    Wonorejo Village is the first village in Situbondo Regency. However, since it was established that the tourist village visit was not as expected. This is because the determination of the top to bottom tourist village so that the community is not ready to continue the determination made. This study aims to assess the readiness of the community in the development of community-based ecotourism. Data were collected through literature study, observation and in-depth interviews with each stakeholder. The data were then analyzed into four categories, namely socio-economic, socio-cultural, environmental and management aspects. Based on the results of the analysis conducted, the community is good with a score 1.710 in the development of community-based ecotourism in Wonorejo Village. However, in some aspects it has value that still needs to be improved. Some things that can be taken into consideration in improving community readiness include increasing community involvement in management, sharing benefits, increasing the role of customs and conducting marketing promotions in order to increase the number of tourist visits. Keywords: community readiness; community-based ecotourism; wonorej

    Percobaan ini bertujuan untuk mempelajari konsentrasi dan lama perendaman benih terbaik dengan menggunakan larutan PGPR terhadap perkecambahan dan pertumbuhan awal tanaman pepaya. Percobaan ini dilaksanakan pada bulan Juni sampai Agustus 2020, di Desa Sukajaya Kecamatan Sumedang Selatan Kabupaten Sumedang. Rancangan yang digunakan dalam percobaan ini adalah Rancangan Acak Kelompok sederhana, terdiri dari kombinasi konsentrasi larutan PGPR dan lama perendaman benih dengan masing-masing 4 taraf perlakuan dan 1 perlakuan kontrol sehingga terdapat 17 unit perlakuan yaitu, A = (Kontrol), B = 5 g L-1 10 menit, C = 5 g L-1 20 menit, D = 5 g L-1 30 menit, E = 5 g L-1 40 menit, F = 10 g L-1 10 menit, G = 10 g L-1 20 menit, H = 10 g L-1 30 menit, I = 10 g L-1 40 menit, J = 15 gL-1 10 menit, K = 15 g L-1 20 menit, L = 15 g L-1 30 menit, M  = 15 g L1 40 menit, N = 20 g L-1 10 menit, O = 20 g L-1 20 menit, P = 20 g L-1 30 menit, dan Q = 20 g L-1 40 menit. Kombinasi perlakuan konsentrasi dan lama waktu perendaman benih menggunakan larutan PGPR (Plant Growth Promoting Rhizobacteria) tidak memberikan pengaruh tehadap perkecambahan namun berpengaruh pada tinggi tanaman dan jumlah daun.Â

    Trigona sp. Bees, also known as bumble bees, are stingless bees and do not depend on bee pollen for their nutritional needs. The resin contained in the plant is needed for the production of propolis in the hive, so that Trigona sp can be cultivated anywhere with other types of bees. The aim is to find out the production factors that support the reproductive development of the klanceng honey bee (Trigona sp), the factors that influence the production of the klanceng honey bee (Trigona sp), and the factors that affect the income of the klanceng honey bee. (Trigona sp) influenced the research conducted. Factors affecting oyster production (Trigona sp) (land area, number of insects, equipment and labor wages). From the research results it is known that the variables of land area, number of insects, fixed costs and variable costs affect bee production, and from the results of multiple linear regression analysis the following equation is obtained, besides that the number of hives, fixed costs and variable costs that affect beekeeper income is variable, while land area has no effect. The results of the analysis of multiple linear regression tests produce the following equation, With any measure of commercial profitability, beekeeping is very profitable for agriculture

    Pendaftaran tanah di Indonesia merupakan salah satu kegiatan Pembangunan Nasional berkelanjutan untuk menjamin kepastian hukum hak atas tanah sesuai dengan Pasal 19 Undang-Undang Pokok Agraria (UUPA). Pengukuran bidang tanah merupakan salah satu tahapan dalam pengumpulan data fisik yang dilakukan dalam kegiatan pendaftaran tanah. Pengukuran bidang tanah dapat dilakukan dengan berbagai metode yang salah satunya adalah metode ekstraterestrial menggunakan Real-Time Kinematic  Global Navigation Satellite System (GNSS RTK). Pengunaan metode GNSS RTK pada saat ini merupakan pilihan yang banyak digunakan dalam pengukuran batas-batas bidang tanah karena mempunyai ketelitian tinggi dengan waktu yang relatif lebih cepat. Untuk mengetahui seberapa tinggi ketelitian penggunaan GNSS RTK dalam pengukuran bidang tanah dilakukan uji ketelitian untuk pengukuran titik batas bidang tanah maupun luas bidang tanah. Uji ketelitian ini adalah dengan melakukan pengukuran ulang bidang tanah menggunakan sampel sebanyak 5% yang tersebar secara merata. Hasil akhir dari penelitian ini memperlihatkan perhitungan uji ketelitian menghasilkan nilai ketelitian geometrik horizontal (CE90) sebesar 0,1087 meter. Uji ketelitian luas bidang tanah dengan melakukan perbandingan luas bidang tanah dengan menggunakan pengukuran sampel seluruhnya memenuhi toleransi ketelitian luas bidang tanah

