    This research was conducted at the Indonesia Stock Exchange. This research is classified as descriptive and associative because this research determines the causal relationship between the independent variables and the dependent variable. The population in this study are all agricultural sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2017-2021 period. Sampling in this study is by Purposive Sampling, namely the sampling method using criteria. The samples in this study amounted to 16 companies with a total sample of 80. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Current Ratio, Return On Assets, Earning Per Share, Debt To Equity Ratio, Inventory Turnover on stock prices of agricultural sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2017-2021

    Micro, Small, and Business Development Model Middle School (MSMEs) in Riau Province

    Law of the Republic of Indonesia Number 20 of 2008, has mandated that Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises or abbreviated as UMKM need to be empowered by: a) cultivating a business climate that supports the development of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises; b) development and fostering of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises. From the results of the study and analysis of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises in Riau Province, it can be recommended that an appropriate development model be carried out, including Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), namely a concern or partnership program carried out by companies with micro, small and medium business groups. In this partnership, the company will act as a foster father by providing assistance and guidance through an empowerment program. Next is the microcredit development program, is a business credit granting program aimed at a community that runs a business to increase income with the hope of achieving a better standard of living. And the next one is the cluster development model. This MSME development model is basically to form an MSME industrial center area.     Knowledge of services for Islamic financial institutions in the city of Pekanbaru, Riau, found the results that the level of public knowledge of services and decisions to choose Islamic financial institutions in the city of Pekanbaru in the good to very good category, this is also supported by the results of the SPSS 23 test that the level of service knowledge on the decision to choose Islamic financial institutions has a positive effect and has increased.     Administrative Data Automation of Civil Engineering Study Program Using Progressive Web Apps at Riau University

    The Department of Civil Engineering, University of Riau has a Final Assignment Administration service. The Final Assignment Administration service procedure currently implemented is still done manually. Starting from the registration data collection for Proposal Seminars, Results Seminars, and Thesis Defence, data processing was carried out using Microsoft Excel. The amount of data that has been processed so that the processing is done too long. Likewise in Microsoft Excel where formula changes often occur so that the data is not readable. Therefore, the Thesis Administration System was built using the Progressive Web Apps (PWA) method. The system built facilitates administrative services in the Civil Engineering Study Program at the University of Riau. The built system can be accessed on various devices, using the add to home screen feature which speeds up installation, and can be accessed offline. Testing of this system uses the Black Box method, which is to prove that the functional system is running properly and correctly.     Sistem Monitoring Keselamatan Kapal Nelayan Berbasis Internet Of Things

    Penelitian ini mengembangkan sebuah sistem monitoring keselamatan kapal nelayan berbasis Internet of Things (IoT) yang berfokus pada deteksi kemiringan dan lokasi kapal. Industri perikanan di Kabupaten Bengkalis menghadapi tantangan dalam keselamatan nelayan dan keberlanjutan sumber daya akibat kurangnya pemantauan real-time. Sistem yang diusulkan menggunakan modul GSM SIM808 dan sensor MPU6050, terintegrasi dengan platform Arduino, untuk memonitor secara real-time dan akurat posisi kapal serta kemiringannya. Informasi kemiringan kapal sangat kritikal dalam mencegah kecelakaan kapal yang sering terjadi karena ketidakstabilan kapal di tengah laut. Sistem ini memberikan peringatan dini kepada nelayan tentang kondisi yang berpotensi berbahaya, memungkinkan mereka untuk mengambil tindakan korektif sebelum terjadi kecelakaan.Selain itu, pemantauan lokasi kapal memastikan bahwa kapal berada dalam zona penangkapan yang aman dan mematuhi regulasi perikanan, sekaligus memungkinkan pihak berwenang untuk melakukan penyelamatan secara cepat dalam kasus darurat. Sistem juga mendukung nelayan dalam mengoptimalkan rute penangkapan untuk meningkatkan efisiensi bahan bakar dan hasil tangkapan. Dengan demikian, penelitian ini tidak hanya berkontribusi terhadap keselamatan nelayan tetapi juga efisiensi operasional dan keberlanjutan sumber daya perikanan di Bengkalis

    Analisis Implementasi Pengendalian Internal Pada Siklus Penjualan (Studi Kasus Pada PT Tunas Group Ridean Tbk)

    The purpose of this research is to provide an overview of sales cycle implementation and internal control implementation in PT. Tunas Ridean Group’s sales cycle. The sales cycle analysis process is based on the Romney Steinbart sales cycle model, and the internal control implementation analysis process is based on the COSO IC internal control framework. The research method used is a qualitative descriptive method with the Miles Huberman model as the data analysis method. Data collection techniques include semi-structured interviews and literature studies. The informant collection technique uses the purposive sampling method. The research results show that the sales cycle process carried out by PT Tunas Group Ridean is consistent with the Romney Steinbart revenue cycle model. The implementation of internal control in PT Tunas Group's Ridean sales cycle is carried out holistically in accordance with the COSO IC framework. The activities in the internal control process on control environment, risk assessment, control activities, communication and information, and monitoring are carried out comprehensively and in accordance with the strategic objectives of PT Tunas Group Ridean.Keywords: Internal Control, COSO IC, Sales Cycle, Accounting Information System, Automotive Industr

