PENGARUH ELECTRONIC WORD OF MOUTH DAN BRAND IMAGE TERHADAP BUYING DECISION PRODUK SOMETHINC DI POLITEKNIK NEGERI UJUNG PANDANG
This study aims to determine the influence of e-wom and brand image on buying decisions of Somethinc at Politeknik Negeri Ujung Pandang. The sampling technique used purposive sampling with total of 98 respondents. The data analysis used descriptive statistical analysis using IBM SPSS 25 where the tests used were validity and reliability tests, and classical assumption tests. The hypothesis in this study is associative hypothesis where the tests used are multiple linear regression analysis, t-test, F-test, and coefficient of determination analysis. The results of this study: (1) e-wom has positive and significant effect on buying decisions with a sig. value of e-wom 0,003 < 0.05 and a t-value of 3,106 > greater than the t-table value of 1,985. (2) brand image has positive and significant effect on buying decisions with a sig. value of brand image of 0,000 < 0,05 and a t-value of 3,811 > greater than the t-table value of 1,985. (3) e-wom and brand image simultaneously have positive and significant effect on buying decisions with significance level of 0,000 < 0,05 and an F-value of 48,345 greater than the F-table value of 3,092 and the R2 value of e-wom and brand image on buying decisions is 50.4%
PENGARUH PROMOSI DAN HARGA TERHADAP KEPUTUSAN PEMBELIAN PRODUK SKINCARE AZARINE PADA MAHASISWI POLITEKNIK NEGERI UJUNG PANDANG
This study aimed to determine the effect of promotion and price on purchasing decisions for Azarine skincare products among female students at Ujung Pandang State Polytechnic. The sampling technique used purposive sampling with a total of 97 respondents. Data analysis used descriptive analysis using IBM SPSS 25 where the tests used are validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests. The hypothesis in this research is an associative hypothesis where the tests used are multiple linear regression analysis, t test, f test and analysis of the coefficient of determination.The results of this study were: (1) promotions had a positive effect on purchasing decisions with a sig 0.00 < 0.05 and t value 7.259 > 1.985. (2) Price had a positive effect on purchasing decisions with a sig 0.02 < 0.05 and t value 3.225 > 1.985. (3) promotion and price simultaneously had a positive effect on purchasing decisions with a significance level of 0.00 < 0.05, F-value 62.188 > 3.092 and the R-Square 47, 4%
Studi Kuat Tekan Beton Geopolimer dengan Menggunakan Rasio Aktivator 2
Beton geopolimer merupakan beton dalam produksinya tidak memakai semen biasa (Portland). Dengan memanfaatkan reaksi kimiawi dan tidak dengan hidrasi reaksi sama halnya beton biasa, yang mana macam - macam bahan aktif pada beton geopolimer dengan senyawa yang terdapat dalam bahan sumber dan komponen lainnya haruslah sesuai sehingga dapat terjadi reaksi kimia. Perawatan dalam pembuatan beton geopolimer ini menggunakan sistem pengovenan dengan suhu rata – rata yakni 60˚C, kemudian didiamkan di tempat terbuka selama 28 hari yang selanjutnya dilanjutkan dengan pengujian tekan. Maka dengan kuat tekan, diperoleh kuat tekan rata – rata fcr beton geopolimer lebih sedikit dari mutu rencana dan lebih sedikit dari kuat tekan rata – rata fcr beton biasa yang telah di uji, rendahnya kuat tekan tersebut karena dipengaruhi oleh jumlah molaritas dari NaOH dan rasio aktivator
Studi Penambahan Serat Alam Daun Nanas Raja Pada Kuat Tekan dan Tarik Beton
Dengan menggunakan berbagai jenis serat yang berasal dari daun Nanas Raja (Agave Canula Roxb), penelitian ditujukan untuk menentukan kekuatan tekan dan kekuatan tarik beton Metode yang digunakan untuk perencanaan campuran beton adalah Department Of Environment (DOE) dengan material agregat kasar berasal dari Bili-bili, agregat halus dari Kabupaten Pinrang dan daun Nanas Raja dari Kabupaten Enrekang. Panjang serat ditentukan sebesar 12 milimeter mengikuti panjang serat sintetis yang biasanya digunakan pada campuran beton. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan kekuatan beton dapat meningkat pada kadar penambahan serat tertentu. Pada variasi 0,3% penggunaan serat pada beton diperoleh kuat tekan dan tarik belah beton tertinggi dengan nilai masing-masing 31,655 MPa dan 3,23 MPa, lebih tinggi 5,51% untuk kuat tekan dan 26,17% untuk kuat tarik belah.dari kekuatan beton normal
JARINGAN SYARAF TIRUAN PADA PT. PLN (PERSERO) ULP PANAKKUKANG
The increase in electricity demand in Indonesia, triggered by rapid population growth, necessitates efficient planning to ensure all citizens can meet their energy needs. PT. PLN (Persero) ULP Panakkukang responds to this challenge by forecasting electricity load using Artificial Neural Network (ANN) method through the Matlab application. Daily electricity load data from the Pengayoman substation in March, April, May, and June 2023 served as the basis for calculations. The research results indicate that the forecasting process using ANN successfully provides values close to the actual load of PT. PLN (Persero) ULP Panakkukang, with low average errors of 0.022%, 0.03%, and 0.018% for May to July, respectively. Analysis of Improvement of Distribution Substation Earthing Resistance Values at PT. PLN (Persero) ULP Karebosi
The grounding system at the distribution substation is an essential component closely related to maintaining the reliability of the electrical system. In this regard, this study aims to examine the impact of applying certain grounding methods to improve grounding resistance values at the distribution substation. The research was conducted over five months, from January 15, 2024, to June 15, 2024, at the Pannampu feeder managed by ULP Karebosi. MATLAB GUI was used to theoretically calculate using the Dwight equation related to grounding resistance (Ω) and soil resistivity (Ωm). The results of this study show that the measured grounding resistance values after applying the multiple grounding rod method decreased by 52.49% for the grounding electrode of the lightning arrester GD. KPPKU, 49.45% for the grounding electrode of the transformer body and PHB-TR GD. KPPKU, and 48.94% for the grounding electrode of the lightning arrester GD. KPPDK, which had grounding resistance values of 5.43Ω, 5.44Ω, and 8.42Ω before reconfiguration
