    TINDAK PIDANA DAN PENEGAKAN HUKUM LINGKUNGAN HIDUP DAN KEHUTANAN (2021-2023) PADA SEKSI WILAYAH I MANOKWARI

    Environmental and forestry crimes (LHK) include various typologies such as illegal logging, forest and land burning, environmental pollution, environmental damage, forest encroachment, wild plants and animals. These criminal acts are committed by individuals and corporations (companies). This article discusses a summary of the results of law enforcement against LHK criminal acts in the Manokwari Region I Section of the LHK Security and Law Enforcement Center for the Maluku and Papua Regions. This research was carried out by analyzing documents from various sources regarding LHK criminal acts, statutory regulations and interviews over a period of 3 (three) years, namely 2021-2023. The results of the research show that Civil Servant Investigators (PPNS) Section I Manokwari have handled 16 (sixteen) LHK crimes. Criminal acts tend to decrease from 2021 (47%), 2022 (33%), 2023 (20%) and most often occur in Sorong City (56%). The most dominant criminal act is illegal logging (37%) and the regulation that is frequently used is Law Number 18 of 2013 concerning Prevention and Eradication of Forest Destruction, namely 9 (nine) cases or 56%. Most of the perpetrators were carried out by individuals, 81%, while only 19% were corporations. There are still many crimes in the forestry sector, namely 87%, and environmental crimes at 13%. Of all criminal acts followed up by law enforcement through investigations by Civil Servant Investigators (PPNS) Section 1 Manokwari, 81% were declared complete by the public prosecutor and 75% had received decisions from the court. &nbsp

    The object of research is to examine the effect of various diameter on the productivity of pine resin (Pinus merkusii) in the Gunung Manglayang Protected Forest. The research was conducted in the protected forest area of compartment 43G RPH Arcamanik BKPH Manglayang Barat, Perum Perhutani KPH Bandung Utara, using a Completely Randomized Design (CRD) with four diameter classes of trees: 20–25 cm, 30–35 cm, 40–45 cm, and 50–55 cm. Each diameter class consisted of 5 trees, with 5 repetitions of resin tapping. The results showed that pine resin productivity increased with the growth of stem diameter. The 20–25 cm diameter class produced 18.55 grams/tree/7 days, while the 50–55 cm diameter class produced 30.89 grams/tree/7 days. The analysis of variance (ANOVA) showed that tree diameter had a significant effect on resin productivity (Sig. = 0.000). The Duncan’s multiple range test further confirmed that the 50–55 cm diameter class yielded the highest resin productivity. In conclusion, the larger the stem diameter, the higher the resin productivity. Therefore, tapping should be carried out on trees with a minimum diameter of 20 cm to achieve optimal results without damaging tree growth.Keywords: Resin productivity, Pinus merkusii, various diamete

    Faktor-Faktor Bauran Pemasaran Yang Mempengaruhi Volume Penjualan Kopi (Coffea sp)

    This study aims to determine the demonstration and influence of product, price, and place factors on coffee sales volume in Koffie Tandjoeng. This research uses descriptive and verification methods with a quantitative approach. The sample used was 40 respondents. The sampling technique is purposive sampling with a data analysis method using multiple linear regression in SPSS version 25. The results of the study coefficient of determination (R2) amounted to around 0.823, meaning that the variables product, price, and place explained 82.3% of the variable coffee sales volume. Test results F, nilai F count 61.645 > Ftable 2.87. Test results t variable product t count -4.306 < t table -2.028, variable price, t count 13.322 > table 2.028 and variable place, t count -2.530 < table - 2.028. Koffie Tandjoeng is a coffee roastery since 2012, which emphasizes the image of local Sumedang coffee. The coffee processing methods used at Koffie Tandjoeng are a natural process, washed process, and a honey process. The results of multiple linear regression analysis, the result of test F can be stated that product, price, and place factors simultaneously have a significant effect on coffee sales volume in Koffie Tandjoeng. The results of the t-test can be stated that partially the product and place factors have a negative effect on sales volume, while the price factor has a positive effect on coffee sales volume in Koffie Tandjoeng.     Ayam broiler/pedaging merupakan jenis ternak unggas yang memilki potensi untuk di budidayakan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui volume nilai penjualan dan Strategi pemasaran, pangsa pasar dan situasi pemasaran ayam Broiler di PT. Mitra Sinar Jaya Atambua Kabupaten Belu. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di PT. Mitra Sinar Jaya Atambua pada bulan januari 2023 sampai selesai. Pada penelitian ini populasi dan sampel diambil secara purposive sampling (sengaja) sehingga sampel pada penelitian ini yaitu PT. Mitra Sinar Jaya Atambua karena penelitian menggunakan studi kasus. Data diambil terdiri dari data primer dan data sekunder. Metode analisis data yang digunakan yaitu analisis regresi linear berganda dan analisis Boston Consulting Group (BCG). Berdasarkan hasil analisis regresi linear berganda, diketahui bahwa variabel yang berpengaruh nyata pada volume nilai penjualan ayam broiler di PT. MSJ adalah produksi ayam, harga barang substitusi, sedangkan yang tidak berpengaruh nyata adalah jumlah penduduk, pendapatan penduduk dan harga pakan. Analysis Boston Consulting Group (BCG) menunjukan bahwa tahun 2019, 2020, dan 2022 posisi pasar berada pada kuadran cash cow dimana kuadran ini memiliki pangsa pasar relatif tinggi dan tingkat pertumbuhan pasar yang lambat. Tahun 2021 posisi produk pada perusahaan berada pada kuadran star dimana usaha ayam memiliki tingkat pertumbuhan pasar dan pangsa pasar relatif yang tinggi

