The act of writing in the novel "Khatam" by the Saudi writer "Rajaa Alam" embodies the universes of baroque writing that leaked into the convolutions of the narrative discourse, signing a writing style that does not accept alignment with the ordinary narrative narrative, but rather wanders in poetic reflections, listening to what is acceptable to confuse with a dream, metaphor and statement. The study aims, through the interpretive approach, to reveal the baroque games and its principles infiltrating the novel "Khatam", and to identify its sensual writing immersed in opposites, masked by more than one face, taking from the body lurching between two identities its core theme in its narrative speech, as" Khatam " listens only to the oscillation of the contradictions that engulf the body divided between identities

Common humanity is the greatest guarantor of people meeting, no matter how different religions, sects and languages are, and no matter how far apart the times and homes are; Because human humanity imposes on him ways of thinking and expression - in order to remove harm and bring benefit - so that life can be straightened for him.Perhaps the most prominent of such human encounters were philosophers, thinkers, and linguists. The first Arab rhetoricians thought about this human thinking and expressed it through their study of the ongoing conversations between people. And they make the speech tow part, constative and performative , this one (perform) content – in considering its two parts- order, interrogation, wish, exclamation, appeal, pray and it includes the formulas of contracts. Then they looked at one of the types of these expressions that arose from a pragmatic thought, with which needs are met, deals and contracts are concluded. Those formulas are sentences but they was describing with pronunciations because its pronunciation is being during  the contract, so it creates decisions  according to the time nothing else, ( related to pronunciation). The rhetorical lesson counted these expressions as performative, although it is constative,  meaning that they analyze it in an instantaneous study, according to the consequent change in the behavior and lives of the contracting parties. This rhetorical proposition is similar to what the Oxford philosophers presented in the modern Western deliberative achievement, and what J. Austin (1911-1960) brought about reformulating the concept of performation, and what his student J. Searle (1932- Contemporary) completed in the  perform verbs , and his five-fold division of them from one point of view, is to accompany these words with actions, meaning that the saying (constructive act) is equal to the action ( human behavior), meaning that the saying is the perform - as he put it -.This research paper attempts to look at this convergence in thinking and expression between the Arabic rhetoric categories in their talk about contract terms, and what pragmatic linguistics presented in their talk about the performing act, which is a pure human rapprochement

This study aims to explore the mechanisms of scenographic operation in the performance of the play "Mousossarama," which incorporates visual media such as set design, lighting, makeup, props, and sound effects. Through this study, we have concluded that a theatrical performance is not merely a reflection of everyday actions that can be presented on stage through direct construction elements and tools. Rather, it re-creates these elements according to the conditions of the theatrical game. This is what makes scenography a fundamental component in the architecture of the scene, where each element is organically connected to the other, and none can be dispensed with in building the theatrical scene. The lighting in this play was relatively successful, as it was eloquent and expressive, aligning well with the events and demands of the performance. Additionally, we discovered that lighting alone does not create the event on stage; rather, it is the combination of lighting with other media, such as music, sound effects, and set design, that allows the director to craft a visual tableau. Here, the director’s skill in showcasing his directorial vision through the unique utilization of visual media becomes evident. This demonstrates that scenographic operation is what differentiates one theatrical performance from anothe

Use of Microgrid Fiber type new Additives to Improve Load Bearing and Energy Absorption Capacities of Shotcrete Mixes

In this study, different polypropylene type polymer fiber additives were comparatively examined carrying out a series of EFNARC plate (slab) loading test, which is a popular test for evaluation of the shotcrete liner performances. A new fiber type called microgrid fiber (MGF) was compared with the conventional polypropylene fiber (PPF) additives. Shotcrete mixes were tested to determine their load bearing, deformability and energy absorption capacity properties. Additionally, indirect (splitting) tensile strength (ITS) values of specimens were determined to compare influences of different fiber types. According to the slump test findings, the workability of the fresh mixes decreased with an increase in fiber content. It was determined that the workability properties of conventional PPF and MGF added specimens were similar. However, it was found that the MGF type additive reduced the fresh mix workability more than the PPF additive due to the increase in the fiber content. It was found that MGF additive was found to supply better improvements in ITS values, load bearing and energy absorption capacity properties of slabs in comparison with the conventional PPF additive. The new MGF type additive was assessed to be usable to effectively improve the shotcrete performances

Innovations in Green Construction: A Comprehensive Review of Limestone Calcined Clay Cement

