SOSIALISASI TEKNOLOGI ROBOT UNTUK MENDUKUNG PEMBENTUKAN KEGIATAN EKSTRAKURIKULER ROBOTIK PADA MAN TANA TORAJA
Extracurricular activities aimed to develop students' characters in accordance with their interests and talents. One popular activity was robotics, including at Madrasah Aliyah Negeri (MAN) Tana Toraja, South Sulawesi. However, these activities could not be implemented due to a lack of human resources knowledgeable in robotics and minimal introduction to technology at the school. To address this issue, a community service program was conducted, which included socialization and a workshop on robot assembly. The program consisted of three phases: preparation, implementation, and evaluation. During the implementation phase, students were introduced to robotics, participated in application simulations, and assembled robots using provided materials. The simulations included a simple running LED and a case study using an ultrasonic sensor. The results indicated that students were able to follow all activity stages and demonstrated potential in solving the case study. At the end of the program, the community service team handed over three boxes of materials and components to MAN Tana Toraja, which students could use for further assembly as a form of program sustainability. This initiative successfully fostered students’ interest in robotics and equipped them with new skills.

SISTEM KONTROL PERAWATAN MOTOR LISTRIK AKIBAT GETARAN PADA RUBBER TYRED GANTRY CRANE
The purpose of this study is to develop and implement a vibration detection system using a triaxial sensor on the hoist motor of a Rubber Tyred Gantry Crane (RTGC). The method involves installing a vibration sensor on the electric motor to measure vibrations across three axes. The collected vibration data was stored in Comma Separated Values (CSV) and Java Script Object Notation (JSON) file formats and analyzed to classify the vibrations according to International Standardization Organization (ISO) 10816 standards. The results indicate that the highest recorded vibrations on the hoist motor were 5 mm/s and 7 mm/s, particularly during the combined movements of the hoist and trolley. These vibrations were influenced by the trolley reel panel and RTGC operating conditions, such as sudden torque changes due to braking. The real-time monitoring system performed well, with the website displaying real-time data and classifying motor conditions based on predefined thresholds. The classifications include good for vibrations <1.4 mm/s, satisfactory for vibrations <2.4 mm/s, unsatisfactory for vibrations <4.5 mm/s, and unacceptable for vibrations >7.1 mm/s.

SISTEM KONTROL POSISI MENGGUNAKAN FEEDBACK CONTROL PADA OVERHEAD CRANE
Overhead cranes are essential equipment in the construction industry that require precise position control systems to optimize operational efficiency. This study aims to develop a position control system for overhead cranes using a feedback control approach, with the Arduino Mega 2560 as the main controller. The system is designed to optimally regulate AC motor speed, ensuring the crane reaches the desired setpoint with high precision and stability. The development involves programming a tailored Proportional-Integral-Derivative (PID) control algorithm to enhance performance. Tests were conducted to evaluate the system's effectiveness in maintaining the crane's movement stability and accuracy. The results show that employing a Proportional (P) controller in the PID algorithm achieves optimal performance at a Kp value of 3. The system successfully reaches the setpoint with minimal overshoot and fast stabilization time. Moreover, the integration of hardware and software on the Arduino ensures reliable and efficient control. This study contributes significantly to advancing control technology for overhead cranes, which can be broadly applied in the construction industry to enhance safety and work productivity.

RANCANG BANGUN JAR TEST PADA LABORATORIUM PENGOLAHAN LIMBAH
The design and construction of a tool is the process of making a tool starting from design to testing the tool. Jar Test is a method for testing the ability of a coagulant in the water purification process. A coagulant is a material that functions to bind small particles into large particles so that they settle because the particles are large in the water purification process. Coagulants are divided into 2, namely natural coagulants and synthetic coagulants. Natural coagulants are coagulants that are found in nature such as alum, while synthetic coagulants are coagulants made through a chemical process using certain raw materials such as PAC (Poly Aluminum Chloride). Test analysis of the results of the coagulation process, namely turbidity, TSS and TDS. The Jar Test tool consists of a stirrer motor, stirrer and a tool holder in the form of a box made of aluminium, acrylic and aluminium composite panel (ACP). The Jar Test is essential in waste treatment laboratories, particularly in the practical analysis of environmental pollution and waste processing. The objective of this study is to determine the design of the Jar Test, the types of materials, and the types of mixers that are both effective and efficient in the coagulation process. The double T mixer demonstrates effectiveness in reducing turbidity, whereas the T mixer is effective in addressing total suspended solids (TSS). This research also resulted in the development of a practical device, thereby increasing the inventory of equipment available in the waste treatment laboratory

