ASDもしくはADHDの傾向がある看護学生が学修するうえで感じる困りごと
Get PDF本研究の目的は，ASD・ADHD傾向のある看護学生が学修で感じる困りごとを明らかにすることである．看護学生４名と卒業後１年未満の看護師２名に半構造化面接を行い，質的記述的に分析した．その結果，【勉強に集中することが難しい】，【抽象的な指示を理解し学修を進めるのが難しい】，【看護技術をイメージし自分のものにするのが難しい】，【コミュニケーションが難しく他者との関係構築に苦労する】，【要領よく学修課題をこなすのが難しい】，【受け持ち患者の疾患や病態を理解するのが難しい】，【臨機応変に学修課題をこなすのが難しい】，【実習で自分の看護計画を指導者に受け入れてもらえないのはつらい】，【実習そのものに負担を感じる】の９カテゴリが抽出された．ASD・ADHD傾向のある看護学生は，医療系学生に共通する困りごとに加え，勉強への集中困難や実習の負担を感じており，感覚刺激の少ない環境整備と指示の出し方を工夫する必要性などが示唆された．departmental bulletin pape
