The Influence of Covid-19 and Foreign Investment on Regency/City Grdp in Riau Province in 2017-2021
This study aims to analyze the effect of Covid-19 and Foreign Investment on the value of the Regency/City Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP) in Riau Province in 2017-2021. This study uses quantitative research methods with panel data analysis methods and processed using Eviews 10. The dependent variable is Gross Regional Domestic Product in 11 Regency/Cities in Riau Province. The independent variables in this study are the value of Foreign Investment and Covid-19 using dummy numbers. The results of this study indicate that foreign investment has a positive but not significant effect on the GRDP of Regency/city in Riau Province. Meanwhile, the dummy variable of Covid-19 has a positive and significant effect on Regency/City GRDP in Riau Provinc
IDENTIFIKASI BAHAYA dan PENILAIAN RISIKO KECELAKAAN KERJA pada BENGKEL LAS MENGGUNAKAN PENDEKATAN JOB SAFETY ANALYSIS
Usaha pengelasan saat ini mengalami perkembangan dan menjadi salah satu usaha yang jasanya dibutuhkan oleh masyarakat. Bengkel las Usman merupakan salah satu usaha pengelasan di Bengkalis. Bengkel las ini menerima pesanan pembuatan pagar, kanopi, pintu, jendela, gerobak, papan nama, dan lain-lain. Proses produksi produk tersebut memiliki tahapan pengerjaan yaitu pengukuran, pemotongan, perakitan, dan finishing. Setiap tahapan pekerjaan tersebut memiliki potensi bahaya dan risiko kecelakaan  kerja. Oleh karena itu untuk mengetahui bahaya apa saja yang ada pada aktivitas pengelasan di bengkel serta pengendaliannya, maka perlu dilakukan identifikasi bahaya serta pengendaliannya. Setelah  dilakukan identifikasi bahaya dengan menggunakan metode Job Safety Analysis (JSA), diketahui bahwa pada proses produksi yang dilakukan di bengkel las terdapat 28 potensi bahaya dan setelah dilakukan perhitungan risk score sesuai dengan AS/NZS 4360 tahun 2004 terdapat lima potensi bahaya yang termasuk ke dalam level sedang atau moderate yaitu: paparan sinar inframerah dan ultraviolet, percikan bunga api pengelasan, asap dari aktifitas pengelasan, pemasangan mata gerinda yang belum sesuai dan aman , serta debu dan asap yang timbul saat proses penggerindaan. Kelima potensi bahaya tersebut kemudian diberikan usulan pengendalian risikonya masing-masing
Analisa Teknis Unjuk Kerja Motor Diesel Kapal Nelayan Berbahan Bakar Multi Feedstock Biodiesel
Kebutuhan bahan bakar minyak bumi di Indonesia dari tahun ke tahun mengalami peningkatan. Peningkatan kebutuhan bahan bakar minyak bumi ini tidak diimbangi dengan peningkatan produksinya, sehingga kebutuhan bahan bakar lebih besar daripada ketersediaan bahan bakar. Salah satu bahan bakar alternatif untuk motor diesel yang telah dikembangkan di Indonesia adalah biodiesel. Biodiesel dapat dibuat dari minyak nabati yang diperoleh dari tanaman seperti minyak sawit, jarak, minyak kelapa, minyak kedelai, dll. pada masa yang akan datang bahan baku biodiesel sangat bervariasi sehingga perlu untuk memodelkan. Keberhasilan memproduksi CME (Castor Methyl Esther), PME (Palm Methyl Esther ) dan JME (Jelantah Methyl Esther) memberikan kesempatan dalam upaya untuk mempertemukannya. Karakteristik dari bahan bakar biodiesel untuk viskositas, densitas, Nilai Kalor, titik kabut, dan angka setana memenuhi syarat yang distandartkan SNI. Biodiesel dilakukan pencampuran dengan komposisi CME33,3, PME33,3, JME33,3. Bahan bakar campuran tersebut diuji cobakan pada motor diesel kapal nelayan untuk mengetahui karakteristik unjuk kerjanya. Uji coba dilakukan dengan variasi putaran motor dan variasi pembebanan. Pada kondisi beban penuh (full load) unjuk kerja motor diesel yang meliputi daya motor, torsi, efisiensi thermal dan SFOC sebagai fungsi putaran motor pada beban penuh menunjukkan bahwa bahan bakar solar lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan bahan bakar biodiesel CME33,3, PME33,3, JME33,3
Analisa Hambatan, Stabilitas, dan Seakeeping Kapal Patroli Lepas Pantai
