Analisis Produktivitas Budidaya Tambak Ikan Bandeng Berdasarkan Karakteristik Sosial Ekonomi Pembudidaya di Desa Cangkring, Indramayu
The study was conducted in Cangkring Village, Cantigi District, Indramayu Regency, with respondents who were milkfish farming farmers. The purpose of this study was to analyze the level of productivity of milkfish farming businesses and the relationship between farmers' socio-economic characteristics and productivity. Data was collected using the purposive sampling method and analyzed using quantitative descriptive analysis. The calculation of data analysis used was productivity analysis based on costs and land area and the Pearson product-moment correlation test using SPSS. The results of the productivity analysis per unit area of ??stocking density were 6,602.7 fish/ha/year; for production, the value was 3.31 tons/ha/year, while based on costs, it was Rp—11,407,556.4/ton/year. The results of the Pearson product-moment correlation test analysis of the experience variable had a fragile relationship with productivity, and there was no significant relationship. The analysis results of the variables age, education level, and land area each had a weak relationship with productivity, and only the land area variable had a significant relationship. The analysis results of the stocking density variable had a moderate relationship with productivity, and there was a significant relationship. The analysis results of the variables of business capital and income each have a solid relationship to productivity, and both variables have a significant relationship. The R/C ratio obtained a value of 2.01. It shows that milkfish farming in Cangkring Village has advantages, so it is feasible to run.Penelitian dilakukan di Desa Cangkring Kecamatan Cantigi Kabupaten Indramayu dengan responden pembudidaya tambak pembesaran ikan bandeng. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisis tingkat produktivitas usaha budidaya ikan bandeng dan analisis hubungan karakteristik sosial ekonomi pembudidaya terhadap produktivitas. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan metode purposive sampling, dan dianalisis menggunakan deskriptif kuantitatif. Perhitungan analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis produktivitas berdasarkan biaya dan luas lahan dan uji korelasi pearson product moment menggunakan SPSS. Hasil analisis produktivitas per satuan luas padat tebar adalah 6.602,7 ekor/ha/tahun, untuk produksi didapatkan nilai sebesar 3,31 ton/ha/tahun, sedangkan berdasarkan biaya adalah Rp.11.407.556,4/ton/tahun. Hasil analisis uji korelasi pearson product moment variabel pengalaman memiliki hubungan yang sangat lemah terhadap produktivitas dan tidak terdapat hubungan signifikan. Hasil analisis variabel usia, tingkat pendidikan, dan luas lahan masing-masing memiliki hubungan yang lemah terhadap produktivitas dan hanya variabel luas lahan yang terdapat hubungan signifikan. Hasil analisis variabel padat tebar memiliki hubungan yang sedang terhadap produktivitas dan terdapat hubungan signifikan. Hasil analisis variabel modal usaha dan pendapatan masing-masing memiliki hubungan yang kuat dan sangat kuat terhadap produktivitas dan kedua variabel terhadap hubungan signifikan. R/C rasio diperoleh nilai sebesar 2,01. Hal ini menunjukkan pembesaran ikan bandeng di Desa Cangkring memiliki keuntungan sehingga layak dijalankan
Efektifitas MA-11 dalam Meningkatkan Kecernaan Daun Kelapa Sawit Sebagai Pakan Ternak Alternatif
This study was conducted to determine the digestibility of Crude Protein (KcPK) and the digestibility of Crude Fiber (KcSK) of fermented oil palm leaves MA-11 with different incubation time treatments, namely 0 days, 3 days, 6 days, and 9 days. The observation data were processed using analysis of variance (ANOVA) from a Completely Randomized Design (CRD) and a follow-up test of Duncan's Multiple Range Test (DMRT). The study was arranged with four-way repetitions, namely T0: fermented oil palm leaves MA-11 for 0 days, T1: fermented oil palm leaves MA-11 for 3 days, T2: fermented oil palm leaves MA-11 for 6 days, and T3: fermented oil palm leaves MA-11 for 9 days. The results showed that the highest digestibility of crude protein in fermented oil palm leaves MA-11 was at T3, 58.11%, and the lowest at T0, namely 19.48%. The highest digestibility of crude fiber from MA-11 fermented oil palm leaves was found in T3 at 67.08% and the lowest at T0 at 57.54%. Fermented oil palm leaves using 6 ml of MA-11 and incubated for 0 days, 3 days, 6 days, and 9 days significantly increased crude protein and fiber levels on the longest day.Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui kecernaan Protein Kasar (KcPK) dan kecernaan Serat Kasar (KcSK) daun kelapa sawit yang terfermentasi MA-11 dengan lama perlakuan waktu inkubasi yang berbeda yaitu 0 hari, 3 hari, 6 hari, dan 9 hari. Data hasil pengamatan diolah menggunakan analisis ragam (ANOVA) dari Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) dan uji lanjutan Duncan's Multiple Range Test (DMRT). Penelitian disusun dengan pengulangan empat arah yaitu T0 : daun kelapa sawit terfermentasi MA-11 selama 0 hari, T1 : daun kelapa sawit terfermentasi MA-11 selama 3 hari, T2 : daun kelapa sawit terfermentasi MA-11 selama 6 hari, dan T3 : daun kelapa sawit terfermentasi MA-11 selama 9 hari. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan kecernaan protein kasar daun kelapa sawit terfermentasi MA-11 paling tinggi terdapat pada T3 58,11% dan terendah pada T0 yaitu 19,48%. Kecernaan serat kasar daun kelapa sawit terfermentasi MA-11 paling tinggi terdapat pada perkaluan T3 67,08%, dan terrendah pada T0 yaitu 57,54%. Daun kelapa sawit yang difermentasi menggunakan 6 ml MA-11 dan diinkubasi selama 0 hari, 3 hari, 6 hari, dan 9 hari secara nyata meningkatkan kadar protein kasar dan serat kasar pada hari terlama
Pertumbuhan Eksplan Pisang Cavendish Tahap Subkultur dengan Penambahan Bahan Organik pada Media Murashige and Skoog
The productivity of cavendish bananas needs to be increased to meet the large export demand. Tissue culture techniques can produce large quantities of good-quality seedlings. This technique can use organic materials such as coconut water and bean sprout extract, which are easy to obtain at a relatively low price. This study aims to determine the effect of using coconut water and bean sprout extract on the growth of cavendish banana explants in vitro. This experiment was prepared using a completely random design (CRD) consisting of 12 treatments, namely coconut water and bean sprout extract, with concentrations of 7.5%, 10%, 12.5%, 15%, 17.5%, and 20%, respectively. The results showed that the use of coconut water was better than bean sprout extract. Treatment with coconut water at a concentration of 7.5% had the highest average value on the parameters of plantlet length. At a concentration of 12.5%, it had the highest average value on the plantlet length parameter. Meanwhile, in the concentration of coconut water, coconut water has the best concentration of 20% in the number of roots
Viabilitas dan Vigor Benih Kedelai (Glycine max L.) pada Media Matriconditioning Berbahan Organik dan Anorganik
The availability of quality seeds affects the quality and production of soybeans produced. Seed quality often deteriorates due to prolonged storage, thus requiring in-vigoration treatment. The study aimed to determine the effect of organic matriconditioning media and inorganic matriconditioning media on improving the viability and vigor of soybean seeds. The research took place from September to December 2023. The research was organized using a completely randomized design with 5 treatments, consisting of 3 (three) matriconditioning media made from organic materials: husk charcoal, sawdust, and rice straw, and 2 (two) matriconditioning media made from inorganic materials: brick powder and fine sand. The results showed that the organic-based matriconditioning media group had a significant and better effect than the inorganic-based matriconditioning media on germination, germination speed, and germination uniformity, sprout dry weight, sprout length, number of leaves, and plant height of soybean. The treatment of organic matriconditioning media in the form of husk charcoal and sawdust has a better effect than other treatments
Pengaruh Musim Terhadap Hasil Tangkapan Gurita di Pulau Langkai dan Lanjukang: The Influence of Seasons on Octopus Catches on Langkai and Lanjukang Islands
