    Analisis Arus Lalu Lintas dan Evaluasi Kinerja Jalan Sekitar Kantor Pemerintahan Kabupaten Bone

    Aktivitas dan kegiatan di kawasan perkantoran pemerintah yang menjadi fokus penelitian ini telah menyebabkan peningkatan arus kendaraan, sehingga mempengaruhi kinerja jalan di sekitarnya. Penelitian ini berfokus pada pengamatan arus lalu lintas kendaraan serta evaluasi kinerja jalan menggunakan parameter nilai derajat kejenuhan (DJ). Metode yang digunakan mencakup pencatatan lalu lintas untuk mengukur arus kendaraan dan penilaian kinerja jalan berdasarkan nilai DJ, yang mengikuti pedoman PKJI 2023. Keberadaan kawasan perkantoran pemerintah ini memiliki dampak nyata terhadap pola lalu lintas di sekitarnya. Dari penelitian ini menggambarkan kondisi volume arus lalu lintas di kawasan perkantoran ini umumnya lebih padat saat hari kerja jika dibandingkan dengan hari libur. Pada hari kerja, nilai DJ berkisar antara 0,35 hingga 0,51, yang tergolong dalam indeks tingkat pelayanan jalan kategori B, menunjukkan bahwa jalan masih berfungsi dengan cukup baik namun mulai menunjukkan tanda-tanda peningkatan kepadatan. Sementara itu, pada hari libur, nilai DJ berada dalam rentang 0,07 hingga 0,31, yang tergolong dalam indeks tingkat pelayanan jalan kategori A, menunjukkan bahwa kondisi arus lalu lintas yang sangat baik dengan sedikit gangguan dan kecepatan yang hampir maksimal

    Perancangan pondasi tiang pancang memerlukan analisis yang rumit karena melibatkan banyak aspek dan parameter yang harus dipertimbangkan serta menggunakan persamaan-persamaan kompleks. Oleh karena itu, penggunaan perangkat lunak diperlukan untuk menyederhanakan analisis ini agar dapat menghasilkan hasil yang cepat dan akurat. Plaxis adalah salah satu program yang dapat digunakan untuk menganalisis desain pondasi tiang pancang. Perhitungan daya dukung dan penurunan pondasi dilakukan secara manual selama penelitian ini dan membandingkan hasilnya dengan pemodelan menggunakan Software Plaxis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dimensi pondasi tiang pancang yang aman adalah diameter 60 cm dengan kedalaman 43 m, menggunakan beton berkualitas 30 MPa. Penulangan yang digunakan adalah tulangan pokok 4 ∅19 dan tulangan spiral ∅10 − 150. Hasil rata-rata perhitungan daya dukung tiang tunggal secara manual adalah 804,382 ton, sementara hasil dari Plaxis 2D adalah 656,494 ton, dengan perbedaan 18%. Untuk perhitungan daya dukung kelompok tiang secara manual, rata-rata adalah 779,946 ton, dan dari Plaxis 2D adalah 1528,625 ton, dengan perbedaan 49%. Hasil perhitungan penurunan tiang tunggal secara manual rata-rata adalah 0,0457 m, sedangkan dari Plaxis 2D adalah 0,0391 m, dengan perbedaan 14%. Untuk kelompok tiang, perhitungan penurunan manual rata-rata adalah 0,0332 m, dan dari Plaxis 2D adalah 0,0371 m, dengan perbedaan 12%. Perbedaan hasil antara kedua metode ini kemungkinan disebabkan oleh perbedaan parameter yang digunakan, di mana parameter pada Plaxis 2D lebih kompleks dibandingkan dengan analisis manual.Kata Kunci : Pondasi, Daya Dukung, Plaxi