    Transparansi Pengelolaan Keuangan Daerah Pemerintah Kabupaten/Kota di Kalimantan Barat

    This study aims to describe the level of transparency in regional financial management that has been carried out by the Regency/City Government based on the Minister of Home Affairs Instruction No. 188.52/1797/SJ of 2012. This research was conducted in 14 districts/cities in West Kalimantan. The data analysis method used in this research is the descriptive quantitative analysis which focuses on measuring the transparency index of regional financial management. Descriptive statistics in this study were used to look at the level of regional transparency in general and based on each indicator at the APBD planning stage, APBD implementation stage, and APBD reporting and accountability stages consisting of 10 (ten) indicators. The results of the study show that the average level of transparency in regional management for 14 district/city governments in West Kalimantan is still very low, namely 5.30% or overall the district/city governments in West Kalimantan are still in the qualification of insufficient transparency. . The Sanggau District Government has the highest regional financial management transparency index, with a score of 4.5 out of a maximum score of 29 (15.52%). Meanwhile, Mempawah Regency Government, Ketapang Regency Government, Bengkayang Regency Government, Sekadau Regency Government, Melawi Regency Government, Kayong Utara Regency Government, Kubu Raya Regency Government, and Pontianak City received the lowest score, and index, namely a score of 1 (3.45%).Keywords: Transparency, Regional Financ

    Sistem Deteksi Lampu Lalu Lintas Sebagai Asisten Pengemudi Menggunakan Convolutional Neural Network

    Accident cases in Indonesia are increasing along with the increase in the number of motorized vehicles. From 2016 to 2017, speed limit violations increased by 96.20% and violations of road markings or signs also increased by 5.54%. Intelligent transportation system is one solution to reduce the number of accidents. Currently Driver Assistance Systems (DAS) are being developed in the automotive world. The purpose of this research is to design a watershed based on three input parameters for determining recommended actions, namely: 1) distance to the vehicle behind; 2) vehicle speed; and 3) traffic light status with recommendation action using fuzzy rule base. Lidar sensor for distance detection and GPS for monitoring vehicle speed. The YOLOv4 Algorithm method is used to detect traffic lights. The results of this study, the accuracy of sign color recognition is 92.831% with a detection speed of up to 8.94 FPS. The most stable reading distance is between 1 – 8-meters with a light intensity of 10 – 3200 lux and a tilt angle of up to 90 degrees. There is a drop in processing speed of up to 1.5 FPS during system integration. This DAS is effective enough to be applied to two-wheeled and fourwheeled motorized vehicles.Kasus kecelakaan di Indonesia meningkat seiring dengan kenaikan jumlah kendaraan bermotor. Dari tahun 2016 ke tahun 2017, pelanggaran batas kecepatan naik 96,20% dan pelanggaran marka jalan atau rambu-rambu juga naik 5,54%. Intelligent transportation system merupakan salah satu solusi untuk menekan angka kecelakaan. Saat ini Driver Assistance Systems (DAS) sedang dikembangkan di dunia otomotif. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah merancang DAS berdasarkan tiga parameter input untuk penentuan aksi rekomendasi yaitu: 1) jarak dengan kendaraan di belakang; 2) kecepatan kendaraan; dan 3) status lampu lalu lintasdengan aksi rekomendasi menggunakan fuzzy rule base. Sensor Lidar untuk pendeteksian jarak dan GPS untuk memantau kecepatan kendaraan. Metode Algoritma YOLOv4 digunakan untuk mendeteksi lampu lalu lintas. Hasil penelitian ini, akurasi pengenalan warna rambu sebesar 92,831% dengan kecepatan deteksi hingga 8,94 FPS. Jarak pembacaan yang paling stabil antara 1 – 8-meter dengan intensitas cahaya 10 – 3200 lux dan sudut kemiringan hingga 90 derajat. Ada penurunan kecepatan proses hingga 1,5 FPS saat integrasi sistem. DAS ini cukup efektif untuk diterapkan pada kendaraan bermotor roda dua maupun roda empa

    Salah satu permasalahan di PT. Pura Barutama unit Rotogravure satu adalah masih dilakukan pengelohan data secara manual untuk mencatat barang-barang di ruangan server sehingga banyak kendala seperti penggunaan sumber daya kertas yang banyak, juga kemungkinan kertas hasil pencatatan hilang. Maka dari itu, diperlukan sistem yang bisa memudahkan pengguna untuk mencatat informasi data barang di ruangan server dengan cepat dan bisa diakses di mana saja serta memberikan pemberitahuan tentang keadaan ruangan server. Penelitian ini menghasilkan sistem informasi barang-barang di dalam ruangan server dan juga sistem penyampaian informasi mengenai suhu dan kelembapan ruangan server dan banyak lagi yang bisa dilakukan pengguna seperti memasukkan data-data, mengubah, menghapus, mencetak, atau melihat visualisasi dari ruangan server dalam bentuk tiga dimensi. Semua tampilan dan fungsi di dalam sistem akan dibangun menggunakan framework Nuxt JS sebuah framework yang bisa menghubungkan frontend dan backend lebih mudah. Aplikasi akan dirancang menggunakan metode waterfall karena mengembangkan sistem informasi secara sistematik dan sekuensial yang terdiri dari beberapa tahapan mulai dari analisis kebutuhan, perancangan, implementasi sampai pengujian.