PPDM KELOMPOK PENGELOLA SARANA PENYEDIAAN AIR MINUM DAN SANITASI (KPSPAMS) BAHARI DESA NISOMBALIA
The partners' main problem is that they need help in managing clean water. The partner villages already have pamsimas/resident water reservoirs, but there is not enough encouragement to get them into some residents' homes. Apart from that, using a transfer pump that works continuously causes the pump to become damaged. The goal of PPDM is to solve problems by adding or repairing, as well as providing training regarding maintenance and repair of existing water pump systems for distributing clean water. The training for Nisombalia village PAMSIMAS managers was attended and attended by a group of 5 (five) BAHARI drinking water supply and sanitation facilities (KPSPAMS) managers in Nisombalia village. In this training, participants are given education regarding planning the layout of booster pumps in the water distribution network so that water can be distributed effectively and efficiently. Furthermore, participants were given guidance in terms of using booster pumps in terms of electrical installation, protection against leakage currents, selection and installation of protection components against overload motor protection (OMP). Apart from that, providing material regarding maintenance and repair of booster pump motors is part of this training. The results of the training mean that participants understand and have the ability to maintain and repair booster pumps, and can install OMP components on motors.

RENOVASI PAGAR SEKOLAH SDN.79 MAMBUE DI DESA NISOMBALIA
SDN 79 Mambue, located in Mambue Hamlet, Nisombalia Village, Marusu District, Maros Regency, was established on December 31, 1980. Since 2017, the school's fence has never been repaired and has suffered several damages. To address this issue, a renovation of the school fence will be carried out. The fence has partially deteriorated, with some areas unplastered, some cracks appearing, and the overall look appearing dull due to faded paint. The total length of the fence is 26 meters. The targets and expected outcomes of this PKM implementation are :(a) Renovation as an alternative to beautify and extend the lifespan of the fence construction, (b) Enhancing students' learning enthusiasm and teachers' motivation to teach due to a beautiful and comfortable school environment. (c) A clean, bright, and well-maintained workplace or working environment will also boost teachers' morale and productivity. The identified issues can be realized as formulated in this activity report, particularly the installation of the fence at SDN 79 Mambue. The successful transfer of science and technology can be directly felt by SDN 79 Mambue.

