The Influence of Import Tax Knowledge, Government Trust, Purchasing Preferences on Taxpayer Compliance in Paying International Taxes
In general, a country's revenue is determined by international taxpayer compliance. This study aims to examine the effect of knowledge about import taxes, trust in the government, and purchasing preferences on personal taxpayer compliance in paying import taxes on Korean fandom goods. This study uses a quantitative approach with a sample size of 100 K-POP fan respondents in DKI Jakarta who have purchased Korean fandom merchandise. Data were collected using a purposive sampling method. Data analysis includes validity and reliability testing, classical assumption testing, correlation analysis, and multiple linear regression. Data were processed using SPSS software. The results of the study indicate that import tax knowledge, trust in the government, and purchasing preferences have a positive and significant effect on personal taxpayer compliance in paying international taxes. These findings identify the importance for the government to strengthen tax education programs followed by simplifying the import tax payment process and continuing to build public trust in the government.

Empowering Fashion MSMEs: The Role of Intellectual Capital and Sharia Financial Technology in Enhancing Adaptability and Competitive Advantage
This study aims to investigate the impact of intellectual capital and Sharia financial technology (fintech) on adaptability and competitive advantage. The research is conducted using a quantitative approach, with purposive and convenience sampling technique, targeting MSME fashion businesses in two Indonesian cities (Bandung and Cimahi), and two regencies (Bandung and West Bandung Regency), that have been operating for more than a year and use Sharia banking services in business management. Data analysis techniques used Partial Least Squares and utilized the Smart PLS 3.0 application. The research findings indicate that intellectual capital does not influence adaptability, while Sharia fintech has a positive along with significant impact on adaptability. Conversely, intellectual capital significantly drives the achievement of competitive advantage, while Sharia fintech does not have a great effect on competitive advantage. Adaptability is proved have a crucial role in strengthening the competitive advantage of MSMEs. Therefore, to achieve sustainable competitive advantage, the utilization of Sharia fintech must be accompanied by an enhancement of organizational adaptability. The result of this study emphasize the urgent of strengthening intellectual capital (human capital, structural capital, and relational capital) and adaptability in facing the dynamic changes in the business environment to empowering fashion MSMEs
Pemanfaatan Limbah Abu Daun Bambu Sebagai Subtitusi Semen pada Pembuatan Paving Block
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memanfaatkan limbah abu daun bambu sebagai subtitusi semen pada pembuatan paving block. Paving block dalam penelitian ini memiliki dimensi 21 × 10,5 × 8 cm. Paving block dibuat dengan empat variasi campuran, yaitu paving block normal, serta paving block dengan penambahan limbah abu daun bambu sebesar 15%, 30%, dan 45%. Hasil uji kuat tekan pada usia 28 hari untuk paving block normal (0%) sebesar 16,89 MPa. Pada variasi penambahan abu daun bambu 15%, kuat tekan menurun menjadi 14,34 MPa, sedangkan pada variasi 30% dan 45% berturut-turut sebesar 8,8 MPa dan 4,04 MPa. Hasil uji penyerapan air menunjukkan nilai rata-rata sebesar 8,70% untuk paving block normal, sedangkan pada variasi penambahan abu daun bambu 15%, 30%, dan 45% masing-masing tercatat sebesar 8,93%, 10,73%, dan 11,04%. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa peningkatan persentase substitusi semen dengan abu daun bambu berpengaruh terhadap penurunan uji kuat tekan paving block namun terjadi peningkatan penyerapan air pada paving block
CATTLE DISEASE DIAGNOSIS SYSTEM USING RANDOM FOREST CLASSIFICATION METHOD
Cattle farming plays an important role in Indonesia's economy, but its productivity can decline due to livestock health issues. To address this, this study develops a cattle disease diagnosis system based on machine learning using the Random Forest classification method. The system helps farmers identify diseases independently based on input symptoms. The model is built using the Random Forest algorithm, trained on 1745 primary data obtained from the Barru Regency Department of Agriculture. The data undergoes a comprehensive pre-processing stage, including cleaning to remove inconsistencies, One-Hot Encoding for categorical feature transformation, and class balancing using the Synthetic Minority Over-sampling Technique (SMOTE) to ensure fair representation of all disease categories. Model evaluation using a Confusion Matrix demonstrates a high accuracy of 91%, indicating strong predictive performance. Based on the model, a mobile application based on Android is developed to assist farmers in the early detection of cattle diseases
IMPLEMENTASI TF-IDF DAN KNN PADA REKOMENDASI JURNAL OTOMATIS
