Comprensión del pensamiento educativo de Monseñor Jesús Jáuregui (1848-1905) desde el mundo del texto
Get PDFThe thought of Monsignor Jesús Manuel Jáuregui Moreno has dealt with many epistemological and methodological perspectives, one of them is historiography, where the event, the testimony and the dated trace is the guiding principle. Faced with this situation, the study of Mons. Jáuregui is proposed from another approach: the hermeneutics of the text. Here, the present research has as its central purpose to understand their educational thinking starting with the world of the text. The theoretical importance of the work lies in the possibility of making a contribution to the re-understanding of thought in light of contemporaneity. In methodological terms the work corresponds to an investigation oriented in the human-interpretive paradigm, with a type of analytical-interpretive investigation, supported by the Hermeneutical method in the conception of Ricoeur (2002), in the theory of the text and characterized by following a Procedural design built from hermeneutics and specified in the interpretation contained in mimesis I, II, III (prefiguration-configuration and refiguration). For this purpose, four pedagogical works were performed. In conclusion, the educational thought of Jáuregui understood in the world of the text, should be considered: Romantic; Neo-scholastic; Multiparadigmatic; and Syntagmatic.El pensamiento de Monseñor Jesús Manuel Jáuregui Moreno, se ha tratado muchas perspectivas epistemológicas y metodológicas, una de ellas es la historiografía, donde el acontecimiento, el testimonio y la huella datada es el principio rector. Ante esta situación se propone el estudio de Mons. Jáuregui desde otro enfoque: la hermenéutica del texto. Aquí, la presente investigación tiene como propósito central comprender su pensamiento educativo comenzando con el mundo del texto. La importancia teórica del trabajo, radica en la posibilidad de hacer un aporte a la recomprensión del pensamiento a luz de la contemporaneidad. En términos metodológicos el trabajo corresponde a una investigación orientada en el paradigma humano-interpretativo, con un tipo de investigación analítica-interpretativa, apoyado en el método Hermenéutico en la concepción de Ricoeur (2004), en la teoría del texto y caracterizado por seguir un diseño procedimental construido a partir la hermenéutica y concretado en la interpretación contenidos en mimesis I, II, III (prefiguración-configuración y refiguración). Para tal fin se interpretaron cuatro obras de orden pedagógicas. En conclusión, el pensamiento educativo de Jáuregui comprendido en el mundo del texto, se le debe considerar: Romántico; Neoescolástico; Multiparadigmático; y Sintagmático

Get PDFEducational quality is a subject of permanent debate in the world, due to the importance it has for the strengthening of nations in the face of the challenges of the 21st century. Therefore, the purpose of this study was to analyze the relevance of research in the field of law education in Ecuador, from a theoretical perspective. It was a non-experimental, documentary and descriptive study. Different legal, bibliographic and research background sources were reviewed. As a result, an analysis of the legal foundations that govern the purposes of higher education in Ecuador is reported as the basis for the dissertation on considerations that affect the teaching of law, leading to a series of reflections on the role of the teacher- significance researcher in this field.La calidad educativa es tema de permanente debate en el mundo, debido a la importancia que tiene para el fortalecimiento de las naciones de cara a los retos y desafíos que encierra el siglo XXI. Por eso, el presente estudio, tuvo como propósito el análisis de la pertinencia de la investigación en el ámbito de la enseñanza del derecho en Ecuador, desde una perspectiva teórica. Se constituyó en un estudio no experimental, de tipo documental y descriptivo. Se revisaron diferentes fuentes legales, bibliográficas y antecedentes investigativos. Producto de ello, se reporta un análisis de los fundamentos legales que rigen los fines de la educación superior en Ecuador como base para la disertación sobre consideraciones que inciden en la enseñanza del derecho, dando lugar a una serie de reflexiones sobre el rol del docente-investigador de significación en este ámbito
Inteligencia Social en la Comunicación: Una Aproximación Teórica para la Gerencia Universitaria
