FINANCIAL DISTTRES PADA PERUSAHAAN PELAYARAN DI INDONESIA SAAT PANDEMI COVID-19
ujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui gejala masalah keuangan dan melihat kemungkinan terjadinyafinancial distresspadaperusahaan pelayaran yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Terdapat enam perusahaan pelayaran yang dijadikan sampel dalam penelitianini diantaranya telah diprediksi mengalamifinancial distress.Mereka adalah PT. Humpuss Intermoda Transportasi, PT. Indo Straits, PT.Rukun Raharja, PT. Samudera Indonesia, PT. ICTSI Jasa Prima, dan PT. Pelayaran Tempura Emas, pada periode 2019 - 2020. Penelitianini menggunakan model analisis AltmanZ†Emerging Market Scoresebagai alat analisisnya dimana terbagi dalam tiga kondisi yaitu kondisisehat, rawan, danfinancial distress. Hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa dari keenam perusahaan tersebut dominan dinyatakan berada padakondisifinancial distress, sementara selebihnya berpotensi mengalami hal yang sama. Hanya satu perusahaan yang berada pada kondisikeuangan yang relatife sehat yaitu PT. Rukun Raharja, Tbk. Sehingga, perusahaan perlu meningkatkan dan memperbaiki kinerjakeuangannya untuk mencegah resiko kebangkrutan
Grounding Detector Berbasis Mini PC pada Kapal Penumpang 250 GT di Perairan Sumenep
Raas Island is an island located in the Sumenep area, there is a small port as a berth for ships that usually visit the island. At the island's port, a ship accident in the form of grounding occurred which occurred on the KM. Express Bahari in the form of a 250 GT fast passenger ship, due to by sudden tides and no means of knowing it.In this reaserch will be carried out the design of safety equipment to prevent grounding on the 250 GT ship. The components used in the series of grounding deterrents on this ship are the Ultrasonic proximity sensor, Mini PC as the processor, and the output uses an LCD to display the results, the LED, and the Buzzer as a warning. To support the design of this grounding deterrent, the data used as a reference is from the KM. Express Bahari, such as ship data and the main size of the ship.The results of this tool are in the form of information and warnings in the form of the depth passed by the ship, there are 3 conditions detected by this tool, namely, Safe Conditions, Alert Conditions, and Danger Conditions. For safe conditions, the LCD on the device displays "SAFE" and the green LED is ON. For the standby condition, the LCD on the device displays the words "ON" and the yellow LED is ON. AN ANALYSIS ON THE SECOND SEMESTER STUDENTS’ ABILITY IN UNDERSTANDING PAST SIMPLE SENTENCES AT THE ENGLISH EDUCATION DEPARTMENT OF STKIP INSAN MADANI AIRMOLEK
A descriptive qualitative method was used in this research. It aimed to find out the students’ ability in understanding Past Simple. The instrument of the research to gather the data was in the form of written test which was delivered to the the second semester students. They are asked to do the test of verbal sentence, nominal sentence and irregular or regular verb use. The test was designed based on the relevant literature review and the authors’ observation during the teaching learning process which took time especially when the material of the Past Simple was explained. For the test as a whole, there were only 3 students (12.5%) who had high category level of Past Simple understanding. Meanwhile, 10 students’ ability in understanding Past Simple (41.7%) was in the middle category. There were 11 students (45.83%) whose ability belonged to the low category. In short, the students’ ability in understanding Past Simple was still low. The research findings give some points of view for a lecturer to remember that he needs to have various teaching techniques to get her students’ attention to learn and practice more about the use of tense, especially Past Tense. The lecturer can also use interesting audio visual teaching media so that the students get more interest to acquire the rule
STUDENTS’ ERROR ANALYIS IN FORMING PASSIVE SENTENCES BY USING INDIRECT AND DIRECT OBJECTS OF STKIP YPM ACADEMIC YEAR 2020/2021
This  research  studies  about  the  students’  error  in  forming passive  sentences by using direct and indirect objects  at  the  English  Department  students STKIP  YPM Bangko. The purpose o f this research was to find out the students’ error in forming passive sentences at the fourth semester STKIP YPM Bangko. This research was descriptive qualitative method. The population was 26 students at fourth semester on English Department STKIP YPM Bangko. They were selected as the sample by using total sampling technique. The data was collected by using writing test on passive sentences.  The finding showed that students’ errors in forming passive sentences were high in determining objects.Keywords: Indirect and Direct Objects, Passive Sentence
Managing Tacit Knowledge Sharing: From Charismatic Leadership to Psychological Safety Climate