    Pengaruh Pemberian Bakteri dan Trichoderma viride dari Isolat Usus Larva Black Soldier Fly (BSF) terhadap Ketahan Penyakit Cabai Keriting (Capsicum annuum)

    Capsicum annuum (curly red chili) is an important commodity for the community. The addition of chemical pesticides is used by farmers to increase plant disease resistance. The use of chemical pesticides is harmful to the environment and can have long-term effects if consumed. Therefore, biopesticide innovation is needed. Black Soldier Fly (BSF) is an insect that has bacteria and fungi in its gut. Bacteria and fungi found in BSF intestinal isolates can function as antimicrobials for plants. Because of this, in this study investigated the effect of the bacteria and fungi Trichoderma viride in increasing disease resistance in C. annuum plants. There were 4 treatments in this study, namely the administration of chemical fungicides, BSF bacterial formula, T. viride. BSF, and a mixture of bacteria and T. viride BSF. The results obtained were analyzed by calculating the Intensity of Attack (IS) score, microscopic observations in the laboratory, and statistical tests. The IS score of the control plants was 75.0%, the fungicide treatment was 37.5%, the bacterial treatment alone was 33.3%, the T. viride treatment was 19.4%, and the mixed treatment of bacteria and T. viride was 4.2%. All plants were attacked by leaf spot disease by Cercospora sp. Control plants were attacked by Sclerotium rolfsii fungus wilt and powdery mildew by Leveillula taurica and jaundice. Jaundice also attacked plants treated with T. viride only and bacteria only. The normality and homogeneity tests show that the data is not normal and not homogeneous but H1 is acceptable based on the Kruskal Wallis test. The conclusion of this study is that bacteria and T. viride from BSF are able to increase disease resistance in curly chili plants, but are not yet effective in preventing disease caused by Cercospora sp

    The phenomenon of people's gold mining or often called gold mining without permit (PETI) in Merangin Regency, Jambi Province is a serious problem because it occurs in productive paddy fields. This activity causes damage to paddy fields due to processes during mining activities. After the mining activity, the damaged paddy fields needed handling, especially for being reclaimed into paddy fields again. The research was conducted at the Baru Pangkalan Jambu Village, Pangkalan Jambu District, Merangin Regency, Jambi Province. The research took place from May to November 2022 which consisted of two stages, namely: 1) mapping the potential of ex-mining land to become rice fields, 2). Analysis of soil characteristics in paddy fields that have been reclaimed. Data were analyzed descriptively based on the criteria of soil physical and chemical properties based on PPT Bogor (1994). The results showed that the soil physical properties of paddy rice fields from reclamation of former mines had relatively low bulk density, coarse soil texture (sandy loam). The chemical properties of the soil indicate that the land has very low organic C and total nitrogen and a relatively acidic to slightly acidic soil pH.     Pengaruh Pupuk Guano Dan Asam Humat Terhadap Serapan P, Dan Pertumbuhan Tanaman Kembang Kol (Brasscia Oleracea L.) Varietas Larissa Fi