The existence of great potential is not supported by data and information regarding octopus catches and management. Catches in public waters are dynamic because they are influenced by various factors, especially season and rainfall. This research aims to determine the octopus catches on Langkai and Lanjukang Islands and how the season influences the octopus catches. The method used is the direct survey method, through interviews and distributing questionnaires to fishermen and collectors, with sample determination using the purposeful sampling method. Meanwhile, rainfall data was obtained from the Makassar City BMKG station. Catch data were analyzed using the SPSS t-test, while correlation analysis was used to determine the relationship between rainfall and catch. The research results show that the production of octopus catches on Langkai and Lanjukang Islands during the year, from October 2021 to September 2022, fluctuates. For catches based on season, in the rainy season, it is 8,428 kg, while in the dry season, it is 4,271 kg. The results of the analysis showed that there was a significant difference in octopus catch production in the rainy season and the dry season (p = 0.01). The correlation analysis of rainfall and catch results shows a reasonably strong correlation (0.55).Adanya potensi yang besar tidak didukung dengan adanya data dan informasi mengenai hasil tangkapan maupun pengelolaan gurita. Hasil tangkapan pada perairan umum sangat dinamis, karena dipengaruhi oleh berbagai faktor terutama musim / curah hujan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui hasil tangkapan gurita di Pulau Langkai dan Lanjukang, serta bagaimana pengaruh musim terhadap hasil tangkapan gurita. Metode yang digunakan yaitu metode survey langsung, melalui wawancara dan penyebaran kuesioner kepada nelayan dan pengepul, dengan penentuan sampel menggunakan metode purpose sampling. Sedangkan untuk data curah hujan diperoleh dari stasiun BMKG Kota Makassar. Data hasil tangkapan dianalisis menggunakan uji t SPSS, sedangkan analisis korelasi digunakan untuk mengetahui hubungan curah hujan dengan hasil tangkapan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa produksi tangkapan gurita di Pulau Langkai dan Lanjukang selama setahun yaitu pada bulan oktober 2021 hingga september 2022 berfluktuasi. Untuk hasil tangkapan berdasarkan musim, pada musim barat yaitu sebanyak 8.428 kg. sedangkan pada musim timur sebanyak 4.271 kg. Hasil analisis menunjukkan adanya perbedaan yang signifikan produksi tangkapan gurita pada musim barat dan musim timur (p = 0,01). Untuk analisis korelasi curah hujan dengan hasil tangkapan menunjukkan korelasi yang cukup kuat (0,55).

The Pengaruh Kualitas Produk, Harga, Dan Promosi Terhadap Pembelian Produk Olahan Ikan Griyaulam-Q Kabupaten Kediri
The government is aggressively implementing the Gemari program, namely Gemar Makan Ikan, to improve community nutrition. Fish processors use this opportunity to make varied fish dishes. Processed fish products are essential to increase consumer interest in consuming processed fish. This research aims to determine the influence of product quality on purchasing decisions, determine the influence of product prices on purchasing decisions for processed fish products, and determine the influence of product promotions on purchasing decisions for processed fish products at Griya Ulam-Q, Kediri Regency. The method used for objective analysis in this research is quantitative with multiple linear regression using SPSS. The regression analysis results in this research show in the t-test that product quality and promotion significantly affect purchasing decisions for processed fish products at Griya Ulam-Q, Kediri Regency. Meanwhile, the price variable only significantly affects the decision to purchase processed fish products at the Griya Ulam-Q.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas produk terhadap keputusan pembelian, mengetahui pengaruh harga produk terhadap keputusan pembelian produk olahan ikan, dan untuk mengetahui pengaruh promosi produk terhadap keputusan pembelian produk olahan ikan di Griya Ulam-Q Kabupaten Kediri. Metode yang digunakan untuk analisis tujuan pada penelitian ini adalah metode analisis kuantitatif dengan regresi linier berganda menggunakan SPSS. Hasil analisis regresi pada penelitian ini menunjukkan pada uji t bahwa kualitas produk dan promosi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian produk olahan ikan di Griya Ulam-Q Kabupaten Kediri. Sedangkan variable harga tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian produk olahan ikan di griya Ulam-Q.
