Hopefully cultural factors in education can form civilized students and national education system form good civil. Apart from that, sometime both of them cannot work together. Aceh’s history proved that this problem still exist in educational system. It can be seen trough the apparance of educational institutions that bring their own main features. This writing attempted to analyze educational system in Aceh that adopted by dayah/pesantren (local terms for traditional Islamic boarding school), Islamic school, and state school.The analyzes are including: educational ideology, educational interaction, student’s arrangements, internalization the spirit of nationalism, and social interaction. The result prove that dayah/pesantren (local terms for traditional Islamic boarding school), Islamic school, and state school, has their own system that different each other. In resume, the differences produce different type of students (attitude)

Aceh Qanun Laws and regulations are similar provincial regulations governing the administration of government and the Acehnese people. Aceh Qanun made based on laws and regulations that apply are compiled by the executive and legislature of Aceh. The position of Pancasila as the foundation of philosophy in Aceh Qanun is a legal norm in society aspired. Qanun can be used as the collective desire of the people of Aceh in carrying out day-to- day life, the Qanun expected through the implementation of the Acehnese people can feel the law is aspired for this. The implementation of Shari\u27a is a requirement of the Acehnese, and recognized by the State through Law No. 18 of 2001 on Special Autonomy and Law No. 11 Year 2006 on the Governing of Aceh. Applications of Shari’a in Aceh are in accordance with the first paragraph of the Pancasila as the practice of the precepts to five “justice for all Indonesian people" in this case of justice for the people of Aceh who want the implementation of Islamic Shari\u27ah in Aceh province

The study of violence in Aceh is already a lot to do, especially with the experience of joining the Republic of Indonesia Aceh. This study attempted to examine the meaning of violence and its relationship to faith or Din al-Islam. After that, it will be seen in the form of violence in Aceh society. Is the violence in Aceh due to religious factors or due to other things like ideology? Or, violence in Aceh is one result of the application of social science theories which assume that religion should not be involved in the lives of everyday people. In addition, this study also investigated the claims of the wanted link between Islam and violence, both conceptually and from the aspect of socio-historical and socio-anthropological. One of the concepts that need to be considered are the glue of the Acehnese are Muslims. Adhesive system Acehnese cosmology is customary. Adhesives Acehnese ideology is Islam. At this level the concept of the Acehnese identity needs to be prioritized. In this case, the science of Ushul commentary explains the meaning of understanding, experiences and secrets of the Qur\u27an and determine methods to figure it out, and put the rules and principles that interpreter can execute these methods in his interpretation

The institute is part of the implementation aspects of Islamic law in Aceh province are still warm and discussed intensively by many. Wilayat al-hisbah has strong roots in the process of implementing Sharia in the middle of the lives of Muslims. The institute serves as an authorized agency and authority to control and supervise the implementation of the law in the midst of people\u27s lives in the jurisdiction of Aceh province. However, on the other hand still raises many problems. The issue includes conceptual issues and legal theories adopted and application problems. This essay tries to discuss about Wilayat al-hisbah institutions in the context of the application of Islamic law in Aceh province, given that law enforcement is an integral part of the vision and mission of the Muslim community life in this area

It has been proven that a good and appropriate way it can assist teachers in addressing gaps in the implementation of the curriculum, can also facilitate students in understanding the subject matter, and can detect weaknesses of students in learning Arabic literary texts, thus can find a solution to solve it. So also with teaching Arabic literary texts to the students, teachers should use appropriate methods in teaching it, so that the students easy to understand explanation of the teacher. Therefore, researchers have taken the title of this study is "a method of teaching literary texts ideal in Indonesia" with the main objective of this study is to detect what the most suitable method to be applied in Indonesia in the teaching of literary texts
