    ANALYZE BRAND EQUITY AND COMPETITIVE ADVANTAGE ON MARKETING PERFORMANCE

    The purpose of this study is to analyze brand equity and competitive advantage on marketing performance. The method used in this research is descriptive method and associative method with a quantitative approach. The type of sampling technique used in this study is using a non-probability sampling approach. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis, including the coefficient of determination test, multiple correlation coefficient, and partial test (T test). The results of the study, using the coefficient of determination test seen from the value (Adjusted R2) of 0.619, this means that the influence of brand equity and competitive advantage on marketing performance is 61.9%, the remaining 38.1% is influenced by other factors not explained in this study. . From the results of the correlation coefficient test, it can be seen that the R value of 0.787 indicates a strong relationship between brand equity and competitive advantage on marketing performance

    SMK Negeri 2 Palembang is a school based on technology techniques, the technology used is cloud computing, measurements using the RMA method performance analysis testing using the RMA scanning method were carried out on peak hours from 08.00-10.00 am obtained the availability level of ping sensors is 43.09%, http sensors are 25.32%, imap sensors are 30.8%, pop3 sensors are 36.1% then ping jitter sensors are obtained 61.4%,  From the results  of monitoring with a percentage of  the measurement table from various sensors during peak hours, there are several sensors that have decreased, such as imap and http sensors with availability values of 30.8% and 25.32% so that it affects sensor performance so that a total of 196.71% is classified as Sufficient. tomudian on the security side obtained scanning results using Owasp ZAP Vulnerability is 8 Alerts consisting of 3 medium level risks, 2 low risk levels and 3 risk level information and scanning using NESSUS obtained vulnerabilities, namely: Http server / web server version, scanner port,  Based on the results of the analysis that  network traffic is very vulnerable at 08.00-10.00, so to get a more stable quality, users should access it at 13.00 – 15.00 then on security issues to minimize security gaps can add proxies to the web, upgrade libraries, activate ip and  ports  filter, upgrade http sever.Keywords - RMA, Private Cloud, Nessus, Owasp ZAP

     The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of good corporate governance on tax avoidance in the health sector listed on the IDX in 2016-2020. This type of research is quantitative research with secondary data that can be downloaded through www.idx.co.id. The population in this study found 22 companies with a sample of 35 data. Sampling technique using purposive sampling and using secondary data. The theory used in this research is agency theory. The results of this study indicate that the independent board of commissioners and managerial ownership has no effect on reducing tax avoidance. Meanwhile, institutional ownership  and audit committee has effect on tax avoidance. For companies in the health sector, it is hoped that this research will be an additional consideration for tax management in carrying out correct and efficient tax evasion without violating applicable tax laws. Keywords: independent board of directors, institutional ownership, audit committee, managerial ownership, tax avoidance.Â

    This study aims to examine the effect of tax audit and tax collection on Value Added Tax revenue at KPP Pratama Tulungagung. The data collection technique is by using questionnaire data distributed to Taxable Entrepreneurs who have experienced inspection and billing. The method used by the researcher is using a quantitative approach with associative research type. The results of this study indicate that partially tax audit has a positive and significant effect on Value Added Tax revenue at KPP Pratama Tulungagung and tax collection has a positive and significant effect on Value Added Tax revenue at KPP Pratama Tulungagung.     Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah diversifikasi dan struktur modal berpengaruh terhadap kinerja keuangan Perusahaan Manufaktur.Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah perusahaan-perusahaan Manufaktur yang terdaftar pada Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) tahun 2016-2020 yaitu sebanyak 195 perusahaan. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan Purposive sampling. Jadi sampel dalam penelitian sebanyak 53 perusahaan. Jenis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yakni data kuantitatif yang berupa data sekunder dengan teknik pengumpulan menggunakan dokumentasi.Teknik analisis data menggunakan regresi berganda dan diuji menggunakan uji t dan uji f.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa diversifikasi Perusahaan mempunyai pengaruh terhadap Kinerja Keuangan Perusahaan Manufaktur.Semakin tinggi Diversifikasi Perusahaan maka semakin tinggi Kinerja Keuangan pada Perusahaan.Struktur modal mempunyai pengaruh terhadap Kinerja Keuangan Perusahaan Manufaktur.Semakin tinggi Struktur modal maka semakin tinggi Kinerja Keuangan pada Perusahaan.Diversifikasi Perusahaan dan Struktur modal berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Keuangan Perusahaan Manufaktur.Semakin tinggi Diversifikasi Perusahaan dan Struktur modal maka semakin tinggi Kinerja Keuangan Perusahaan Manufaktur

