No full textEconomic growth is always synonymous with development, it is impossible for economic growth to be achieved without going through development. Development should have an impact on improving the economic order, especially increasing production capacity. If not, development will not benefit at all. This study aims to see the impact caused by airport construction for the community around the airport. The data were collected through respondents on a Likert scale with the sample taking technique using the roscoe formula which said the number of samples was at least 10 times of the number of variables. The sample in this study is 50 x 2 = 100 respondents, were determined by purposive sampling technique. The data analysis technique used simple linear regression analysis, with hypothesis testing is t test and determination coefficient test. No full textThis study aims to determine the effect of subjective norms, behavioral control and attitudes on compliance with paying local taxes, the influence of subjective norms, behavioral control and attitudes on cultural values of Bugis, the influence of cultural values on compliance with paying local taxes the influence of subjective norms, behavioral control and attitudes towards compliance to pay local taxes through Bugis cultural values. This research was conducted in the City of Parepare. The time of this research was started from March to August 2020. The population in this study were young entrepreneurs in the city of Parepare, who are members of the Parepare City Young Entrepreneurs Association. Sampling using saturated sampling technique or census, the sample in this study was 150 respondents. The results of the study 1) Subjective norms have no significant effect on compliance with paying local taxes, 2) Behavioral control has a positive and significant effect on compliance with paying local taxes, 3) Attitudes have no positive and significant effect on compliance with paying local taxes. 4) Subjective Norms have no negative and insignificant effect on the cultural values of Bugis, 5) Behavioral control has a positive and significant effect on the cultural values of Bugis, 6) Attitudes have a positive and significant effect on the cultural values of Bugis, 7) Cultural values of Bugis have an effect on compliance with paying taxes 8) Based on the calculation of path analysis it can be concluded that subjective norms have no positive and insignificant effect on compliance with paying local taxes through cultural values of Bugis, 9) Based on the calculation of path analysis it can be concluded that behavioral control has a positive and significant effect on compliance with paying local taxes through Bugis cultural values, 10) Based on the calculation of path analysis, it can be concluded that attitudes have a positive and significant effect on compliance with paying local taxes through Bugis cultural values

No full textThe potential of an area can be identified through the identification of leading sectors. The purpose of this study is to determine the shift in economic structure and patterns of economic growth in Parepare City, using several analytical approaches. This research seeks to analyze and provide information related to shifts in economic structure or solutions to increase economic growth and provide strategic and policy advice. This study is a quantitative descriptive study. The data used is secondary data. Data analysis techniques were carried out through literature studies and publications published by BPS. Then the data were analyzed using Location Quotient (LQ) analysis tools, Shift Share analysis, and Klassen Typology analysis. The results of the study indicate that there has been a shift in the economic structure from agriculture (primary sector) and industry (secondary sector) to the service sector (tertiary sector) while the economic sectors that are included in the developed sector and grow rapidly in the first quadrant are Electricity Procurement and Gas, Water Supply, Waste Treatment, Waste and Recycling, Transportation and Warehousing, Provision of Accommodation and Food and Drink, Financial and Insurance Services, Real Estate, Health Services, and Social Activities., Corporate Services. The results of the Shift Share analysis show that there has been a shift in the economic structure. from industry (secondary) to services (tertiary). Location quotient (LQ) analysis results show that the base sector includes fourteen sectors including four industrial sectors and nine service sectors, while the non-base sector has four sectors

No full textWorking capital is one of the most important asset elements in the company. Because without working capital, the company cannot meet the funding needs to carry out its activities. The working capital turnover period is since cash is invested in working capital elements until it becomes cash again. It is less than one year or short-term. This working capital turnover period shows the level of efficiency in the use of working capital. This research aims to determine which company is more efficient in using working capital between PT. Mayora Indah Tbk. and PT. Siantar Top Tbk. In this research, the data collection techniques used were 1) Documentation, this method is used to obtain information in the form of secondary data that refers to documents related to the working capital efficiency of PT. Mayora Indah Tbk and PT. Siantar Top Tbk. 2) Literature Research, namely data collection techniques by conducting searches using references from books, journals, and papers correlated to the research object for obtaining concepts and data relevant to the problems research as research support. The analytical method used is the descriptive analysis method with financial ratio analysis, where the financial ratio used is the activity ratio, namely the working capital turnover ratio. Based on the research results, PT. Mayora Indah Tbk. Obtaining an average working capital turnover of 3.61 times or 4 times for 5 years, while PT. Siantar Top, Tbk of - 182.14. Therefore, it concludes that PT. Mayora Indah Tbk is more efficient in using its working capital than PT. Siantar Top Tbk
Efek Pemberian Kulit Buah Coklat Fermentasi Terhadap Pertumbuhan Kambing Kacang
No full textUtilization of fresh cocoa fruit skin and the results of fermentation as green feed a goat was conducted to determine the effect of fermentation of the cocoa fruit skin against weight gain local goats. The study was conducted for 3 months using 8 goats aged 4-5 months who were randomly assigned to two treatment groups. The treatments were 85% field grass added 15% fresh cacao pods (F1) and 85% field grass added 15% fermented cocoa pod husks (F2). Each treatment consisted of four groups as replicates. The results showed that both treatments of giving fresh and fermented cocoa pods had the same effect on palatability and weight gain of goats. Feeding fresh and fermented cacao pods can still be used as a supplementation material for local goats