    The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the nature of innovation on the Jajar Legowo planting system technology, the influence of the Jajar Legowo planting system technology on the success of lowland rice farming, the influence of the nature of innovation and Jajar Legowo technology on the success of lowland rice farming. This study used a survey method with the unit of analysis being farmers implementing Integrated Crop and Resource Management Technology in Bojong Picung District, Cianjur Regency. The sampling technique was carried out by random sampling of 110 respondents. The collected data were analyzed using path analysis, the analysis was adjusted according to the results of hypothesis testing. The results showed that the factors of the nature of innovation and the technology of the Legowo rice planting system simultaneously had a significant effect on the success of farming by 92.1%. The remaining 7.9% is influenced by other factors not examined in this study

    Fruit is one of the nutritional needs for the body that must be met. But with a note, these nutrients will be obtained from fruit that is still fresh. The definition of fresh fruit itself is fruit that can be consumed directly and does not require any further processing. There are many ways to select and differentiate between fresh fruit and bad fruit and in general direct observations can be made. But over time, there are several other ways to observe fruit freshness using existing technology. Where one of them is by optimizing deep learning and machine learning. This detection and classification system was created using a deep learning method using the YOLOv5 algorithm which can detect in real-time the types of apples, bananas and oranges. We use image datasets for each of these fruits for fresh fruit and rotten fruit, a total of 1200 images for train data and 330 images for validation data and 6 images for test data. Based on the tests that have been carried out with training data, along with validation data, and test data using the YOLOv5 algorithm, it can be concluded that this detection method can recognize objects consistently with a high degree of accuracy. This can be proven at the level of accuracy which reaches an accuracy rate of 90%

    The population in this study were 120 people and 25% of the sample was taken. Determination of the sample using simple random sampling technique. The samples obtained were 30 respondents. Analysis of the data used is the analysis of farm income and food expenditure analysis. The results showed that the total food and non-food expenditure of Arabica coffee farmers in Kendenan Village, Baraka District, Enrekang Regency was Rp. 5,461,733.00 per year for food expenditure and for food expenditure per month was Rp. 455,144.42. Meanwhile, non-food expenditure is IDR 5,020,100.00 per year and IDR 418,341.67 per month. The food security level of farmer households is categorized as food secure by 60% of farmers and those who are food insecure are 40% of farmers.     Wide space among oil palm Mature Stage I (MS  I) plantations has a potential to be planted with soybean by using intercropped system. One type of soil in oil palm plantations in Indonesia is Inceptisol which generally has low P availability. Efforts possible to increase P availability are the applications of inorganic P fertilizer and phosphate solubilizing bacteria (PSB). This study aims to learn the effects of various inorganic P fertilizer and PSB doses on the growth and yield of soybean in oil palm MS I plantation and determine the effects of intercropping soybean on the growth and physiology of oil palm MS I. The research was conducted at Ciparanje Experimental Field, Faculty of Agriculture, Universitas Padjadjaran, from February to May 2023. The study used randomized block design with seven treatments and four replications. Treatment consisted of different doses of Bacillus sp. and SP36 which included: 100% SP36, 50 kg/ha PSB + 25% SP36, 50 kg/ha PSB + 50% SP36, 50 kg/ha PSB + 75% SP36, 75 kg/ha PSB + 25% SP36, 75 kg/ha PSB + 50% SP36, and 75 kg/ha PSB + 75% SP36. Results showed PSB and P fertilizer had a significant effect on the dry weight of 100 seeds and leaf chlorophyll index of soybean. Dose of 50 kg/ha PSB + 50% SP36 increased the dry weight of 100 seeds by 3,99% and leaf chlorophyll index by 15,35%

    Sycanus is a UPDPKS predator that stays and gets food from the eight o'clock flower (Turnera ulmifolia). This study aims to determine the behavior of the eight o'clock flower due to leaf cutting and shading and its relationship with air temperature, air humidity and light intensity. This research is an experimental research, there are two treatment factors, factor 1 is leaf cutting and without cutting, factor 2 is without shading, 50% shading and 100% shading. Parameters observed were the duration of flower blooming, daily behavior of flowers, interval (duration) of flower bud blooming and weather conditions. The results showed that the eight o'clock flower without treatment experienced full bloom at 08.17 WIB and perfect bud at 13.32 WIB with a blooming duration of 4 hours 17 minutes. The process of blooming and buds takes longer in the treatment of 100% shading. Air temperature in the treatment without shade and 50% shade increased in temperature 30 minutes before the flowers bloomed and 30 minutes after the flowers experienced full bud with a maximum temperature of 35.8oC. The effect of microclimate in each treatment on blooming behavior was marked when the air temperature and light intensity increased followed by a decrease in air humidity and would bud again when the air temperature and light intensity were higher and the air humidity was lower

    This study aims to analyze the comparison of the development of leaf spot disease (Cercospora capsici) in red chili plants (Capsicum annuum L.) in highland and lowland areas during the rainy season. Leaf spot disease is a serious problem that hinders proper growth in chili plants. The research was conducted in December 2022 using a descriptive survey method, focusing on the issue of leaf spot disease in chili plants in farmers' fields. The results showed that the average percentage of symptomatic chili plants affected by leaf spot disease in the highland area was 50.89%, while in the lowland area, it was 29.77%. The average level of leaf spot disease incidence in the highland was 26.79%, whereas in the lowland, it was 24.61%. From these findings, it can be concluded that leaf spot disease (Cercospora capsici) has a higher incidence rate in red chili plants in the highland compared to the lowland during the rainy season. Knowledge of this difference can assist farmers in taking appropriate preventive or intervention measures to address disease outbreaks in red chili plants in both regions
