    No full text
The phenomenon of inter-religious marriage is problematic, controversial, and resulted debate among Muslim and non-Muslim relationship in Indonesia. It also not only becomes the social conflict among Muslim and non-Muslim couples, but also pro and contra among the others such as family and society. In the classical Islamic marriage law discourse (fiqh al-munakahat), there are two kinds of inter-religious marriage, namely marriage between Muslim men with non-Muslim women and marriage between non-Muslim men with Muslim women. Some Muslim scholars said that Muslim men allowed marrying non-Muslim women and non-Muslim men prohibited marrying Muslim women, which the reason is based on the concept of polytheists and the group of experts (Kitabiyyah). In contrast, some Muslim scholars in Indonesia rejected inter-religious marriage based on the reason that it has been changed and regulated under Marriage Law Number 1 of 1974 and President Regulation Number 1 of 1991 on Islamic Law Compilation. One the one hand, the phenomenon of inter-religious marriage is an interesting phenomenon in the society and on the other hand it will become the legal implication to the inheritance and children care rights in Islamic and Indonesian law perspective. Therefore, the aim of this paper is to examine comprehensively about the legal status of inter-religious marriage in Islamic and Indonesian law perspective, including its legal implication to the inheritance and children care rights

The study aimed at finding out in dept about the interaction between Problem Posing model assisted with Autograph Software with the student’s gender  to students\u27 mathematical communication ability. This study used quantitative research with quasi experimental method. The approach used was a scientific one. The population of this study were all the Class X students of MAN Kisaran. The sample in this study were the students of class X-IPA1 and X-IPA-2 in MAN Kisaran of Asahan Regency. This study was conducted in the even semester of the academic year 2017/2018. Data analysis was done by 2-way ANOVA test. Based on the statistical calculation, it can be concluded that the value of Fcount<Ftable is 0.778 <3.12. This shows that Fcount<Ftable(0.778 <3.12) is not significant so that it can be concluded that H0 is accepted and Ha is rejected which means there is no interaction between learning with students’ gender. The finding of students’ actitivity aspects is based on direct observation. Female students are more active in learning but are weaker in reasoning, meanwhile Male ones are quick in reasoning but are less active in learning

The virtual laboratory for electrochemistry materials has been developed. The characteristic of this virtual chemistry laboratory associated with the effect on students’ achievement was analyzed. Thus this type of research was research and development by using ADDIE development model. In the implementation, the phase of the product was the quasi experimental method with a post-test only design. Classes used for this study were 3 classes, first-class using traditional laboratory, a second class using only virtual laboratory, and the third class using traditional laboratory and virtual laboratory as a supplement. All three classes were performed by the same teacher and the learning time. The instrument used to see the effect of the virtual laboratory was a test instrument. While the instrument used to assess the quality of the media was a questionnaire assessment. The results of this study were a developed virtual laboratory that can be operated via the web on smartphones and computers. In addition, the results of the assessment by the chemistry teachers stated that the virtual laboratory was in good quality and in classroom studies, the third and first classes showed significant differences. In the future research virtual laboratory as a supplement in other subject, matters can be developed