 
Perbedaan Lama Perendaman Sari Belimbing Wuluh terhadap pH, Kadar Air, dan Daya Ikat Air Daging Dada Itik Magelang
Duck is one type of waterfowl that has a higher nutritional content than chicken. The high nutritional value causes the duck meat to be easily damaged perishable food due to the high water content, the pH value is close to neutral and sufficient food is available for microbes. An alternative effort is needed for natural ingredients that are safe but can inhibit microbial growth in duck meat. One of the natural ingredients that can be used is star fruit (Averrhoa bilimbi L.) because it has a high acid content. This study aims to determine the difference in the duration of soaking Magelang duck meat with starfruit juice on the pH value, water holding capacity and water content. The research method was carried out using a completely randomized experimental design (CRD) with 4 treatments and 5 replications, and using a 40% concentration of starfruit juice with a soaking time of 0, 20, 40, 60 minutes. The data obtained were analyzed by analysis of variance and if different results were obtained, it was continued with the Duncan Multiple Rang Test (DMRT) further test. The results showed that the immersion time for 20-60 minutes can lower the pH value (5,83-4,67) and water content (67,05-63,68%), but had no effect on water holding capacity (48,47-54,63%). It is concluded that the immersion time of 60 minutes with starfruit juice with a concentration of 40% in can be used as a method of preserving Magelang duck breast meat.
Itik merupakan salah satu jenis unggas air yang memiliki kandungan gizi yang lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan ayam. Kandungan gizi yang tinggi pada daging itik menyebabkan daging lebih mudah rusak (perishable food) karena tersedia cukup makanan untuk mikroba sehingga daging itik tidak dapat disimpan telalu lama. Upaya alternatif untuk menghambat aktivitas mikroba dalam daging itik yaitu penambahan bahan alami yang aman pada daging. Salah satu bahan alami yang dapat dimanfaatkan adalah belimbing wuluh (Averrhoa bilimbi L.) karena memiliki kandungan asam yang tinggi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbedaan lama perendaman daging itik Magelang dengan sari belimbing wuluh terhadap nilai pH, daya ikat air dan kadar air. Metode penelitian dilakukan dengan menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) dengan 4 perlakuan dan 5 kali ulangan, serta menggunakan konsentrasi sari belimbing wuluh 40% dengan lama perendaman 0, 20, 40, 60 menit. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis dengan analisis ragam (ANOVA) dan apabila diperoleh hasil yang berbeda nyata dilanjutkan dengan uji lanjut Duncan Multiple Rang Test (DMRT). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa lama perendaman selama 20-60 menit menurunkan nilai pH (4,30-4,67) dan kadar air (63,83-64,07%) menurun dengan waktu 40-60 menit, namun tidak mempengaruhi daya ikat airnya (54,63-48,47%). Lama perendaman 40-60 menit dengan sari belimbing wuluh dengan konsentrasi 40% dapat digunakan sebagai alternatif metode pengawetan pada daging dada itik Magelang
PENAMBAHAN MULTI ASAM AMINO PADA MEDIA PEMELIHARAAN LARVA RAJUNGAN Portunus pelagicus UNTUK LAJU PERCEPATAN METAMORFOSIS STADIA ZOEA HINGGA MEGALOPA
