No full textالتأدب آلية مهمة من آليات التواصل والتفاعل الاجتماعي بين الأطراف، فهو يخفف من حدة الاختلاف والنزاع، ويمتن وشائج الترابط بينهم في المجالات كافة، لا سيما في المجال السياسي، إذ يؤدي التأدب دورًا فاعلا في تقريب الأطراف المتنازعة والكشف عن قصدية المتكلم ونيته تجاه الآخر. ويرمي البحث إلى إبراز دور التأدب في الخطاب السياسي للرئيس المصري محمد أنور السادات في الكنيست الإسرائيلي 20 فبراير 1977م في تقريب الأطراف المتناحرة، والكشف عن توجه الرئيس السادات ونيته تجاه الآخر، وتوافر آليات التأدب في الخطاب والتهديد، وذلك من خلال تطبيق نظرية التأدب لبراون وليفنس
Wind induced vibration of stay cable bridge evaluation based on the operational accelerometers monitoring data and field testing
Get PDFWind induced vibrations are considering as one of the major concerns of the owner, the engineers and contractors of stay cable bridges. This paper presents in premier lieu the assessment of the vibration monitoring data from the pre-installed accelerometers on the longest cables of the Bach Dang bridge, Quang Ninh province. The identified cables natural frequencies based on the ambient vibration monitoring data were then compared to the taut string vibrating model calculation based on lift-off tension forces showing a good concordant. The enhanced damping of the cables stayed were then estimated and compared to the damping test results of another stay cables bridge recently performed in Vietnam with similar range of cables length. The damping prediction are quite in line with the damping test results and comparable also to those given in most of International Standard for stay cable. Finally, the identified natural frequencies and predicted intrinsic damping were used for an assessment of the wind induced vibration instability including the wind/rain induced vibration, wake galloping and vortex excitation
Experimental Research on Properties of Polymer Concrete Used for Repairing Portland Cement Concrete Pavement of Airport
Get PDFPolymer concrete (PC) is a popular construction material used for repair, thin over-lays for floors and bridge decks, and other specialized fields such as precast components, machine construction. The material has many desirable properties such as fast curing, high compressive and flexural strength, high bonding to substrate, resistance to chemical agents. This study focuses on investigation properties of polymer concrete applying in repairing works of Portland cement concrete (PCC) pavement of airport by experiments. The research results in both laboratory and field tests showed that the material has advanced properties and meet very well the requirements from practice. This result has been proposed to apply polymer concrete for treatment of surface distresses of Portland cement concrete pavement of airports in Vietnam

No full textيتضمّن هذا البحث دراسة وتحقيقا لمخطوط: (قِرَاءَةِ الإمَامِ حَفْصٍ (180هـ) ومن وَافَقَهُ لمُفتِي المالكيّة حسين بن إبراهيم بن حسين الأزهري المالكي(1292هـ). التي بيّن فيه حكام قراءة القرآن الكريم برواية الإمام حفص ومن وافقه، وقد اراد الباحث نشر المخطوط؛ نه لم يُحقّق من قبل، ولم يحظ بالدّراسة والنّشر. وقد اشتمل البحث على مقدّمة، ومبحثين، وخاتمة، المبحث الأول فيه التعريف بالمؤلف، والتعريف بالمخطوط،والمبحث الثاني فيه النّصّ المحقّق، كما خرج البحث بجملة من النّتائج المفيدة والتوصيات المهمّة المتعلّقة بموضوع البحث

Quelle grille de lecture du discours argumentatif faciliterait la tâche de la rédaction du compte-rendu critique ?
Get PDFL’objet de cet article porte sur la présentation d’une grille de lecture du discours argumentatif que nous avons élaborée pour aider les A. S L èmeannée secondaire lettres et langues étrangères (2ème apprenants de 2et LG désormais) à réaliser une tâche écrite prévue dans leur programme scolaire et qui porte sur le compte-rendu critique d’un discours argumentatif. Pour ce faire, nous présenterons d’abord les caractéristiques du discours argumentatif, la technique d’expression du compte-rendu critique et les grilles de lecture élaborées par A. Boissinot (1992), J. Dolz (1994), S. Chartrand (1994) et L. Ruiz de Zarobe (2008). Dans un deuxième temps, nous détaillerons la grille de S . Chartrand (1994) que nous avons analysée et nous montrerons en quoi elle est inadaptée à l’activité du compte-rendu critique. Nous terminerons par la présentation d’une grille que nous avons élaborée et qui permet au scripteur de mener à bien la tâche de la technique d’expression
