci State Islamic Institute

    Effectiveness of animation-based learning in enhancing elementary students' cognitive achievement in science

    This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of using animation media in science learning to improve students' cognitive learning outcomes on the material of the solar system arrangement. This study used a quantitative approach with a quasi-experimental method and a Nonequivalent Control Group Design. The research sample consisted of 58 grade VI students, who were divided into experimental groups (n = 29) who received learning assisted by animated media and control groups (n = 29) who received conventional learning. The analysis showed that there was a significant difference in cognitive learning outcomes between the two groups, with a significance value of 0.000 <0.05, so the alternative hypothesis (Ha) was accepted. The average pretest score of the experimental group was 49.90 and increased to 83.48 on the post-test after the treatment. The average pretest score of the control group was 63.90, with an increase to 70.76 in the post-test. The results of this study concluded that the use of animated media in science learning in elementary schools significantly contributed to the improvement of students' cognitive learning outcomes on the concept of the solar system arrangement. Based on these findings, it is recommended that educators make more use of animated media as a tool in learning science, especially on abstract concepts such as the composition of the solar system.     ABSTRAK Terdapat kebutuhan akan Bahasa Arab, akan tetapi kualitas peserta didik rendah, dan ini terjadi pada siswa kelas 8 MTs Mamba’us Sholihin. Oleh karena itu peningkatan harus dilakukan dalam pembelajaran bahasa Arab dengan menggunakan teknik Drill agar proses pembelajaran berjalan dengan baik dan memberikan hasil yang lebih baik. Berdasarkan latar belakang tersebut, dalam proses pembelajaran harus ada teknik yang digunakan agar siswa dapat memahami segala sesuatu yang diajarkan dan mencapai tujuan pembelajaran. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian tindakan kelas. Penelitian tindakan kelas merupakan kegiatan mengamati objek dengan menggunakan kaidah metodologi tertentu untuk memperoleh data dan informasi yang berguna. Teknik analisis data menggunakan reduksi, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa prosentase rata-rata peningkatan kemampuan berbicara siswa terus meningkat pada setiap pertemuan. Namun pada siklus I prosentase skor rata-rata tidak mencapai target yang ditetapkan yaitu sebesar 25%. Kemudian pada siklus II prosentase hasil rata-rata mencapai 62,5%. Dalam hal ini dapat dikatakan tidak ada lagi kendala dalam proses pembelajaran dan penggunaan media pembelajaran pada penerapan teknik drill terbukti dapat meningkatkan keterampilan berbicara siswa kelas 8 MTs Mamba’us Sholihin.     THE ENTITY OF INDEPENDENT SANTRI CHARACTER EDUCATION IN AN-NASHRIYAH BOARDING SCHOOL TAMBAKBERAS JOMBANG

    Character education needs to be discussed again. The terminology is becoming increasingly difficult to articulate, but its realization in the real world is weakening. This research aims to understand some basic concepts of independence practised by several pesantren in Tambak Beras Jombang in facing the onslaught of various modern facilities that challenge the students' independence, including applying several situational adaptation concepts. This research aims to examine the population of female students at Pondok Pesantren An-Nashriyah Tambakberas. The data collection methods include observation, in-depth interviews, documentation, and field notes. The data obtained through observation are the results of direct observation of several aspects, such as location, condition of the pesantren, profile of the pesantren, and activities of the pesantren. This study uses a qualitative approach by conducting research oriented towards natural phenomena or symptoms, prompting the researcher to investigate due to the rapidly emerging changes in educational phenomena that occur naturally without our awareness. The approach used in this research is a phenomenological approach related to the emergence of character education in general, specifically the independent character education model at An-Nashriyah Islamic Boarding School, which attracted the researcher to conduct this study. After conducting observations and research, the results of the observations show that the students at Pondok Pesantren An-Nashriyaah Tambakberas, numbering 342 people, consisting of 153 male students and 189 female students, are not only supervised by their educators formally but also receive training in speech, MC, Bilal, fiqh practice, and even in their daily aspects, they are provided with iron in each room and self-washing facilities. (bukan laundry). This allows the students to manage their time and personal space better, enabling them to focus on learning and character development in Education

    Reformulasi Sistem Perencanaan Pembangunan Nasional Dengan Konsep Garis Besar Haluan Negara

    National development planning is essential for realising sustainable and inclusive development goals. However, the current planning system faces various challenges. This research aims to create a more consistent development framework by revitalising the Outline of State Policy concept. The research method used is normative juridical with statutory, historical, and comparative approaches. This article highlights the lack of effectiveness of the National Development Planning System that replaced the role of the State Policy Guidelines in ensuring long-term development sustainability, including policy inconsistencies across governments in Indonesia. Therefore, reformulation using the Garis Besar Haluan Negara concept is considered urgent. This research finds two options for reform limited amendment of Article 3 Paragraph (1) of the 1945 Constitution or strengthening regulations through revision of Law No. 25/2004 on the National Development Planning System.Perencanaan pembangunan nasional merupakan fondasi penting dalam mewujudkan tujuan pembangunan yang berkelanjutan dan inklusif. Namun, sistem perencanaan yang ada saat ini menghadapi berbagai tantangan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menciptakan kerangka pembangunan yang lebih konsisten dengan merevitalisasi konsep Garis Besar Haluan Negara. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah yuridis normatif dengan pendekatan perundang-undangan, historis, dan komparatif. Artikel ini menyoroti kurangnya efektivitas Sistem Perencanaan Pembangunan Nasional (SPPN) yang menggantikan peran Garis Besar Haluan Negara dalam menjamin kesinambungan pembangunan jangka panjang, termasuk inkonsistensi kebijakan lintas pemerintahan di Indonesia. Oleh karena itu, reformulasi menggunakan konsep Garis Besar Haluan Negara dianggap mendesak. Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa ada dua opsi untuk melakukan reformasi dengan amendemen terbatas Pasal 3 Ayat (1) Undang-Undang Dasar Negara Republik Indonesia 1945 atau penguatan regulasi melalui revisi Undang-Undang Nomor 25 Tahun 2004 tentang Sistem Perencanaan Pembangunan Nasional (SPPN)
