Water-level and rainfall data of Sebangau Tropical Peatland, Kalimantan, Indonesia
The water level and rainfall data were collected from three different sites in Sebangau Tropical Peatland, Kalimantan, Indonesia. The sites were forested peatland (Forested), drained peatland with ditch dam (Blocked), and drained peatland without dam (Drained). Hydrological monitoring was conducted at the three tropical peatland sites over a 6-month period between 22nd of August 2019 and 17th January 2020. There is an Automatic Weather Station (AWS) installed to capture meteorological condition in Drained and Blocked. Another AWS was installed in Forested. Both AWSs recorded rainfall, temperature, wind speed and direction, solar radiation, and relative humidity, allowing the calculation of potential evapotranspiration (PET based on the Penman-Monteith equation. Drained had three water-level loggers, two ditch level loggers, and seven manual wells. Blocked had four water-level loggers, two ditch level loggers, and seven manual wells. There were no manual monitoring wells in Forested due to access restrictions for routine data collection; therefore, six vented loggers were used to monitor water tables, recording at a three-hour interval too. There were twelve manual water-table readings at automatic wells in Forested as part of calibration checks

Data for Time-temperature superposition of the dissolution of silk fibres in the ionic liquid 1-ethyl-3-methylimidazolium acetate
This study investigated the dissolution of silk multifilament fibres in the ionic liquid 1-ethyl-3-methylimidazolium acetate. The dissolution process was found to create a silk composite fibre, comprising undissolved silk multi-filaments surrounded by a coagulated silk matrix. The dissolution procedure was carried out for a range of temperatures and times. The resulting composite fibres were studied using a combination of optical microscopy, wide angle X-ray diffraction (XRD) and tensile testing. An azimuthal (alpha) XRD scan enabled the orientation of the composite silk filaments to be quantified through a 2nd Legendre Polynomial function (P2). The P2 results could be shifted to construct a single master curve using time-temperature superposition (TTS). The shifting factors were found to have an Arrhenius behaviour with an activation energy of 138 ± 13 kJ/mol. Using a simple rule of mixtures the P2 measurements were used to calculate the dissolved silk matrix volume fraction (Vm), which also displayed TTS forming a single master curve with an activation energy 139 ± 15 kJ/ mol. The tensile Young’s Modulus of each silk composite filament was measured and these results similarly formed a master curve with an activation energy of 116 ± 12 kJ/mol

SWIFT participants should record their skills levels in the "Personal" sheet, and use this to plan their personal development in the project.
Each participant should keep their own copy of the spreadsheet, and share a copy with their line manager.
Participants will be asked to send a copy of the spreadsheet to the SWIFT Programme Science Director at ACMAD. The data will be anonymised and used to monitor progress

This dataset contains theoretical data described in the journal paper "How to inflate a wind-blown bubble" http://doi.org/10.1093/mnras/stab2712.
The data is organized into 2 zip files:
1. data.zip - contains 10 directories containing data from the main simulations presented in the paper. Each directory contains a set of ASCII data files containing details on the fluid variables, as well as 2 ASCII data files which log the evolution of particular properties of the wind-blown bubble. It also contains some gnuplot scripts for generating the figures and some ascii data files containing the data for Fig. 6 in the paper.
2. figures.zip - this contains the pdf files of all of the figures in the paper