In the face of rapid population growth, the Dumai City government balances it by constructing public facilities, such as a city mall and a caring market. In the future, the Dumai City government plans to carry out the construction house of worship dumai Islamic center and the health services of the Awal Bross Dumai Hospital. With these buildings and facilities, of course, it will cause a large traffic generation and pull. traffic generation and pull if not balanced with additional road capacity will result in congestion.Based on the results of field reviews, 12 roads in Dumai City have the potential to experience congestion. Therefore, it is necessary to evaluate the performance of roads in Dumai City. Based on the results of the evaluation using the 2014 PKJI, the Jalan Jend Sudirman section has a degree of saturation value of 0.84, meaning that the Jalan Jend Sudirman section has experienced congestion at a certain time.     Tempa besi merupakan proses pengolahan logam dengan perubahan bentuk dalam keadaan panas dengan sistem pukulan secara terus menerus. Dari pengamatan di lapangan terhadap home industri pandai besi yang ada  di Desa Berancah Kecamatan Bantan Kabupaten Bengkalis. Pada umumnya mereka melakukan proses penempaan manual.Dalam satu hari permintaan konsumen bisa mencapai kurang lebih 13 permintaan dari yang meminta membuat parang, pisau deres, pisau dapur, golok, pacul dan lain lain. Dari hasil yang dilakukan pada alat mesin tempa pandai besi system hammer kapasitas 14 Kg/jam dengan dua kali percobaan maka didapatkan hasil yang memuaskan dengan terjadinya 150+ pukulan dalam jangka waktu satu menit dan torsi penempaannya adalah 47,88 sudah sesuai dengan kebutuhan mesin tempa pandai besi terdapat berkurangnya benda kerja dari 16 mm setelah penempaan menjadi 14 mm dengan waktu satu menit putaran 2000 Rpm. Terkait system penggerak mesin tempa pandai besi ini menggunakan mesin robin 6,6 Hp (4847 watt) sebagai daya penggeraknya dengan putaran maksimal 4000 Rpm dengan menggunakan 4 pulli  yakni pulli 4 inci pada mesin robin pada poros penghubung menggunakan pulli 3 inchi dan pada poros roda gila menggunakan pulli 12 inch

            In general, the process of peeling pineapple skin in the community still uses traditional methods, where the traditional method has several drawbacks, namely a small work capacity where to peel one pineapple takes ± 1-2 minutes. Stripping in this traditional way still has many shortcomings and weaknesses, including requiring a large amount of energy, requiring people who have special skills, risk of being hit by a knife, taking a long time, and the stripping position is not ideal. Design and manufacture a pineapple peeling machine with variations for peeling pineapples of various sizes. To find out how efficient the pineapple peeling machine is. This research was carried out based on four stages, the first was field observation, the second was design and design, the third was machine assembly, and the last was testing. This pineapple peeling machine is driven by a 0.5 hp electric motor with 1380 rpm and with a fruit chuck and stainless steel blade so that the material does not rust. This machine is designed to simplify and speed up the pineapple peeling process with a capacity of 96 pieces/hour . The stripping shaft rotation is 138 rpm and the engine speed is 1380. The efficiency of the pineapple peeling machine with a hollow galvanized iron frame material measuring 3 x 3 cm is able to support the machine and components of the pineapple peeling machine so as not to affect the results of the pineapple peeling

    Coconut is a type of plant from the aren-arenan tribe and the sole member of the cocos clan. The color of the coconut fruit depends on the type of tree, it can be yellow or green, for old fruit it will turn brown. This research focuses on the discussion about the coconut coir peeler. The purpose of this TA is to design and manufacture the framework for a coco peeling tool as well as to simplify and speed up the coco peeling process. The method used is to conduct a field study and then conduct a literature study and start designing and collecting data and materials used in the process of making the framework for the stripping tool. From the simulation results using the Autodesk Inventor Pro 2019 software computing system with the stress analysis report method. Modeling is done by measuring the construction dimensions of the coconut husk peeler frame. By analyzing the strength of the construction of the coco peeling machine, the calculated value of the simulation results of the construction design of the coco peeling machine is the value of Strees 0.0165104 Mpa maximun 38.6232 Mpa, Strain 0.0000000657773 ul maximum 0.00015557 ul , Displacement 0 mm maximum 0 .336126 ul and Safety Factor 5.35948 ul maximum 15 ul.     Aplikasi Desain Generatif Pada Rangka Sepeda Dengan Menggunakan Perangkat Lunak Solidworks dan Matlab Simulink

    This research discusses the application of generative design on mountain bike frames using Solidworks and MATLAB Simulink software. The topic is taken from the problem of the inertial force that occurs in the structure of a mountain bike due to the dynamic forces that work. In the implementation, several things were carried out, namely the first to design the geometry of the mountain bike frame and determine the static load using solidworks software. Second, bicycle track modeling and dynamic load determination method using MATLAB simulink software. Third, numerical simulation on mountain bike frames with static and dynamic loads using solidworks. Thus, in this research a computational study was carried out using Solidworks and MATLAB simulink software. From the computational study, the results of different dynamic forces are obtained at each loading. At a maximum of mass of 90 kg the rider produces a static force of 1695,1 N and a dynamic force of 36,78 N. Under these loading conditions, a positive margin of safety is obtained so that the frame design of a mountain bike is declared safety.Keywords: Generative, Bike Frame, Solidworks, MATLAB simulin