Offshore Patrol Vessel (OPV) are the result of technological development to defend the sea area. Fins Undership are fins-shaped devices located at the bottom of the ship's hull. The use of anti-roll systems (fins) on the ship is able to influence the rolling motion response on the ship. It is expected that when shooting conditions or avoid enemy attacks remain in a stable condition and in good performance. The addition of fin variations at the bottom of the ship's hull is a method used to change the resistance value and rolling moment arising from the ship's hull which is immersed in water. Calculation of ship resistance and rolling moment can be done through the Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) simulation method with the type of ship to be used is Offshore Patrol Vessel (OPV). Types of fins angle variation used are angles of 30°, 35°, 40° and 50°. So that it can be compared the resistance value and rolling moment with and without fins undership. The results of the study with the addition of Undership Fins on the underside of the hull influence the resistance and rolling moment of the ship. The results of simulation fins with NAIAD 525 type at a service speed of 22.4 knots, the angle of 30° has the lowest resistance value compared to other angles with a value at Maxsurf 945.3 kN and with Ansys CFD 933.708 kN. But the value of the engine power at an angle of 50° fins has the smallest value of 10.892,367 kW. As for the rolling moment value, the angle of 50° has the smallest rolling moment value with a value of 4.191.226.25 N.m at a frequency of 0.4 rad/s
Characteristics of Silica Sand Shipyard Sandblasting Waste as Construction Materials
Silica sand as by-product waste is a major contributor to the volume of waste generated by sandblasting activities in the shipping industry. Based on a survey conducted during 2020-2022, silica sand in the shipping industry in East Java is around 450 tons/year. Silica sand has potential utilization based on its material characteristics, similar to natural sand in construction materials. This research analyzed the characteristics of silica sand from sandblasting waste to develop as construction material. The tests carried out included physical properties (particle size and shape, specific gravity, moisture content, absorption, mud content, specific gravity, and organic content) and chemical properties (X-Ray Fluorescence (XRF) and Scanning Electron Microscope-Energy Dispersive X-Ray tests (SEM-EDX)). The results show that silica sand from sandblasting waste has 548.93 ± 6.46 m average particle size, 2.730 t/m3 specific gravity angular grain with medium sphericity, 0.06% water content, 3.381% absorption capacity, 1.22% mud content, 0.09 kg/liter bulk density, and a clear solution on the organic content test. As chemical content of sandblasting waste, the amount of SiO2, Al2O3, Fe2O3, and CaO are 93.02%, 1.02%, 2%, and 0.63%, respectively. This research concluded that shipyard sandblasting waste has characteristics that can be used as fine aggregate for sustainable building construction materials
THE INFLUENCE OF ORGANIZATIONAL CULTURE, WORK ENVIRONMENT, LEADERSHIP STYLE, EMPLOYEE COMPETENCE, AND MOTIVATION ON EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE THROUGH JOB SATISFACTION IN STARBUCKS AND EXCELSO EMPLOYEES IN BATAM CITY
This study aims to determine the effect of organizational culture, work environment, leadership style, employee competence, and motivation on employee performance through job satisfaction. The sample in this study was 60 Starbucks and Excelso employees in Batam City. Sampling in this study uses the saturation sampling method that uses the entire population as a sample. This research uses the application software Statistical Product and Service Solutions (SPSS) and Partial Least Square (PLS). The results showed that organizational culture on employee performance had no significant effect, work environment on employee performance had no significant effect, leadership style on employee performance through job satisfaction had a significant effect, competence on employee performance through job satisfaction had a significant effect, and motivation on employee performance. through job satisfaction significantly positive effect
Studi Kualitatif : Peran Tax Center terhadap Kepatuhan Perpajakan Orang Pribadi Saat Implementasi Regulasi Harmonisasi Peraturan Perpajakan
