ABU KULIT PINANG SEBAGAI PENGGANTI FILLER PADA CAMPURAN AC-BC
Get PDFAbstrakAC-BC merupakan salah satu bagian dari lapis perkerasan yang berfungsi sebagai lapis antara yang menahan beban maksimum akibat beban lalu lintas. Bahanperkerasan campuran AC-BC terdiri dari agregat kasar, agregat halus, bahan pengisi (Filler) dan aspal. Penelitian ini merupakan eksperimen untuk mencarialternatif  pengganti  filler  dengan  memanfaatkan  limbah  abu  kulit  pinang  karena semakin meningkatnya harga material menjadi kendala dalammewujudkan pembangunan jalan aspal beton yang lebih layak. Dalam menanggapi hal ini perlu dipikirkan suatu bahan pengganti yang dapat diperoleh denganmudah serta diproduksi misalnya memanfaatkan limbah kulit pinang sebagai filler campuran beton aspal. Tujuan dan manfaat penelitian ini adalah untukmengetahui karakteristik campuran AC-BC dengan abu pinang sebagai filler melalui pengujian marshall sehingga diketahuinya nilai Stabilitas, VIM, VMA,VFWA, Flow, MQ. Aspal yang digunakan adalah aspal pen 60/70, berdasarkan hasil pengujian didapat kadar aspal yaitu 5,0% dengan variasi campuran abupinang 0%, 25%, 50%, 75% dan 100%. Untuk komposisi agregat untuk AC-BC : agregat kasar 60,5%, agregat halus 33,5%. Hasil pengujian abu kulitpinang sebagai berikut : Stabilitas (kg) = 3517,91 800, VIM (%) = 4,20 3-5%, VMA (%) = 14,2614, VFWA (%) = 70,7763, Flow (mm) = 2,50 2-4,Density = 2,32 MQ (kg) = 1462,63250

Get PDFPengabdian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan sosialisasi di bidangbahasa Inggris dengan menjadikan pelajaran muatanlocal yang diajarkan di sekolah dasar menjadi pelajaran yang menyenangkan. Pembelajaran untuk anak- anak berbeda denganpembelajaran untuk orang dewasa. Anak-anak memiliki karakteristik yang berbeda dengankelompok lain. Beberapa karakteristik mendasar dari anak- anak adalah mereka senang bermaindan memiliki konsentrasi yang singkat. Oleh sebab itu, sebaiknya guru bahasa Inggris di sekolahdasar sebaiknya menggunakan strategi atau teknik mengajar bahasa Inggris yang lebih kreatifdan menyenangkan bagi anak -anak. Namun pada kenyataannya aktivitas pembelajaran bahasaInggris lebih banyak menggunakan buku teks (textbook oriented) dan tidak menggunakan mediapembelajaran. Hal ini mengakibatkan proses pembelajaran menjadi membosankan, sehinggaketertarikan dan exposure b.inggris yang didapat oleh pembelajar bahasa Inggris sangat sedikit. ANALISA PERBANDINGAN ALIRAN PADA HULL KAPAL DENGAN BULBOUS BOW DAN TANPA BULBOUS
Get PDFAnalisa perbandingan aliran perlu dilakukan untuk menentukan performa terbaik dari beberapa model yang diujikan. Dalam kasus ini ada dua jenis variabel yang diujikan yaitu tipe hull kapal dengan menggunakan bulbous bow dan tanpa bulbous bow. Umumnya penggunaan bulbous bow diperuntukan untuk kapal diperairan dalam karena kemampuan nya yang dapat mereduksi gelombang. Sementara untuk diperairan dangkal masih perlu dikaji kembali. Oleh karena itu, dengan dilakukannya penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menunjukan efektifitas dari penggunaan bulbos bow. Penelitian dilakukan dengan memodelkan kapal berukuran sama dengan bulbous bow dan tanpa bulbous bow. Dengan simulasi CFD (computional fluid dynamics) performa kedua model ini dapat diketahui, perbandingan nya didapat dari besaran nilai wake atau kecepatan aliran yang dihasilkan oleh kedua model beserta hambatannya. Dari kedua model didapat wake kapal dengan bulbous bow memiliki nilai yang kecil. Dari hasil penelitian ini didapatkan kedua model nilai hambatan kapal tanpa bulbous bow 0,6% lebih besar dari kapal yang menggunakan bulbous bow. Sementara untuk wake kapal tanpa bulbous bow lebih besar 1% dibandingkan kapal dengan bulbous bow
STUDENTS’ WRITING ABILITY IN NARRATIVE PARAGRAPH AT THIRD SEMESTER OF ENGLISH EDUCATION PROGRAM OF STKIP YPM ACADEMIC YEAR 2020/2021
Get PDF: Writing is the highest level in mastering of language after listening, speaking, and reading. It is unnatural act which is difficult, but it can be learned through practice continuously and intensively. In real condition, students have problem with writing, they were not comprehensible because the content of the composition was not relevant to the topic, the ideas were not clearly stated, the ideas and sentences were not well organized. The aim of this research is to find out the ability of the third semester students of English Department of STKIP YPM in writing a narrative paragraph. This research was descriptive quantitative method. It was done to find out the students’ ability in writing narrative paragraph. It was used in this research because in descriptive research the researcher has been described the events and indications. Meanwhile, quantitative approach was used to give the numeric in analyzing the data, give the table, and calculate the students’ numbers or points. Population of this research was the third semester students English Department of STKIP YPM Bangko. The researcher used total sampling in taking the sample because the total of population was 28 students. The instrument used to collect data in this research was written test. Based on the research finding and data analysis, it can be concluded that students’ ability in writing narrative paragraph. Based on the research finding and data analysis, it can be concluded that students’ ability in writing narrative paragraph, A was 2 students, A- was 4 students, B+ was 3 students, C+ was 8 students, C was 6 students, C- was 5 students. From the data above, 19 students had low score in qualification C+, C, and C-. Based on the table above, it can be seen the percentage of the students. It just 32 % students who got high score, but 68% students who got low score. It means that the higher of of percentage of the students’ ability who did not understand in writing narrative paragraph.Â