Logistic Supply Chain Management System Modeling Using Blockchain
Indonesia's economic growth in the logistics sector is becoming increasingly significant, alongside the rising demand for goods. However, the complexity of logistics supply chain management in Indonesia still faces challenges, including security, human error, and lack of transparency. This research proposes the use of blockchain technology for a logistics supply chain management system, which is capable of storing transaction data in a decentralized and distributed manner. Ganache is used as a local blockchain server, Metamask for transactions, and smart contracts to manage user flows on a web3 dapps-based website. The research procedure includes literature study, design, development, and system testing. The test results indicate that all features and functions of the system operate as expected. The system not only successfully handles high demand and transaction spikes but also demonstrates enhanced data security, improved transparency through real-time tracking, and robust performance under high workloads. Overall, this blockchain-based logistics supply chain management system effectively secures and manages transaction data while enabling data tracking and tracing, thereby increasing transparency and handling high concurrent transactions efficiently
Assessment of wind power plant performance using turbine performance and power curves: a case study of PLTB TOLO I Jeneponto
Jeneponto Regency in South Sulawesi possesses significant wind potential, making it an ideal location for the development of Wind Power Plants (WPP). However, these WPPs are intermittent due to the inconsistent nature of wind energy, presenting challenges that affect the performance and efficiency of turbines in generating electricity. Therefore, this study aims to evaluate the performance of the SWT-3.6-130 wind turbines at the Tolo 1 WPP in Jeneponto to determine their capability in converting wind energy into electrical energy at specific wind speeds. The evaluation results indicate that the performance of the SWT-3.6-130 wind turbines at the Tolo WPP in February 2022 was not optimal. The maximum output power generated by these turbines approached the maximum capacity of 3.6 MW, with Turbine 06 producing 3.57 MW at a wind speed of 13.07 m/s, Turbine 09 producing 3.57 MW at a wind speed of 12.27 m/s, and Turbine 013 producing 3.58 MW at a wind speed of 12.11 m/s. Although the power generated was close to the maximum capacity, the performance variation among turbines indicates the need for further evaluation to address factors reducing efficiency. Power coefficient analysis shows that Turbine T13 exhibited the best performance, with the fewest instances of power coefficient values not meeting standards. This study provides crucial insights for improving performance and preventing failures at the Tolo WPP in the future
Analisis Kinerja Keuangan Dengan Metode Economic Value Added (Eva) Dan Financial Value Added (Fva): (Studi Kasus pada PT Semen Tonasa)
The company's performance could be assessed through the profit it earned, but profit did not always reflect positive financial performance. This study was motivated by a decrease in profit experienced by one of the largest cement producers in Eastern Indonesia, which was PT Semen Tonasa. The purpose of this study was to measure the financial performance of PT Semen Tonasa from 2018 to 2022 using the Economic Value Added (EVA) and Financial Value Added (FVA) methods. This study used a descriptive quantitative approach. Data collection techniques involved document studies and interviews. The results showed that in 2018, the company recorded negative EVA and FVA values, indicating poor financial performance. This reflected that operational activities during that period were unable to create value for the company. In contrast, from 2019 to 2022, the company obtained positive EVA and FVA values, indicating good financial performance. This reflected that operational activities during this period were able to create value for the company.Keywords: Financial Performance, EVA, FV
Pengaruh Profitabilitas terhadap Nilai Perusahaan dengan Kebijakan Dividen sebagai Variabel Moderasi pada Perusahaan yang Terdaftar Di Index LQ45 Periode 2019-2022
Currently, the world has entered the era of globalization with economic threats, the challenges faced by companies are becoming increasingly severe, this will have an impact on tight competition for companies. Therefore, companies will compete to attract the attention of investors in order to survive, one way is by increasing the value of the company. Company value is one of the capital market indicators in assessing the company as a whole, where the company value shows its future prospects. This research aims to determine and analyze the influence of profitability on company value and whether dividend policy is able to moderate (strengthen/weaken) the relationship between profitability and company value, to be used as a benchmark for companies regarding the most significant factors in increasing company value. The type of data used is secondary quantitative data in the form of annual financial reports of companies listed on the LQ45 Index for the 2019-2022 period. The sample in this study was 10 companies listed on the LQ45 Index for the 2019-2022 period, using a purposive sampling method. The data analysis technique in the research uses Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA) using the SPSS For Windows 26.0 software tool. The research results show that profitability has a significant effect on company value and dividend policy is able to moderate (strengthen) the relationship between profitability and company value
