Cause-effect-cause-models in Strategic Management - the case of readymade garments in Bangladesh
The garment industry developed in Western countries was developed in 1950s. A contract, Multi Fiber Agreement (MFA) for controlling the export of RMG products in developed countries.
The present work is meant to give an overview about functionality and historical back-ground of darknets. In that context it focuses on the anonymity-aspect. To accomplish an all-around insight into the topic, I compared three solutions - The Onion Routing Net-work, Freenet and the invisible internet project – focused on usability and technical solu-tions. The results of this comparison lead to valuable conclusions of future developments and delivers an approach to explore the topic related to other departments

The retail as we know is getting more and more into struggle through the sustained Mobile Revolution and the still growing E-Commerce. The technological progress will change the distribution channels from a multi channel policy to No-Line-Commerce in the next few years to keep in touch with the so called „alwas-on customers“. This trend of a seamless shopping experience through offline and online channels is the biggest challenge for retailers of brick & mortar. This situation is aggravated by the fact that new technologies like Augmented Reality (AR) are entering the mass markets of consumer electronics and will therefore create new customer needs during the buying process. One of these demands will be, that it won’t be enough to have a look for a chair at the furniture store and buy it online from home afterwards. Costumers will demand the possibility to try out the new chair at their living room via AR-Apps to get a better understanding of size and colour arrangements. So retailers have to realise the business opportunities and implement AR applications into their distribution models to provide a customer friendly and innovative purchase process within a converging channel strategy. According to that, it is important to understand the customer's behaviours and demands to gain an effective realisation. To analyse these points it was necessary to build a prototype application named “envisage” for the Microsoft HoloLens to simulate the interaction of costumers with an AR-Shopping-App (...). The main focus of this study was which impact the use of an app like “envisage” has on the buying behaviour in future. To get an idea of that, the research design was based on a 3-phase-model which is a combination of personal questioning based on the survey method of a structured interview and the practical testing of the app with participated observation.