This research is a quantitative study in which to process research data using SPSS 21. This research was conducted in Kuansing Regency, Riau Province. The number of samples in this study were 210 with simple random sampling technique. The results of data processing obtained that the hypothesis testing with the t test there is an existence of t-count of 25.904 means t-count = 25.904 t-table = 1.996 which means the product has a significant effect on consumer buying decisions. The value of the determinant coefficient (R2) is 0.91

Get PDFIn the era of connectivity, the internet industry has significantly increased year by year. The annual compound growth rate (CAGR) of Indonesian internet users is about 21.8% (2007-2017). The penetration rate of Indonesian internet users is about 54.7%, making this industry will be growing up. However, the competition of the internet industry is very high and the company facing the churn of the customer problem. This study aims to analyze the factors that affected customers churn. The result of logistic regression shows that the experience of service blocking, ownership of the residence, changing internet speed, city of residence, monthly internet fee, registration method, gerai payment method, socioeconomic class of residence, age of the customer, telephony service, and gender of customer has significantly affected to customer churn. The findings should be considered by the company to develop a customer management strategy. To acquire new customer, the company need to consider male, age above 35 y.o, medium-high SEC of residence and self-owned residence as a target market. To prevent customer churn, company need to revamp customer experience on service blocking and offering upgrade or downgrade internet speed according to customer needs

The content analysis is used to find the information of firms’ social involvement. Get PDFThis research aims to analyze the effect of women's income on poverty reduction. Using a panel dataset of 32 provinces in Indonesia with time series data for the period of 2010-2018, the analysis model used is the fixed-effect method of the panel regression and the Panel Granger causality test. The study points out that women's income has a significant effect on poverty reduction. The greater women's income, the lower the poverty rates. Panel Granger causality test indicates that there is a bidirectional between women's income and poverty rate. The poverty causes women's income, and women's income also causes poverty rates. Therefore, local governments in Indonesia should formulate regional development policies that oriented towards increasing women's involvement in productive economic activities. The policy is not only able to improve the welfare of women, but also contribute positively to reducing poverty rate
