    IMPLEMENTASI PENDIDIKAN KELUARGA DALAM UPAYA PENINGKATAN KARAKTER ANAK

    ABSTRAK Saat ini terdapat peningkatan kasus anak berhadapan dengan hukum mencapai 1.434 kasus. Banyaknya kasus tersebut mengindikasikan gejala memudarnya karakter anak. Berdasarkan permasalahan tersebut, maka tujuan penelitian ini antara lain: 1) Menganalisis faktor-faktor yang berpengaruh dalam menerapkan pendidikan keluarga sebagai upaya peningkatan karakter anak, dan 2) Menganalisis strategi implementasi pendidikan keluarga dalam upaya peningkatan karakter anak sejak dini. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dan kualitatif, melalui wawancara dengan Dinas Pendidikan Kota Tangerang Selatan, Kepala Sekolah sampel, dan Orangtua. Sampel penelitian ini adalah 5 TK di Kota Tangerang Selatan, di Provinsi Banten. Hasil dari penelitian ini antara lain: 1) faktor-faktor yang berpengaruh: a) karakteristik orangtua, b) lingkungan, c) media elektronik/teknologi, d) ekonomi, dan e) dukungan Pemda kabupaten/kota terhadap program pendidikan keluarga, dan 2) Strategi implementasi antara lain: a) pelibatan orangtua dalam kegiatan kokurikuler, ekstrakurikuler, dan kegiatan lain untuk pengembangan diri anak di sekolah, b) penerapan lingkungan kehidupan sosial dan proses pembelajaran yang lebih rohani, c) komunikasi aktif antar ekosistem pendidikan, dan d) pelibatan seluruh elemen masyarakat dalam upaya peningkatan karakter anak. Kata kunci: Pendidikan Keluarga, Karakter, Anak     ABSTRACT At present there is an increase in cases of children facing the law reaching 1,434 cases. The number of these cases indicates the symptoms of waning children's character. Based on these problems, the objectives of this study include: 1) Analyzing the factors that influence the implementation of family education as an effort to improve the character of children, and 2) Analyze the strategy of implementing family education in an effort to improve the character of children early. This study uses a quantitative and qualitative approach, through interviews with the South Tangerang City Education Office, sample School Principals, and Parents. The research sample was 5 kindergartens in South Tangerang City, in Banten Province. The results of this study include: 1) factors that influence: a) parental characteristics, b) environment, c) electronic / technology media, d) economy, and e) district / city government support for family education programs, and 2 ) Implementation strategies include: a) parental involvement in co-curricular, extracurricular activities, and other activities for children's self-development in school, b) application of a more spiritual social life and learning process, c) active communication between educational ecosystems, and d) involvement of all elements of the community in an effort to improve children's character. Tujuan penerapan program ini adalah untuk mengenalkan anak terkait bunyi huruf, bunyi kata dan hubungannya dengan simbol baca melalui permainan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian tindakan kelas dengan model Kemmis & McTaggart.     THEMATIC CHARACTER BASED LEARNING IN PRIMARY SCHOOL

    This study aims to find a design study model character education consists of learning tools and study guides students on thematic learning. The method used is research and development (Research and Development) combined with action research methods.The survey results revealed that students are given guidance at the time of the trial in the class did not give meaningfulness in learning. On the Character Education Model Integrated Thematic Teaching at primary schools HKBP Pematangsiantar developed through this research feasible tested again on the stage of a pilot project to test subjects' primary schools HKBP Pematangsiantar grade 2 and 3. Then proceed to the stage of dissemination in the 1st grade, primary school HKBP Pematangsiantar so that it can serve as the basis for the submission of policy proposals in the field of character education.   &nbsp

    MENUMBUHKAN GREEN BEHAVIOUR SISWA MELALUI STRATEGI TANDUR BERBASIS PROYEK DALAM PEMBELAJARAN IPS

    The research was motivated by researchers' concerns about the low green behaviour of students. To realize green behaviour as a character, the researcher applied Tandur strategy (Grow, Natural, Name, Demonstrate, Repeat, and Celebrate) based on project. Tandur is one of the learning models that will provide direct experience to students and make the material real. Furthermore, project-based learning is a learning activity that gives freedom to explore and produce a work from the learning process. In this case something that was project based could integrate several branches of science such as the demands of the current curriculum, namely thematic learning. The research method used was Classroom Action Research (CAR) with the Kemmis Taggart design which consists of four stages: planning, implementation, observation and reflection. The instruments used were observation sheets, interview sheets and also evaluation sheets. Overall Tandur strategy based on the project had a positive impact on students' green behaviour. This was obtained from the improvement of various aspects, both aspects of knowledge, behaviour which consists of conscience and application/ action, and also from aspects of student projecting. Thus it could be concluded that Tandur strategy based on project could improve students' green behaviour

    PENENTUAN POSISI OBJEK DI DALAM GEDUNG BERDASARKAN GSM MENGGUNAKAN METODE SUPPORT VECTOR MACHINE

    Sebagian besar penelitian penentuan  posisi objek dalam gedung berdasarkan pada penggunaan sinyal jarak  pendek, seperti WiFi, Bluetooth, ultra sound, dan infrared. Dalam penelitian ini dibahas penentuan posisi objek dalam gedung menggunakan Global System for Mobile Communication (GSM). Penggunaan GSM mempunyai kelebihan pada jangkauan area yang luas. Penentuan posisi objek menggunakan Receive Signal Strength (RSS) GSM fingerprinting. Skenario percobaan dilakukan dengan luasan 2 m2 dan menggunakan 4 Cell-ID. Estimasi posisi pada tahap positioning menggunakan metode Support vector Machine (SVM) yang hasilnya  dibandingkan  dengan  metode  Naïve Bayes (NB).  Hasil penentuan  posisi menunjukkan adanya perbedaan jarak kesalahan rata-rata minimum. Dengan  menggunakan  metode  SVM  akurasi  sebesar  12.45. Kesalahan tersebut lebih baik daripada menggunakan metode Naïve Bayes dengan akurasi sebesar 14.6 meter pada jumlah Cell-ID yang sama yaitu 4 Cell-ID

    The purpose of this study was to determine the enthusiasm of students in group guidance in schools to develop the strength of the character of simplicity (temprance) and to find out its implications for guidance and counseling. The researcher observed the character of equality to eight respondents who were given group guidance treatment then gave quantification with the instrument in the form of a Likert scale questionnaire that was calculated cumulatively. To see the difference in the strength of the character of simplicity, researchers compared the strength of character with students from the control class as many as eight people as well. The results showed that there was no difference in the character of simplicity between students in the experimental group and the control group significantly at 0.05. Researchers see fe-nomena This is due to the lack of conducive filling of pre-test instruments and post-tests, besides that research is more effective if one indicator of the strength of the character is simplicity because it is more focused. The research can be further developed with different techniques and qualitative data so that the results are more maximal. However, from the results of enthusiastic observations students took high group guidance, because students felt they had just received the guidance service and students could also conclude and take the meaning of each group guidance service provided
