Analisis Pengaruh Corporate Social Responsibility, Intensitas Aset Tetap dan Sales Growth Terhadap Agresivitas Pajak (Studi Empiris Pada Perusahaan Manufaktur Sektor Barang Konsumen Primer (Consumer Non-Cyclicals) Sub-Industri Liquors, Soft Drinks, Dairy Products, Processed Foods yang Terdaftar di BEI Tahun 2017-2021)
The purpose of this research is to analyze the effect of corporate social responsibility, fixed asset intensity and sales growth on tax aggressiveness in consumer non-cyclicals sub-industry liquors, soft drinks, dairy products, processed foods manufacturing companies listed on the IDX. This type of research is a quantitative research. This study uses secondary data obtained from the IDX website and the company’s website. Data collection techniques using literature study and documentation study. The sample of this research is consumer non-cyclicals sub-industry liquors, soft drinks, dairy products, processed foods manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during 2017-2021. The sample selection used purposive sampling method. The analysis used was panel data regression analysis which was processed using the Eviews application version 9. The results of this research indicate that corporate social responsibility and fixed asset intensity have no effect on tax aggressiveness, sales growth has a negative effect on tax aggressiveness. Corporate social responsibility, fixed asset intensity, and sales growth together (simultaneously) influence tax aggressiveness.Keywords: Corporate Social Responsibility, Fixed Asset Intensity, Sales Growth, Tax AggressivenessÂ
EVALUASI TERHADAP IMPLEMENTASI JOB SAFETY ANALYSIS (JSA) DENGAN JOB SAFETY OBSERVATION (JSO)
The implementation of flexible pavement work on the East Riau Crossroads Business Entity Government Cooperation (BEGC) project, which has an active road status, already has a hazard control document. One form of the hazard control document is the Job Safety Analysis (JSA) document. From the results of the analysis of existing JSA documents, hazards and their controls have been identified. To determine the level of compliance in implementing hazard control recommendations in the field, it is necessary to observe the Job Safety Observation (JSO) method, which is a method of observing work to improve the quality of work safety implementation. Based on the results of an evaluation of the implementation of JSA on the BEGC project on the East Riau crossroads using the JSO method, especially in the Trial AC-WWC (wearing-ccourse) work, it can be concluded that of the 32 forms of JSA control carried out in the field, according to the results of the JSO carried out at STA 18+300–18+900, only 20 forms of control (62.5%) were found, and also three forms of hazard control whose form of implementation in the field cannot be ascertained
PREDIKSI KERUSAKAN KINERJA STRUKTUR BANGUNAN GEDUNG MENGGUNAKAN JARINGAN SARAF TIRUAN DENGAN METODE PURELIN
An earthquake is one of the natural events whose magnitude cannot be predicted. This is can happen because the direction of the earthquake work depends on the movement of the soil that supports it. This is generally the biggest threat to construction, especially buildings. Buildings are expected to be built because they can use even a small area of land. However, over time, it is common for buildings to collapse due to earthquakes, so a more detailed analysis is needed to design a better earthquake-resistant building. Time history analysis is one of the analyzes used to evaluate buildings against earthquakes. However, time history analysis has a weakness, namely the duration of the analysis tends to be long, so determining whether a structure is still able to function according to plan is difficult to measure. Analysis of artificial neural networks by utilizing structural response data is expected to be able to predict the structural performance of building structures. The purelin method reads data linearly but in this case, predicts based on previous data or is known as the Backpropagation Analysis method
PERENCANAAN GEOMETRIK JALAN BERBASIS BIM PADA JALAN PELABUHAN BANDAR SETIA RAJA - BERANCAH
