Further Consideration on the Role of Clinical Psychiatry in Nurturing Autonomy of Patients with Personality Pathologies
Get PDFIn a clinical setting, the importance of obtaining informed consent has been emphasized. However, for patients with personality pathologies, due to their damaged ability of decisionmaking, it seems extremely difficult to either give consent or dissent, despite their intact intelligence. This article, based on the author’s previous writings which described those patients in detail, depicts a deepened understanding concerning their difficulties of making decisions, or exercising autonomy, related to early life events using a few scholars’ theories. Clinical strategies which help those patients exercise autonomy are also proposed as well as a few issues remaining to be explored in future research.departmental bulletin pape

A Study of Practical Online Classes: Issues in Art-Based Exercise Classes and Usefulness of Utilizing Online Digital Archives
Get PDF2020年度初頭より、新型コロナウイルス感染症の世界的な流行が発生した。その感染拡大に伴い、多くの教育機関で休講措置が取られ、４月になっても授業が開講できないという事態となった。その結果、学びの機会を確保するための対処法として、教育のIT化が急速に進み、日本においては特に大学の導入は目を見張るものがあった。本学でもオンラインによる授業整備が急遽施され、４月終わりという早い段階から全学的にオンライン授業が実施された。
講義ではなく芸術系演習科目を持つ筆者にとって、授業をどうやってオンライン授業で実施できるのかは大きな課題であった。本稿では、暗中模索の中で筆者の課題となった「１ 感性情報」「２ 視覚情報」「３ 連帯感」３つの「伝達と共有」に着目した取り組み、並びにその利点や問題点を示す。また、主にアメリカの機関が提供する膨大な芸術系オンラインコンテンツについて記述し、その有効性と今後の活用方法を示す。departmental bulletin pape
Conversion of public libraries to remote type libraries
Get PDF日本における公立図書館の図書館サービスは、第二次世界大戦後にアメリカの図書館をモデルとした形で導入されて以来、図書館施設に利用者を集めてサービスを提供するといった参集型図書館が基本に置かれ続けてきた。情報化社会への変化や通信技術の進展により、遠隔サービスが取り組まれ、さらに情報サービス重視の図書館サービスへと変化しても、参集型図書館の延長線上の変化にすぎず、中小規模の公立図書館にとって制度疲労を引き起こす要因になっている。また、COVID-19影響下においては従来の参集型図書館では図書館サービスに制限が課されることになり、新たな図書館モデルが必要とされる。このような状況をふまえ、今後の社会変化を見据えた公立図書館の一つの形として遠隔図書館への抜本的な転換の必要性について考察した。departmental bulletin pape

Creating Musicals Using Old Tales and Modern Music, and heir Effects on Learning Report 3: Comparative Analysis of the Past Two Years’ Questionnaire Results
Get PDFThis study investigates how making original musicals and performing in them affect students’ cognitionand willingness. This study has evaluated students’ learning processes in the course from three viewpoints:“motivation for learning,” “creation of ideas about music based on specialty,” and “cognition of its utilityin nursery settings.” The students reported that they are tackling with tasks that enhance their skills as nurseryspecialists, and that they are learning new ideas of expressing music in nursery settings in the first survey. Thesecond survey, which employed a free writing, supported the results of the first survey. The present study has given the same tasks as the first year to the students who belong to the author’sseminar in 2019. The results show a slight difference from the first year’s in the study processes, but, in theend, they show similar changes in the students. The results of the two years’ investigations demonstrate theeffectiveness of making an original musical and performing in it, whoever may be involved, and whatever musicalthey may make. A Study of Nursing Education Materials Used for Teaching Early-Childhood Infection Control
Get PDF近年の感染症の流行に伴い、感染症対策として手洗いに注目が集まっている。特に学校や保育園など集団生活の場では、一人一人への感染症対策予防の意識づけや、手洗いの方法の習得の支援も重要である。室岡1)らは、「保育士の意識と関わりの変化は、検討会等によりリフレクションが繰り返されたことによって促されたと考えられ、この変化が子どもの手洗いの変化につながったと考えられる。」と報告している。しかし、実際に長期的に専門家が介入し継続的に支援していくことが難しい。そのため、小児らが、発達段階に応じた感染の概念を理解し、行動変容及び継続的に洗い残しがない手洗いの方法を習得することができるような教材が必要と考える。また、実践授業によって行動変容が明らかとなった報告はあるが、教材自体に関する提言は少ない。そこで小児期の発達段階を踏まえた感染予防の教材の実際を検討し、新たな教材開発を行う。departmental bulletin pape
Factors that Facilitate Nursing Student’s Motivation to Learn: A Mixed-method Study
Get PDF学習意欲を促進させる動機づけ因子を学生観点から抽出しその影響を明確にするために、混合研究法の探索的順次デザインを用いて研究を行った。第１フェーズでは、A県内看護系３大学に所属する２～４年次生23名に半構造化面接を行い、質的帰納的に分析した。学生の学習意欲を促進させる動機づけ因子は、【良い看護師になるため】【科目に対する個人的な興味関心】【先を見越した計画的な学習】【試験合格や成績良好を目指して】【他者の学習姿勢から受ける刺激】の５カテゴリーであった。第２フェーズでは、第１フェーズの結果に基づいて作成した動機づけ尺度を用いて、学生が影響を受けている動機づけの段階を明確にした。看護系２大学に所属する２～４年次生500名に協力を依頼し、165名（回収率33％）から回答を得た。多くの学生は、罪悪感解消や承認獲得の願望、外部からの圧力や報酬、学習自体への興味関心が学習の動機づけとなっていることが示唆された。departmental bulletin pape

Get PDF理科系の学問は、初めに習ったことから次々に積み重ね会を繰り返していく。積み重ねの途中で理解できていないことがあると、その時点で進歩が停滞する。多くの学生は、特に算数や数学の解法について、そのやり方を習っただけで意味は理解していないことが多い。まさに教育の不備であり、学力低下とは別の問題である。もちろん、習ったことの意味を理解するかどうかは当人の学習にかかっているのだが、テストでは意味の理解が要求されず、やり方の迅速な適用のみが試されていることが大きな課題である。
本稿では、算数難問といわれるいくつかの問題に対して、ある共通の発想を導入することにより、それらの問題の同質性が明らかとなることを示す。そして、解き方を覚えるだけの学習から脱却できる可能性について論ずる。departmental bulletin pape
