Pengaruh Konsentrasi Jus Lidah Buaya (Aloe cbinensis Baker) Terhadap Pertumbuhan Planlet Anggrek Hasil Silangan Dendrobium Morning Sun X Dendrobium Samarai
This experiment aims was to study the effect of the concentration of aloe vera juice and to get the concentration of aloe vera juice which shows better growth of the number of leaves and the number of roots on the Dendrobium orchid plantlet in Hybrid-vitro results. This experiment was carried out at the Tissue Culture Laboratory, Faculty of Agriculture, Winaya Mukti University, which began in May to August 2019. The experimental design was used a Completely Randomized Design with 5 treatments in 5 replications and the treatments namely: A (0 g L-1 solution), B (25 g L-1 solution), C (50 g L-1 solution), D (75 g  L-1 solution), E (100 g L-1 solution). The results showed that consentration of B (25 g L-1 solution), C (50 g L-1 solution), D (75 g  L-1 solution) gave plantlet height, number of shoots, number of roots, and root length better than another treatments
Analisis Kekritisan Lahan Pada Fungsi Kawasan Konservasi DAS Citarum Dengan Software Arcgis
Penelitian dilakukan pada Kawasan Konservasi di wilayah DAS Citarum salah satu DAS prioritas di Indonesia dan merupakan sungai terbesar dan terpanjang di Jawa Barat. Limabelas Kawasan konservasi yang merupakan hulu dari DAS citarum berperan penting sebagai penyangga kehidupan dan pengaruh tata air daerah dibawahnya.Analisis Kekritisan Lahan pada Fungsi Kawasan Konservasi DAS Citarum dengan Software ArcGIS dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui berapa luas tingkat kekritisan lahan dan faktor-faktor apa yang menentukan tiap tingkat kekritisan lahan pada kawasan koservasi di wilayah DAS Citarum.Dalam menentukan tingkat keritisan lahan pada kawasan konservasi di DAS Citarum, menggunakan Software ArcGIS yang merujuk kepada Surat Keputusan Direktur Jenderal Reboisasi dan Rehabilitasi Lahan Nomor. 41/Kpts/V/1998 jo. Surat Keputusan Direktur Jenderal Rehabilitasi Lahan dan Perhutanan Sosial Nomor. SK.167/V-SET/2004, variabelnya meliputi ; tutupan lahan, kemiringan lereng, kepekaan erosi dan manajemen pengelolaan.Hasil analisis lokasi penelitian fungsi kawasan konservasi seluas 15.595,70 Ha, didominasi oleh kelas Agak Kritis seluas 8.999,58 Ha dan Potensial Kritis seluas 6.318,91 Ha dengan kontribusi sebesar 98,23% menyebar hampir pada setiap kawasan konservasi. Sedangkan kelas Kritis seluas 249,43 Ha (1,60%), kelas Sangat Kritis seluas 27,15 Ha (0,17%) dan tidak terdapat kelas Tidak Kritis.Berdasarkan analisis korelasi dengan menggunakan software IBM SPSS Statistics 23, faktor yang berpengaruh terhadap setiap tingkat kekritisan lahan pada kawasan koservasi di wilayah DAS Citarum yaitu tutupan lahan yang menunjukan hubungan positif (signifikan). Nilai korelasi pada kelas sangat kritis sebesar 0,781 (R2=61,00%), kelas kritis sebesar 0,302 (R2=9,12%), kelas agak kritis sebesar 0,523 (R2=27,35%) dan pada kelas potensial kritis sebesar 0,367 (R2=13,47%). Dapat disimpulkan bahwa pada kawasan konservasi di DAS Citarum variabel tutupan lahan merupakan faktor yang sangat mempengaruhi terhadap tingkat kekritisan lahan.Pengelolaan kawasan konservasi dapat difokuskan terhadap upaya perlindungan dan pengawetan kawasan yang merupakan dua dari tiga pilar konservasi, sehingga dapat menurunkan tingkat kekritisan lahan pada kawasan konservasi tersebut
Pengaruh Populasi Ikan Lele Dan Jenis Media Tanam Terhadap Pertumbuhan Dan Hasil Tanaman Bayam (Amaranthus Sp.) Pada Sistem Akuaponik
This study aims to study the interaction between catfish populations and the type of growing media on the growth and yield of spinach (Amaranthus sp.) Cultivated by the aquaponics system. This research was conducted using an experimental method (experiment), from July to August 2020 in the experimental area of the PUSKOPAD complex, Tanjungsari District, Sumedang Regency. at an altitude of 850 m above sea level. The experimental design used was the Split Plot Design with the basic design of the RAK. Which consists of 2 factors with 2 repetitions. The first factor or mainplot is the catfish population (i) which consists of 4 levels, namely: (i1) = 0 tails, (i2) = 10 tails, (i3) = 20 tails, (i4) = 30 tails. The second factor or subplot is the type of planting medium (m) which consists of 4 types, namely: (m1) = Rockwool, (m2) = Oyster mushroom waste, (m3) = husk charcoal, (m4) = Pumice stone. Based on the results of experiments regarding the influence of catfish populations and the type of growing media on the growth and yield of spinach grown in the aquaponic system. That there was an interaction between the treatment of catfish populations and the type of planting medium on the parameters of the observation of plant height at 20 days after planting (DAS) and 30 DAS and leaf number at 10 DAS and 35 DAS. The use of pumice growing media is best used for the cultivation of spinach in an aquaponic system and a population of 20 catfish is sufficient to provide the nutrient needs needed by spinach plants