Cement production is a major environmental concern, releasing nearly one tonne of carbon dioxide for every tonne of cement produced making it one of the largest industrial contributors to global CO₂ emissions. Limestone Calcined Clay Cement concrete is a new type of concrete that uses a mix of limestone and calcined clay as its binder. Combining limestone and calcined clay creates a low-clinker cement blend with impressive early-age strength. The durability of these cement systems is closely linked to their pore structure, which directly impacts how easily substances can move through the material. It is an eco-friendly, cost-effective, and high-performing option, offering a sustainable alternative to traditional Portland cement. This review paper provides insights into the edge-cutting features of LC3, manufacturing process of LC3. This review paper also details the emphasis on composition, properties, and applications of LC3. The review paper summarizes the findings from the numerous literature surveys, research gaps, and further areas for research and development

This research aims to explore how ethos functions within mystical narrative discourse by uncovering some of the tools and techniques employed by the creator. Our study focuses on the narrative discourse of Al-Hawamim by Abdullah Ben Arafa. To achieve this, we will apply argumentative theories and pragmatic concepts to decode linguistic signs, rhetorical forms, and various expressions that shape the communication process. Furthermore, we will examine how ethos operates within mystical narrative discourse and its argumentative dimensions. Ultimately, we conclude that the creator, whether through speech acts and enunciation or through the characters in his novel, conveys a set of images and intentions implicitly. These are not explicitly stated but are rather received by the reader, who may be affected in either a positive or a negative way

Methodologies endure as instruments for interrogating knowledge, truth, and significance. During the early Renaissance, Western scholarship prioritized the historical method as the only way to extrapolate the past in all its facets. However, this method soon revealed its shortcomings, prompting a fresh research based on new data, leading to the inception of several methodologies. Of these, the archaeological method was the most closely aligned with historical aims, but employed distinct mechanisms, as elucidated by figures like Michel Foucault. This type of approach reflects the postmodernist slogans that call for questioning silence, knowing that the truth does not appear clearly but always requires someone to try to explore it for the purpose of approaching some of its aspects

Effects of asphalt binder and aggregate gradation on dynamic modulus, resilient modulus and moisture resistance of asphalt concretes

In this paper, the effects of asphalt binder and aggregate gradation on dynamic modulus (|E*|), resilient modulus (Mr) and moisture resistance of asphalt concretes (AC) have been studied. Six different asphalt concretes are designed with two aggregate gradations (nominal maximum aggregate size of 12.5 and 19 mm) and three types of asphalt binders (penetration grades of 40/50, 60/70 and a polymer-modified bitumen PMB3). Dynamic modulus, resilient modulus and Tensile Strength Ratio (TSR) test have been performed on the studied AC. The |E*| values obtained from dynamic modulus test at various frequencies and temperatures are simulated using a linear viscoelastic model 2S2P1D. Experimental results indicate the clear effect of asphalt binder and aggregate gradation on mechanical properties of tested AC. The 2S2P1D model successfully simulates the |E*| master curve with high precision (R² values from 0.84 to 0.97). The roles of 40/50 and PMB3 asphalt binder in enhancing the performance of asphalt concretes are also clearly demonstrated under each specific temperature condition and mechanical property type

A Comprehensive Analysis of the Influence of Fly Ash on the Bond Properties between Reinforcing Steel and Concrete

This paper examines the possible use of fly ash to make concrete greener. Because cement manufacturing adds to CO₂ levels, using fly ash instead is becoming more popular. This study seeks to find out how bond strength changes for 0–30% fly ash replacement, study the effects of microstructure, and establish the best ratios for use in structures. For this experiment, we used Grade 53 OPC concrete, which was made to meet a target strength of 20 MPa with a water-binder ratio of 0.5. On-center compressive strength (ASTM C39), tensile strength (ASTM C496), and bond strength (ASTM C900) were tested. The study showed that using a 10% fly ash replacement resulted in the best outcome, raising the concrete’s compressive strength by 7.3% (from 22.3 to 23.6 MPa), tensile strength by 5% (4.2 MPa), and bond strength by 3% (13.9 MPa) by pozzolanic reactions at the interface between aggregates and cement. When the quantity of added fly ash was increased to 20–30%, the concrete became weaker and difficult to work with (slump: 0–0.9 in.), again due to fly ash diluting the binder. We found out that 10% is the most sustainable amount of fly ash for construction. We had used superplasticizers with silica fume when we were going to replace the amount of cement. In the future, experiments with added salt, carbonation, and earthquake loads could extend how widely this approach is used