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mempelajari pengaruh interaksi antara pemberian dosis guano dan asam humat terhadap serapan P, pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman kembang kol varietas Larissa F1, serta mengetahui dosis optimum guano dan asam humat yang memberikan hasil tertinggi tanaman kembang kol varietas larissa F1 pada lahan dataran rendah. Penelitian dilaksanakan di Desa Desa Bugis Kecamatan Anjatan, Kabupaten Indramayu, mulai dari bulan September sampai dengan bulan November 2023. Penelitian dilaksanakan dengan pendekatan eksperimen menggunakan Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK) pola faktorial yang terdiri dari dua faktor yaitu faktor pertama adalah pupuk guano sebanyak empat taraf (0 ton ha-1, 3 ton ha-1, 6 ton ha-1 dan 9 ton ha-1), dan faktor asam humat empattaraf (0 L ha-1, 15 L ha-1, 30 L ha-1 dan 45 L ha-1) sehingga setiap ulangannya terdapat 16 kombinasi perlakuan dan diulang dua kali. Untuk mengetahui pengaruh perlakuan pupuk guano dan asam humat, digunakan analisis varian melalui uji F, dengan uji lanjutan menggunakan Uji Jarak Berganda Duncan pada taraf nyata 5 persen. Untuk mengetahui pupuk guano dan asam humat optimum yang memberikan serapan dan hasil tanaman kembang kol maksimum, maka dilakukan analisis regresi kuadratik dengan model permukaan respon. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa : terdapat pengaruh interaksi antara perlakuan pupuk guano dan asam humat terhadap serapan P tanaman dan bobot bunga/krop tanpa daun per tanaman. Secara mandiri pupuk guano maupun asam humat berpengaruh terhadap tinggi tanaman, jumlah daun, kadar P tanaman, bobot bunga dengan daun per tanaman, diameter bunga, bobot bunga dengan daun dan bobot bunga tanpa daun per petak. Dosis pupuk guano 6 ton ha-1 dan asam humat 30 L ha-1 memberikan serapan P tanaman dan bobot bunga/krop tanpa daun per tanaman tertinggi yaitu sebesar 0,97 g tanaman-1 dan 382,50 g tanaman-

    Physical development in the city of Bandung which is increasing causes a decrease in green open space. Babakan Siliwangi Bandung City Forest is one of the green open spaces so it is necessary to know the correlation between tree dominance and the Temperature Humidity Index (THI) value in the formation of micro climates. The object research is to determine the relationship between tree dominance and THI. The method by vegetation analysed, measuring temperature and humidity. The results of research are: 1) Comfort index (THI) in the Babakan Siliwangi City Forest Park in Bandung in August 2017 is relatively comfortable <26 THI. 2) The correlation value of tree dominance with THI is -0.14 which means that there is no relationship between the dominance value and THI. Keywords : Tree, Forest urban, THI, BandungÂ

    Analysis Of Agroforestry Farmers’ Income Level Based On Planting Patterns In Negeri Leahari, South Leitimur District, Ambon City

    The agroforestry system is a form of optimal land use that is oriented towards production as well as protecting land resources. The agroforestry production system has the peculiarity of producing more than one type of product. Research aims: 1). Knowing patterns in agroforestry management, 2). Analyzing farmers' income levels based on cropping patterns. This research uses direct observation methods and interviews with the community. The results of the research show that the response characteristics which include: age level, education level, hamlet area, distance from house to hamlet have a very positive influence on the income obtained from the agroforestry pattern. The highest level of income is type III with the main crop types namely cloves, nutmeg and durian while the supporting crop types are langsat, duku, cassava and chilies with an income level of IDR 102,325,000 while the lowest income is IDR 16,300,000, namely type V with the composition of plant types.     This study aims to determine the motivation of farmers in developing cashew farming in Benjala Village, Bontobahari District, Bulukumba Regency. The population of cashew farmers in Benjala Village, Bontobahari District, Bulukumba Regency is 58 cashew farmers. From this population, 15 cashew farmers were taken as a sample by means of deliberate sampling (simple purposive sampling). Based on research on farmer motivation in the Benjala Village area, it can be concluded that farmer motivation based on motivation theory can be concluded that it is not fulfilled properly. Based on the table from the research results in Benjala Sub-District, it shows that security needs get the highest score, namely 2.66 physical needs with a value of 2.30, appreciation needs with a value of 2.03, social needs with a value of 1.80, self-potential development needs get the lowest score, namely 1.36. This is due to many factors, starting from unstable prices, the long fertilization process, and the absence of government attention to cashew commodities and the absence of innovations or techniques that can be obtained by farmers, making farmers prefer to focus on corn and peanut commoditie
