    RELEVANSI TRADISI DITEMU DALAM PERNIKAHAN ETAN KULON DENGAN KONSEP URF DALAM HUKUM ISLAM

    Pernikahan merupakan sebuah anugerah bagi semua insan, terdapat tradisi pernikahan yang dipercaya mendatangkan keberkahan dan menghindarkan dari balak. Seperti tradisi “Ditemu” dalam pernikahan etan dan kulon dalan yang ada di desa Sumberjo. Penyusun tertarik dan memandang hal tersebut dalam perspektif ‘Urf. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tradisi Ditemu dalam pernikahan etan kulon dalan perspektif ‘Urf. Adapun metode yang digunakan dalam penulisan adalah deskriptif kualitatif yang dilaksanakan langsung dari lapangan, yakni dengan menggali data dengan sebuah metode wawancara secara lisan serta tatap muka langsung dengan masyarakat yang meyakini tradisi tersebut dan juga beberapa warga, tokoh masyarakat, tokoh adat yang mengetahui perihal tradisi tersebut. Adapun metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode observasi, metode wawancara, dan juga metode dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian mengungkapkan bahwa pelaksanaan tradisi ditemu dalam pernikahan etan kulon dalan yang ada di desa sumberjo kecamatan kandat kabupaten kediri ini yang pertama seperti anak hilang ditengah jalan kemudian bertemu dengan tokoh adat setelah itu diangkat anak oleh ayah calon perempuan dan diselamati sebagai tanda telah menerima anak dan akan dinikahkan dengan putrinya.     Penelitian ini berfokus pada peranan keluarga sebagai pendidik utama dalam menanamkan nilai-nilai agama Islam pada anak-anak usia dini. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menggambarkan peran keluarga dalam pembentukan nilai-nilai tersebut di Taman Kanak-Kanak Dharma Wanita Persatuan Sidorejo, serta mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang mendukung dan menghambat proses tersebut. Metode yang digunakan adalah penelitian lapangan dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data terdiri dari observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa keluarga berfungsi sebagai pembimbing, teladan, fasilitator, dan motivator dalam menanamkan nilai-nilai agama Islam, yang mencakup aspek akidah, ibadah, dan akhlak. Faktor-faktor pendukung meliputi contoh yang baik dari orang tua, lingkungan yang mendukung, dan dukungan dari keluarga. Sementara itu, faktor penghambat terdiri dari kurangnya pemahaman dan perhatian orang tua, minimnya fasilitas pendidikan agama, serta kesibukan orang tua dalam aktivitas sehari-hari

    Contextual Teaching and Learning with Instructional Video Support: Its Impact on Mathematics Achievement across Levels of Prior Knowledge

    Mathematics learning in secondary schools often encounters obstacles due to the abstract nature of the subject matter and students’ negative perceptions of mathematics as a difficult discipline. This condition demands instructional innovations that not only link concepts to real-life contexts but also employ digital media to strengthen understanding. This study aimed to analyze the effect of Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL) assisted by video on junior high school students’ mathematics achievement, with prior ability considered as a moderating variable. A quasi-experimental method with a 2×2 factorial design was employed. The research population comprised all Grade VII students of SMP Semen Tonasa (N = 179), with two classes selected through cluster random sampling. The instruments included a prior ability test, a multiple-choice mathematics achievement test, and an observation sheet of instructional implementation. All instruments were validated through expert judgment and empirical testing, yielding a reliability coefficient of 0.87, item difficulty indices in the moderate range (0.31–0.70), and most discrimination indices in the good category. The research procedure consisted of preparation (module development, instrument validation, and class assignment), implementation (pretest, CTL with/without video, posttest), and reporting. Data were analyzed using Two-Way ANOVA after meeting the assumptions of normality (Kolmogorov–Smirnov, p > 0.05) and homogeneity (Levene’s Test, p > 0.05).&nbsp

    Problematika Implementasi Kurikulum Merdeka di Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 5 Jakarta Utara

