Changes in Administrative Policy Affecting Residents:The Uji Area of Takahashi City, Japan
Get PDF岡山県高梁市宇治町では、地域の運営方針が2015年に変更された。本稿では、その運営方針の変更を説明するとともに、住民の助け合いの事例を提示する。主要な論点は、次の２点である。第1に、宇治地域まちづくり推進委員会は、地域の運営方針を次のように変更した。1990年代から、同町は都市との交流活動を中心に、地域振興をしてきた。ところが、過疎化や高齢化が更に進行したので、まちづくり推進委員会は宇治町の運営方針を2015年に変更した。そして、今後取り組むべき地域の重点課題を、①既存事業を見直し、住民の負担を減らす、②移住者を積極的に受け入れる、③現在住んでいる住民が安心して暮らせる仕組みを構築する、の３点とした。第２は、「家」意識についてである。1995年当時、高齢者は「家」意識を持っており、多くの高齢者（夫婦）は子ども夫婦と同居していた。ところが、現在、高齢者は「家」意識を持っておらず、子ども夫婦と同居する高齢者（夫婦）は格段に少なくなった。そこで、住民が助け合って、安心して暮らせる仕組みを構築することが重要となっている。departmental bulletin pape

A Preliminary Study on Singing in Infants’ Music Courses in Nursery Teacher Training Facilities: Referring to the History of Music in Germany and the Thought of Frederick Husler
Get PDFWhen we think about the courses on infant music in nursery teacher training facilities, one of the most pivotal issue is whether teachers teach their students scientific knowledge on singing voice. Is it necessary for teachers to give students the information about how vocal organs act when they are singing? Is such information needed in the courses on infant music?
In this paper, I analyzed Frederick Husler’s thought about singing trainings. First, I reviewed the history of music in Germany. Next, I analyzed the position of Huslers’ thought in the History of music in Germany. Then, I analyzed the thought of Husler focusing on the relationship of scientific knowledge and experience in singing education.
Finally, it was clarified that Husler would like to connect scientific knowledge and educational experience if we wanted to teach students singing properly. It was because both science and experience have strong points and weak points, therefore, using both, we would be able to understand the act of singing.
It can be said that according to Husler’s thought, music teachers in nursery teacher training facilities should teach their students about the scientific mechanism on singing voice in the courses of infant music.departmental bulletin pape
When Covid-19 Meets Climate Change: Rethinking Tourism Education and Research in Contemporary Creative Economies
Get PDFAssuming a central role within contemporary creative economies, tourism activities registered a significant growth over the last decades, despite the concerns often raised regarding environmental impacts and sustainability, in particular when observing problems of “overtourism”. This growth implied the emergence of new and highly qualified jobs in the tourism sector, regarding the design and management of services and facilities, business and territorial planning, advanced marketing and communication techniques or the integration of digital technologies into different aspects of tourism activities, in particular those related to cultural heritage and creativity. However, problems and concerns with global impact, like those related to climate change or the recent covid-19 pandemics, clearly question this process of continuous growth. This work frames these new problems within the evolution of tourism activities, education and research in the last decades, suggesting that tourism will keep a significant socio-economic importance, even if there is a shift from international to domestic travels. A more clear focus on high value added rather than on mass demand and the importance of creativity, health and safety in tourism provision imply the development and training of high-skilled labor for different tasks in the tourism sector, both at the private and public levels.departmental bulletin pape
A Review of International Research on the prevention of abuse of the elderly in the community
Get PDF本研究の目的は、諸外国の地域高齢者の虐待予防に関する研究動向を整理することである。2006年から2019年までの55件の先行文献が抽出された。
研究内容は９つの支援や課題があり、『高齢者虐待の実態や発生・リスク要因について』、『ソーシャルサポートと高齢者虐待との関係について』、『高齢者側の要因と介入方法について』、『セルフネグレクトの実態と介入状況について』、『虐待がみられる当事者へのメディカルサポートについて』、『地域看護職における虐待予防について』、『行政機関における虐待防止の取り組みと課題について』、『虐待に関する専門職の認識と教育について』、『虐待対応において専門職が感じた困難について』であった。
地域でのサポート、他職種、関係機関における虐待対応の役割や機能があり、連携を通じて効率的な虐待予防の取り組みが重要と考えられた。departmental bulletin pape

