The Effect of Career Education in the School-to-Work Transition
Get PDF本稿は、学校から職業への移行におけるキャリア教育の意義を、高卒就職を題材に検討するものである。現在高卒就職は慣行の見直しが進められているが、見直しの対象となっている慣行は戦前に始まる歴史的経緯の下で築き上げられてきたものであった。1990 年代以降は高等教育機関への進学が拡大し、新規高卒就職者は学卒労働市場で少数派となっている。高卒就職におけるさまざまな慣行もそうした時代の変化を受けて機能が変容しつつあるが、成人年齢の引き下げに伴って一人一社制のような生徒の自由を制限するとみられる慣行に特に批判が集まっている。しかしながら、理論的に整理を行うと、歴史的経緯の下で存在する慣行を仮に変更した場合、高校教育の他の部分にも影響を及ぼしかねないことが危惧される。departmental bulletin pape