Sistem Data Logger Pembangkit Listrik Tenaga Surya Berbasis IoT Menggunakan Sensor PZEM- 004T
Pemantauan terhadap parameter pada pembangkit listik tenaga surya (PLTS) sangat perlu dilakukan untuk menilai kinerja sebuah pembangkit. Untuk memenuhi kebutuhan pemantauan tersebut perlu dibuatkan sebuah sistem untuk melakukan monitoring dan menyimpan data hasil pemantauan secara real-time dengan memanfaatkan Internet of Things (IoT). Tujuan dari skripsi ini diharapkan dapat memudahkan proses sistem monitoring dan data logger pembangkit listrik tenaga surya dengan menggunakan sarana IoT yakni platform Thingspeak yang menampilkan hasil pembacaan sensor sesuai dengan script pemrograman. Metodologi penelitian ini adalah metode eksperimen yang terdiri dari beberapa tahapan yang dilakukan: (1) perancangan sistem pembangkit listrik tenaga surya dan sistem monitoring; (2) pengujian pada alat sistem monitoring dan data logger.Pada pengujian alat yaitu sistem monitoring dan data logger pembangkit listrik tenaga surya, digunakan sensor PZEM-004T yang dapat mengukur tegangan AC, arus AC, frekuensi, faktor daya, energi, daya dan suhu di sekitar area panel surya. Hasil dari pembacaan sensor yang terhubung ke Arduino Uno akan mengirim sinyal ke modul wifi NodeMCU ESP8266 yang terhubung melalui internet dapat dipantau menggunakan LCD dan juga dapat dipantau serta disimpan dalam platform Thingspeak. Data yang disimpan ini nantinya bisa didownload dan dilihat pada Microsoft excel
ASSESSMENT OF CURRENT TRANSFORMER USING HEALTHY INDEX AT ULTG PANAKKUKAN
Current transformers (CTs) play a crucial role in the measurement and protection of electrical networks, directly impacting the performance and stability of the distribution system. Over time, the condition of current transformers can degrade due to factors like age, environmental conditions, and overloads. To ensure the health status of these transformers, an assessment method using the Healthy Index (HI) is applied. This research utilizes data from tests on tan delta, insulation resistance, ratio, thermography, excitation, and the age of the current transformer. The data is categorized into two factors: the Conditional Assessment Factor (CAF), which provides a real-time condition overview from tan delta data (where values above 1% indicate poor and values below or equal to 1% indicate good condition), insulation resistance (where values below or equal to 1 Mega Ohm/1kV indicate poor and above 1 Mega Ohm/1kV indicate good), thermography (where temperatures above 4°C are considered poor, temperatures between 1°C and 3°C are medium, and normal temperatures relative to ambient conditions are good), and ratio; and the Performance Assessment Factor (PAF), which assesses equipment performance based on transformer age. Age classifications are 20-35 years as poor, 16-20 years as medium, and below 16 years as good. Following the gathering of CAF and PAF data, a systematic calculation of each factor's weighting is conducted using the Assessment Healthy Index (AHI) Calculation method, resulting in assessment ratings of 1 for poor, 6 for medium, and 9 for good. From these categories, conclusions can be drawn regarding the next steps for the current transformer, determining whether repair or replacement with a new transformer is necessary
Performance Evaluation of 3x1 MW Mini Hydro Power Plant in Malili District, East Luwu Regency
One form of simple renewable energy that is widely used is water energy (hydro power). one form of water energy utilization is the MiniHydro power plant,. MHP was chosen as an alternative energy because it has several advantages over other power plants, such as being environmentally friendly, more durable, smaller operating costs and suitable for remote areas. The purpose of this research is to evaluate the performance of the plant in terms of continuity of service and analyze the factors that affect the continuity of service of the plant and analyze the level of reliability of the plant based on the value of energy availability produced by the MHP. the methods in this research are literature study, observation, data collection and processing. Based on the results of the study, it is known that the electrical energy produced by the Ussu Malili MHP for one year (2023) amounted to 16,439,486 kWh and the resulting energy efficiency reached 67%. The resulting operating time is 81%, maintenance time reaches 3.9%, and disruption time is 21%, while the reliability of the power system based on the availability of energy at the Ussu Malili MHP is 79%
Perancangan dan Pembuatan Alat Cetak Panel Komposit Serat Tandan Kosong Kelapa Sawit untuk Pembuatan Plafon
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan membuat alat cetak panel komposit berbahan serat tandan kosong kelapa sawit (TKKS) yang mampu menghasilkan plafon dengan dimensi seragam, kekuatan mekanik yang terukur, serta biaya produksi yang lebih rendah dibandingkan material plafon konvensional. Alat cetak yang dikembangkan dilengkapi dengan komponen utama berupa cetakan dan dongkrak hidrolik berkapasitas 20 ton, sehingga mampu menekan material secara optimal. Pemanfaatan serat TKKS tidak hanya mengurangi limbah pertanian, tetapi juga meningkatkan nilai tambah ekonomis dari produk yang dihasilkan. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa panel komposit memiliki kekuatan tarik rata-rata 56,71 N/mm², kekuatan impak 0,0091 N/mm², dan kekuatan lentur 63,28 N/mm², yang setara atau lebih baik dibandingkan bahan plafon konvensional seperti tripleks dan asbes. Dengan demikian, penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa pemanfaatan TKKS dapat menghasilkan panel plafon berkualitas tinggi sekaligus mendukung efisiensi biaya produksi