This research aims to identify and map the role of the Tax Center of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Trunojoyo Madura (UTM), in fulfilling tax obligations that can increase taxpayer compliance when implementing HPP Law regulations. This research uses qualitative research with a case study approach. Research informants are individual taxpayers involved in tax center activities and active administrators at the FEB UTM Tax Center. The study results indicate that the Tax center has a strategic role as an institution in higher education. One of its visions and missions aligns with the Directorate General of Taxes. In addition to the functions of education, research and community service, the Tax Center is actively involved and participates in the socialization of the latest tax policy, namely the Law on the Harmonisasi Peraturan Perpajakan (HPP). The Tax Centre's existence is crucial considering that the community, especially in universities, requires information and explanations regarding Program Pengungkapan Sukarela (PPS). Enthusiasm and participation in filling out the Annual SPT are part of the indicators of increasing tax compliance in the university environment, as evidenced by the increased participation of taxpayers in filling out the Annual SPT even during the Covid-19 pandemic
ANALISIS DAMPAK LALU LINTAS PEMBANGUNAN PUSKESMAS MESKOM TERHADAP KINERJA RUAS JALAN UTAMA
Pusat kesehatan masyarakat (Puskesmas) tentunya memiliki berbagai  macam obat  yang akan diberikan kepada pasien yang berobat di puskesmas meskom. puskesmas meskom merupakan suatu hal yang tentunya sangat dibutuhkan oleh masyarakat desa meskom. dan puskesmas meskom juga  dibangun  untuk  menjawab  kebutuhan  tersebut.  Tujuan  penelitian  ini  adalah  untuk menentukan tarikan lalu lintas puskesmas meskom,dan pengaruhnya pada kinerja lalu lintas di ruas jalan utama desa meskom, Data yang digunakan yaitu data tarikan pengunjung puskesmas meskom,dan volume lalu lintas yang ada di ruas jalan utama desa meskom. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan metode survey. Kinerja jalan diukur dengan menggunakan standar MKJI 1997, dan kinerja ruas jalan tersebut di 5  tahun mendatang,dianalisis menggunakan analisa regresi. Besarnya bangkitan puskesmas kemudian dibebankan pada masing-masing ruas jalan, setelah mendapatkan volume kendaraan terbebani bangkitan dilakukan analisis kinerja ruas jalan. Angka pertumbuhan lalu lintas digunakan untuk memprediksi kondisi 10 tahun yang akan datang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa volume lalu lintas hari (senin) terjadi pada pukul 09.00-10.00 WIB pagi yaitu160 smp/jam, sedangkan sore terjadi pada pukul 16.00-17.00 WIB yaitu 172 smp/jam, sedangkan volume lalu lintas hari (Minggu) terjadi pada pukul 10.00-11.00 WIB pagi yaitu 167 smp/jam, sedangkan sore terjadi pada pukul  16.00-17.00 WIB yaitu 192 smp/jam. Kapasitas ruas jl. Utama Desa Meskom adalah 157,923 smp/jam. Kondisi eksisting tahun 2021 jumlah lalu lintas kendaraan yaitu 8577 smp/jam. dan untuk 10 tahun yang akan datang tahun 2031 jumlah lalu lintas sebesar 157,923 smp/jam
Jember Creative Industry Distribution Model Towards the International Market
The creative industry is one of the industries that currently supports the Indonesian economy. The purpose of this study is to formulate the distribution model of Jember's creative industry towards the international market, especially in the performance art sector. This study is quantitative-eksploratif research conducted in Jember using SMEs as a population. The analytical tool used in this study was FGD and a fishbone diagram. The results of the fishbone diagram analysis showed several causes of SME growth problems such as the lack of HR skills in foreign languages, the inadequate sophisticated technology in business, and the minimal amount of business capital. The inappropriate adoption of the technology was then identified as the root cause of the problem. Thus, the distribution model for the creative industry to increase competitiveness in the international market is the technology application in every element of the SMEs
