    Analisis Audit Energi Listrik di Balai Pelatihan Vokasi dan Produktivitas Bantaeng

    An electrical energy audit is a systematic process of evaluating energy consumption in a building or facility in order to identify energy efficiency and potential savings. energy use and potential savings. This research aims to conduct an electrical energy audit in order to determine the intensity of energy consumption (IKE) and provide technical recommendations that support energy efficiency in the office of the Bantaeng Vocational and Productivity Training Center. The energy audit was conducted by collecting electricity consumption data from PLN billing records as well as direct measurements in the field. The analysis focused on the calculation of Energy Consumption Intensity (ECI) to assess the energy performance of the building. The audit results show that the intensity of energy consumption (IKE) for one year, the value of energy consumption intensity (IKE) for one year, the value is 12.8 kWh/m2/year which means it is still below the ASEAN-USAID standard of 240 kWh/m2/year. Likewise, compared to the IKE standard according to the Regulation of the Minister of Energy and Mineral Resources No. IX. Minister of Energy and Mineral Resources Regulation No. 3 of 2025 which is <99 kWh/m2/year with a total building area of 11,644 m2 > 5000 m2 is categorized as very efficient

    Fostering Learner Autonomy in EFL Classroom: The Impact of New Learning Guidelines and Relational Pedagogy

    Learner autonomy is a critical outcome in EFL education, yet the mechanisms through which instructional frameworks and educator behavior influence autonomous learning remain underexplored. This study investigates the impact of the New Learning Guidelines, a structured pedagogical framework, on the development of learner autonomy among undergraduate EFL students. Employing an explanatory sequential mixed-methods design, the study involved 539 students categorized into positive (n = 78) and negative (n = 462) attitudinal groups. The quantitative data were collected through structured questionnaires, and qualitative data were collected via semi-structured interviews. Quantitative findings revealed that students with positive attitudes demonstrated substantial gains in goal setting, strategic planning, and self-monitoring, whereas those with negative attitudes showed limited improvement from structure alone. Thematic analysis underscored the role of relational scaffolding, emotionally responsive, supportive teacher-student interactions as a critical factor in fostering autonomy among disengaged learners. These findings challenge deficit-based perspective on learner motivation and advance autonomy theory by emphasizing its socio-relational dimension. The study suggests EFL educators may integrate clear instructional guidelines with affective and relational pedagogies to address diverse learner dispositions. Practically, the findings underscore the need for teacher training programs to integrate relational strategies with structural management to promote learner autonomy effectively

    Rancang Bangun Prototipe Turbin Tesla Sebagai Turbin Air

    Turbin air merupakan komponen penting yang berperan dalam mengkonversi energi air menjadi energi mekanik. Turbin air memiliki beberapa jenis, salah satunya yaitu Turbin Tesla yang dapat memanfaatkan berbagai jenis fluida sebagai fluida penggerak. Penelitian ini bertujuan yaitu membuat prototipe dari Turbin Tesla yang memanfaatkan fluida air sebagai energi penggerak dan mengetahui nilai efisiensi dari rancangan yang dibuat. Metode yang digunakan yaitu studi eksperimen dengan membuat prototipe Turbin Tesla dengan memperhitungkan beberapa parameter terlebih dahulu seperti kecepatan aliran yang dihasilkan pompa, boundary layer, dan diameter outlet turbin. Setelah merencanakan desain turbin, dilakukan perakitan sistem pengujian turbin dan pengambilan data yang diperlukan untuk menganalisis performa dari prototipe turbin yang dibuat. Hasil pengujian memperlihatkan bahwa pada percobaan Turbin Tesla didapatkan nilai daya turbin tertinggi yaitu 11,01 Watt dengan nilai torsi 0,784 Nm dan putaran 134 rpm. Nilai putaran tertinggi terjadi pada bukaan katup 100% dengan debit air 0,71x10-3 m3/s menghasilkan 313 rpm dan nilai torsi tertinggi yaitu 1,917 Nm. Efisiensi turbin dengan variasi pembebaban dan bukaan katup mencapai 30,99%. Pada percobaan pengujian dengan dikopel generator tanpa beban, didapatkan nilai tegangan berkisar 20,1-24 V pada bukaan katup 50%-100%. Adapun pada percobaan turbin yang dikopel generator dengan beban tiga buah lampu LED 5 Watt dan satu Buah Kipas 3 W didapatkan daya berkisar 0,798-1,6684 Watt. Semakin tinggi beban yang diberikan maka semakin rendah daya generator yang dihasilkan dikarenakan turunnya putaran generator akibat beban