No full textBitti (Vitex cofassus) is one of the most important tree species in Sulawesi, which is used as material for phinisi boats. The aim study was to study the genetic diversity of Bitti in the genetic resources area in Bone Regency. This study used provenance Bulukumba, Muna, Kolaka, and North Luwu proof which was analyzed based on microsatellite markers. The resulting study showed evidence that provenance Muna has a Ho value 0f 0,65 or a relatively high genetic diversity value in comparison to provenance Bulukumba, Kolaka, and North Luwu
Insiden Serangan Ulat Grayak Spodoptera frugiperda (Lepidoptera: Noctuidae) pada Tanaman Jagung di Kalimantan Timur
No full textThe armyworm Spodoptera frugiperda is a new pest found on maize in Indonesia. Previous research reported that S. frugiperda attacks had occurred in West Sumatra, South Sumatra, Lampung, Banten, West Java, and East Nusa Tenggara. This study aims to determine the presence and determine the attack of S. frugiperda on maize in East Kalimantan. Observations were made from January to December 2020 in the Regencies of Berau, West Kutai, Kutai Kartanegara, North Penajam Paser and Paser. Based on the morphological characteristics, it was confirmed the presence of S. frugiperda larvae with inverted Y-shaped markings on the front of the head, and the presence of black spots forming a square and trapezoidal pattern on the abdomen. Berau Regency experienced the highest S. frugiperda attack in East Kalimantan with an attacking intensity reaching 13.33%. The results of the determination of the attack category showed that 93.31% of S. frugiperda attacks on maize in East Kalimantan were still in the mild category, the rest were in the moderate and severe categories, and there was no dried up incidence

No full textThis study aims to determine the effect of applying straw compost and swallow manure and their interaction on the growth and production of soybean plants. The study was conducted in the garden of Tinelo Village, Tilango District, Gorontalo Regency, from February to July 2021. The study was arranged using a randomized block design with two factors and three replications. The first factor is the dose of straw compost, consisting of three levels, namely without the application of straw compost, 10 tons ha-1 , and 15 tons ha-1. The second factor was the dose of wallet manure, consisting of three levels, namely without fertilizer application, swallow manure 5 tons.ha-1 and 10 tons.ha-1. The results showed that the application of swallow manure fertilizer at a dose of 10 tons ha-1 was the best treatment by producing the highest number of pods and 100 seeds and increasing soybean seed weight up to 13.56 %

No full textThis study aims to: (1) them the influence of competence on employee performance at the DINAS KEBUDAYAAN DAN PARIWISATA KOTA PAREPARE (2) to examine the impact of emotional intelligence on employee performance at the DINAS KEBUDAYAAN DAN PARIWISATA KOTA PAREPARE (3) to examine the effect of commitment on employee performance at the DINAS KEBUDAYAAN DAN PARIWISATA KOTA PAREPARE. This study made use of a questionnaire data collection technique with a population of 30 people, and the entire population was sampled. The sampling method uses total sampling. This research was conducted for one month, then data analysis used multiple linear regression data analysis using SPSS 21 software. The results showed that (1) staff member competency had an in part significant impact on the performance of the staff member of the DINAS KEBUDAYAAN DAN PARIWISATA KOTA PAREPARE (2) emotional intelligence does not have a partially significant effect on the performance of the staff member of the DINAS KEBUDAYAAN DAN PARIWISATA KOTA PAREPARE. (3) commitment has a partially significant effect on the performance of the employees of the DINAS KEBUDAYAAN DAN PARIWISATA KOTA PAREPARE. (4) competence, emotional intelligence, and commitment have a significant effect simultaneously on the performance of the employees of the DINAS KEBUDAYAAN DAN PARIWISATA KOTA PAREPARE