The addition of multi-amino acids to the culture media for Portunus pelagicus crab larvae accelerates the metamorphosis rate from the zoea to megalopa stages. The research aims to examine the effect of adding multiple amino acids to the rearing media and determine the best dosage on the rate of acceleration of metamorphosis (stage transfer) of P. pelagicus crab larvae from zoea to megalopa stages. Test samples are taken daily to see the development of larvae or larval stage index. The test animals used in this research were zoea-1 stage crab larvae stocked at 100 individuals/L density. The container used in this research was a black plastic basin with a water volume of 30 liters. Treatment doses of amino acids were 0, 150, 200, and 250 ppm with 3 repetitions each. The research results show that administering multi-amino acids in the rearing media can accelerate the transfer rate of crab larvae stages. The fastest rate of acceleration of metamorphosis from zoea to megalopa was produced at a treatment dose of 250 ppm for 10 days, and the longest was produced at a dose of 0 ppm for 13 days. Stage transfer between sub-zoea takes 2-3 days for metamorphosis, and zoea to megalopa takes 10-13 days.Penambahan multi asam amino pada media pemeliharaan larva rajungan Portunus pelagicus untuk laju percepatan metamorfosis stadia zoea hingga megalopa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji pengaruh penambahan multi asam amino terhadap laju percepatan metamorphosis (perpindahan stadia) larva rajungan P.pelagicus. Pengambilan sampel uji dilakukan setiap hari untuk melihat perkembangan larva atau larva stage indeks. Hewan uji yang digunakan pada penelitan ini ialah larva rajungan stadia zoea-1 yang ditebar dengan kepadatan 100 ekor/L. Wadah yang digunakan pada penelitian ini ialah baskom plastic berwarna hitam dengan volume air 30 liter dan penelitian ini menggunakan perlakuan dosis asam amino dengan masing-masing 3 ulangan. Keempat dosis tersebut ialah 0, 150, 200 dan 250 ppm. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa dengan pemberian multi asam amino dapat mempercepat laju perpindahan stadia larva rajungan. Laju percepatan metamorphosis tercepat dihasilkan pada dosis perlakuan 250 ppm selama 10 hari dan terlama dihasilkan pada dosis 0 ppm selama 13 hari
Kualitas Pupuk Organik Cair dengan Penambahan Bioaktivator Limbah Buah Mengkudu pada Waktu Fermentasi yang Berbeda
This research aims to obtain quality liquid organic fertilizer (LOF) by using cattle urine and noni-fruit waste as raw materials for LOF at optimal fermentation times. This research used a Completely Randomized Design (CRD) with 4 treatment levels and 3 replications with sampling times based on different time variations, namely 7 days, 14 days, 21 days, and 28 days. This research shows that treatments with different fermentation times did not significantly affect the quality of liquid organic fertilizer, especially the Nitrogen (N) and Phosphorus (P) content. However, there was a tendency to increase the N and P content. The highest average N content was in the Fermentation treatment. For 3 weeks, namely 1.34%, and the highest average P content in the Fermentation treatment for 4 weeks, namely 0.44%. Meanwhile, the average potassium (K) content significantly differed in the 4-week fermentation treatment, namely 0.43%. Overall, the best N, P, and K content for all observed parameters was POC fermentation for 4 weeks (fermentation day 28).Penelitian ini bertujuan memperoleh pupuk organik cair (POC) yang berkualitas dengan menggunakan urin ternak sapi dan limbah buah mengkudu sebagai bahan baku POC pada waktu fermentasi yang optimal. Penelitian ini menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) dengan 4 taraf perlakuan dan 3 ulangan dengan waktu pengambilan sampel dilakukan berdasarkan variasi waktu yang berbeda yaitu 7 hari, 14 hari, 21 hari dan 28 hari. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan perlakuan dengan waktu fermentasi yang berbeda, tidak berpengaruh nyata terhadap kualitas pupuk organik cair khususnya kandungan Nitrogen (N) dan Posfor (P), namun ada kecendrungan peningkatan kandungan N dan P. Rata-rata kandungan N tertinggi pada perlakuan Fementasi selama 3 minggu yaitu 1.34 % dan rata-rata kandungan P tertinggi pada perlakuan Fementasi selama 4 minggu yaitu 0.44 %. Sedangkan rata-rata kandungan kalium (K) berbeda nyata pada perlakuan fermentasi selama 4 minggu yaitu 0.43 %. Secara keseluruhan, kandungan N, P dan K yang terbaik untuk semua parameter pengamatan adalah fermentasi POC selama 4 minggu (fermentasi hari ke 28)