    Penggunaan Sistem Pendingin Temperatur Menggunakan Heatsink-Fan sebagai Peningkatan Kinerja Panel Surya

    Efisiensi panel surya menurun apabila terjadi kenaikan temperatur cell photo voltaic (PV) yang merupakan karakterisktik dari cell PV yang dapat merugikan produksi energi listrik. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menurunkan temperatur panel surya pada saat tingkat radiasi tinggi yang menyebabkan temperatur cell naik.  Usaha menurunkan temperatur cell PV untuk mempertahankan efisiensi panel surya berada pada kondisi optimal. Metode teknik pendingin panel surya yang dirancang adalah menggunakan heatsink-fan. Dimana heatsink sebagai pendingin pasif dikombinasikan dengan fan sebagai pendingin aktif. Heatsink dan fan  diletakan pada bagian sisi bawah panel surya untuk membantu heat transfer dari permukaan atas panel PV ke sisi belakangnya. Pengujiann dilakukan dengan membandingkan 2 panel PV jenis monocrystalline dengan kapasitas daya 100Wp. Satu  panel PV dengan sistem pendingin heatsink-fan dan yang satu panel PV tanpa sistem pendingin sebagai pembanding. Hasil pengujian memperlihatkan bahwa dengan penambahan sistem pendingin heatsink yang dikombinasikan dengan fan diperoleh penurunan temperatur permukaan rata-rata panel surya  4,3˚C sampai dengan 7,12˚C dan peningkatan daya bersih rata-rata berkisar antara 1,07 W - 2,07 W (4,70%-16,17%) sedangkan peningkatan  efisiensi rata-rata panel surya  adalah 0,38%-1,24%

    Evaluasi Tingkat Kerusakan Jalan Sebagai Dasar Penentuan Perbaikan Jalan Kabupaten (Ruas Jalan Leworeng-Kessing Kab.Soppeng)

    Jalan adalah prasarana transportasi darat yang meliputi segala bagian jalan, termasuk bangunan pelengkap dan perlengkapannya yang diperuntukkan bagi lalu lintas yang berada diatas permukaan tanah atau air. Untuk memastikan kondisi jalan dalam keadaan baik dan optimal, maka perlu dilakukan penilaian terhadap kondisi perkerasan jalan yang didasarkan pada survey visual kerusakan jalan, salah satu metode yang digunakan yaitu metode Pavement Condition Index (PCI). Ruas jalan Leworeng-Kessing merupakan jalan yang terletak di Kabupaten Soppeng Sulawesi Selatan. Ruas jalan ini mengalamai kerusakan yang disebabkan beberapa faktor salah satunya, volume kendaraan yang mulai meningkat. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengidentifikasi jenis kerusakan jalan dan memperoleh tingkat kerusakan jalan dengan menggunakan metode PCI pada ruas jalan Leworeng-Kessing. Hasilnya diperoleh 5 jenis kerusakan jalan yaitu, retak kulit buaya, retak pinggir, retak memanjang dan melintang, tambalan dan tambalan galian utilitas, dan lubang. Tingkat kerusakan terendah terdapat pada 1 segmen dengan nilai PCI 26% yang dikategorikan sangat buruk, sedangkan tingkat kerusakan tertinggi terdapat pada 35 segmen dengan nilai PCI 0%,2%,3%,dan 4%, yang dikategorikan gagal dengan rata-rata nilai PCI sebesar 1% dengan kategori gagal, maka perlu dilakukan rekonstruksi dengan menggunakan perkerasan rigi