In the rapidly evolving digital era, finding relevant journals has become a challengefor students, researchers, and academics. The easy access to journal publications hasled to an increase in the number of available journals. Therefore, there is a need fora recommendation system based on related journals automatically using the TF-IDFand K-Nearest Neighbor (KNN) approaches with cosine distance. The goal is toenhance the efficiency and accuracy of journal searches. The first step is to process the text taken from the titles and abstracts of the journals into numerical vectors using TF-IDF to determine the importance of words in each document. Then, KNN is used to find the journals that are most similar to the specified journal based on the distance between TF-IDF vectors. Precision@3 is used to evaluate the results of the top three recommendations. The evaluation results show highly relevant recommendations, with a Precision@3 value of 1. PENGEMBANGAN SISTEM ZONASI PADA APLIKASI SAPEDA MADRASAH ALIYAH KABUPATEN PANGKEP MENGGUNAKAN METODE HAVERSINE FORMULA
The SAPEDA application in Pangkep Regency currently lacks a feature that allows prospective students to determine the nearest school to their residence. This has led to an inefficient school selection process and unequal distribution of students. The aim of this research is to develop a zoning system for the SAPEDA application at Madrasah Aliyah in Pangkep Regency. The study employs the Haversine Formula in the zoning feature to calculate the distance between students' homes and nearby schools, offering an effective approach to improve the SAPEDA system. This will help prospective students choose the nearest school, reduce transportation costs, and promote equitable access to education. The research procedure includes a literature review, interviews, system design, system development, and testing. Results from a questionnaire based on the TAM (Technology Acceptance Model) show that the system is well-received and positively evaluated by respondents, with an average score of 90.62%, categorized as Excellent. PENGEMBANGAN SISTEM DATA WAREHOUSE DAN WEB API UNTUK DUKUNGAN PENGAMBILAN KEPUTUSAN PRODUKSI BUAH DI SULAWESI SELATAN
South Sulawesi possesses significant potential in the horticultural sector, particularly for leading fruit commodities such as jackfruit, mango, and duku, capable of meeting both domestic and international market demands. However, the scattered nature ofproduction data across various districts hinders effective analysis and strategic decision-making. This project develops an integrated system, comprising a data warehouse and a Web API, to present fruit production data systematically, structurally, and accessibly. The data warehouse is designed using a star schema, with a fruit production fact table that includes calculations like dominance percentages and annual growth. Dimension tables consist of time, location, fruit type, and sub-district, all supporting in-depth analysis. A Web API is developed to provide real-time and standardized access to analysis results. This system is expected to support data-driven decision-making for government agencies, researchers, and horticultural industry players in optimizing the sector's potential
Optimalisasi Kinerja Simpang dengan Metode Local Area Traffic Management (Studi Kasus: Simpang Empat Bersinyal Toddopuli Kota Makassar)
Konflik lalu lintas, terutama di persimpangan jalan, menjadi penyebab utama kemacetan dan tundaan. Di Makassar, simpang empat bersinyal Toddopuli merupakan salah satu lokasi yang mengalami masalah lalu lintas serius, terutama pada jam sibuk, dengan tingkat pelayanan yang buruk. Metode yang digunakan meliputi survei geometrik simpang, survei arus lalu lintas, dan survei kondisi lingkungan simpang. Data yang diperoleh diolah menggunakan software Microsoft Excel dan dianalisis lebih lanjut dengan PTV VISSIM untuk disimulasikan. Selain itu, perangkat Local Area Traffic Management (LATM) dipilih untuk menyusun skema alternatif optimalisasi simpang, denga pemilihan perangkat berupa penggunaan rambu lalu lintas, perubahan arah pergerakan, dan pemasangan marka jalan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kinerja simpang empat bersinyal Toddopuli pada kondisi eksisting berada pada tingkat pelayanan yang buruk, terutama pada siang hari dengan tingkat kejenuhan (DJ) 1.00 dan tundaan 76,29 detik/SMP, yang mengindikasikan arus lalu lintas mendekati kapasitas maksimum. Setelah dilakukan optimalisasi menggunakan metode Local Area Traffic Management, Skema Alternatif 3 berhasil meningkatkan tingkat pelayanan simpang dengan mencapai LoS B untuk Simpang Empat Toddopuli dan LoS B untuk Simpang Tiga Borong, serta LoS A untuk Simpang Empat Batua Raya, dengan tundaan yang jauh lebih rendah.

Neurolinguistic Programming in EFL Classrooms: Enhancing Engagement and Language Acquisition
This study investigates the impact of Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) techniques on student engagement and language proficiency in English as a Foreign Language (EFL) classroom. Adopting a mixed-methods approach, the research involved sixty EFL students from a private language school. Quantitative data were collected through pre- and post-intervention surveys and standardized language proficiency tests, revealing a 25% increase in student engagement and a 15% improvement in language proficiency scores. Additionally, qualitative data from bi-weekly classroom observations highlighted enhanced classroom dynamics, increased student confidence, and reduced language anxiety. The findings highlight the potential of specific NLP techniques, such as anchoring positive emotions and reframing challenges, in creating a more supportive and effective learning environment. These results contribute to the discourse on innovative teaching methodologies, suggesting that NLP can significantly enhance EFL teaching strategies and improve student outcomes