    Kurikulum Merdeka adalah kurikulum pendidikan yang dirancang untuk memberikan keleluasaan kepada guru dan siswa dalam mengembangkan potensinya. Kurikulum Merdeka pertama kali diterapkan di MAN 5 Jakarta Utara pada tahun ajaran 2022/2023. Dalam proses pengimplementasiannya tentu terdapat permasalahan baik dalam perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan penilaian. Oleh karena itu penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis Problematika Implementasi Kurikulum Merdeka di MAN 5 Jakarta Utara. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan teknik observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Berdasarkan penelitian yang dilakukan diperoleh hasil bahwa penerapan Kurikulum di MAN 5 Jakarta Utara menerapkan profil pelajar Pancasila dengan sistem pembelajaran berbasis proyek, dan berbasis mata pelajaran, serta IPAS; bahwa problematika dalam Menyusun perangkat pembelajaran meliputi CP, TP, ATP, dan modul ajar, kesulitan lainnya yaitu menentukan strategi dan metode pembelajaran, keterbatasan buku paket bagi siswa, materi ajar yang luas, menentukan proyek kelas yang sesuai dengan materi pembelajaran, menentukan asesmen; bahwa usaha yang dilakukan guru dalam mengatasi problematika pada penerapan Kurikulum Merdeka di kelas X MAN 5 Jakarta Utara dengan mengikuti forum pertemuan bersama dengan Kelompok Kerja Guru, mengikuti pelatihan, serta mencari informasi terkait asesmen dan implementasi Kurikulum Merdeka. Merdeka Curriculum is an educational curriculum designed to provide flexibility to teachers and students in developing their potential. The Merdeka Curriculum was first implemented at MAN 5 North Jakarta in the 2022/2023 school year. In the implementation process, there are problems in planning, implementation, and assessment. Therefore, this research to analyze the Problematics of Implementing the Merdeka Curriculum at MAN 5 North Jakarta. This research is a qualitative study with a descriptive approach. Data collection techniques are carried out using observation, interview, documentation techniques. Data analysis was carried out using data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing methods. Based on the research conducted, the results obtained are that curriculum Implementation MAN 5 North Jakarta implements the profile of Pancasila students with a project-based learning system, and subject-based, and IPAS; that difficulties in preparing learning tools include CP, TP, ATP, and learning modules, other difficulties are determining learning strategies and methods, limited textbooks for students, extensive teaching materials, determining class projects that are in accordance with learning materials, determining assessments; that efforts made by teachers in overcoming obstacles in implementing the Merdeka Curriculum in class X MAN 5 North Jakarta by participating in a meeting forum with the teachers

    Diabetes Mellitus Gestasional (GDM) merupakan bentuk hiperglikemia selama kehamilan yang dapat memicu perubahan imunologis kompleks, termasuk ketidakseimbangan sitokin inflamasi. Kondisi ini umumnya ditandai oleh peningkatan sitokin proinflamasi seperti IL-6 dan penurunan sitokin antiinflamasi seperti IL-4. Ketidakseimbangan ini berperan dalam memperburuk inflamasi pada lingkungan kehamilan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi pengaruh ekstrak buah pare (Momordica charantia L.) terhadap kadar IL-4 dan IL-6 pada kultur sel trofoblas dalam kondisi hiperglikemik. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengetahui pengaruh pemberian ekstrak buah pare terhadap kadar IL-4 dan IL-6 pada kultur sel trofoblas suasana hiperglikemia. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah eksperimental laboratorik pada kultur sel trofoblas. Penelitian ini merupakan studi eksperimental in vitro menggunakan kultur sel trofoblas yang diisolasi dari plasenta normal hasil persalinan pervaginam di salah satu rumah sakit swasta di Surabaya, dengan persetujuan pasien. Sebanyak 30 sampel dibagi menjadi lima kelompok: kontrol negatif, kontrol positif (hiperglikemia tanpa perlakuan), dan tiga perlakuan ekstrak pare (0,2; 0,3; dan 0,8 mg/mL). Kadar IL-4 dan IL-6 diukur menggunakan ELISA dan dianalisis dengan uji ANOVA dilanjutkan LSD. Terdapat perbedaan bermakna kadar IL-4 dan IL-6 antar kelompok (p < 0,05). Kelompok perlakuan dengan dosis 0,8 mg/mL menunjukkan peningkatan kadar IL-4 tertinggi (rata-rata 5429,60 ng/mL) dan penurunan kadar IL-6 terendah (rata-rata 1273,60 ng/mL), dibandingkan kelompok lain. Ekstrak buah pare berpotensi sebagai agen antiinflamasi dengan meningkatkan IL-4 dan menurunkan IL-6 pada sel trofoblas dalam kondisi hiperglikemik.     The post TURP surgery wound is found causing pain and bladder spasm. This research is designed to identity  the effectiveness of religious music in reducing post TURP surgery pain, by using quasi experiment design with pre and post test control group design. Thirty four samples were recruited using consecutive sampling method, and then divided into 2 groups: the intervention group (analgesic and religious music therapy combination), and control group (analgesic therapy). The data analysis result discovered that religious music therapy was significant in reducing the pain level with p value=0,000. According to this finding, it is recommended for hospitals to integrate religious music therapy in managing post surgery pain. Keywords: post TURP, pain, religious music therap