    Harnessing Students’ Creativity and Participatory Learning: A Step-by-Step Guide to Conducting Project-Based Digital Photovoice in ELT

    This "how-to" article presents a step-by-step guide to implementing a project-based digital photovoice in the context of English Language Teaching (ELT). While photovoice has been widely used as a pedagogical strategy in ELT, there is limited research on digital photovoice (DP) that integrates documentary photography, interviews, and web-based graphic design tools. Building on a series of DP initiatives, this article explores how DP-based instructions facilitate students' autonomous, authentic, flexible, collaborative, and participatory learning activities beyond the classroom. The process begins with engaging students in photo-taking activities, where they capture objects in their surroundings based on the project's theme. Subsequently, they conduct interviews with relevant informants to gather information about the objects. The students then analyze the images and interview data as primary sources to create the DP. Finally, they utilize Canva, a web-based graphic design tool, to produce the DP and share it digitally through social media applications. This approach has implications for integrating the DP project into Computer-Assisted Language Learning (CALL) innovation and pedagogy

    Measuring Student’s Perception Towards the Implementation of Moodle-Based E-Learning Platform in ELT: A Rasch Model Measurement

    The wide-ranging and provision of high-end technology have brought a significant impact on the world of education. Teacher and student are expected to collaborate effectively in learning process using technology. This paper reveals the investigation on student’s perception towards the implementation of Moodle-based e-learning in ELT as well as some problems encountered by the users (learners) in utilizing the platform. A mix method approach was employed using online survey and interview. Three classes consisting 62 students who have experienced a Moodle-based e-learning were engaged both in the survey and interview. The data obtained from the online survey was analyzed using a RASCH measurement analysis with IRT (Item Response Theory) approach. The result shows a positive trend on student’s perceived usefulness (PU), ease of use (EoU), behavioral intention (BoI) towards the implementation of the platform. This article also provides several suggestions for further research and development within the area of Moodle-based e-learning platform

    Loa Janan Ilir District is one of the areas located in Samarinda City, East Kalimantan. directly adjacent to Kutai Kertanegara Regency. The East Kalimantan area, which is inhabited by a multicultural community, is rich in natural resource potential, especially in the fields of coal, petroleum, and gas mining which will certainly require skilled labor. One of the efforts to answer the needs of the workforce in this field is to conduct training related to knowledge about the maintenance of heavy equipment units. The target of this activity is the people of loa Janan Ilir district who do not have the opportunity to continue their education at the higher education level. The method used in this activity started by providing theoretical understanding to participants in which there is a question and answer discussion then continued with direct mentoring practices in the field or in the heavy equipment units that have been provided. The output resulting from this activity is that the community who are members of the Loa Janan Ilir Community Empowerment Institution Group know the basics of planning for heavy equipment unit maintenance and damage prevention and are also expected to contribute to the development of IKN as part of the Long Term strategy plan of the Government of the Republic of Indonesia.     PENYULUHAN DAN PELATIHAN INTERNET SEHAT DAN AMAN PADA FORUM CSR MULTI PIHAK PRIMA MANDIRI KABUPATEN PANGKAJENE DAN KEPULAUAN

    The Prima Mandiri Multi-Party CSR Forum is a center for the development and empowerment of the residents of Mangilu Village, located in Bungoro District, Pangkajene and Kepulauan Regency. According to the management of the Prima Mandiri Multi-Party CSR Forum, many members of the Forum still lack knowledge and understanding regarding safe and responsible internet usage. Some members of the Mangilu Village CSR Forum, mostly teenagers, are vulnerable to becoming victims of fraud and exposure to negative content on various internet platforms, such as online gambling. To address this issue, training, and education on safe and responsible internet usage were conducted for around 25 members of the CSR Forum. The participants' enthusiasm was evident through their active involvement in answering, asking, and participating in discussions. The pre-test and post-test results also showed an improvement in participants' understanding of safe and responsible internet usage.