Pengaruh Faktor –Faktor Sosial Ekonomi Dan Dinamika Internal Kelompok Tani Terhadap Keberhasilan Usahatani Padi (Oryza sativa L.) Kultivar Ciherang
The objectives of the research was to find out: (1) how much influence of socio-economic factors on the success of farming; (2) how big the influence of farmer group dynamics on the success of farming; (3) how much influence the socio-economic factors and the dynamics of farmer groups on the success of farming. Using survey method with the unit of analysis of farmer group members who planted Ciherang Cultivar in Bojongpicung Sub-district, Cianjur District. The sampling technique was conducted by census as many as 115 respondents. The collected data was analyzed by path analysis, analytical adjusted to hypothesis test result. The results showed that the socio-economic factors and the dynamics of farmer groups simultaneously had a significant effect on the success of farming of 82.0%. The remaining 18.0% is influenced by other factors not examined in this study
Potensi Isolat Kamir Filosfer Buah Cabai sebagai Antagonis Terhadap Patogen Antraknosa
Anthracnose disease in chili is caused by C. acutatum. This disease can cause a decrease in quality and production of chili pepper. The use of biological control agents can be an alternative in controlling of C. acutatum. The use of biological agents is more environmentally friendly and reduces the negative effects of synthetic pesticides. This study aims to obtain yeast isolates from the phyllosphere that have the potential to suppress anthracnose disease. The research was carried out at the Laboratory of Diseases at the Faculty of Agriculture, Tanjungpura University, Pontianak from July to October 2019. Yeast isolation used a pouring plate method on the media YGCA after the yeast on the fruit surface was enriched in liquid media YGC during 24 hours. Yeast antagonism test against C. acutatum using the dual culture method, conidia viability, and the ability of pathogens to infect fruit. The results of the isolation obtained 8 yeast isolates in healthy chili of Gada variety. Antagonism test obtained 3 yeast isolates with the highest inhibitory to C. acutatum growth, isolates K2, K3 and K5. Inhibition is greater than 50%. Based on the severity index of the disease in the hypovirulent test, the three yeast isolates were not pathogenic. In the in vivo test with the immersion method, both using yeast cells and filtrate showed that yeast cells could inhibit the growth of C. acutatum infection ability better than yeast filtrate. All yeast isolates can suppress the growth of C. acutatum with a different percentage of disease
Interval Waktu Pemberian Nutrisi Terhadap Produksi Tanaman Selada Hijau (Lactuca sativa L) Varietas New Grand Rapid Pada Sistem Aeroponik
Lettuce production in Indonesia is still low, so the demand for lettuce cannot be fulfilled. Lettuce production can be increased with aeroponic systems because aeroponic systems can be carried out in various places including urban areas and areas that have high land conversion.. The purpose of this study was to study and obtain the best time intervals of nutrition in lettuce New Grand Rapid varieties with the Aeroponic System. This research was conducted in a screen house in Leuwimalang Village, Cisarua, Bogor Regency, West Java from August to November 2019. The study used a single factor randomized block design (RBD), consisting of 6 treatments with 5 replications, so that there were 30 experimental units. t1 = 30 seconds (on): 5 minutes (off)]; [t2 = 30 seconds (on): 10 minutes (off)]; [t3 = 30 seconds (on): 15 minutes (off)]; [t4 = 30 seconds (on): 20 minutes (off)]; [t5 = 30 seconds (on): 25 minutes (off)]; [t6 = (Non Stop)]. The provision of nutrition with different time intervals in the aerophonic system gave different effects on the average plant height, number of leaves, stem diameter, leaf area and fresh weight per lettuce plant, and continuous nutrition treatment (Non Stop) gave the results of fresh weight the highest was 203.10
Keanekaragaman Tumbuhan Fitoremediasi Di Ekosistem Riparian DAS Citarum