Get PDF本研究は，重症心身障害児の母親が社会的障壁を乗り越えながら子育てしてきた道のりを明らかにすることを目的とした。重症心身障害児の母親５名にフォーカス・グループ・インタビューを実施した。母親の平均年齢は，59.4歳（SD11.2），子どもの平均年齢は，29.8歳（SD11.7）で，脳性麻痺４名，化膿性髄膜炎後遺症１名であった。修正版グランデッド・セオリー・アプローチで分析した結果，＜障害は青天の霹靂＞＜逃れられない罪悪感＞＜背負って生きる＞＜閉ざされた行き先＞＜わが子の居場所づくり＞＜何しても空振り＞＜貧乏でも前向き＞＜強い覚悟の育児＞＜地域での仲間づくり＞の概念が生成された。重症心身障害児の母親は，法的な支援制度が整えられていない時代の子育てであり，子どもの将来を考え仲間づくりを広げ地域で生活できるように，子どもの生きる道を切り開き現在まで歩んでいた。departmental bulletin pape
A Study on Tools for Cutting Paper and Familiar Art Class Materials
Get PDFThis study investigates how the Ministry of Education’s curriculum guidelines and art textbooks introduce toolsfor cutting to students and how the instructions to handle the tools are given, focusing on the activity of cutting paper and other common materials available in students’ daily life. As far as textbooks are concerned, six books published by Nihon Bunkyo Publishing Co. in 2020 and six books published by Kairyudo Publishing Co. in 2020 are examined.In regard to scissors, both publishers introduce them in the appendices concerning tools and materials around theends of the first volume of the textbooks for the first- and second-year students. In regard to box-cutter knives andcardboard cutters, both publishers introduce them in the appendices around the ends of the second volume of thetextbooks for the first- and second-year students. An advantage of the textbooks published by Kairyudo PublishingCo. is that they introduce various types of scissors such as thread trimmer scissors, sewing scissors, scissors that cut into waves, and all-purpose scissors, around the ends of the first volumes of their textbooks for the first- and secondyear students. However, as far as concrete activities that require the use of cardboard cutters are concerned, thetextbooks mainly deal with them in the third and fourth grades. The problem is that the photographs in bothpublishers’ textbooks do not always give us clear information about which tools were used. Students should be advised to use proper tools as well as craft scissors, depending on the materials to cut. Development of Dishes Using Rice Cooker Bags for Emergencies
Get PDF本学のボランティア活動サークルは、近年の被災地域等で炊き出しの支援活動を行ってきている。2020 年になってからは、新型コロナウイルス感染防止対策として活動を休止している。しかし、災害被災地では、炊き出しを必要とされる。そこで、新型コロナウイルス感染防止対策下でも活動が必要とされる時の為に、炊き出しメニューの考案と試食を行った。災害救助用炊飯袋「赤十字と三井化学株式会社が共同開発したハイゼックスのポリ袋」は、1 人分ずつの料理が被災者に提供出来るため、感染防止対策にもなる。この炊飯袋を使った多種多様な料理が開発出来れば、被災者に温かく、且つ栄養補給を行うことが出来る。また、そのことが被災者の心の癒しにも繋がると考えられる。本稿では、炊飯袋を最大限に活用した料理の開発に取り組み、調理上の留意点も提案する。departmental bulletin pape

A sound body and mind can be built via familial relationship-building,by using food to help develop an understanding of society, and by establishing desirable dietary habits duringinfancy. Parents and other guardians can also gain joy through enhancing their understanding of food and bypreparing meals that they then eat together with their children. In both education and casual everydayexperiences, such acts can help strengthen a child’s will and motivation, accumulate food-related experiences, andhelp increase their ability to enjoy eating and meals. Furthermore, it is important to provide dietary education that includes meals that offer peace of mind, ingredientselection, meal contents tips and tricks, related events and functions, etc., and encourage children’s interest in thefood culture of various regions. To achieve this, efforts are needed to improve the quality of between-meal snacksand ensure that they are delicious and appealing. The production-to-consumption process deserves particularattention, as does the notion of not wasting food. The Analysis of J-REIT Monthly Return by Using Factor Model
Get PDF本論文では、東証REIT指数の月次リターンを用いて、J-REITのリスク・リターン特性に関する実証分析を行った。分析期間は2003年４月から2019年12月であり、「全期間の分析」と「３つの時期に分けた分析」を行った。推計したモデルは、株式分析で代表的なファーマフレンチの３ファクター・モデル（FF3-Model）に加えて、長短金利差、不動産実物市場に関連するファクターを追加したモデルである。分析の結果、株式市場全体の要因を表す市場ファクターの説明力が１％有意で確認された。ただし、J-REITの創設期には、市場ファクターの説明力が有意に確認されなかった。つまり、創設期とそれ以降の時期では、リスク・リターン特性に変化があると示唆された。departmental bulletin pape