    UPAYA PENCEGAHAN PERNIKAHAN DINI DENGAN EDUKASI KESEHATAN REPRODUKSI PADA SISWA DI YOGYAKARTA

    Background: Early marriage is a national and global issue. The negative impacts of early marriage on adolescents include emotional distress, divorce, suicide, and risky pregnancies. Preliminary studies on social media revealed that the number of marriages among adolescents is increasing every year, with most cases attributed to unintended pregnancies. The author conducted educational sessions with high school students to enhance their knowledge about reproductive health and the prevention of early marriage. Method: Education was provided through discussions and games at a vocational high school in Yogyakarta. Materials on reproductive health and the prevention of early marriage were presented to students using PowerPoint and a sound system. The process included a pre-test, education, post-test, and games, all conducted over a two-hour period. After completion, the evaluation results were analysed using frequency distribution. Results: Education on reproductive health and prevention of early marriage was well received by the students. They actively participated in the process from start to finish, responding to the discussion content. Conclusion: There was an increase in scores before and after education among students at the Cipta Bhakti Husada Health Vocational School in Yogyakarta.  Keywords: prevention, early marriage, education, student

    THE EFFECTIVENESS OF THE COMBINATION OF HB, MCV, AND RDW IN SCREENING FOR ANEMIA IN MOTHERS AND CHILDREN: A CONTEXTUAL SYSTEMATIC REVIEW IN TIMOR LESTE

    Introduction: Anemia in pregnant women and children is an important global health issue, with a high prevalence in developing countries such as Timor-Leste. Early detection of anemia is crucial to reduce the risk of complications. This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of a combination of classic hematological parameters, namely hemoglobin (Hb), mean corpuscular volume (MCV), and red cell distribution width (RDW), in detecting anemia in mothers and children in Timor-Leste, taking into account geographical, socioeconomic, and local health service capacity factors. Methods: This study used a systematic review method to analyze various studies related to the effectiveness of classic hematological parameters in detecting anemia. Data were collected from studies that tested these parameters in populations of mothers and children and compared the results with non-invasive technologies such as SpHb, Ret-He, and artificial intelligence (AI)-based applications. The study also examined the influence of geographical and socioeconomic factors on the validity of using classic hematological parameters in anemia screening. Results: The results showed that the combination of Hb, MCV, and RDW had higher sensitivity and specificity in detecting anemia in mothers and children compared to using a single parameter. MCV and RDW provide significant added value in distinguishing types of anemia, such as iron deficiency anemia and anemia due to chronic disease. SpHb and AI-based applications show good results, but both have lower sensitivity compared to the combination of classic hematology parameters, especially in certain clinical conditions. Discussion: This study confirms that the combination of Hb, MCV, and RDW is a more effective and practical approach for screening anemia in pregnant women and children, especially in Timor-Leste, with limited medical resources. The use of non-invasive technologies such as SpHb and AI applications can be complementary, but their validity depends on patient conditions and medical infrastructure. In addition, geographical factors such as altitude and socioeconomic factors such as nutritional status need to be taken into account to adjust Hb cut-offs to improve the accuracy of anemia detection.     Enhancing Bank Financial Performance Assessment: A Literature Review of Deep Learning Applications Using the Kitchenham Method

    The assessment of bank financial performance is crucial for ensuring the stability of the banking sector. With advancements in technology, especially deep learning (DL), there is increasing potential to improve the accuracy of risk prediction and financial performance evaluation in banks. However, challenges related to data imbalance and model complexity require more efficient approaches. This study aims to examine the application of DL in assessing bank financial performance, with a focus on credit risk, fraud detection, and bankruptcy prediction. A Systematic Literature Review (SLR) was conducted using the Kitchenham approach, analyzing 697 relevant articles to address nine research questions regarding the implementation of DL in the banking sector. This study contributes by providing insights into effective DL models that enhance financial performance and risk prediction in banks, while also offering recommendations for the development of more transparent models. The results indicate that models such as Long Short-Term Memory (LSTM) and Convolutional Neural Networks (CNN) perform well in handling large financial data. Additionally, hybrid models that combine DL with traditional models demonstrate higher accuracy in bankruptcy prediction and fraud detection

    Development of Teaching Materials on Surface Area of Polyhedron Using Traditional Market Snacks Context and MathCityMap

    This study aims to develop mathematics teaching materials on polyhedron surface area using traditional: Jadah, Wajik, Lapet, and Barongko. The cakes were selected for their similarity to geometric shapes as an ethnomathematical link to local culture. This teaching material uses MathCityMap with four activities to find the surface area based on traditional cakes used in different locations. The research employed a Research and Development (R&D) design with the ADDIE model, which includes the stages of analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. Before limited implementation, the materials were validated by mathematics teachers and PPG Mathematics Education students on content, appearance, and language. The validation results showed that the teaching materials were 96.5% feasible and practical to use. Furthermore, implementation was carried out on a limited basis with 20 Mathematics Education students. It went well and all participants understood every problem presented. Finally, evaluation was used to improve teaching materials based on suggestions from validators