Riparian ecosystems have a protective function of watersheds from pollution. One important component in riparian ecosystem is the presence of phytoremediation plants, which can degrade contamination content. This research is intended to identify the presence of undergrowth that functions as phytoremediation in Bojongsoang District which is one of the areas around the heavily polluted Citarum watershed zone[1]. The method used in this research is vegetation analysis using the quadrant method with 1x1 m2 plot size. Determination of sampling points used purposive sampling method. The results of the study found that the undergrowth as a potential phytoremediation included rumput teki (Cyperus rotundus), Beluntas (Pluchea indica), Alang-alang (Imperata cylindrica), Jejarongan (Chloris barbata), rumput gajah (Cyperus rotundus), and bayam duri (Amaranthus spinosus). Rumput teki (Cyperus rotundus) is phyto-extractions in mercury-contaminated soils and accumulators of Sn, Zn, As, Cu, and Pb. Alang-alang (Imperata cylindrical) is a cyanide phytoremediator which is able to extract Zn from contaminated soil, and absorb Pb from contaminated soil. Beluntas is able to accumulate Cu, Fe, Al, Pb and Zn in their roots, leaves and stems, and the leaves that can absorb Cr. Rumput gajah (Cyperus rotundus) are a Cd accumulator. Bayam duri (Amaranthus spinosus) hyperaccumulator against mercury. Studies on the presence of phytoremediation plants can provide preliminary information on the condition of riparian ecosystems in the Citarum watershed.Â
Sosialisasi Kewirausahaan Berbasis Zero Waste Pada Peternakan Sapi
Menjamurnya kegiatan beternak sapi potong yang semakin dinamis ini kurang diimbangi dengan pengolahan limbah yang dihasilkan dari peternakan sapi mereka. Sehingga tidak jarang banyak warga yang tidak beternak mengeluh terhadap kondisi tersebut. Pada Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PKM) kali ini , kami membawa tema kewirausahaan berprinsip zero waste sebagai pembedanya, prinsip ini bukan sekedar pembeda tapi hasil akhir dari pengelolaan ini menghasilkan manfaat lain baik dari segi lingkungan maupun ekonomi. Kegiatan ini dilaksankan Peternakan Sapi milik Bapak Tahya yang terletak Jalan Cirumaheud, RT 04 RW 03 Desa Cimenyan Kecamatan Cimenyan Kabupaten Bandung. Kode Pos 14097.  Adapun hasil kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini memberikan kontribusi masukan kepada para peternak untuk meningkatkan hasil pendapatan dan mengatasi masalah limbah dari kotoran sapi tersebut, dapat dilakukan dengan cara: penggunaan feses sapi sebagai pupuk alami dengan pengolahan yang sederhana menjadi pupuk kandang memiliki nilai jual yang tinggi serta kualitas yang baik; pemanfaatan limbah ternak dapat diolah menjadi biogas yang sangat berguna bagi kebutuhan sehari hari di dapur khususnya; memanfaatkan sisa pakan ternak menjadi pupuk kompos; Memanfaatkan feses sapi untuk budidaya cacing
SELEKSI CALON POHON PLUS KILEMO (Litsea cubeba) DI GUNUNG LEMO KABUPATEN CIANJUR JAWA BARAT
Kilemo (Litsea cubeba) is a forest plant that has high economic value such as essential oils which can be used as raw materials for various biopharmaceutical industries such as soap, perfume, medicines, and aromatherapy. This potential has not been developed by the surrounding community as a commodity for industrial raw materials due to public ignorance in cultivating, besides the difficulty of getting seeda from kilemo itself is another reason for residents to cultivate these plants. The object of research is to identify prospective of trees plus of kilemo. The selction of plus trees was carried out using a purposive sampling system by placing units using random start method and selecting the tree heigt and diameter according to the plus tree scoring table. There were 29 prospective trees plus of kilemo identified according to their phenotypic appearance with the following characteristics: the average total tree heigt was more than 10 m (20-36 m), the branch-free height was realtively low, and the largest diameter was 32 cm. In addition, it was also found to be fruiting and flowering at 72,41%, only 17,24% to bear fruit and 10,34% to flower
CADANGAN KARBON PADA VEGETASI POHON DI PETAK 1D RPH PANCURENDANG BKPH MAJALENGKA KPH MAJALENGKA
Related to global climate stability and international issues of climate change, forests have an important role as a source of carbon emissions (source) and carbon sinks and stores (sink). One of forest ecosystem component is tree vegetation. So that, the study of trees vegetation analysis and estimating of carbon stock needs to be done as well. A total 1,05 Ha sampling Plot with 6 plots (40 x 5 m) for around 5 to 95 cm and (100 x 20 m) for around > 95 cm in four areas has been established to determine trees structure, composition, and carbon stock (above ground) in BKPH Majalengka. Enumeration of all tree species revealed that there were 12 species. The total carbon stock (above ground) was 2.086.347 Kg and avarege per Ha is 99,35 Ton.Â
