    Rooting induction is a very important stage in in-vitro for the anticipation of the extinction, In this paper, the rooting induction of embryo somatic dendrobium species from Riau Province Indonesia is studied using different sucrose concentrations (0 g L-1; 25 g L-1; 50 g L-1; 75 g L-1), and Kinetin (0 mg L-1; 0,1 mg L-1; 1,0 mg L-1; 10 mg L-1), in a modified MS medium containing half the regular concentration of macronutrients at pH 5.6, with 50 g L-1 sucrose and 1,0 mg L-1  kinetin was optimal for a percentage of explant producing root, a number of roots, root high, root and shoot ratio  (T/R Ratio)

    Penelitian ini mengkaji tentang transformasi penerapan unsur kearifan lokal pada gedung kantor Bupati Bandung. Alasan pemilihan topik berkaitan dengan adanya pemekaran wilayah dan banyaknya perancangan gedung baru yang tidak semua mencirikan karakter arsitektur tradisional atau arsitektur setempat. Transformasi yang terjadi dapat menjadi sebuah desain baru, dapat juga mencerminkan ciri khas bangunan tradisional yang sesuai dengan daerah bangunan yang sedang dikaji.     Salah satu fungsi utama ruang terbuka publik di perkotaan adalah sebagai tempat untuk beraktifitas setiap warganya. Melalui ruang publik diharapkan setiap warga perkotaan dapat bertemu dan berinteraksi secara sosial, sehingga diharapkan keakraban setiap warga akan terpenuhi. Fasilitas ruang publik dapat berupa ruang terbuka dengan perkerasan (hard scape) atau taman (soft scape) yang disediakan bagi segala kegiatan interaksi masyarakat. Taman Tematik di kota Bandung merupakan bentuk taman yang didesain menurut tema khusus yang diperuntukkan sesuai temanya. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan melakukan studi banding ke taman tematik tersebut dengan metode penelitian deskriptif dan observasi langsung. Hasil pengamatan kemudian dilakukan studi banding ditinjau dari beberapa teori ruang terbuka publik dan peraturan tentang ruang terbuka kota. Kesimpulan penelitian diperoleh ada taman yang digunakan sesuai dengan tema, tetapi ada pula taman yang sepi pengunjung karena elemen lansekap yang tidak mendukung.Kata kunci: Ruang Terbuka Publik, Soft Scape, Taman Temati

    The peak production of BPM 24 clone rubber  was reached in the 7th to 10th year, but production quickly declined to reach its lowest point in 15 years. Stimulants are technologies used to increase production. Stimulants generally contain ethylene. Ethylene affects the balance of sucrose in latex formation and also increases metabolic activity in latex vessel cells. The purpose of this study is to know the physiological character response of rubber plants (hevea brasiliensis Muell. Arg) clone BPM 24 against the application of organic ethylene stimulant banana peel. The research was conducted in september to november 2019 at the research center of rubber experimental garden Sumbawa in Palembang, South Sumatra. This research method is descriptive with treatment: without stimulant, ethrel 10 PA, banana peel Ambon concentration 333 g/L, banana peel Ambon concentration 500 g/L, banana peel Ambon concentration 666 g/L, banana skin wax concentration 333 g/L, banana skin wax concentration 500 g/L, banana skin wax concentration 666 g/L, banana peel Kepok concentration 333 g/L, banana peel Kepok concentration 500 g/L, banana peel Kepok concentration 666 g/L. Observations are carried out on physiological character (thiol levels, inorganic phosphate levels, sucrose levels and dry tapping grooves. The treatment of banana skin stimulant is able to increase the production of latex without interference in the physiological character of the plant, but the use of stimulants with excessive and inappropriate doses can lead to the onion of dry tapping grooves

    The research has aim at to know relationship between  the socio economic factors and managerial competence and and it’s infuence to the breeder’s income.    The method was  used by survey technique toward the breeders.  The Sampling technique was used by simple random sampling method by using slovin formula, carried out 70 units. The data was analyze by the  path analyze to  verify  the hypothesis. The result of the research that was the relationship strongly between  the influence of socio economic factors and managerial competence shown by the coeficient of corellation r = 0,77.  The economic factors has  the indicators : age, formal education, knowledge, experience, dependency ratio,  motivation of business and scale of business has gained 78,53% citeria good.  Managerial competence of breeder has  indicators: data recording,  milking technique , livestock health, feed, mating,cowshed, man power and marketing  obtained   78,94 %,  criteria good.  The  socio economic factors and managerial competence of breeder give  a positive influence to the breeder income.    The contribution of managerial competence  shown greater than The  socio economic factors. Each other contribution are  33,11 % and  20,70 %