Get PDFUniversities, as propellants of social development and knowledge, require a management that, in practice, encourages more effective communication through the management of social intelligence. The present investigation pursues the theoretical construction regarding the management of social intelligence as a means in the communication of the management at the Universidad Centroccidental Lisandro Alvarado (UCLA) and the Universidad Nacional Abierta (UNA) within a complex ontological context. The methodological perspective used was interpretivism. It was directed by the phenomenological-hermeneutical method. The in-depth interview technique was used with the rectors of these two Venezuelan universities, as well as with focus groups made up of six deans. The information treatment was subjected to an analysis process for the establishment of categories, their dimensions and triangulation. This allowed us to understand the management of social intelligence in communication in universities. It is concluded that these managers have effectively executed their role from the traditional point of view, however, they showed openness to a new communicational process. They must hone the skills of emotional intelligence. This study led to the construction of the theoretical reference on social intelligence in communication for university management, which we will call INAPAP.Las universidades, como entes propulsores de desarrollo social y conocimiento requieren de una gerencia que en la praxis propicien una comunicación más efectiva a través del manejo de la inteligencia social. La presente investigación persigue la construcción teórica respecto al manejo de la inteligencia social como medio en la comunicación de la gerencia en la Universidad Centroccidental Lisandro Alvarado (UCLA) y la Universidad Nacional Abierta (UNA) dentro de un contexto ontológico complejo. La perspectiva metodológica usada fue el interpretativismo. Se direccionó por el método fenomenológico-hermenéutico. Se utilizó la técnica de entrevista a profundidad a los rectores de estas dos universidades venezolanas, como a grupos focales conformados por seis decanos. El tratamiento de la información fue sometido a un proceso de análisis para el establecimiento de las categorías, sus dimensiones y la triangulación. Esto permitió comprender la gestión de la inteligencia social en la comunicación en las universidades. Se concluye que estos gerentes han ejecutado efectivamente su rol desde el punto de vista tradicional, sin embargo, mostraron apertura a un nuevo proceso comunicacional. Deben afinar las destrezas de la inteligencia emocional. Get PDF21st century education demands innovation and the need to attend to the diversity of all students; bearing in mind that to achieve this, the tools that allow them to meet the objective of promoting their integral participation in the school must be considered. Thus, this is being accomplished through the use of Information and Communication Technologies, these being a means of support in which their design and planning favor the creation of training spaces for which it will be taken into account that they do not cause the opposite effect on students in greatest need at school. Authors like: Elizondo (2020); Cabero-Almenara and Ruiz-Palmero (2018); Echeita (2007); Martínez (2018); and Moriña (2004): they argue in this section the current challenges in education and the influence of technology. With the aforementioned, it is considered that educational work should be based not only on the development of skills and abilities, but also on forming a more critical and prepared citizenry with opportunities to educate and self-educate considering the importance of ICT for the development of the teaching-learning process in each of the disciplines and in the role played by the teacher, the context and the students.La educación del siglo XXI demanda de innovación y de la necesidad de atender a la diversidad de todos los estudiantes; teniendo en cuenta que para lograrlo se deben considerar las herramientas que les permitan cumplir con el objetivo de favorecer su participación integral en la escuela. Es así, que esto se está cumpliendo mediante la utilización de las Tecnologías de la Información y la Comunicación, siendo estas un medio de apoyo en el cual su diseño y planificación favorecen la creación de espacios capacitantes para lo cual se tomará en cuenta que no causen un efecto contrario en los estudiantes con mayor necesidad en la escuela. Autores como: Elizondo (2020); Cabero-Almenara y Ruiz-Palmero (2018); Echeita (2007); Martínez (2018); y Moriña (2004): argumentan en este apartado los retos y desafíos actuales en la educación y la influencia de la tecnología. Get PDFThe health emergency arising from COVID-19 has completely altered the lives of the world's inhabitants, the educational system being one of the hardest hit by this pandemic. In this way, the Ecuadorian Ministry of Education has rethought the constructivist pedagogical model that was regularly used at the initial, basic and high school levels, adopting as an alternative a collectivist approach that uses technological resources whose scenario is cyberspace in order to continue with the educational process. This methodology has presented strengths and weaknesses for all the actors of the educational task themselves that will be analyzed in this writing. One of the greatest benefits is the interruption of the educational process, since one of the characteristics of virtual teaching is the absence of time and space since it is asynchronous. However, along the way there have been obstacles that have not allowed normal development and easy access to resources that favor the acquisition of meaningful learning. Among these limitations are: the lack of training in ICT management, the absence of connectivity due to various factors, among others.La emergencia sanitaria surgida por el COVID-19 ha alterado por completo la vida de los habitantes del mundo, siendo el sistema educativo uno de los más golpeados por esta pandemia. De