    ANALISIS KEMAMPUAN PEMBANGKITAN PLTS HYBRID SELAYAR 1,3 MWP

    One of the power plants built by the government through PT PLN Persero is the 1.3 MWp Selayar Hybrid PLTS. This PLTS is located in Parak Village, Bontomanai District, Selayar Regency, South Sulawesi (Sulsel). This PLTS was built on an area of 1.46 hectares (ha) with a capacity of 1.3 mega wattpeak (MWp). However, sometimes the construction of PLTS is not balanced with good maintenance, which can reduce the performance of the PLTS. This research was carried out to analyze PV module efficiency and performance ratios as well as a simulation regarding the system and location of the Selayar PLTS installation. Then the simulation results become a reference for comparative analysis of the real operating conditions of the Selayar PLTS, which aims to identify the real production of electrical energy, constraints and operational problems of the PLTS. From the results of data analysis, it was found that the average efficiency of the solar modules used in the Selayar 1.3 MWp Hybrid PLTS was 14.44%. The energy produced by the Selayar hybrid PLTS during the period 1 March 2023 to 31 March 2023 with operating hours of 07.00-17.00 is 153.08 MWh. With a Final Yield (Yf) of 3,804 hours, Reference Yield (Yr) of 5,802 hours, and a Performance Ratio (PR) of 65.57%. There are differences in the results of the comparison between the simulation using the PVsyst application and the real results, where the real results are lower than the simulation results. The simulation electricity production results and the real results show a difference in energy production of 23,822 MWh or 12.86%

    Development of Student E-Attendance System using QR-Code and WhatsApp Gateway with The Iterative Model Based on Android

    The rapid advancement of technology not only creates new industries but also reshapes global competition. In higher education, learning implementation must meet standards for content, process, and assessment. Student attendance plays a significant role within these standards. Using Android smartphones for attendance tracking resolves issues related to student presence, saves time, and enhances the efficiency and accuracy of the attendance recapitulation process for lecturers. This study explores an innovative system that integrates QR-Code and WhatsApp Gateway using an iterative model on a single platform. Blackbox testing confirmed that all features and functions of the Android application work as intended. Furthermore, a Likert scale evaluation scored 89%, indicating that the e-attendance system effectively facilitates student attendance and helps lecturers summarize attendance data more accurately and efficiently. The system then provides this data as administrative monitoring reports for the academic department regarding the conducted lectures

    Studi Potensi Air Pada Pembangkit Listrik Tenaga Air (PLTA) Tabulahan

    This study analyzes the potential and operational planning of the Tabulahan hydropower plant located at the Bonehau River, Periangan Village, Tabulahan District, Mamasa Regency, West Sulawesi. The project utilizes a water catchment area of 306 km² upstream of the dam and 324 km² downstream of the plant. The discharge analysis uses the Flow Duration Curve (FDC) method with the results showing adequate discharge availability. A reliable discharge of 22.80 m³/s was selected based on a reliability level of 85%-90%, with a design discharge of 8.97 m³/s for each turbine. For further planning analysis, the power generation discharge was set at Q50% (14.72 m³/second) and the river maintenance discharge (ecoflow) at Q95% (21.60 m³/second). With an installed power capacity of 10 MW, the Tabulahan hydropower plant is designed to optimize the potential of water resources with a sustainable approach.   Keywords: Reliable Discharge; Tabulahan Hydropower Plant; FDC Abstrak: Penelitian ini menganalisis potensi dan perencanaan operasional PLTA Tabulahan yang terletak di Sungai Bonehau, Desa Periangan, Kecamatan Tabulahan, Kabupaten Mamasa, Sulawesi Barat. Proyek ini memanfaatkan daerah tangkapan air seluas 306 km² di hulu bendungan dan 324 km² di hilir rumah pembangkit. Analisis debit menggunakan metode Flow Duration Curve (FDC) dengan hasil menunjukkan ketersediaan debit yang memadai. Debit andal sebesar 22,80 m³/detik dipilih berdasarkan tingkat keandalan 85%-90%, dengan debit desain masing-masing turbin sebesar 8,97 m³/detik. Untuk analisis perencanaan lebih lanjut, debit pembangkit ditetapkan pada Q50% (14,72 m³/detik) dan debit pemeliharaan sungai (ekoflow) pada Q95% (21,60 m³/detik).     Implementation of Sentiment Analysis and Social Network Analysis of Twitter User Opinions on Web-Based Political Issues

