Agroforestry in the Amazon

I worked with a small NGO, Camino Verde, to help with agroforestry planning and planting, cacao harvesting and research, and small wood construction projects. I also attempted some soil testing, but learned of the limitations of bringing Western science and applying it to a completely different setting, the rainforest, which requires its own unique tools