este modo, el Ministerio de Educación ecuatoriano ha replanteado el modelo pedagógico constructivista que se empleaba regularmente en los niveles inicial, básica y bachillerato, adoptando como alternativa un enfoque colectivista que usa recursos tecnológicos cuyo escenario es el ciberespacio con la finalidad de continuar con el proceso educativo. Esta metodología ha presentado fortalezas y debilidades para todos los actores del quehacer educativo mismos que serán analizados en el presente escrito. Get PDFToday, hundreds of brands have migrated their advertising communication to social networks in order to capture the attention of a new generation of consumers, the Centennials. However, the negative perception of advertising in general and the oversaturation of information pose a great challenge: finding resources that allow not only to capture the attention of an audience but also to gain space in their memory. Therefore, the purpose of this research is to analyze the influence of humorous tone in the recall of advertising messages displayed on social networks. An experiment was carried out in a universe of 30 young people who belong to the Centennials Generation. The results reveal that the humorous tone increases the probability of recalling an advertisement as a result of increased attention, thus reaffirming the effectiveness of humor as an advertising resource.En la actualidad centenares de marcas han migrado su comunicación publicitaria a las redes sociales en busca de captar la atención de una nueva generación de consumidores, los Centennials. No obstante, la percepción negativa sobre la publicidad en general y la sobresaturación de información imponen un gran reto: encontrar recursos que permitan no solo captar la atención de una audiencia sino ganar un espacio en su memoria. Por ello el propósito de la presente investigación es analizar la influencia del tono humorístico en la recordación de mensajes publicitarios exhibidos en las redes sociales. Se realizó un experimento en un universo de 30 jóvenes que pertenecen a la Generación Centennials. Los resultados revelan que el tono humorístico aumenta la probabilidad de recordación de un anuncio en consecuencia de una mayor atención, reafirmando así la eficacia del humor como recurso publicitario
La vinculación social y la seguridad ciudadana: Un transcategorial emergente de la Seguridad
Get PDFThe professional and work experience at the National Experimental University of Security (UNES), in social matters and especially in the area of social bonding, allowed us to see and feel the need to build a new conceptualization of social bonding in optimizing citizen security. The present investigation is of a quali-quantitative approach, supported by the Multimethod: action investigation (IA) and Critical Hermeneutics. The objective is to build a transcomplex knowledge about social bonding for the optimization of citizen security. The methodology focused on the collection of information through participant observation, interview with key informants and the direct participation of the researcher with the object of study, in relation to the interview with key informants, three (3) groups of researchers were carried out: A (1) Researcher on Citizen Security, one (1) researcher on transcomplexity and one (1) researcher on Social Bonding. The purpose is to build transcomplex knowledge about social bonding in the optimization of citizen security, create new epistemes, in addition to responding to the approaches that allow the transcomplex vision of social bonding to break out, the theoretical referents are oriented to highlight the validity, its applicability in the methodology, its contributions must incorporate transcomplexity as a construct of knowledge about social bonding.La experiencia profesional y laboral en la Universidad Nacional Experimental de la Seguridad (UNES), en materia social y en especial en el área de vinculación social permitieron ver, sentir la necesidad de construir una nueva conceptualización de vinculación social en optimizar la seguridad ciudadana. La presente investigación es de enfoque cuali-cuantitativo, apoyado en el Multimétodo: investigación acción (IA) y Hermenéutico Critico. El objetivo es construir un conocimiento transcomplejo sobre la vinculación social para la optimización de la seguridad ciudadana. La metodología se centró en la recopilación de información mediante la observación participante, entrevista con informantes claves y la participación directa del investigador con el objeto de estudio, en relación a la entrevista con informantes claves se realizaron a tres (3) grupos de investigadores: Un (1) Investigador en materia de Seguridad Ciudadana, un (1) investigador en transcomplejidad y un (1) investigador en Vinculación Social. Se tiene como propósito la construcción del conocimiento transcomplejo sobre la vinculación social en la optimización de la seguridad ciudadana, crear nuevas epistemes, además de responder los planteamientos que permitan irrumpir la visión Transcompleja sobre la vinculación social, se orientan los referentes teóricos para resaltar la validez, su aplicabilidad en la metodología, sus aportes deben incorporar la transcomplejidad como constructo de conocimientos sobre la vinculación social