This study aims to examine the effect of charismatic leadership on the psychological safety climate and tacit knowledge sharing. This study also investigates the central role of psychological safety climate as a mediating variable between charismatic leadership and tacit knowledge sharing. This study adopted a simple random sampling method with 61 samples of employees from five of MSME companies in Banten. With the help of SmartPLS 3.0 software, the results of this study indicate that charismatic leadership has a significant direct influence on the psychological safety climate and tacit knowledge sharing. Likewise, the psychological safety climate has a significant direct effect on tacit knowledge sharing. This study also found evidence that charismatic leadership has a significant indirect effect on tacit knowledge sharing through mediating the psychological safety climate. Thus, the psychological safety climate acts as a partial mediator in this research model
The Analysis of Financial Literacy and Its Impact on Investment Decisions: A Study on Generation Z In Jakarta
The influence of digitalization has extended across industries including the financial sector. Numerous innovations for investment have been launched while financial information has now become easily accessible, raising potential for Generation Z (Gen Z) to make investment. This study aims to understand financial literacy and investment behavior of Gen Z in Jakarta, Indonesia. Data were collected using quantitative approach, particularly through adoption of online questionnaire and convenience sampling technique. The relationship between financial literacy and investment decisions was then analyzed using Structural Equation Model regression - Lisrel statistical software. Finally, it was found that financial literacy significantly influenced investment decisions of Gen Z in Jakarta

Website dengan menggunakan Sistem Informasi Geografis dengan bantuan API dari yang telah disediakan Google merupakan hal yang terkini dan mudah. website untuk media promosi sehingga kurang memaksimalkan dalam pemasaran produk dan pemetaan sistem informasi geografis. Persebaran koordinat dapat membantu dalam daftar isian berita lengkap detail mengenai produk yang akan terhubung apabila salah satu UKM di pilih dan ditampilkan pada halaman detail produk. Desain Generator Sinkron Permanen Magnet Fluks Axial Dengan Umbrella Less Teeth Stator
Kebutuhan akan energi listrik, telah menjadi suatu kebutuhan utama bagi manusia. Banyak cara yang dilakukan agar kebutuhan energi listrik tersebut dapat terpenuhi, baik secara kuantitas maupun kualitas energi listrik. Dari permasalahan yang ada, diperlukan sebuah generator yang dapat mengoptimalkan sistem pembangkitan energi listrik yang ada. Penelitian ini bertujuan pada pendesainan axial flux permanent magnet synchronous generator (AFPMSG). AFPMSG merupakan generator sinkron dengan medan eksitasi dihasilkan oleh magnet permanen, sehingga fluks magnetik dihasilkan oleh medan magnet permanen, arah medan fluksnya sejajar dengan sumbu putar, sehingga posisi rotor dan statornya tegak lurus terhadap poros sehingga disebut dengan flux axial. Fluks tersebut merupakan hasil dari gaya tarik menarik antara dua buah magnet permanen yang memiliki kutub yang berbeda, dan jika dalam keadaan bergerak akan menghasilkan gaya gerak listrik. Desain AFPMSG pada penelitian ini adalah umbrella less teeth stator. Pada desain ini kontruksi geometri umbrella pada teeth stator akan dihilangkan keseluruhan sehingga teeth stator hanya akan berbentuk lurus. Dengan menghilangkan umbrella pada teeth stator diharapkan untuk memfokuskan aliran fluks saat melewati stator serta mempermudah proses kontruksi dan proses winding
Peredaman Noise pada Deteksi BEMF Motor BLDC Sensorless Menggunakan Digital Filter
Brushless direct current motor (BLDC) merupakan motor synchronous AC 3 fasa dan dapat disebut permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM) yang mempunyai tegangan back electromotive force (BEMF) gelombang trapezoidal. Untuk kendali motor BLDC menggunakan field oriented control (FOC), pada metode ini memanfaatkan arus stator pada motor BLDC dengan fluks motor dan torsi motor menggunakan kontrol PI untuk menjaga arus yang diukur tetap pada nilai referensi atau nilai set point. Pada motor BLDC sensorless menggunakan rangkaian deteksi BEMF yang difungsikan sebagai sensor tegangan untuk mendeteksi tegangan BEMF, tetapi sinyal yang dihasilkan memiliki noise yang cukup tinggi. Maka, sinyal tegangan back electromotive force (BEMF) akan diolah dan diperbaiki menggunakan digital filter finite impulse respone filter (FIR) sehingga sinyal BEMF menjadi sinyal ideal yang akan memudahkan saat menentukan komutasi. Pada pengujian dengan menggunakan filter FIR sebelum dilakukan filtering gelombang tegangan BEMF memiliki frekuensi sebesar 34,76 Hz kemudian direduksi dengan menghilangkan noise pada gelombang menjadi 21,25 Hz di mana mendekati gelombang trapezoidal yang ideal, maka membuat sinyal tegangan BEMF dapat mempermudah dalam penentuan komutasi untuk switching mosfet inverter 3 fasa