    The functionality of both sentiment analysis and social network analysis on social media such as Twitter or X can holds significant potential for understanding public opinion, especially in political-related issues. Despite its potential, there is currently lack of application that can provide these types of analyses. This research aimed to help to analyse public opinion in the field of political issues by using sentiment analysis and social network analysis techniques that can help to analyse the tendency of public opinion polarity on Twitter or X social media and to visualize the relationship of social media accounts with other social media accounts. The results obtained from this research are web applications that can help in problems related to sentiment analysis and network analysis using libraries from the Python programming language, and NodeJs. Based on the results of blackbox testing and technical testing, it can be concluded that the system that has been built can run in accordance with the predetermined design

    Data Acquisition System on Cocoa Bean Fermenter Using ESP32 Based on MQQT Protocol

    The fermentation process of cocoa beans is a critical stage in chocolate production that affects the final quality of the product. To ensure that fermentation takes place optimally, monitoring parameters such as temperature, humidity, and pH is necessary. This research aims to develop and validate an Internet of Things (IoT)-based data acquisition system that uses ESP32 and MQTT protocols to monitor the fermentation process of cocoa beans. The system consists of an ESP32 module connected to DHT22 sensors to measure temperature and humidity, and a pH meter to measure acidity. The data collected by the sensors is sent in real-time via a wireless connection to an MQTT broker, where it can be monitored continuously. System testing was conducted in a small-scale fermentation environment. Validation results show that the system is capable of providing accurate and consistent data when compared to manual measurements using standardized tools. The difference between the data collected by the system and manual measurements was within acceptable tolerance limits, indicating that the system is reliable enough to be used in small-scale applications. The system also demonstrated fast response to changes in fermentation conditions, and stable data connection with minimal latency via the MQTT protocol. The developed data acquisition system has successfully acquired data and validated it using standard measuring instruments. The average data error for the pH sensor is 2.78%, temperature sensor 1.41%, and humidity sensor 1.94%. These error values indicate that the performance of the sensors used is good

    This study aims to determine the accountability of managing Nagari funds, including planning, implementing, reporting and accountability for managing village funds in Nagari Situjuah Batua. This study uses a qualitative approach to solve the phenomena raised. Data in this study were collected through several processes including in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation. The results of this study conclude that accountability for the management of Nagari funds in Nagari Situjuah Batua has been carried out from the planning, implementation, reporting and accountability stages in an appropriate manner and is also managed in an accountable manner so that the objectives of these funds are appropriate. The local government hopes that the Nagari funds can continue to be managed following the mandated community for the betterment of the village The novelty of this research is that it uses villages that have achievements at the local level as research object

    An Investigation of Sociometric Status on Students’ Achievement in Indonesian EFL Speaking Class

    The relationship among peers that occur in the teaching and learning process becomes essential to be investigated where it might influence students’ academic achievement. In depth, Sociometric Status is an indicator to categorize the relationship of individual among groups of friends whether he or she is liked or disliked by his or her peers. The purpose of this study is to investigate sociometric status on students’ achievement especially in the speaking skill. Thirty students at the twelfth grade of social science class are study consists of observation checklist, rating-scale measurement, and students speaking score. Observation checklist is used to observe students’ behaviors with their peers during the teaching process and rating scale measurement is given to students before conducted observation. In addition, students speaking score is collected through the result of students speaking test after doing observation. The result of this study indicates positive and negative influence of the sociometric status on the students’ achievement. This study is hoped to give beneficial contribution about how the sociometric status of the students affects their achievement in EFL speaking class. Therefore, teacher would be able to do appropriate treatment to help students overcome their psychological problems and also to make the good atmosphere among the students in the speaking class
