perilaku seks bebas melalui tempat prostitusi, salah satunya kawasan prostitusi Dolly, Surabaya.

Optimalisasi Peran Perawat Jiwa Melalui Online Telephone Based Counseling Di Era Digital: Studi Deskriptif Pada Rumah Sakit Jiwa Prof. HB Sa’anin Padang
Objective: The development of digital technology has opened up enormous opportunities for the provision of health services, including mental health. One innovation that can improve access to psychosocial services is telephone-based counseling. This is particularly important for patients facing social stigma, physical limitations, or geographical barriers. As part of mental health services, mental health nurses play a crucial role in this counseling process. However, challenges such as non-verbal communication and limited technological training continue to hinder the optimization of these services.
Methods: This quantitative descriptive study was conducted from April 12 to 16, 2025, at Prof. HB. Sa'anin Mental Hospital in Padang. Thirty-five mental health nurses were purposively selected as respondents. Data were collected through a questionnaire that measured perceptions regarding the ease of using telephone media, self-confidence levels, and barriers to implementing telephone-based counseling.
Results : Most participants (57.1%) were aged between 31 and 40 years (45.7%). The results indicate that only 8.6% of respondents had ever participated in telephone-based counseling training. On average, respondents rated the use of the telephone for counseling as fairly easy (average 3.2), with a confidence level of 3.03. However, the ability to build therapeutic relationships was relatively low (2.83), indicating that there are issues with non-verbal communication.
Conclusion : The results indicate that, although mental health nurses consider the telephone to be a positive counseling tool, there is still a need for better competence, especially in establishing therapeutic relationships. One of the main obstacles that must be overcome is the lack of training. Therefore, to improve service effectiveness, training in communication technology and approaches to building digital therapeutic relationships is needed. Objective: The development of digital technology has opened up enormous opportunities for the provision of health services, including mental health. The relationship of body mass index, mid-upper arm circumference, and waist circumference with the blood pressure in elderly
Life expectancy is one of the most popular summary measures for a population's general health. Growing Life Expectancy predicts a rise in senior citizens in the coming years. An increase in health issues among the elderly may result from an aging population. Anthropometric measures of nutritional status can reveal nutritional status, which may contribute to the development of cardiovascular risk; however, research on this topic in the elderly is still lacking. This study uses a cross-sectional design and a sample size of 60 elderly people who live in Muhammadiyah University Palembang's development village. Blood pressure and anthropometric measures were taken by researchers. Throughout the course of five minutes, three separate readings of the blood pressure, waist circumference, mid-upper arm circumference, and body mass index (BMI) were obtained. The means of these measurements were then analyzed. Diastole Blood Pressure/DBP was substantially correlated with BMI, WC, and MUAC (P = 0.001; r = 0.407; P = 0.003; r = 0.381 & P = 0.017; r = 0.307, respectively). In conclusion, systolic and diastolic blood pressure in the elderly are positively associated with anthropometric measures of body fatness, particularly BMI
EKSISTENSIALISME DAN PENDIDIKAN ISLAM: MENGHADAPI TANTANGAN DALAM MENGEMBANGKAN POTENSI SISWA
This article discusses the integration of existentialism values into Islamic education, particularly in the context of developing students' potential. Existentialism, as a philosophical movement emphasizing individual freedom, the search for meaning in life, and personal responsibility, offers a distinct approach to education that is more authentic and based on free thinking. On the other hand, Islamic education emphasizes the importance of morality, piety, and social responsibility in all aspects of learning. This article examines how these two perspectives can be integrated within Islamic education, identifying both the opportunities and challenges encountered in its application. The opportunities found include providing space for students' personal development, while the main challenge lies in balancing free thinking with religious obligations. The article suggests the implementation of a flexible curriculum based on students' interests, as well as the development of an approach that combines individual freedom with Islamic values, guiding students toward a meaningful and responsible life.

FINDING COMMON GROUND: THE INTEGRATION OF EMPIRICISM AND RATIONALISM IN ISLAMIC RELIGIOUS EDUCATION TO ENHANCE LEARNING QUALITY
This study explores the integration of empiricism and rationalism and its implications for Islamic Religious Education. Using a qualitative approach and literature study method, it analyzes the perspectives of empiricism and rationalism in the philosophy of science and their relevance to religious teaching. The study reviews classic works of philosophers like John Locke and René Descartes, alongside contemporary literature. Findings reveal that the empirical approach, emphasizing experience through worship and socio-religious activities, enhances students' understanding of religious teachings. Simultaneously, rationalism fosters critical reflection, enabling students to logically analyze and connect religious teachings with contemporary life. Integrating these approaches in the PAI curriculum creates holistic, effective, and practical learning. Theoretically, this supports the development of integrated religious education concepts, while practically, it encourages contextual teaching methods relevant to current challenges. However, the study is limited in its scope of application across diverse school types and does not assess the long-term impact of this integration. Future research should include longitudinal studies to evaluate the effectiveness of this integration in improving students' understanding and application of religious teachings across varied educational contexts. This would further enrich the conceptual and practical framework of Islamic Religious Education. This study explores the integration of empiricism and rationalism and its implications for Islamic Religious Education.