    Keragaan Produktivitas Padi Sawah Jawa Barat Dan Faktor Yang Mempengaruhinya

    This study aims to describe the performance of West Java wet land paddy productivity in the period 1997-2017, and identify the factors that influence it. Descriptive research results show that during the period 1997-2017, the average productivity of wet land paddy in West Java that observed from 16 districts experienced an increase from 53.22 Kw/ha in 1997 to 60.79 Kw/ha ton in 2017, with average productivity per year is 55.92 Kw/ha. Wet land paddy productivity has increased by 7.57 Kw/ha or an increase in an average of 0.83% per year. Increased productivity has fluctuated with a negative increase occurred in 1998, 2001, 2004, 2010, 2012, 2014, 2014, 2015 and 2017. There is still a gap between factual wet land paddy productivity with potential productivity of some superior varieties of wet land paddy. The results of statistical analysis of factors that affect wet land paddy productivity in West Java show that variable altitude and rainfall have a significant effect on wet land paddy productivity, while the irrigation area and cropping index (IP) have no significant effec

    Kecamatan Garut Kota merupakan salah satu daerah dari 42 Kecamatan di wilayah Kabupaten Garut yang terbagi menjadi 11 Kelurahan yang mengalami kenaikan jumlah penduduk di setiap tahunnya sebesar 130.667 jiwa, sehingga menyebabkan sampah yang dihasilkan meningkat. Permasalahan Persampahan di Kecamatan Garut Kota disebabkan karena tidak tersedianya Tempat Pengelolaan Sampah yang baik, maka dilakukan perencanaan Tempat Pengolahan Sampah (TPS) 3R dengan sistem Reuse, Reduce, Recycle. Metode yang dilakukan dalam pengukuran timbulan sampah adalah dengan pengukuran secara langsung di sumber dengan menggunakan metode pengukuran menurut peraturan pemerintah yang telah ditentukan. Tempat Pengolahan Sampah di TPS 3R Kecamatan Garut Kota terdiri dari ruang pengolahan sampah organik yaitu ruang pencacah, ruang pengomposan, ruang pengayakan, ruang penggilingan, serta ruang pengemasan sampah organik. Sedangkan ruang pengolahan sampah anorganik terdiri dari ruang pengolahan anorganik, ruang pengemasan, ruang penggilingan, serta pengemasan sampah anorganik. Selain itu, ada bangunan penunjang yaitu gudang, kantor, toilet, dan tempat parkir.  Kata Kunci: Permasalahan Sampah, Perencanaan Pengelolaan Sampah, Potensi Timbulan Sampah

    This study aims to look at the prospects of Sentul chicken farming based on indigofera zollingeriana  in Indramayu Regency. This research was conducted from September 2017 to January 2018 in Longok Village, Sliyeg District, Indramayu Regency. The research method was carried out by research with a quantitative descriptive approach. The research was carries out by livestock business analysis to benefit, efficiency, and break event point. The results of the study is very prospective with sales exceeding the break event point value of the number of Sentul chicken units in each treatment based on Indigofera, sp especially in the treatment of R5 ration (more than 69 tail) which gives the highest business feasibility

    The aim of the article is to study the interaction effect between NAA and BAP concentration on protocorm growth and to know the proper concentration for growth of Dendrobium  spectabile  orchid protocorm. This research method using an experimental method which is conducted in the Laboratory of Agriculture Faculty of Winaya Mukti University, Tanjungsari Subdistrict, Sumedang District. The experiment was conducted from June 2017 until September 2017. The experiment used was a Completely Randomized Design (CRD) with the factorial pattern, consisting of two factors and repeated twice. the first factor was the effect of NAA concentration which consisted of five levels, namely without NAA, 0.5 mg kg-1, 1.0 mg kg-1, 1.5 mg kg-1, and 2.0 mg kg-1.  The second factor is the BAP concentration which consists of five levels, namel without BAP, 1.0 mg kg-1, 2.0 mg kg-1, 3.0 mg kg-1, and 4.0 mg kg-1. Eksplant is protocorm from orchid D. spectabile which is grown on MS medium (Murashig and Skoog) half recipe as base medium accompanied by each treatment for 12 weeks. The experimental results show that there is an interaction between the effect of NAA and BAP concentration on the number of leaves only. Without NAA or 1.5 mg kg-1 NAA concentration with BAP 2.0 mg kg-1 gives more leaves.  Independent of NAA or BAP concentrations did not affect the number of buds, number of roots, root length, fresh and dry weight of plantlets, and also growth ability of plantlets.  BAP concentration only affect plant height, and the highest plantlet height is found without add of BAP in medium cultureÂ

          The research aims to study the growth of rose cuttings due to the shape of the base of cuttings and the way of Root-up application. The experiment was carried out in Screen House in Pasirbanteng, Hegarmanah Village, Jatinangor District. Sumedang Regency. The experiment was conducted from March to August 2015. The methode based on Randomized Block Design consisting of two factors. The first factor is the Root-up (W) application method which consists of 3 factor levels, namely without root up (w1), powder (w2), and paste (w3). The second factor is Form Cutting (S) consisting of 3 levels of treatment, is the oblique sliced (s1), taper sliced (s2), and flat sliced (s3). The factors composed of nine combinations of treatments, each of which was repeated 3 times. The results show that was not the interaction between the shape of cuttings and Root-up applications on the growth response variables of cutting rose plants, is number of shoots, length of shoots, root length, number of roots, and root volume.