In line with the times, the world of construction is faced with various challenges, one of which is the demand for visualization both in project design and during post-implementation. Using digital data, BIM can identify project risks as well as actual physical conditions optimally. In addition, the implementation of BIM makes the design and construction process leaner and more transparent, improves accuracy in calculations, avoids mistakes during planning to implementation, and shortens execution time. In other words, BIM improves efficiency and accuracy through coordination between construction stakeholders. By utilizing BIM in the planning of Bandar Setia Raja-Berancah Port Road, Bengkalis District, Bengkalis Regency, Riau, BIM-based road geometric planning was carried out. The application of BIM is carried out in several stages, namely data collection, creating a geometric planning concept in Autodesk Infraworks, and then exporting it to Autocad Civil 3D to make detailed planning and calculation drawings. The conclusion obtained from this study is that BIM technology makes it very easy to make road geometric planning using Autodesk Infraworks and Autocad Civil 3D software, as well as to overcome the demands of project visualization
Factor Affecting Indonesian Charcoal Export To China
The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Gross Domestic Product (GDP) and the Rupiah Exchange Rate on the Volume of Indonesian Shell Charcoal Exports to China. The data used in this study is secondary data that is time series. In this study, the method used as an analytical tool is Ordinary Least Square (OLS) to determine changes in the value of the dependent variable, namely the Export Volume of Indonesian Shell Charcoal which is influenced by the independent variable, namely China's Gross Domestic Product (GDP) and Exchange Rates using multiple linear regression techniques. The method used in this research is descriptive quantitative, namely explaining the results of computerization using the E-Views 9 program.The results of the analysis show that simultaneously China’s GDP and the Exchange Rate have a significant effect on the Export Volume of Indonesia Shell Charcoal to China in 2001 – 2020. The results of the analysis show partially China’s Gross Domestic Product (GDP) had no effect on the Export Volume of Indonesia Shell Charcoal to China in 2001 – 2020 and the Exchange Rate had a positive and significant effect on the Export Volume of Indonesia Shell Charcoal to China in 2001 – 2020.The result of the Coefficient of Determination (R2) is carried out to see how big the proportion of the influence of the independent variable on the dependent variable is. In this case, the value of the coefficient of determination used is Adjusted R-Squared which is the coefficient of determination that has been corrected by the number of variables and sample size. It is known that the Adjusted R-Squared value is 0,366601 or 36.66%. This indicates that a 36.66% change in the Volume of Indonesian Shell Charcoal Exports to China was caused by changes in China's Gross Domestic Product (GDP) and the Exchange Rate. While the remaining 63.34% changes in the Volume of Indonesian Shell Charcoal Exports to China were caused by changes in other variables that were not used in the study
Pemanfaatan Running Text Sebagai Alat Bantu Informasi Minggu Perkuliahan Di Biro Administrasi Akademik dan Kemahasiswaan (BAAK) Politeknik Negeri Bengkalis
Bengkalis State Polytechnic is the only state polytechnic in Riau province. Within the organizational structure of Polbeng there is a sub-section of the Academic and Student Administration Bureau (BAAK) which takes care of academic and student affairs. BAAK Polbeng is an information center related to academics and students, but in its own office it does not have information media to deliver announcements related to the week of lectures which is very important information for students and lecturers to count the number of meetings that have been held. However, with this problem the author provides a solution by making a running text that is installed in front of the BAAK Polbeng office in the GKT3 building. So that with this running text, information from BAAK is easily conveyed to students and lecturers
Workshop Manajemen Usaha Pada UMKM Binaan PT. Pertamina Hulu Rokan
Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah untuk memberikan workshop dan pendampingan manajemen usaha pada UMKM Binaan PT. Pertamina Hulu Rokan. Kegiatan ini diharapkan akan memberikan pengetahuan, pemahaman dan kemampuan manajemen usaha pada UMKM Binaan PT. Pertamina Hulu Rokan. Target kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah seluruh pelaku UMKM Binaan PT. Pertamina Hulu Rokan mendapatkan pengetahuan, pemahaman dan kemampuan dalam melakukan manajemen usaha kecil dan menengah, yang meliputi merencanakan, mengorganisasikan, kepegawaian, mengarahkan/ memimpin, dan mengontrol organisasi pada aspek produksi, distribusi, dan pemasaran. Metode yang digunakan adalah workshop dan pendampingan. Luaran kegiatan (Output) adalah terselenggaranya kegiatan workshop dan pendampingan manajemen usaha pada UMKM Binaan PT. Pertamina Hulu Rokan, serta publikasi pelaksanaan kegiatan pada jurnal ilmiah dan media massa. Dampak (outcome) kegiatan ini adalah meningkatnya pengetahuan, pemahaman dan kemampuan pelaku UMKM Binaan PT. ANALYSIS OF WELDING DEFECTS AND BENDING STRENGTH IN ASTM A36 STEEL MATERIALS E7018 ELECTRODES
This study aims to determine the effect of variations in current strength and groove type in SMAW welding on defects in welds and bending strength of ASTM A36 steel butt joint. In this study, the sample used was ASTM A36 steel with welding variations of current strength, namely 90 A, 110 A, and 130 A as well as variations in the form of V and Single V groove with SMAW welding using E7018 electrodes. Specimens were tested for NDT in the form of a visual test, penetrant test, and magnetic test, and DT Testing in the form of a bending test. In the NDT test, defects were found in the 90 A current specimen in the form of spatter defects, arc strike. At a current of 110 A, there are spatter, undercut, and porosity defects. At a current of 130 A, there are spatter, undercut, and overlap defects. The highest bending strength DT test results were in the SV and V groove with a current of 90 A and the lowest value was in the V groove with a current of 110 A of 1069.44 Mpa. After the NDT test, current variations have an influence on the results of the weld, but it cannot be ascertained that the effect on the groove type, while in the DT test, current variations and groove types have an effect on bending strength
Kinerja Darrieus Tipe-H terhadap Variasi Tinggi Fin Pada NACA 0018
Potensi sumber daya energi terbarukan di Indonesia sangat besar. Potensi tersebut dapat dimanfaatkan untuk mendistribusikan energi secara merata. Salah satu pemanfaatannya yaitu dengan menggunakan turbin angin Darrieus untuk mengubah energi angin menjadi energi listrik. Berbagai upaya telah dilakukan guna meningkatkan kinerja turbin. Penelitian ini menggunakan studi numeric dengan memvariasikan tinggi fin untuk mengetahui nilai Cp, Ct dan TSR. Metode Computational Fluid Dynamics digunakan untuk mengetahui nilai Ct, Cp dan TSR yang berupa grafik koefisien torsi (Ct) dan koefisien daya (Cp) terhadap Tip Speed Ratio (TSR) menggunakan turbin angin Darrieus konvensional berdiameter 40 cm dan tinggi rotor sebesar 50 cm. Simulasi dilakukan dengan memvariasikan tinggi fin sebesar 1,5cm; 2,5cm, dan 3,5cm dengan jumlah fin 3. Hasil kinerja turbin angin Darrieus menunjukkan peningkatan tertinggi sebesar 45,23% pada variasi tinggi fin 2,5cm
ANALISIS PROSES SANDBLASTING DAN PAINTING PADA LAMBUNG KAPAL TK. BERKAT 12 DI PT. ADILUHUNG SARANASEGARA INDONESIA
Indonesia adalah negara kepulauan dengan wilayah lautan luas dan memiliki banyak jalur perdagangan dunia. Untuk itu, moda transportasi laut perlu ditingkatkan serta dipertahankan kualitasnya dari berbagai bahaya seperti korosi. Lambung kapal merupakan daerah yang selalu terjadi kontak langsung dengan air laut sehingga membutuhkan perlindungan dan perawatan ekstra. Sandblasting adalah metode pembersihan permukaan lambung kapal dari korosi, sisa lapisan cat lama, serta bekas penempelan fouling dengan menggunakan pasir silika sebagai zat abrasive. Objek penelitian ini yaitu kapal TK. Berkat 12 di-sandblasting dengan tingkat kebersihan Sa2.5. Luas area yang sandblasting mencakup 2049 m2 untuk sweep blasting dan 1202 m2 untuk spot blasting. Setelah sandblasting dilakukan painting yaitu proses perawatan dan perlindungan lambung kapal dari bahaya kerusakan akibat korosi dan fouling. Pada lambung kapal TK. Berkat 12 dilakukan tiga kali coating pada area BGA dengan menggunakan cat primer AC, intermediate AC, dan AF, serta dua kali coating pada area AGA menggunakan cat primer AC dan finishing AGA. Luas area coating primer AC sebesar 3251 m2, intermediate AC sebesar 3223 m2, AF sebesar 3223 m2, dan finishing AGA sebesar 928 m2. Berdasarkan hasil inspeksi pengecatan berupa pengukuran DFT diketahui bahwa hasil painting TK Berkat 12 telah memenuhi standar BKI