Pengaruh Dedak Padi Terfermentasi Menggunakan Fermentor Berbeda dalam Pakan Ikan Nila
One way to increase tilapia aquaculture production is to produce feed. Materials are easy to obtain, do not compete with the community and are cheap wrongthe other is rice bran. This study aims to determine the effect of fermented rice bran flour using various types of fermenters on the growth performanceand feed utilization efficiency of tilapia. This research was conducted inSidenreng Rappang Regency. The test animals used were tilapia larvae measuring ± 1.05 g. The maintenance container is a tarpaulin pond with a size of 1 m x 1 m x 1 m filled with 85 L of fresh water. The study was designed using a completely randomized design consisting of four treatmentsand three replications, thus there were 12 experimental units. The treatment was determined based on the fermenter used for fermenting rice bran flour, namely Bacillus sp., Lactobacillus sp., Aspergillus nigers and Yeast.The test feed was given to tilapia larvae whichwere stocked with 20 fish per container for 60 days of rearing. The data on specific growth rate and feed efficiency of tilapia were analyzed using analysis of variance (ANOVA) and water quality was analyzed descriptively based on the viability of tilapia.The results showed that tilapia fed fermented rice bran feed using Aspergillus nigers fermenter a significant effect on the specific growth rate and feed efficiency of tilapia. The optimal fermenter for hydrolyzing rice bran flour is using Aspergillus nigers.Salah satu cara untuk meningkatkan produksi budidaya ikan nila adalah menghasilkan pakan dan bahan bakunya mudah didapatkan, tidak bersaing dengan masyarakat dan murah, salah satunya yaitu dedak padi. Penelitian ini bertujuan menentukan pengaruh tepung dedak padi terfermentasi menggunakan berbagai jenis fermentor terhadap kinerja pertumbuhan dan efisiensi pemanfaatan pakan pada ikan nila. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Kabupaten Sidenreng Rappang. Hewan uji yang digunakan adalah larva ikan nila berukuran ±1,05 g. Wadah pemeliharaan adalah kolam terpal dengan ukuran 1 m x 1 m x 1 m yang diisi air tawar sebanyak 85 L. Penelitian didesain dengan menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap yang terdiri atas empat perlakuan dan tiga ulangan, dengan demikian terdapat 12 satuan percobaan. Perlakuan ditentukan berdasarkan fermentor yang digunakan untuk fermentasi tepung dedak padi yaitu Bacillus sp., Lactobacillus sp.,Aspergillus nigers dan Ragi. Pakan uji diberikan pada larva ikan nila yang ditebar 20 ekor setiap wadah selama 60 hari pemeliharaan. Data laju pertumbuhan spesifik dan efisiensi pakan ikan nila yang diperoleh dianalisis dengan menggunakan analisis ragam (ANOVA) dan kualitas air dianalisis secara deskriptif berdasarkan kelayakan hidup ikan nila. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ikan nila yang diberi pakan dengan kandungan dedak padi terfermentasi menggunakan fermentor Aspergillus nigers memberikan pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap laju pertumbuhan spesifik dan efisiensi pakan ikan nila.
