    The Factors Influencing Purchase Decisions in choosing Halal Cosmetic Products Bengkalis State Polytechnic Students (Case Study of Emina Cosmetic Products)

    This study aims to determine the factors that influence the decision to purchase halal cosmetic products, especially Emina products among Bengkalis State Polytechnic students. This type of research is observational by distributing questionnaires to 100 respondents using the non-probability sampling method of selecting samples. The results of this study indicate that personal factors get a mean score of 4.08 classified in high class, social factors get a mean score of 4.08 classified as high class. So the most dominant factor influencing purchasing decisions for Emina products is Personal Factors, while the lowest factors influencing purchasing decisions for Emina products are Social Factors.In general, the characteristics of consumers in choosing halal cosmetic products have a good level of understanding. The need to use halal products is the biggest indicator in reflecting personal factors and social factors. In general, consumer awareness of the importance of consuming halal products (halal cosmetics) is quite good. Local halal cosmetics industry players should be able to create products with halal labeling, so as to improve product image and product quality

    Color Recognition Educational Game using Fisher-Yates for Early Childhood Potential Development

    To continue basic education, it is necessary to develop potential abilities by learning color recognition in early childhood. However, learning in schools today still uses boring conventional learning methods. Based on these problems, there is a need for an introductory educational game that can be easily used and carried anywhere, anytime by applying the Fisher-Yates shuffle algorithm. The aim is that educational games are not monotonous and boring to play. In this study, in addition to using the Fisher-Yates algorithm, we use the Multimedia Development Life Cycle (MDLC) as the system development method. The results of tests performed using black box testing are as expected. Therefore, this educational game can be used by parents and educators as an alternative to traditional learning tools to further develop early childhood potential in preparation for basic education

    PERANCANGAN STRUKTUR ATAS JEMBATAN SEI. LUKUT DENGAN STRUKTUR KOMPOSIT (PEMBEBANAN BERDASARKAN SNI 1725:2016)

    Jembatan lukut terletak di Jalan Simpang Pramuka di Kecamatan Rumbai, Kota Pekanbaru. Jembatan ini penghubung jalan Simpang Pramuka Menuju ke Kota Perawang, Kecamatan Tualang, Kabupaten Siak. Jembatan Sungai Lukut  ini memiliki bentang panjang 20 m dengan lebar 11 m dan terbuat dari beton bertulang, kondisi jembatan ini masih baik dengan kokoh dikarenakan masih baru dibangun. Perubahan standar pembebanan dan belum ada data atau informasi yang jelas tentang desain jembatan tersebut, maka dilakukan rencana ulang yang menggunakan beban SNI 1725:2016 dan diterapkan pada jembatan komposit. Pada perencanaan ini dilakukan pembebanan analisa terbaru yakni menggunakan pembebanan jembatan SNI 1725:2016, slab beton mengacu SNI T-12-2004 dan girder baja mengacu pada RSNI T-03-2005.   Hasil yang diperoleh adalah berupa tulangan utama negatif dan positif slab D16-250 mm dan tulangan bagi D13-300 mm. Trotoar diperoleh tulangan utama D16-200 mm dan tulangan bagi Ø10-250 mm. Untuk tiang Railing mendapatkan tulangan lentur 4Ø10 dan tulangan geser Ø6-150 mm. Plat injak diperoleh tulangan arah memanjang dan melintang D16-250 mm. Ukuran girder yang digunakan ukuran profil WF 800x 300x14x26 mm dan dimensi diafragma yang digunakan ukuran profil WF 450x200x9x14 mm dengan sambungan type Extended End-Plate

    INNOVATION, ENTREPRENEURSHIP ORIENTATION, UTILIZATION OF E-COMMERCE, AND INTELLECTUAL CAPITAL ON MSME PERFORMANCE IN THE COVID-19 PANDEMIC

    This study aims to analyze the effect of innovation, entrepreneurial orientation, utilization of e-commerce, and intellectual capital on the performance of MSMEs during the COVID-19 pandemic in Pekanbaru City. The data used in this study is primary data, with a questionnaire as an instrument. The method used for sample selection is the non-probability sampling technique. In this study, the total MSMEs in Pekanbaru City affected by COVID-19 was 7888. The research sample was 100 MSMEs. The data analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis using Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS) data processing software version 26.0. The results show that only innovation, entrepreneurial orientation, and utilization of e-commerce affect MSMEs performance.  This research has contributed to MSMEs improving their performance during the COVID-19 pandemic

    This research contains about how much the increase in the strength of the coconut fiber composite material as a result of the press hand lay-up method with post-curing treatment on the variable duration of heat curing. With a duration of 60, 120, 180 minutes, heat curing will find out which variation has the best effectiveness, considering several factors to increase the strength of composite materials, one of which is heat curing treatment can make coconut fiber composites have higher tensile strength values and are able to utilizing coconut fiber waste which is more useful than usual as an embodiment of 3R (reuse, recycle, reduce.) through methods commonly used for composite manufacture in general and focusing on the percentage increase in post-curing results will be a reference and reference for further research to realize the creation of coconut fiber composite which is more useful. The process of making coconut fiber composites in this TA uses the press hand lay-up method, with alkalization soaking first and then post-curing treatment using an oven with a constant temperature of 100°C. To find the specifications and the percentage of this strength increase factor is by means of a tensile test with the parameters obtained: Ultimate Tensile Strength, strain, modulus of elasticity, and poisson ratio.     AN ANALYSIS OF STUDENTS’ ABILITY IN WRITING RECOUNT TEXT IN SMA JOSEPH KHATULISTIWA

    Abstract: The research was carried out due to students having low ability in writing. The research aims are to describe students' ability in writing recount text and students' errors in using language features in writing recount text. This research used qualitative research. Data were collected using documentation techniques. Data collection tools are documents. The average of students' ability in content aspect is 35%, organization aspect is 23%, vocabulary aspect is 17%, grammar aspect is 20% and mechanic's aspect is 5%. The number of students' errors in writing recount text is 79 items. The omission error was 35 (44%), addition error was 13 (17%), misformation was 23 (29%) and misordering was 8 (10%). It was concluded the most mastered ability of students in writing recount text was content aspect and the lowest was in mechanic's aspect. The type of students' errors using language features was omission and the lowest in misordering
